Efficient & pleasant
We could tell that Cal Delos Santos and James Kawata have been doing this for a while - their experience, expertise and knowledge enabled us to have a pleasant & efficient experience at Tony Nissan. Cal was friendly and open and did a great job in getting us our car. James quickly moved us through all the paperwork and was able to answer all of our questions.

Friendly customer service
Was interested in looking for a new family vehicle for quite some time and ended up going to tony Nissan. Instantly, greeted by the most friendliest employee; Mike Choe. He was very patient and very much helpful in making my decision. Ended up walking away that day with a new SUV that has exceeded my expectation. Overall, I was content with the service that my wife and I recieved from Mike.
Mike greeted us as soon as we drove in. He was very patient and worked quickly to meet our needs as soon as we told him our requirements. Tony Nissan has a great selection of pre-owned cars. I didn't know that they sold their courtesy cars as well, which I ended up buying. Unbelievable deal for a 2016 Nissan Versa that had only 1,975 miles on it. Definitely people should get their cars from Tony Nissan Auto Center and ask for Mike!
Need A Car
When I arrived to the dealership, I was not really interested in getting anything. I had just come from a used car lot & although the associate was pleasant & easy to talk to, the asking down payment & monthly payment was pretty high. I know this had something to do with my bad credit rating & my dad was not having it. So we left there & I was just so sad & my dad ended driving to Tony Group...So, I wasn't interested because I didn't want to go through another let down with me trying to get a decent car with my bad credit, even though I knew I am capable of making the payments needed. So, as we got out of our rental (because I had lost my truck in a car accident a month prior) I just didn't want to look around...Louise was talking with my parents & asking us what we were looking for...My dad mentioned that we were looking to get a car for me, so Louise tried to get me involved in the process of shopping for a car. At first, I was like just shrugging my shoulders & not really paying attention because I didn't want to get my hopes up. BUT Louise didn't falter...she kept at me, getting me involved pointing out a black Dodge Charger , then a new Altima, then another a silver Dodge Charger...She saw me eyeing the silver charger & suggested a test drive. At first I was like no that's ok, but she was not having it. She said, "come on ilima. What's the harm? Let's take it around the block." So, I was like "OK, why the heck not". She chatted with me on the test drive & I found that I really liked the smooth ride. We got back to the lot, went in, filled out some "paperwork" & low and behold...they approved me not even 3 minutes later. Louise was just so very pleasant & welcoming. Such a joy to have had her as our sales associate.We next went to Angela for accessories & she told us about the things they offered. I told myself "not getting anything...no harm in listening." She was so nice & not "pushy". She told us the qualities of the accessories, the benefits, & whether she recommended it or not. I ended up purchasing the tint package & will be going in next week to have it out on the car. Angela made us feel like family. We both talked a little bit about our relatives & living here in our beautiful state. Last & not the least, Darren helped us do the Final Paperwork, so we could get on home with my "new used" car. He was very efficient & fast in getting all signed up & explaining what was what & even offered an additional warranty package. He helped me decided on what one I should get & showed me what my new rate would be if I took a 72 month plan, as opposed to the 60 month plan I originally had. After all was said & done, Darren "signed off" on my 2015 Dodge Charger.I am a very Happy Customer & it's all due to having such ayou!esome employees. Best car buying experience by far!!
I had been skeptical about buying a car from a dealership because of bad stories I've heard about other places and my own experience many years back that wasn't that great. That wasn't the case with my experience here. The salesperson who helped me, Mike Choe, was so helpful and informative that it helped put my mind at ease. He had great attention to detail and was ready and willing to help and answer any questions I had at a moments notice. Additionally, the finance department did a awesome job getting me a deal to fit my budget! I highly recommend this dealership and Mike Choe, as your go to salesperson!
Rude, rude, rude
We went Tony Nissan to get a Frontier. My wife and daughter tried to negotiate a better price for the truck and the salespeople refused to lower the price at all, not even $1.00. Since they were unwilling to negotiate we decided to go elsewhere, their parting comment was "try to get a better truck at the same price". They made other condescending, rude comments to my wife and daughter during the negotiations Well we did get a better truck at a better price. We got a Toyota Tacoma cheaper than the Frontier and Windward Servco gave us a $1000 off the cost of the truck. We also get free maintenance for 2 years.Servco was pleased to take my personal check for the full purchase price of the truck, Tony Nissan told us it didn't matter that we were purchasing with cash. Interesting way to make a sale, being rude to a cash paying customer.

The sales consultant are really well spoken and friendly. Mainly to sales consultant Mike Choe who helped me in a friendly and professional way. He even went great heights to picking me up and dropping me to the dealership to pick up my purchased vehicle. once again thanks.
Awesome customer service!
Very courteous and accommodating service dept. Courtesy shuttle will take you home and pick you up when your car is done. Clean and comfortable waiting room if you decide to wait. Snacks are offered periodically to those waiting. I haven't seen that before.
Another Awesome Experience
Third Nissan purchase from Tony and once again it was flawless. Louis Boria greeted me, asked me what I was looking for and delivered exactly what I wanted. He has since called to make sure we were doing okay and to let us know to call him if we have any questions or concerns.

First time car buyer
This was my first experience buying a car. I saw a used car online and wanted to test drive that vehicle so o contacted Tony Nissan by email. Louis Boria was my salesman, called me back and scheduled my test drive. The original car I wanted to test drive wasn't there but Louis showed me other options and made buying my first Nissan so stress free. I didn't feel pressured, he was clear and explained my options. Financing was my biggest fear, but Louis helped me thru the process and got me a great rate for my car. He set up my bluetooth in my car and explained the many features before I drove off the lot. Louis was very professional, willing to listen to the customers needs and providing stellar customer service. Outstanding Customer Service!
On 13 Oct 16 I went to the cashier to pick up my vehicle as it was after hours and my service advisor had already left for the day. It was then I discovered that I had been charged for synthetic oil change when I had asked for a regular oil change. I did say that if I miscommunicated this and because the oil was already in my car I'd just pay for it. Angela the cashier apologized for the mix up and asked me to wait one second, and literally a second later Ms Brazfield who I'm guessing overheard our conversation and took the initiative to come over and ask me to explain. I explained that maybe because I dropped off my car to a different advisor who then would transfer over to my regular advisor, that there might have be a miscommunication. She too apologized for the mix up and immediately authorized a price change so that I would only pay the price of an regular oil change. The impressive part is how professional, courteous, and loyal these two employees were. They had not been a part of any of my dealings up until this point, but yet took responsibility and initiative to achieve customer satisfaction. These two are a direct reflection of their leadership and should be commended. Way too often people won't hesitate to write about the negative, today I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the team!

I found the exact car for me on the Nissan internet. I made an appointment to meet our salesman. Mike was waiting for my husband and I as we entered the dealership's entrance. The car was waiting out front. He gave us a great brief on this car and off for a test drive. Needless to say we purchased our car. It was totally seamless. When buying from Nissan I was hesitant due to all the story's of dealerships locking into outrageous contracts and swindling as much money as you can. But when Cal said he could help me find not only a car that would be in my budget but a car I want to own. That made me feel at ease. He treated me like family and was always willing to listen and answer my questions. He did his very best to go above and beyond the call as a sales rep. Nissan you better take care of this man because someone as genuine and professional as this is very rare in these days. I was parked in a lot. Walking back to my van, I could see something hanging down under my van. I drove to Tony Nissan. Although it was late in the afternoon and the service department was closing up, Jason Komori took the time to come outside, look under my van, and diagnose the problem. A protective shield was missing a clip and therefore was hanging by only one clip. He quickly went to find a clip and fastened the part back. He did not charge me for the fix. Jason was so friendly and smiling the whole time, even at the end of the day. Such great customer service!!

I want to thank everyone at Tony Nissan for helping me buy my first brand new truck. It was a struggle for me being 19 and trying to buy from a dealership always the problem with my age and credit but tiny Nissan put that aside and really helped me out. This was the smoothest, most peaceful car shopping experience I've ever had. I felt no pressure at all. Even though I was there for a few hours, it didn't feel burdensome. I'm glad there were toys for my 6 year old to play with, and was also happy there was free wifi connectivity so she could watch videos when she got bored. My child and I were both comfortable, which attests to the family-like atmosphere. As we were leaving the lot in my new Juke, my daughter yelled, "I love you, Uncle Char-los!" - the name she gave to our sales rep Charles Watson. Also want to mention how much I love the Tony Group website. It is easy to navigate through, unlike some other websites I attempted to look at it. Charles said it best - Tony is transparent. The ease and transparency of the website was the main reason I decided to buy a car from Tony.

Kinda surprise but I was glad so I went later in the afternoon. Checked in was easy and everything was explained and done professionally. Jason Belano is a very courteous member of the Tony Nissan Service Team. He always strives to provide Top notch customer care the first time and every time. From calling to make the service appointment, coordinating a rental/loaner vehicle, and following through to the service completion, he always makes his customers is number one priority. He always pays attention to my concerns and details of the issues with my vehicle and asks the right questions to help Tony Groups mechanics to diagnose the problem right away. When he is on the phone with another vehicle owner and I walk up to his station, he always acknowledges me and then goes over my service as soon as possible. I took my car in and Jason was right there to assist me with my issue. He scheduled a tech to test drive my 2014 Pathfinder and was quick to figure out the problem. I needed a new transmission and Jason got the parts in and my vehicle was done within a week and during that time he got me into a rental knowing I needed transportation to work and to take my children to and from school. I also scheduled a time to pick up my vehicle and it was ready when I got there and it was even washed. Jason made things so easy for me and I didn't need to stress one bit. Amazing customer service!!
Having my car serviced used to be a real hassel, from feeling rushed when you're trying to explain what's going on to waiting a ridiculous amount of time to be informed about the status of your vehicle (most times having to call them) I've always heard horror stories about servicing your vehicle at dealerships which is why I've never wanted to ever go to a dealer for services. One day my Nissan Quest started shaking and jerking on my way to work. So being that Tony Nissan is right across of my job I had no choice but to take it there, this is the day that I experienced customer service like no other. Jason my service advisor was very helpful and understanding. You could tell that he genuinely cared about my issue and assured me it would get taken care of by the time I finished work so I could have a car to get home. I got a call just 1 hour later to inform me what was going on and what needed to be done to fix it. I gave the go ahead and received another call just before lunch to inform me that my car was ready!! From start to finish Jason was truly exceptional. Since that day I've never gotten my vehicle serviced anywhere else. Infact I've recently bought a brand new Altima from them knowing the fact that I have a great place to service my new car!! Thank you Tony Nissan for having great employees like Jason to make us feel right at home!!

Best dealership, best salesperson, & best deals
As military personnel and being a woman, I was skeptical about going to dealerships until I talked with Debbie. She made me feel so comfortable and I didn't feel taken advantage of by ridiculous sales pitch. Debbie and I talked for weeks about what I wanted and the pricing. She never forced anything on me. Once I was ready, Debbie had her best salesperson, Allen, show me all the features on a Nissan Rogue. We drove it around and I was hooked. Allen was so knowledgeable about the Rogue, it truly impressed me. He was the most down to Earth young salesperson. I felt no pressure. After a test drive, I had to drop my rental off and Allen drove me back to the dealership to sign for my new car. That's excellent customer service! Thank you Debbie and Allen.
Great sales personnel, AWFUL finance personnel...
Extremely willing to negotiate price for a used vehicle. Be prepared with KBB stats and a full walk around of the intended purchase. Don't be afraid to go for what you earnestly believe the vehicle to be worth (from $10k to $7.9k.) After negotiating $7.9k as my price for a vehicle the sales consultant requested the pre-approved check draft we had secured from our bank (valuation written on it good for up to $12k.) Assuming they needed to take it to the finance office to get the required information from our credit union to complete the check and finalize the transaction, we handed it over. We had already negotiated our price so I didn't see the harm.I. Was. Wrong. WHAT A SURPRISE! The power train only warranty for the purchase brought the total price up to $11.9k! And because my wife was made terrified by that shyster (James) promising "failed transmissions," "blown gaskets," and throwing around the "CVT" acronym (claiming it's somehow harder to replace than a "regular" transmission...) I was left without option. I will NEVER conduct business here again.The sales consultant (Laura) was tough, but thorough! She did her job exceptionally well, was open to negotiation, and broke her back to make a deal. Car dealers suck, but as far as they go she seems like a genuine person. That finance office (James) is crooked, NEVER let them see how much you have available to work with.Laura is THE ONLY reason this review has two stars. That is all!I have another car to purchase in a few months, I will not be going here. Which is sad, because Laura is phenomenal. I will not be leaving stars for service, work, friendliness, or price because the two people I worked with are so diametrically opposed. The end result would be purely average because she was great, and he sucked. (1+5)/2=3 stars. I do not feel as though my experience in its entirely was worth 3 stars.James, and James alone, cost this dealer repeat business. I already had a private seller lined up for my second purchase, and Laura made me want to shop with Tony Nissan again. James made me not want to be in the same state... Let alone shop there. The last time I stood that close to what could be called "evil" was when I was deployed in Iraq and in some of the lesser desirable locations...

Purchasing my first vehicle has been an AWESOME JOURNEY. That was 10 years ago, so with that said, I upgraded on the same model 2015 Altima 3.5 SL, and Jason has been my Service Consultant till today. I have seen service consultantskills come and go, but Jason has been there for me and my family and friends with the same professional and friendly services he gives to all his customers. He keeps me informed and updated every time my vehicle is in for service, a few times even knew what the problem was while explaining the symptoms over the phone. I was totally impressed. I bought a 2016 Nissan Rogue in January from the Tony Nissan dealership in Waipahu. Jason Beleno has been doing the follow up on the vehicle since then; he has been our primary service advisor and has been doing an exceptional job. He has been a great help with booking me right away for recall work on my vehicle, is honest about the work I need done on the Rogue, and overall is very friendly and organized. Everytime I go in for service, Jason offers me my regular maintanance upon drop off. After he inspects my vehicle, he always calls me with further recommendations if any. I like that he keeps me informed while my car is being worked on. He answers my questions thoroughly and always makes me feel welcome. The lot techs and cashiers are usually very friendly as well.

Fast and free safety inspection for military
I appreciate the free coupon for a safety inspection for military. I never expect it, but I appreciate it when military is recognized. Jason Komori got me in and out quickly. Clearly, he is a fast paced worker who was handling 100 things at once, but still took good care of each customer.

Excellent Experience thanks to Cal!
We were in the market for a used 3rd row SUV and had been looking all over the Island at vehicles. We were very up front with all dealers (at least 4 different dealerships) that we were talking to and Cal was the only one who was very understanding. He never pressured us into anything and told us, please go check around and drive vehicles with other dealerships before you make a final decision, just to let him know if we decided to buy a vehicle from him or another person so he knew what next steps to take. This easy going sales was what made us come back to Cal and buy our car from Tony Autogroup. Thanks so much Cal and we will definitely recommend you all to anyone! One negative was that there was only one finance person working and we had to wait over an hour just to sign the papers since he was working with another customer.

I recently took my car in for service on several issues, some of which weren't resolved to my satisfaction. I told Cal that I wanted a reliable, used vehicle with low gas mileage. We found my car within 1 hour. I wanted a painless experience as possible and it was provided to me. The only con was I had to wait over an hour to see the one finance person on duty and I was not even financing my car. It was a cash purchase.

I came in for my regular oil service for my old car but with the intentions of searching for a future trade not expecting it'll actually be the day. We asked for the best salesman who could give us a deal and Cal was that man. He showed me many options of the Nissan Rouge but I gave him my likes and dislikes and what I wanted in a car. Outstanding Customer Service
Tommy goes above and beyond, words just cannot express how grateful we are to work with him. He has been assisting my husband with repairing the minor imperfections that was found after the car was purchased. He assisted me as I needed another spare key and I was pressed for time the day I came by. Tommy was there waiting for me, drove my car to the service area and had me wait in the front area. I was told the service dept was very backed up but it wasn't as long a wait as I thought it was going to be then I was off and running again.

This was my first time going with my husband to pick a vehicle, Allen made my experience comfy and an overall pleasurable experience. He listened to my likes and concerns along with that of my husband and picked out a vehicle we would both like. I am a 52 year old business women who just bought the first brand new car of her life. I've bought and owned many cars in the past but they have all been "gently" used high-end European cars over the last 14 years. My plan was to buy a car this year, but not necessarily a Nissan and not new. My in-laws have bought a few cars now from the auto mall. I was accompanied there with my mother in-law. The sales person who helped her was not there, but Laura Santimore was there. It was my first time going to a dealership to purchase a car, of course it's scary not knowing what to expectas I was feeling overwhelmed browsing online, trying to find a car to my expectation, prepping myself to go to a dealership to look at cars+pricing with my "not-so-awesome-but-okay-creditscore." After weeks of searching, my other half suggested to visit her good friend in Kaneohe side at another dealership or to visit Tony Nissan in Waipahu and to ask for Alexandria (her past co-worker)--so I took my gf's idea into account and drove to Waipio first since it's closer to where I live. I stepped inside asking for Alex, & she met with me, asked me some questions and actually worked with everything that's up to my wants and needs. We went over different cars of my likings and even helped me narrow things down & professionally help me with things I should consider when buying my first car. There was zero pressure, we looked at several cars, she even grabbed those cars so I can sit inside the drivers seat & turn on the car. I liked all the cars! Only dilemma I had was "which one do I want to take home?" --long story short, I stayed in Waipio location & decided to work with Alex. I purchased the white Nissan Sentra it's used new car, certified pre-owned, but hey!, I just wanted to get from point A to B, something that's great on gas / mileage and has AC, and above all: I didn't want to overwhelm myself with paying high monthly or down payment considering I'm trying to build my credit (: everything was smooth, I didn't feel pressured, I wasn't rushed, it's all tied back to what I wanted, I forgot that I was in a dealership because everything was all smiles. Even as I was waiting for my car to be serviced, I was cool with just playing with my phone to keep me busy as I wait, but Alex sat down with me and talked stories with me that made hour and half wait seem like it was only 10 minutes! I was interested in a vehicle I saw on their website, it was after hours so I left a message for a call back. The next morning I was contacted by Cal Delos Santos, the manager for internet sales. I came in for a test drive and made my decision. However, the vehicle needed to go through a certified pre-owned inspection which would take a couple of days. Later that same day Cal phoned to tell me the process was done and invited me to come pick up my new vehicle! My sincere thanks to everyone for their fast, friendly and hassle free service. This is my first car (and first lease), and went very well. I'm really happy with my Rogue so far and Laura has been there to answer all questions.Our one qualm was the negotiation process (I.e. With the financing office). We first pursued a 2015 fully-equipped Rogue, thinking this would be less expensive or equal-in-price to the 2016 simpler model. Ultimately, I was told I'd have to put $10,000 down on the 2015 Rogue if I wanted my monthly payments to be within budget... Who puts $10,000 down on a lease? I'm glad we went back to them for pricing on the 2016. 0 down (mind you, it was one of 5 specific cars on which they were offering a specific monthly price, so that makes sense). Walked out the door happy.

My new Sweet Ride!
This is the 3rd car we have bought from Tony Group. It was time to look at new family cars after 12 years of owning a Honda Pilot. (I've owned a Prelude and a CRV in my previous non-children-hauling life) I was pretty set upon purchasing a new Pilot without blinking twice! However, the shape of the Pilots have changed sooooo much that it was time to explore other cars that can fit my other 1/2. My family agreed that the Nissan Quest was comfortable with a ton of leg room (a requirement seeing that my husband is 6'7") and lots of space to go Costco, bringing all the gear to the beach, while comfortable hauling 5 ballerinas/skaters/b-ball team etc.I am a pretty avid driver as I put on 160,000 miles onto the Pilot. I LOVE driving even more now in this Nissan Quest!I must say that the "stigmata" of owning a van has completely changed as all of the kids who hop into the car nearly drop their mouths when they are in it. They don't even reference this car as the "mom" mobile - as it's the "cool car" to be in.Louie - the gentleman who assisted my husband and I is fabulous. We were not in a rush to purchase a car as I my other car was still operating, but somehow we sealed the deal and drove off with our Nissan Quest.

My wife and I had been discussing replacing my 20 yr old Chevy Silverado off and on for a few months but I didn't think I was ready. We happened to be driving to Costco when a truck in your lot caught my eye. Drove in just to look, and Cal came upon us as we were comparing a 2014 Chevy Silverado and a 2015 Tacoma. We discussed the two trucks and decided to go with the Chevy. He had a very low key style which I liked and offered to run the numbers. A little while later I drove my newly acquired Silverado home. What started from emails back and forth about a vehicle, led to an appointment. Upon meeting Louise, she confirmed with me the vehicle I wanted to see and we found it on the lot. We looked it over, she explained a few key items, and then we went for a test drive. Mind you, we have been through this process many times. My friends all say I suffer from car ADHD. Ha ha ha. Great service from Alex as well as her fellow associates. We were greeted right when we pulled in and hot the service we needed. First impression UNREAL
My husband and I were interested in purchasing a used car. My husband's coworker recommended this specific dealership and he went ahead to contact Tony Nissan Waipahu through online about the car he's interested in. The sales representative named Louise called my husband about the car and with a text saying to save her xxxx number! I honestly dont find this pleasing to potential buyers if one of your representative likes to use this as her personal business too! Please have her read this message or I will come and see her myself with my husband!
Swindled--don't trust the management.
I *supposedly* closed a deal today--to include with the salesman, floor manager, and general manager. We agreed on an "out the door" price IN WRITING. I signed the agreement, then left to pick up my wife and a check. When I came back, the supposed "floor manager" (Cal D.) tried to jack up the price by another 6%. I met with the supposed "general manager" (Mike D.), and he just said sorry, no can do. Absolutely dishonest. Maybe they made a mistake, but a deal is a deal--the fact that they could back out of it without blinking is simply stunning. I'm hoping they'll realize how bad this is and call me back, but I'm not holding my breath. Yes, I do have a photo of the original negotiation paperwork with my initials next to Mike DeMello's approved offer.

Mike helped me out and he was super helpful and patient with me. He did a walk around the car and made sure that the car I wanted to buy was right for me. Mike was kind and not pushy. New Nissan Van
Great service and quickness for Tommy Chun Ming. He went beyond the call of duty to get me my vehicle in lightning speed. Just to explain, one of my vehicles in my fleet got into a head on accident and totaled our van. We needed a vehicle as soon as possible and Tommy delivered even though the van needed shelving and racks.

Professional, Honest & Fair
Laura did a great job in sealing the deal. She worked with us to find a happy medium where we were happy with both the value of the trade-in and the purchase price of the vehicle. Of note, the weekend before we had went to the dealership to look at the vehicle, but it was not on the lot. It was away being "serviced." When the truck arrived back at the lot, she texted me a photo. The truck looked amazing and we went the next day and bought it! Whether we were still shopping for a vehicle or negotiating the deal, Laura did a great job of keeping us updated on the status of each. I would like to thank Greg, Sales Manager of Tony Nissan for the service and time he has provided to me. I purchase a Hyundai Sonata about a month ago, but noticed one of the tires had a nail in it and someone had applied fix-a-flat (probably a previous owner) so that the tire was not repairable but only replaceable. I called Greg, actually not expecting much based on my past experience with other auto dealers that run dishonest operations; however, Greg was very sympathetic and helpful. He talked to the service department and took care of the situation. I really appreciated his time and services, and can confidently say that this is the only dealer I've ever dealt with that I had a good experience with.

I've gone to other Nissan dealerships on island (kaneohe) and I tell you..tony Nissan was by far THE MOST professional and helpful I've been to. For starters, I went around 730pm and I could see after a long days work these gentlemen were exhausted but they treated me as if I was the first customer of the day. Eli didn't promise me an empty deal. He did not hassle me at all. I've owned lots of cars and I promise..this guy was the best salesman. This was my first time buying a car and Cal sought out the best car for me. He was really friendly and guided me towards what kind of car I was looking for with the features I really wanted such a reverse camera but also what would be worth my money and in my price range . He really wasn't ready to sell me a car
Tommy www recommended to me by a friend. I went to him looking for a new car. He showed me cars and I was ready to buy. After that he never got back to me and 5 phone calls were not returned. I went to another dealer and bought a brand new car with excellent financing. I had my old car serviced at this dealership with excellent experience, but when it comes to sales they don't seem to be interested.

Customer service beyond compare.
My wife and I initially went in to look at the NV Passenger vans. We had done our research and concluded that this was a vehicle we wanted. We went inside and asked about looking at one. Allen was the first one to greet my whole family (7 of us) with a smile and very positive attitude. As we casually perused the large vehicles available, Allen entertained the kids and answered all their questions about pretty much everything. When we decided to run the numbers for the van Allen helped us get a van with everything we wanted and then some. It was a wonderful buying experience that we wouldn't forget. In fact, when our second vehicle broke down we knew exactly who to talk to, and once again Allen was the man of the hour. He help us settle on a 2016 Altima SR which I LOVE. I can't say enough good things about how patient and kind everyone we dealt with was. Especially since we had 4 rowdy kids and an infant.

The Nissan personnel are : Knowledgeable + Friendly + Helpful + good Follow up = Great Customer Service. I went to check the used car I plan to buy but ended up buying the new Nissan sentra. When I buy my next car for someday - I'd go see Mike Choe ( or his someone of his caliber ) to assist me again.

Thanks to Cal from Tony Nissan, he made the impossible possible. Even with my bad credit, he went the extra miles and got me and my family into a brand new Nissan Pathfinder. My first new car ever. I went to other dealerships, but they weren't able to do what Cal did. He even made it a fast experience. When I got there, everything was pretty much all set up. And in two hours, I was leaving the lot in my new car. He also took the time to call me the next day to see how the car was doing and if we're happy with it. No hassle No Pressure
Cal was great! I hate shopping for vehicles primarily because the sales people follow you around constantly but Cal offered me his business card and let me wander around the lot on my own and told me to call him if I saw anything I was interested in - that alone let me defenses down and it was a such relief! I was able to look around under no pressure and I did find a vehicle that I was interested in, I came up to him and we went from there...he listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted. The sale was very straight forward and easy. I felt very comfortable, at ease and confident that we could do business together. About two hours later I was walking out with my new car and within my intended budget! Very happy with my purchase!

Many thanks to Jason Beleno (Service Advisor) and the technician who repaired the A/C on my 1999 Nissan Pathfinder! Took the car in for repair and got it back the next day. And I certainly appreciate the thorough work done in diagnosing and fixing the 2 separate problems found with the A/C . . . and then quickly tracking down the after market part (evaporator) needed for one of the repairs.

This dealership is awesome and Allen is SO great. I was really nervous going in because I had never bought a car from a dealership before, but he was extremely relaxed and guided me through the process at my own pace. He pulled up EVERY car on his computer that met my standards and then took the time to show my husband and I each one that I selected (there were, like, thirty and a lot of them were the exact same car in different colors). My husband and I are a pretty young couple and I didn't feel even once that he was trying to take advantage of us. He guided us through the whole process like a pro, joked with us, and was generally just a great person. I left with the perfect car for me as well as trust and confidence in the dealership itself. I got the car I wanted without hassle
Louie got me the car I wanted in the color I wanted. Once I told him that I didn't like the color of the cars on the lot, he took me off site to make sure I found one. Louie was friendly, knowledgeable and understood my needs. He told me all the features, helped me move my things from my old car and set up the blue tooth and this was 8 pm. The only thing I can complain about, which has nothing to do with Louie, is the tremendously long negotiation for price with the manager. I had to fight tooth and nail to get just a little break on the price. It was also the longest price negotiation I have ever gone through. At one point I walked out. Make it easier. If you can't meet the price I want, just say no. Don't play this back and forth game for 2 hours. When I do recommend someone to Tony Nissan I will tell them to ask for Louie but I will also warn them that Nissan makes price negotiation excruciating!

Best ever service
I've been going to Tony Nissan since the old Pacific Nissan days in Waipahu. Three Pathfinders in a row!! Have seen a lot of service advisors come and go. This was a return trip due to parts availability. I came in on Saturday without an appointment a was home in 4 hours!! Chantel was a rock star, by far the best advisor experience to date. I watched as she treated every customer like family and I got winded just watching her. Although she deserves a promotion, please keep her in service!!! I will definitely be requesting her during future visits. Thanks Chantel, your amazing!!!
Unprofessional Sales Management
Although Mr Will Rodriguez handled the negotiations very well my experience today became unpleasant upon meeting Mr. Jeb Sheppard. Mr. Sheppard your smug demeanor was unprofessional. Your explanation of why I would not be able to take the car home was self centered. You explained as if it was you that was unable or unwilling to allow me to take the vehicle home. Despite having an approval letter from a local bank that your dealership deals with DAILY you stated that YOU simply couldn't let me take the car. You looked at me and asked what would I do if I were you. Sir, have you never dealt with customers before in your long career as a SALES MANAGER. The correct answer should have been: You were not in a position of authority to allow a vehicle that has not been paid for or signed under contract to be delivered or released to the customer. Not simply that the six thousand dollars wasn't worth your job. Mr. Shepard, I will be in contact with your supervisor and if that does not satisfy my expectations of solution I will be in contact with someone that will take customer service seriously. I simply will not tolerate a mere sales manager to act as if he is better than me and state that he does not take my word over the security of his job. This deal was finished. The sales was made, Jeb Sheppard lost the deal for Tony Nissan today. Mr. Sheppard you should be ashamed for allowing your ego to make me, the customer, feel belittled.

Absolutely needed to buy a car that day. No idea what kind of car (or truck) we we looking for. Spent some time and found one that worked for us. Decent price, good milage and looks like it will fill our needs. We asked for Cal in that he worked w/ me a few weeks back when I started looking around. He was helpful, not pushy and took great care of us. Angela had spent a considerable amount of time researching a specific type of truck bed cover I wanted when I was looking for accessories that I would want on a pick-up. She was that way on Saturday also. James took care of the financing in no time at all. Everyone else we met went out of their way to make sure we were on track. Looked like they were enjoying their work besides.Bottom Line...your folks did a great job and made buying the car a lot less painful than I ever remember before. Besides Trish loves the car. She may even let me drive it one day.

UNPROFESSIONAL & GREEDY SALESMAN
Yesterday 7/21/15 My wife came to Tony Group 'cause she accompanied her Mom to purchase a brand new car from Tony Hyundai two years ago and had a wonderful experience. She thought we would have the same experience at Tony Nissan.We were looking for a Brand New 2015 Nissan Rogue... something good on Gas mileage, or a decent used car. After 30 minutes of looking, we waved our hands to summon a salesman from the tent they were all sitting under... we found a Rogue that my wife wanted to test drive. I stayed behind in the lot to continue to look in case my wife didn't like the car she was driving... The FIRST salesman (I didn't get his name) was with me in the lot as I waited for my wife to come back with "Louie"... and he directed me towards a 2013 "DODGE AVENGER" that had a price tag of "$13,687" or so... when my wife got back I led waved at her to come take a look... she sat in it and loved it. We had $11,000.00 in cash and had made an $11,000 CASH OFFER... But, Louie kept insisting for us to "FINANCE"... we expressed that we had a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, and didn't want to incur any debt, but he kept insisting on us "FINANCING"... giving us options and saying "I would only need $2,000.00 down and we can finance"... when we didn't budge and said $11,000 cash... Louie said "OK... If you have the $11,000 cash... when can you come up with the balance of the $13,000 and some change"... we proceeded to say "No thank you" we'll keep looking. So, we drove around the lot, and went to look at Hyundai and pulled over to the side of the road and said a quick prayer... and we went back to Tony Nissan. My wife didn't want to deal with Louie so she sat in the truck.... I went in and offered $13,500 OFF THE LOT FINAL OFFER... w/contingency of $11,000 cash and the $2,500 balance paid in 30 days... Louie said, and I quote "OK Ana... it's a done deal, please sign at the bottom and I will be right back with YOUR KEYS"... and Louie comes back with a "Oh Ana... we have to FINANCE THE $4,000 PLUS"... I was so angry/upset... I told him "Are you that DESPERATE???"....I deal with a 3,000 plus Union membership for a large International Union and work with hundreds of millions of dollars in contracts on a daily basis. My work entails NEGOTIATIONS on a daily basis, grievances, etc...and even have 10 years of Life Insurance Sales to add to that... and I've NEVER EVER experienced such GREED & UNPROFESSIONALISM in my entire life.I could of simply went to Mercedes Benz Honolulu where my best friend was willing to help me get my wife a car... But, we did not want to get into debt!!!!! We wanted something that we could purchase off the lot FREE & CLEAR! I wanted to get my wife a nice, safe car with good gas mileage that had very low mileage that was safe to transport our ONLY GRANDDAUGHTER. We left Tony Nissan sad, angry and our TRUST in Car Salesman went out the window. We have bought 7 cars in our short life and have NEVER felt so violated, EVER!!!!! I wanted that "2013 DODGE AVENGER" so badly for my wife and granddaughter. But, it wasn't meant to be.I will make sure I get out to my 3,000 plus Union Members... to NEVER PATRONIZE TONY NISSAN/TONY GROUP... and will forward to our International Union to publish in our Monthly Magazine/Newsletter about my HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE with "Louie" and Tony Nissan/Tony Group!!!!!

This is a bit late but my Mother always said, "Better late than never". I was so very pleased with my experience with Kameron. Generally, my experience with car salesmen has been negative. Kameron changed my mind. He was attentative to what I was telling him and respected the research I had done. I went through months of research before I chose the Nissan Versa as my car of choice. He allowed me to take my time on the lot to verify that research and to make sure the Versa would meet my particular needs. My husband was so impressed as well. He too had similar negative experiences on other lots with other sales personnel. Three hour "Express oil service"
Brought in my 2015 Murano for its first 6 months oil change. Dropped off at 7AM and told it would take an hour. Decided to wait, but walked off lot for breakfast. Jenna did not give me a contact number or business card. Returned about 8;15AM and waited in lobby area. I saw Jenna but she did not acknowledge us. Sat at her work station eating without updating us on my car. About 9:15 started to worry and walked up to Jenna. She immediately told me the car would be ready in a "few minutes", so I returned to the lobby. After fifteen minutes still no word, and Jenna did not approach me to give an update. Finally after another 30 minutes, 9:45AM I went to another worker, I asked for a service supervisor and she offered to help me. I apologize for not getting her name. This female went to Jenna and after several minutes she returned and said there was a mix up and our car was not even being serviced yet. Finally at about 10:15AM three hours later, we got our car back. Jenna gave us the paperwork and keys and said "sorry about that". She did not appear sincere about it and hurried us off. I am upset that I was not kept updated and it seems Jenna did not take the effort to resolve my dilemma as I was just kept waiting in the lobby. Very poor customer service.

Not happy with OEM batteries but very satisfied with service
2010 Nissan Pathfinder. Now my 3rd battery after just 5 years. However, Jordan Chambliss took very good care of me. I have an extended warranty for 7 years 100k miles, but didn't even have to use it because Jordan took care of everything. The battery that was replaced was 25 months old, so my battery warranty was prorated to 75% coverage. Jordan did comp a rental car to me while they worked on the Pathfinder, which again would have been covered by my extended warranty but wasn't needed. Jordan really went out of his way and compensated for the Nissan batteries that just don't seem to last.

Amazing Customer Service
?Our first time there, Allen Diethrich was the sales person who helped us. He was so patient with us, listened to everything we had to say from the wants to the don't care fors, he let us drive the car where ever we wanted to ensure we were satisfied with the performance of the vehicle (other dealerships had a set route for us to drive) and not once did I feel pressured in to making any decision. Unfortunately we didn't have the car that we were going to use as a trade in, (it was being worked on) so we had to leave and came back once we had the trade in. The second time at the dealership, he was pulled away to work with another client by the time he got there so he couldn't finish the sale with us (which is what I REALLY was hoping for). However, he passed us on to Louie Boria who I have to say knows his stuff! He knew what was going on with our situation and understood that we wanted patience with our sales person. He took us on another test drive where again we were able to drive where we wanted to and gave us the full run down of the vehicle. He knew we had a baby on the way and was a little concious on final price so he never tried to sell us on the more expensive models. He stuck with the basic one that had everything we wanted without all the extra gadgets and cosmetics. This made me super comfortable knowing that he really did care about what we wanted as customers rather than how much money he could get out of us. The dealership is overall a very friendly place where I felt comfortable. I would definitely send family and friends to see Allen or Louie.

Tommy was amazing to work with! We came in not knowing what exactly what we were looking for. After getting to actually take the time to know us, he heat the nail right on! Best place to buy your car
I bought my first Leaf from this dealership. The sales person was Louie Boria. He was very attentive to my needs as this was my first electric car.My lease is about to expire and called Louie to inquire about leasing another Leaf. Later that evening, he called me with a couple of lease option prices for what I wanted.The color that I wanted was not available so he selected something comparable which I liked.After my approval, he worked effortlessly on getting my paper work done.In the meantime, my car was being prepped and in a couple of hours, I was driving home in my new Leaf.

I'm 54 years old and been through many cars in my life time and dealt with a lot of sales person. When I finally got the car it felt like I have been in bar room brawl beat up, fatigued, and got the raw end of the deal. Not this time...., Wes makes you comfortable he listens, very patient. Jason Beleno was my holiday angel yesterday afternoon. With all the construction going on downtown it was bound to happen...my leaf caught a nice HUGE screw in the front tire and i was stranded! Forgot Leaf's dont have spare tires to change...I called Jason to see what i could do. Lucky i had the roadside assistance and i was able to call a tow truck. Jason instructed me i had to try and get back to the service center before 4:30. I made it in by 4:29....he and another service worker were kind enough to wait for me and service my tire so i could take the car home. They stayed after their shift was done to make sure I was taken care of! This is not the first time that Jason has helped me when i was in a panic! THANK YOU JASON and TONY NISSAN for an EXCELLENT SERVICE. THIS IS THE ONLY REASON I continue to purchase vehicles at TONY GROUP.
Kameron was more than helpful with helping me pick out my first purchased vehicle. I had only been residing in Hawaii for maybe 5 days moving from Georgia but he made us feel more than welcome and comfortable with everything. I've never purchased anything this grand and was unsure of the process or anything but he was very diligent, friendly, and most importantly patient with my picky ways and indecisiveness. My experience at Tony Nissan!
Me and my Husband came into Tony Nissan to get an upgrade from our 2007 Camry and Kameron helped us out so much he worked with us on the pricing on the make we wanted. They never had anything that day but he called us in a couple weeks with a great deal on an awesome car we wanted! Him and a few other people stayed after hours to wait for us since we were coming all the way from waimanalo! Such an awesome staff there at Tony Nissan we are so happy with what we got. We also got a great deal on a warranty plan. Thank you kameron for hooking us up with our genesis we love it!

Came for a car wash, left with a new 2015 Versa Note at $15,777. Car was a little tight as I'm a big guy, but at 40mpg and no long commutes, I'll squeeze in. Quick transaction. In and out under a couple hours. One blip in the transaction. Car went on sale 3 days later at $15,555 but Debbie Adams made good on the price so I am good to go.
Best car buying experience
My experience at Tony was the best I've ever had. My wife and I went in with a set price we wanted to pay a month and Ron worked so hard to figure a way out for us to get the car we wanted. He was by far the best sales representative I've ever had. We highly recommend Tony to anyone who's looking to get a new car.
Overall, I had a great experience at Nissan buying my very own first car! Julius knew exactly which cars he wanted to show me, based on previous conversations we've had about the type of vehicle I was looking for. He was very friendly and professional and I could tell he knew his product really well. He shared the pros and cons of two cars I couldn't decide between and let me test-drive both cars. Tony Nissan Made Me A Believer!
We visited Tony Nissan for the $15,777 Versa Note Promotion that offered 50 units at that price. I must say I was a little skeptical about the promotion and .that it was possible to purchase a Note with all these options at that price. I had located a particular Versa Note SV 2015 on-line on the website. I was apprehensive upon entering Tony Nissan and asking about a particular vehicle we saw on-line and then we met Louie Boria and was greeted with friendliness and aloha. I was completely honest with Louie on which vehicle I saw on promotion and he immediately procured a inventory sheet of all vehicles offered, located the particular Versa Note SV we were interested in, and off to Mililani to locate vehicle. Louie quickly located our Versa Note SV to test drive back to the dealership along with explaining options and equipment. Our deal was finalized quickly by Louie and we purchased accessories through Angela Henry, who was also very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Both Louie and Angela were helpful in coordinating installation of all accessories prior to delivery of vehicle, which was upon my request. Louie stayed in contact through text, email and phone calls to update us with progress and timelines. We finally picked up our vehicle last Wednesday,. 10-22-14 and have been extremely happy with our vehicle and the friendly staff at Tony Nissan, especially Louie and Angela.

The employees at Tony Nissan were friendly and very welcoming. This was my very first time being at a dealership to choose a car for myself, and Julius took the "scariness" of first time buys away. He made sure to let me know of all my options and the outcomes/expenses of which car I decided on. I didn't feel pressured into purchasing something just to get the "sale", but instead I felt like Julius was genuinely trying to make sure I took the right first step in the right direction. I love my car and Julius Borje played a big helpful role in helping me get the car I've always wanted.
