not so happy.....

If u r age 18-25, I wouldn't go to Tommy's because they think your dumb and stuiped. On a cash deal, they tell u nothing is wrong with the car your buying...4 days later the drive asle begin to make noise. Took it back, they test drove it...nothing wrong! Two days later, my dad went with me, the mechanic test drove the car and told tommy it was about to go out. The mechanic came in on Sunday, his day off and fixed my car. Thanks a lot to the mechanic but as far as tommy himself...NO GOOD, ripe u off in a heartbeat!!!

Couldn't get the car I wanted this time. I will be back, great people and really nice cars.

Great example of customer service

We bought our truck from Tommy's. The service was impeccable! Down to earth, super friendly and did everything we needed and more to feel good about buying. The service here is beyond expectation after going to many other dealers and feeling pushed into things we didn't want or even need. We found this place to feel like home. This will definitely be where we buy all our vehicles!

I had a wonderful experience at Tommy's Quality Used Cars in Guthrie,My. My husband found a car he wanted to get for me on cars.com. he called them and explained our situation and they offered to hold the car for us for one week until we could make it down there. We got there and the car was sitting out front , it feel as if it was waiting on me. The price was exactly as advertised. The car is in good condition amend runs great the interior was clean and I am very very satisfied with my shopping experience there. I will definitely go back and I have already recommended people to go see them!

Never go there again

Went looking for a used a car. Their advertised prices didnt match the prices on the lot. And if you finance it through them they charge you even more above the advertised price (to the tune of more then twice the advertised price). Walked out EXTREMELY disatisfied. Worse experience with a car lot in a very long time. Wouldnt recommend them to an enemy.

My husband found Tommy's on line. We have been looking for a specific car for our soon to be 16yr old. She had her heart set on this type car....we've searched for 2 months now, when he came across the car and price at Tommy's he called and told me. At first I thought a place called "Tommy's"? in KY? But we said lets go check it out only, 25 min. from home, it's worth looking at. Drove a beautiful back rode country drive to get there. Once there? It was in the middle of no where but the people were friendly, laid back, not pushy like your big dealers and seemed very genuine. Found the car, had low miles and was in our price range. Made an offer, they checked with "Tommy" and he accepted our deal. The car is beauti3ful and so clean and neat and only 3 yrs old. I'm now looking for ME, a convertible and wiil def. head back that way, they have 250 to 300 cars on their country lots and are just good ole boys trying to please the customer. Would def. recommend! And I'm a very skeptical person. Try them and enjoy the awesome drive there.

This started out as a very good venture. 37.6 miles from my doorstep to Tommy's I called this morning to make sure the vehicle was still on the lot. I gave the VIN and Stock number, the young lady checked and said this vehicle was still available. I called again the same afternoon to make sure the vehicle was available and the time they closed. Needless to say I was told yes to the availability and on Friday evenings they are open until 8 pm. I made the trip and upon arrival I drove around Tommy's Quality Used Cars and did not see this vehicle. An older man came out of the office and asked if he could help. I gave him the print out from Cars.com and asked if this vehicle was available. He said he sold it TWO WEEKS AGO! I said I called and was told the vehicle was still here. He asked what number and again I showed him the print out from Cars.com again he said HE SOLD IT TWO WEEKS AGO. Didn't offer any other vehicles just walked away. Tommy's rating needs to be the pits! Poor salemans, poor communication, and poor diplomacy!
