My stepdaughter went there Rita was so stuck on her going through credit union stated that she didnt want to step on anyones toes, that she didn't try other financial institutions, so toth lost out on a sale and my stepdaughter ended up getting a car at Fred Martin with a great deal. I also tried to purchase from toth a few days later dealing with Pete also didn't work out so I ended up going to Fred Martin where I bought a 2014 Ford Escape loaded. I would not recommend Toth to anyone!

I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Anne with such a memorable smile. She was very helpful and pleasant. My salesman Rob S. walked up was polite and was very knowledgeable of his the cars on the lot and what would be in my price range. I am a single mother of 2 teenage children and I walked into Toth wanting to get a used vehicle. I knew my price range and what I wanted for my trade-in and monthly payment. After speaking with Rob S. more thoroughly he asked if I ever thought of leasing a vehicle. My car was not as reliable as I would have liked and was an older vehicle. (We all know what a hassle it can be to make those expensive car repairs!) I told him there was no way he could get me into a lease without considerable money down or for the monthly payment I needed. HE PROVED ME WRONG! Never pressured me into it, but I'm so glad that I listened. I love my Verona!!!! I have recommended Toth to all my friends, family and church members. I have had my Verona for over 6 mos now and even the Service Department was extraordinary. Thank you to Rob S., Anne and all the other Toth staff for making this single mom a very happy and proud new car driver!

As I mentinoed in another survey I just took (slightly different than this one, maybe the GM one even thought they said wouldnt come out for 2 weeks?)- I was extremely pleased with the service. Mike- I belive the service coordinator who worked with me on this one- went beyond the call of duty. While I've had some issues with my Regal GS- Toth Buick has been there every step of the way and have done what it took to bring my comfort level right back up on the car. They deserve a great review. Heck, they even fixed things that I didnt ask about (no charge) and heck even polished my dirty 20 inch rims back to looking new. couldnt be happier- thanks :)

There's no other way to say it.. Buying a car makes everyone I know feel like they are going to the dentist.. But that changed when I bought my new regal at Toth. My salesmen was hands down more fun than you can imagine.. Not to mention he knew every answer to every question. The place was clean staff was kind and Russ Toth the owner was the most down to earth guy you could meet , you have a customer for life .. Thanks again !

Everyone was so polite. Everything I ask to have done to the car was done in short time, and done well. I was not sure how to use OnStar for directions,and the young man got into the car with me and showed me how to use it.

Purchased a pre-owened dealer certified 2012 GMC Sierra over a month ago and I am still waiting to receive the vehicle registration. I have contacted the dealership multiple times and can't seem to get anyone interested in solving this problem. I am very reluctant to ever return for service if this is what I'm suppose to accept as post sale customer service.

Our vacation had been planned when the car broke down and Toth / GM provided a vehicle for us to use while ours was being repaired. On August 10th, Saturday at 3:20 in the afternoon, we had some car trouble and were able to pull off of I-77 and we're so glad that your dealership was there. We knew it was a Saturday and may not be able to get anything done due to the time and plus that the service department had closed at 3:00. Lucky for us one of the mechanics had not left and the sales person worked to see what could be done. They were able to fix the car and we were back on the road by 4:10. Nick Toth and Jon Muhek did a exceptional job at helping us out that day. Special thank you to Jon Muhek for staying after his shift was done. Both of these men should be acknowledged for their great service and team work. They both showed true dedication and customer satisfaction. We were able to continue our trip and return home safely.

Mike in service always takes good care of me and my car.. I put a new transmission in my 2003 Park Avenue. Mike even found a rebate to save me money. This car is still in great shape and I just love the way the dealership makes me feel. They are the best.

After month's of looking for the truck of my liking I came across one that sounded right at Toth.After a short talk on the phone I made the hour drive to see if it lived up to the hype,it did. Keith kept it short and sweet,finance did their job getting me an outstanding interest rate, better than any of my local contacts,and the deal was done.Easiest deal I have ever had.When it's time for a new one I will definetly be back.

I called and asked about a specific vehicle and because I live 125 miles from the dealership I wanted some specific info. The salesman said he would call me back. 3 days later and 3 calls from me later with no results. Good luck on getting help from this place.

Found comparable 2011-2012 Chevy Cruzes on Cars.com, went to a number of dealerships prior to Toth Buick. Made an online interest contact, Laura reached me via e-mail to set-up an appointment.Had a great experience at Toth Buick, where Tim let me test drive multiple cars. Nobody tried to upsale me anything. Bought the car I wanted for a way better price than any competitors. Definitely sticking with Toth Buick for future deals.

I live in Rochester NY I found this vehicle on line. It was what I was looking for but 250 miles away. Long story short, on the phone & emails with Rob Book back and forth with pictures,details, and price,I Did this deal sight unseen with the confidence of his honesty of his profile of the vehicle. I arrived in Ohio 2 days later and drove home with my new to me vehicle. It was a great experience to have been at ease not wondering if I was getting the sales B S routine. the kid who was supposedly in charge of the internet sales was clueless, the financing options were ridiculous and the negotiation was nil. i was told they would rather sit on the unit and take a loss than make a deal, will not return and will not recommend.

I just leased a 2012 GMC Terrain from Toth and was 100% satisfied with how easy they made the process. They gave me top dollar for my trade-in and went above and beyond to find insentive programs and rebates. I have seen dealerships that tend to keep the insentives as a way to make more money off you. They are not high pressured sales people and had a feeling of trust and honesty from them. Keith (my sales person) followed up with me but did not try to over sell me something that didn't fit within my budget or my liking. It took me over a month to finally make a decision and they were patient enough to assure I was 100% satisfied! I was also extremely pleased with what I received for my trade-in. Not only did I receive top price for it, I also received an extra $1000 GMC customer loyalty rebate that I would have never known about if they didn't tell me. They could have pocketed the money. Once again, I am 100% with my purchase and encourage anyone looking for honest car sales, to go see Toth!
