I don't write a lot of reviews, but after reading some of these and getting a good chuckle, I decided to cover my experience. First of all, I am still allowed to text my saleswoman. And they did not "buzz" me on price... which sounds like it would hurt. I did get a nice clean car and learned a few things about the lease process. My previous lease was ending and I was invited in to look at options for my next car. Diesel, AMG, SUV... lots to pick from. I drove all the different models that interested me and settled in on one of the last 2016 E350's. There was no pressure to buy and they were very accommodating about driving the vehicles I found interesting. The Paperwork was easy and the deal was fair. I learned what I needed to know about the vehicle and drove away happy. I can also tell you that my service experience with my previous Benz was a piece of cake. I dropped the car off, took a loaner and came back to a washed and serviced vehicle. Easy.I think some people need to understand that car dealers provide service, not servants and some things cost money and you shouldn't feel upset after a purchase. Treat people well and they will return the favor. I believe that is the key to being able to trust people

Ran my 2003 windstar through a large puddle of ran water,during a storm,engine started miss firing.Took the van in for service,without an appointment,they had me back on the road the next day,needed coil pack,new spark plug wires,spark plugs,which were all original ,van has 103,500 miles on it.

After a service B on my 2009 C300 I found a broken engine cover, oil all over my engine compartment and on the belts which led to a concerning chirping noise when the engine is running, scratches on ALL 4 wheels from where the lug nuts were removed (OF WHICH THEY ONLY AGREED TO FIX 1!) and improper tire pressure (off by quite a bit) in all 4 tires. They didn't really bother to anything properly. HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU AT ALL CARE ABOUT YOU CAR

I purchased a used GMC Denali here last week. After rough experiences at other dealerships I had low expectations but Lorie made the buying experience excellent for me and helped to ensure that this was the truck I wanted. I certainly didn't expect to buy a used pickup at a Mercedes Dealer but I couldn't be happier. They offered a great price on my trade, gave me ample time alone with the truck and I felt zero pressure. To top it off the finance department got me an amazing rate and even the paperwork was hassle free. Prices are extremely competitive too! When it's time for another truck I'll be giving them a call before going anywhere else.

My husband and I went to the dealership with just the intent to look. When I walked in the showroom, Greg Wood immediately acknowledged us, asked what we were looking for and how he could help. It was a Saturday afternoon and he was very busy but I felt he handled it well and made sure we were being taken care of as well as his other customers. Very courteous and knowledgeable, we didn't feel pressured to make a decision. Our Jeep was reasonably priced and very clean. We are still in disbelief the deal we got.

I wasnt sure I would be able to get approved for the car I was looking at, But Pandora one of the sales associate made it happen, she was very friendly and keptd me lower than the price range I originally stated. I felt like Pandora wasn't just trying to make me get into a kia forte koupe to make money but she actually cared and was super excited as much as I was. She was helpful with directing me into the different location I would go to get an oil change etc. I would recommend Pandora to anyone who is looking for a car. Pandora is the definition of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I've been scouring three states for the right Volvo S60 for a few months now. I found the one online at Masano Mercedes in Reading. I drove from Upstate NY to Philly to Reading in my search. When I got to Masano in Reading to look at the car, I met with Todd Grim to look at it. The car was missing. Todd spent the rest of the day looking for what was probably the cheapest car on their lot and finally found out it on another lot. When he found it, the keys were missing. At this point, Todd could have said "Sorry pal, I could be selling a Mercedes for more money to someone else." He didn't say that. Instead, he spent the rest of the day and the next day working on this deal. He tracked down the keys and helped me overcome other obstacles as this was my first time buying a car from a big dealer. To sum it up, he spent two days working on one deal in a setting where he has millionaires walking in with blank checks and could've basically told me to get lost. We closed up the deal. In addition to the service, he's a good guy to work with. I'm 29 and as I work my way up the car ladder, I'll go back to Todd when I'm ready for my upgrade. If you're looking to buy a nice from an unpretentious salesman who will go through xxx and back for you, Todd Grim at Masano Mercedes is your guy.

I called to say I wanted a car. A cpo mercedes. I'm told the salesman is off, but the General Manager says a hold is on the car for me. He personally took care of it. The next day I'm called and told the car was sold. What a bunch of amateurs. Total clueless idiots running this place. Stay away from this dealership unless you want nothing but trouble. I can't begin explain the frustration with this unprofessional staff. On top of all of this, I really think they lied to me. They claim the car was sold before I called, but I'm not sure I believe their story. Too much hesitation and tense tone when I'm being told the car was sold before I called. Really, the GM of the dealership has no clue what is sold and not sold. That makes it worse if this is true...no communication by their staff. You can't believe or trust anything they say. Who conducts business like this?

My wife and daughter just returned from picking up a low mileage 2012 Chevy Cruze at Tom Masono Mazda 3728 Pottsville Pike. We attempted to negotiate a better price for a straight cash purchase with no trade but they stood firm at the listed retail. I found refusal to negotiate to be unusual but that inst the crux of the complaint. The cleaning/detailing was very poorly done. Wheels were not clean. Dash and upholstery had areas that were totally missed. Interior stank of cleaning fluids. Seemed like it was cleaned by woefully inexperienced or unsupervised kids. The car had not been serviced; motor oil was dark in color, coolant low. I cant believe that a reputable would deliver a late model vehicle without servicing and cleaning especially considering the full retail price was paid. I am 56 yeas old and have bought many vehicles in my life (currently own seven) and have never bought a used car that was not prepped for delivery. Watch these guys.

Neal (sales) Phil (manager) and Rob (finance) are all absolutely wonderful- all very smart, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. There is not a thing they will not do to make you happy with your new purchase.

WARNING: Do NOT do business with this dealership!!! In the first week of September 2013 I found my dream truck, the Mercedes Benz GL550 online at the Tom Masano website listed for$29,887. I immediately scheduled an appointment on the website and met my first sales rep Lorie Kleeman who invited me to see the vehicle (although it wasnt ready for delivery). Upon arrival and a quick inspection of the truck, I noticed the passenger-side air-shock was broke, and was told the dealership was waiting on back ordered parts. I also noticed a few other issues such as the worn running boards, and a missing navigation disc. Lorie assuredme everything that was physically broken would be fixed, except wear items. I proceeded to give Lorie Kleeman a $500.00 cash deposit - even after being told they could not discount the vehicle mere penny, because Tom Masano Mercedes does not negotiate on pricing. On Monday September 16th (a week and a half later), I called Lorie checking in on my dream car and was told my Mercedes wasfinished & ready for delivery. I went in for my 24hr test drive as offered per Lorie and upon my arrival, Sue Hurrellinformed me Lorie was mistaken and that I could not take the vehicle for 24hrs prior to purchasing. Sue thenrefused to even allow me to get behind the wheel for a test drive stating; "I'll drive and you can play with the components." At this point I couldn't believe how I was being treated and couldnt imagine a Mercedes Benz dealer treating customers in such a degrading manner. Regardless I endured the poor customer service because I believed in the Mercedes brand, and was not going to allow a few bad sales reps to stop me from owning my dream car. Upon returning from my test drive, and after waiting nearly two weeks from the time I placed my initial deposit, I was told I had only 24 hours to find alternative means to complete the purchase (or it would be sold) because no one would accept my credit application. I kindly asked Rob Wahl the finance manager to please give me 48hrs to secure the cash/funding for the vehicle. I was able to immediately secure funding from my credit union and two days later on 09/18/2013 I happily arrived to take delivery of my Mercedes GL550 - only to be greeted by manager Phill Hart asking; "Do you have $30,000.00 cash in that book bag?" I responded saying "No, I have a check, charger, IPod, and insurance documents ". Upon completing the deal the finance manager Rob Whal informed me Wells Fargo had agreed to finance me - after the fact.Later that evening while driving home I decided to turn on the foglights & ALL the lights cut off... I didn't know what to do, so I stopped and put the light switch back in auto position, and when Igot home I almost backed into the garage because the Parktronic didn't work. The next morning I noticed a 6 inch crack in the front windshield, Iimmediately went into work mode (as Im a lot manager of a rental car agency) and discovered the oil hadn't been changed, the navigation system still didn't have the disc in the unit (only to find out later the navigation/dvd system was broken), the sunroof wouldn't close automatically, the childproof lock was jammed (so the truck wasn't safe for my children), and the rear brake light was completely blown out. In addition, I discovered the front air suspension was releasing air whenever I drove over anything uneven and the air suspension in the rear sits lopsided when parked. I immediately called the manager Rob Wahl about what I discovered and to my disbelief was told "it wasn't like that when it left the lot" I then replied and asked "doesn't the 30 day law apply?" he said No, and then proceeded to initiate and engage an argument with me. I told him I've never been to a Mercedes-Benz dealership such as this one, and informed him I've been to all of them in the area including West Chester, Devon, and Fort Washington and the way I was being treated at Tom Masano was totally unacceptable.


If you have patience then you can deal!!

Sales is excellent, buying process is super easy. The incompetence of the staff and the lack on communication between departments, sales, service, body shop, transportation is less then desirable. They tend to pass the buck and blame the other departments. Be Honest and just fess up for your mistakes and stupidity. Plus trying to speak with a manager you have to jump through hoops. Can be quite frustrating if you don't have the patience to persevere. Would I recommend? NO!!! Stay FAR FAR AWAY until they get their departments and their customer service on par.

I arrived at the dealership at 6 pm and test drove a couple a BMW's that night. I was very interested in one BMW so I talk to Calvin Jones about the price and my trade in I had that night. After everything was done it was 9:30 pm that night and I walked out with the BMW. Calvin Jones was very nice and said he had no one to detail the vehicle and I understood. I brought the vehicle back that Saturday for a detail. Once the BMW was ready Calvin inspected the car and sent it back to be done correctly. I appreciated that he looked the car over before giving me the keys and knew there was an issue and resolved the issue with out me saying a word.Tom Masano and Calvin Jones really make sure you go away with a car to your liking. Since the purchase I receive a phone call asking how my vehicle is and if I was still satisfied on the purchase.

I live. Far away from the dealership, the two people I spoke to, for the most part tried to help me. But they didn't go out of their way to help me since I was too far away and it would've been a hard hurdle to clear. But I guess they could've shown a little more willingness to help a possible customer.. Like tried to find out how much money it would cost to send their car to me from their state to mine. I did get a second phone call from the lady I spoke on the phone, but it was to ask me if I was interested in a different car.. How could I have shown interest in another car, when they did not tried to fully help on the first car... Other than that ok I guess..

Dave Perry did an excellent job. From the first moment we walked into the dealership he was professional, focused and welcoming. He asked good questons to identify what we where in the market for and then located several very good options for us to consider. He was very informative and was able to answer all our questions. He was very patient in helping us on several test rides and helped us in every step of the purchase. He allowed us the time to put our due diligence into making the right choice for our next used car. I wrote an initial review after having a bad experience purchasing a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee from the Tom Masano used lot on RT 61. I wanted to follow up as Bill Appler contacted me and made things right. The dealer had repainted the rear bumper before putting it on the lot for sale. We noticed issues in the paint work and a whole ordeal ensued. My wife and I purchased the Jeep anyway as she loved it. I was still unhappy with the quality of repair work they did and reviewed them, reflecting my dis-satisfaction. Bill emailed me and had our Salesman (Richard Nolt) contact us and have us bring the Jeep in to be repaired right. The Jeep is now all fixed up properly and we are very happy with the Tom Masano dealer. I will be going to them when it comes time for me to purchase a vehicle.

I cannot describe how happy I am with buying my latest vehicle from Tom Masano. They actually made car buying pleasant again.Other than my very first car (many years ago), I have had nothing but miserable experiences UNTIL NOW.Darren, our salesman, was excellent. He showed us all the vehicles we wanted to see and was kind enough to point out others that were comparable (we ended up buying one of those), and he was also very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at. The sales manager was helpful and made everything run so smoothly.Their list prices were good so an agreement was arrived at very quickly. The best part is that we didn't sit around for hours & hours!Tom Masano is the first dealership I can honestly say I would recommend to others.
