Anna is always a joy to see she remembers me and my truck and knows exactly what it needs and wastes no time in getting the job done then calls to let me know when it's done . The only thing that would make Anna's service better is if it were free lol . Town and country ford service is great but the girls at the service counter make it AWESOME !!!!!

Town and Country Ford just gave me the most enjoyable, comfortable and easy buying experiences I have ever had. I called my salesman, Terrence Booker, told him the color, the options and the model F-150 I was looking for. He found 5 different versions. I picked the one I wanted and the next mor5ning he drove out of town to pick it up. That evening the truck was waiting for us to take delivery. What more could you ask for. Would I go back again, would I recommend them???????? What to you think?????? LOVE TOWN and COUNTRY FORD.

My daughter bought her 2015 focus and my mother brought her a 2016 MKX. They have a great selection of all food vehicles from mustangs, F150, fusion, SUV's, and compact cars to fit whatever your needs. Went really good if you need a salesman go see Danny Redman. The paperwork thing is always a long process, but for what it is and what you have to do it was a good experience.

Great customer service, thank you so much Tom!!! We found our car online and worked the deal out over the phone. When we arrived to pick up our vehicle it was running, clean and ready to go. It was our best experience while buying a car ever.

I do not know which phase I enjoyed the most. The negotiations were close, but I believe I got more bang for my buck. The automobile has its glitches. It is used, of course. The salesman Charles Simpson was always near his telephone. I never received a call back, because he always answered and effectively took care of his client. I am impressed. The vehicle gets a lot of attention. I wish I could have seen the prior Police Report, to know the complete history. I thank your team in their efforts to satisfy their customer. I must say, though, people like the car so well, they are taking parts from it. I love the vehicle, but I need all of the parts the automobile came with. I have an ongoing Police Report on the vehicle. I have not called in the recent parts that have been taken. I just noticed this email as a commentary. I thought it was advertising. Sorry for the delay in completing this bit of information for you.Sandy

For anyone looking at buying a car, before you buy one from Towne and Country Ford on Preston, think again. I don't usually post my personal business on here but if it keeps another person from getting cheated it's worth it. I purchased a Saturn Aura with 58k miles on it from them 6 months ago, after 2 weeks of having the car I noticed that the car was driving funny, I took it to the auto center near me and they said that the rack was completely busted and it looked like it had been for a while. I took it back to Towne and Country and they informed me that it must had not been inspected properly, so they fixed it for me. I was out of a car for almost 4 days. A couple months down the road and my heat and air go out. Two weeks later my entire car is completely dead. It would turn itself off while it was on and it started to smoke. When I called Towne and Country they promised they would take care of it, get a tow and get me a rental also trade my car for a car that actually ran. so I waited 5 days and they give me a call to inform me they will not pay for anything they promised and they said it was my fault I bought a bad car. I owe 10k on a car I had for 6 months that doesn't run. All I have to say is karma will get you Danny Redman and Tim Bradley for selling me a lemon and not taking responsibility !!! They are theives!! If you are thinking of buying a car from them, think again! this is not over!! see you all in court !!!!

I had been searching for just the right car at the right price for several days, since my last car was totaled in an accident. Terence was my salesman, and he was super nice. He was one of only a couple of salespeople over the last week who treated me like a human being rather than a dollar sign. He was patient, kind, and relaxed throughout the whole process, and worked hard to get me the best deal he could, even when I was very particular. He was also very knowledgeable about my new car, and took the time to explain some of its new gadgets to me. The finance director, Jamie Moore, was also very kind and honest, and took time to explain all of the warranty features, payments, and paperwork, as this was my first time purchasing a car all by myself. I can't recommend them enough!

We use Town and Country for all of our service both for our Ford and our import. My husband and I feel really comfortable with their service advisors and they usually get our cars finished while we wait. Quality work that is quick. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Brought my truck in because of an check engine light, was told that I needed an new engine (my engine which has less than 60k miles) was an unbelievable diagnostic. The entire service department from service manager to mechanic insist this was necessary. After being over charge for an diagnostic and finally getting to another shop, it ended up to be a sensor valve. Either they are grossly incompetent or price gouging it's appalling!

Called 3 times inquiring about a special in newspaper ad. After third phone call indicated the ad was for the vehicle I was interested in I made the 40 mile trip to look at it, As soon as the rep. found me the games started with "that is not the vehicle in the advertisement". I couldn't even get a straight answer on an asking price and left EXTREMELY frustrated.

Looked up ( quit a few cars) however seldom the sales personhas any real automotive or maintenance education, Since I'm looking to buy a Porsche, I happen to know the weak spots in these cars; if you ask for on how the condition is of the car, modifications or certain neccesary service bullitins, they have no clue at all. Sometimes they only know but seldom admit that the tires are worn. So buying on line is a huge risk, since you do not get honest answers at all

I purchased a vehicle that allegedly passed the Certified Pre-Owned Inspection. The salesman couldnt get the paperwork correct from day one. We had mechanical problems the first week and were told that there was nothing wrong and the vehicle passes the inspections and I could not return the vehicle. When more significant issues came about within 3 months of having the vehicle, Town and Country told me they would diagnose for free and provide a rental car. When I did not authorize them to put in a new engine, they refused to return the vehicle unless I pay the $249 diagnostic charge that I was told was free. Representatives had an ugly attitude and lied about a lot of things over the vehicle. Dont trust them!

Before going to this dealership I had done a ton of research and was full aware of Kelly Blue Book prices. I went to this dealer intent to buy a used vehicle about two years old. Approaching the lot I was dissapointed in how run down the place was. Furthermore the establishment reminded me of a ghost town. Saw a salesman sitting on the smokers bench out front and sat down. What do you want he said. No introduction or greeting. Told him why I was there and he still was not very enthusiastic. Waited 30 minutes for them to bring the vehicle to the lot even though he said it was just down the street from their sister lot. Another 10 minutes for someone to bring the gas credit card. Drove the vehicle and made small talk, guy had the personality of a rock. Asked what is the bottom line price for this vehicle? Sales guy says the price advertised is lowest price. Tell the guy what I'm willing to pay and he leaves to ask manager what is lowest. Comes back 20 minutes later and price doesn't change. About this time my intelligence has been insulted enough. Offer my vehicle as a trade in on his. Same year and same miles on it as the dealers. He goes out front with three other guys and look my vehicle over. Know full well I'm looking at them thru the window they act like a bunch of hill billys at a pig roast. Sales guy say they will give me 15000 for my vehicle, 10000 below lowest blue book price. I left laughing in his face! My over all assessment of Town and Country Ford of Louisville is consumers don't waste your time there! Too much emphasis on greed and profit.

i negotiated a fair price for the vehicle. i was hoping for a little better deal but they knew i drove 2 hours to for this specific build and had no reason to budge. it was an average deal for the time so i decided to go ahead and buy, with part of the promise being a remote start system installed at a later date. they promised a tank of gas since it only came with a gallon or two from the factory, but when i went to drive it home i noticed it only had a half gallon.. i should've known then this was going to be bad.the dealer also made promises for food, fuel, and a car wash since i was driving 2 hours of out my way to come back to them to install a remote start system. when i returned i had to remind the salesman of this since he "accidentally forgot". they took almost 3 hours to do a simple 30 minute install and only filled up my tank. i paid for my own lunch.the finance guy was very pushy, giving me a 15 minute lecture of why I need to purchase the extended warranty on this new vehicle (that came with a 3 year warranty) - telling me he sold it to his brother, was the best around, etc etc.. when i refused he found a magical $400 rebate that "Was the last one!" but looked like it had been sitting in his desk for years.. whatever. pass.they did everything to get me in the door, and as soon as i was signed the papers, the whole experienced turned into a nightmare. they incorrectly filled out my paperwork and took almost 2 months to get my rebate back.great vehicle, but wish i could've gone to a local dealer who was easier to work with.
