I recently bought a used pick up truck and i love it, the truck has a few cosmetic problems but nothing major and the price was unbeatable. I would definitely go back to Towbin Dodge for my next car!!!Service department might be a little slow but is still great, that is all i could say against it.

My father purchased his Dodge Ram here. He loves it! His experience was easy and fast. The sales team was so friendly and not once did they make him feel pressured. They were helpful and took the time to listen to what he wanted and were able to meet all his needs without breaking the bank. I always recommend my friends and family members to check them out.

I let them know I purchased a vehicle from another dealership . Every day they call my house and after they listen to my answering machine they hang up . Now , I let you know I no longer want to do business with you , you tell me you're letting the others know , you're updating the system , but you're still calling me . What bout I bought a vehicle from some where else you don't understand ?

Was hoping the negative reviews were not true or maybe exaggerated but they are not. High pressure. The talk in circles. Unwanted and unjustified dealer add on's. Came to an agreed price and amount to finance, even rang the gong. A few minutes later they said they needed more money because my payoff was higher than they thought. I said "didn't you guys call for the payoff before we agrees on the numbers?" They said no. I fell that is thier issue and should eat that $$. It wasn't much but it was one of many surprises.!the awful reputation they have is well earned. Never again.

This is not a spontaneous review. After four months of buyers remorse I thought I'd write a review of our experience at Tobin Dodge. Once your approved they will ask for a 'appraisal' of your current vehicle prepare to not see your vehicle again. Very High pressure, they simply will not take NO for an answer. Dodging questions and having little knowledge of their own product. Having a disability and being on a fixed income prepare to be exploited, because that's exactly what happened. In the end, we left with a vehicle we did not expect to drive home with. I signed the contract Yes we did. In a couple years I'll trade this Vehicle in but it won't be at Tobin Dodge or Tobin anything. Guaranteed.

Dana Smith really gave me beyond the best service I have ever received. I thought walking in to Towban that it would be the same old tell you what you want to hear. With dana it wasn't that way at all. She was very friendly and straight forward. I walked into the dealership on a whim at 8 p.m. on a Saturday with no intention of buying a car. Not only were the salesmen nice, but they were determined to find me the car I wanted. They worked with my limited budget, and were able to get me a payment I could afford. The team went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and actually stayed two hours passed closing to get me the car I wanted! So happy with my new car!

Bought a car from your dealership.Upon leaving I was given one key. I asked for another key but was told it only had one. Called the service and they said they have the key but it will cost me close to $300.00 to get it cause it has to be programed. I don't feel it's fair since I purchased the jeep and find out afterwards I got to pay for a key,if I'd known that ahead of time I'd not bought the jeep. I've been getting so much run around from the dealership about this. I hope you don't do like the rest of the chat session's and disconnect me. This is really bothering me cause it's such an inconvenience.

I was interested in a car because it had a good price on the window. When I wanted to purchase the car they raised the price $1000 and said the price on the window is what they have invested in the car. They also asked me for my payoff on my trade, then offered me the payoff instead of the true value of the car. These practices don't lend me to believe they care about their business reputation
