I had a great experience with Kelley. I had quick communication between all the salesman l worked with. The service was great. There was a small issue with the Mariner a few days after I purchased and they brought it in and fixed it within 24 hours and provided a complimentary rental car for me. Overall great service.

As someone who travels quite a bit for work, I rely on vehicle a lot. I was down in Decatur, Indiana seeing an account and when I got out my vehicle I noticed a large screw in my front drivers tire.....after going to a local garage first, and whom I will never recommend because of the unfriendly welcome and bad attitude this person had.. Also he could not fix my tire that day, ( Bad service and persona skills), anyway I remembered there was Ford dealership down the road......as I pulled into the service check in bay and got out of my vehicle, I was greeted with a warm, friendly greeting and smile.....after initially saying they could not fix it, the service manger then went to double check, and when he came back, they detrmined and it was repairable and was able to fix my tire that day, and I was on my to Cloumbus, Ohio....that is great service to say the least, and if my vehicle has troubles again while I am down there, I will definitely have my vehicle repaired..they went above and beyond to get me back on my way. Thanks

Service manager and mechanic were great. Explained everything to me. I don't understand why I got an email from you 5 days later telling me my battery was bad, tires need replacing, brakes need replacing. Your service people told me all were ok and did not need serviced for 6 to 9 months. I felt like your email was pushing me to purchase product and service not needed.

I was treated very professionally by my service write, Adam. He took the time to go over with me all the options for repair. The waiting area was a nice place to spend my time while repairs were done. The service manager, Justin, even checked on me a couple of times to make sure all was well. The parts department guys even came out to ask me what my preference on parts being installed in my car, you don't see that everywhere. And lastly the technician who worked on my car did an outstanding job, it's never ran better. A very positive experience all around.

After our accident on 12-04-15, we were in such a panic mode to find another Taurus. After talking to Tom, we found exactly what we wanted in a very short period of time. We picked up our 2013 Ford Taurus in Fort Wayne and Tom was there to guide us through everything. I love the Taurus and would never consider getting anything other than that car. The accident we had made us firm believers in this car and superior safety standards it has. I have most certainly told many people about our experience and have told them if they are looking for a new car, the Taurus is the one to trust. It started with a text message from my son asking me hey dad how would you like to be in a new truck and No payments for two year..So i asked how and he explained....so then i drove to Decatur to look at the new ford f150 test drove one and loved it..so my son and I sat down and talked about the deal that was offered Oh yea my son is the Dealer at Kelley's..His boss took my truck for a drive and when he came back the 3 of us talked about trade in's..well he didn't offer what i wanted for the truck but make a long story shorter..lol he gave me what i was asking and paying off my car loan i had bout though Kelley also wow now it was like what to do what to do.....so my son went out got in the new truck and parked it right beside mine and said there Dad now to can look at both at the same time....i stood at the window for about ten min's trying to make up my mine on what to do..My son walked up to me and said dad you don't have to give a answer on this today go home and think about it..so i did...well i seen him on Sunday and told him im turning the deal down.....very hard to do i could see a little sadness in his face when i said that but he was ok with it...but more i thought about this the more i could not pass on this so i texted him at work and asked if he had the truck yet he said yes and of course i said sold.....Thank you Justin miller and tom Kelley ford for a great deal and truck....

I needed to trade in my used Ford Five Hundred that I have had for four years now as it was racking up the miles because it was my "go everywhere and do everything" car. My wife and I started an internet search for a Ford Explorer Sport Trac. We quickly found one we thought was appropriate and was one we could afford. I wasted no time and called up Tom Kelley Chevrolet Buick Ford in Decatur, IN and was quickly transferred to Jason Humbarger. I inquired about the 2003 Ford Explorer Sport Trac that we saw on the internet search that was for sale at this dealership. I was delighted to find out that it was still available at the affordable price and that it truly had half the miles of my Ford Five Hundred. I arranged to drive down to Decatur, IN and see the truck in person while also having a chance to discuss trading in the Ford Five Hundred. I worked with Justin Miller at the Tom Kelley Ford store in Decatur. We initially thought of buying a used Ford Escape, but ended up with a new 2016 Ford Escape SE. Justin found us exactly what we wanted, without having to build our own vehicle,and it fit our budget perfectly. Justin did a fantastic job and I would definitely recommend him and the Kelley Ford store to anyone I know looking for a vehicle. I absolutely love the Ford Escape as well, it is a great ride with a lot of nice extras that didn't break bank.

The vehicle service requested was provided as expected, for the most part. However, when I said I did not need a 4-wheel alignment, since I would soon be buying new tires, I was told the alignment check was free. I said the was fine to do, but I did not want the wheel's aligned, if an adjustment was needed. An adjustment was made, and I was charged $60. Also, the technician who worked on my car most likely did not place a protective sheet over my floor mat, since the mat had black marks on it when I picked up my car.There has recently been a lot of employee turnover at Kelly Ford in Decatur. I am concerned that this will affect the quality of customer service that is provided. I will give the facility a few more tries, before considering taking my business elsewhere.

It was awesome I needed front shocks on my van as I was going to be going out of town and was afraid as to how weak my shocks were I know service was very busy and I really needed it done the service department bent over backwards to help me out they squeezed me in right after lunch and replaced the front shocks. I knew it would not be easy task as bolts were rusted pretty badly and I knew if I tried to do it and I broke bolts it would have been a mess sure enough some bolts did break but service technician did awesome job in drilling them out and getting me back on the road A++++ job very pleased with work that was done KEEP UP GOOD WORK. I am sure I will be returning for future repairs Bill

I had an oil change performed on my truck. It was the first time I have ever had anyone other than myself change my oil. The staff was courteous and prompt, and my truck was no only serviced but a full inspection was done on it while it was in. Without their inspection, I would not have known my transmission fluid will need serviced soon. I like being able to leave knowing the condition of my truck and whether I have service costs in the future, and not just being led on to "make the extra buck."

The service department sold me water repellant for my windshield that has a 3 year warranty. I was in a downpour in Chicago and when other cars were pulling off the road, I was driving normal speeds! And they reapplied it for free when I came in for my oil change! It's nice when a product exceeds expectations.

I went to go buy a truck and they would not work with me. The truck had few pieces broke paint bubbling up and paint chipped also tires were bald they said they couldn't work on the price cause to many people looking at it so I asked if they would at least put new tires on cause the tires were bald on the front cause lineament was out i would say about another 500 too 1000 miles the wires in the tire would be showing so he went and talked to sales manager to seserif they could he came back and said someone in fort Wayne wanted to look at it and if they don't want to buy it than they can talk about putting tires on wow and the sad thing is i would of paid cash for it must not wanted to sell it that bad
