If a fleet car was unavailable a ride home and back to the service center. The driver was very friendly. I will purchase my next car from Tom Bush BMW.

I see a trend with the reviews. Positive feedback on sales and negative reviews on service. My experience has been no exception to the trend. I too have left messages with no return calls. I have just incurred $2,800 in charges with no tangible results. I have had my car in for service 4 times since it was purchased last November. At each visit I brought up strange noises and burning oil. I was consistently told there was no issue. This last visit I brought the car in stating there was engine noise and the engine was lugging. Again, my advisor Steve stated that they could not identify any problems and suggested I get the spark plugs changed. Furthermore, he stated the tech took my car out for a drive and did not hear any noise. I picked my car up and a day later experienced "drivetrain failure" message and a check engine light. Immediately called and took it in the next morning. Now, understand that a day ago there was nothing wrong with the car. The diagnosis according to Steve was that the error codes could not give the enough information and they would need to break down the engine to know exactly what was going on - at a cost of $2,200. Understanding that they now have charged me $2,800 for no tangible result. So, the findings from the $2,200 breakdown was that they think the engine needs to be replaced. I asked for a detailed breakdown and estimate of the work to be performed, waited a day and a half for this information and finally called to get the estimate since I was obviously not going to get a call back. When I called, Steve did not have the quotes pulled together and gave me rough estimates for repairs. $8-10k to replace the engine that I would have to buy... so, this was how a customer gets treated? Keep in mind they have serviced my car since purchase and let the car go out of warranty with my complaints to come back and attempt to charge me $2,200 for engine breakdown, oil change and spark plugs at $600, engine replacement at $8-10k. This is in addition to my buying an engine at another $8,500. This, in my opinion, is the definition of screwing your customer. I hope that this makes everyone the wiser and nobody finds themselves in my position. I also asked since I was out of warranty if Tom Bush would assist in speaking with corporate on my behalf, which also was met with no response. I escalated to Brian, and also left messages for the general manager, Teles. No response or assistance.

Tire warning came on, brought it in and was told tire needed air, 4 days later tire was flat, had a screw in it. if they would have checked the tire they would have found the screw and I could have had tire repaired but because it went 4 days or so the screw worked its way in and screwed the tire, now I have to buy two new tires $500.00. My wife and I first met with Tom BcBride, Sales Consultant for Tom Bush BMW in June, 2016, looking for a 528i or 535i. After our first meeting with Tom, my wife and I told him we'd be buying a BMW from him; we just needed some time to explore and find the car that fit both our needs.On Friday, July 29, we purchased a beautiful 2014 BMW 535i, meeting all our requirements. Without Tom having taken the time to listen to our needs and understanding the individual importance to me of 400 horsepower and staying with a 6 cylinder for my wife, we would have missed the opportunity to own this great car.Over many conversations and staying close in texts, as I travel a good deal, and after discussions of the M Series, the 550, and the 535, I had asked Tom to find me a BMW 550, for the horsepower. Working with his technical team at Tom Bush BMW, Tom found a solution to meet both my wife's insistence on a 6 cylinder and my desire to have at least 400 horsepower. I stopped by Tom Bush on Friday afternoon on my way home from JAX, and purchased the BMW 535i, 6 cylinder, 400 horsepower, Twin Turbo!Tom answered all our questions, showing us numerous BMW's throughout this search period, involving his technical Team when needed. The last time I purchased a vehicle was 16 years ago as I am a person who believes in taking care of what you have and if it isn't broke don't replace it. I knew that my current car would not last forever so I had began looking to purchase a used or certified pre-owned X6 two years ago so that I wouldn't be looking for a car when I needed one but would have the luxury of taking my time and looking for what I wanted while my current vehicle was still working fine. I had signed on with Autotrader and received alerts whenever an X6 became available so I could shop without the pressure of a car salesman trying to sell me a vehicle before I was ready to purchase one or that I didn't want. When one became available at Tom Bush BMW in the right color and with low miles I sent an email and was contacted by Bill Stewart. I made an appointment with Bill, test drove the vehicle the next day but was still hesitant due to it being slightly more than I had planned to spend. There was no pressure and Bill answered all of my questions to the point I was able to make a decision that day that I could live with. I love my vehicle and can truly say that this was the most positive car buying experience ever.

Worst Service Imaginable & incompetent Service Manager

I would struggle to even call this a "Service" center. Dealing with the incompetent Service Manager was the only experience I have encountered that is worse than dealing with an Airline ticket agent. First they "lost the key", so then I went home to get my spare key. They decided that it was best to wait until I returned with my spare key to inform me that my car was up on the rack and had been taken apart (even though I had NOT approved any work). For those keeping count, that is 2 separate trips to the service center for nothing so far. I went on Monday around 10:30 am to pick up my car and take it to another shop for the repairs, because BMW's quote was DOUBLE the quote I received elsewhere (for the EXACT same work - yes DOUBLE, and I am not exaggerating). Because of the 2 previous trips/attempts I had made to retrieve my car, I specifically called to make sure the car was "put back together", they had found the key, and that the car ran - so I could drive it. After about a minute (supposedly checking "their records"), I was told "yes, it's here and ready to go". I asked her to confirm and explained my reasoning, to which I was told "Oh, I understand, It is definitely read for you". Upon arrival, I was informed the car would not start and that I had to pay for the "work" they had completed before they could release the car. I paid cash for this car, NEW, less than 2 years ago - from this same location. I am having my car repaired at a true service center now, will then be selling the vehicle immediately following, and will never buy another BMW.

Great facility and selection of cars. I've purchased two from this dealership and had four BMWs. My 550 has lots of problems and neither BMW or Tom Bush is stepping up. The 550 has a transmission problem that BMW now calls a "characteristic" but funny it wasn't part of the cars personality when I bought it! Service seems to never be able to replicate complaints and requests for meetings with the dealership management and BMW reps are never responded too. Great experience until you have a problem.

Buying a new car can be frustrating... Unless you meet Walt Pickens at Tom Bush BMW in Jacksonville, FL. We meet Mr. Mr. Pickens while searching on websites for a new BMW. We were initially attracted by a car in the solid inventory at Bush. But after a few few helpful phone conversations with Mr. Pickens we were convinced a drive from Tallahassee was in order. We felt they had the car we really wanted. It would be difficult to find a more sincerely good salesperson than Walt. His many years of helping his clients was evident. I was recently looking for a new car and figured I would check out BMW. I have leased a 2014 Mazda6 GT w/Tech from Tom Bush Mazda and have sent multiple friends to buy or lease cars from their other dealerships as well. After walking into the BMW dealership I was greeted by the Sales Manager and then dealt with a Sales Representative to test drive a new BMW 535i. Unfortunately, I did not like it that much, so the sales person asked me some more questions and we test drove a 550i. I liked it more but it still wasn't the perfect drive for me. He then proceeded to really delve into what I was looking for in my next car. After telling him he prepared a new 640i Gran Coupe for me to drive. Well, needless to say, I fell in love and that was the perfect car for me. I really liked how the sales team worked with me to find me the right car after hours of looking at different cars, options, colors, etc.

I just purchased a 2010 camero SS from Tom Bush BMW and I can say from the first phone call to the last word when i left the dealership was a great experience. I found my car on auto trader and found it was on Tom Bush BMW in Jacksonville Fl and i live in Decatur Al 586 miles away.. I dealt with Gino the internet sales guy and he stayed in contact and assured me the car was all the picture shown. Drove down the Jacksonville 9 hours away picked up my car.. it was perfect and the guys at the dealership were great and super nice. The car was clean and shined up for my ride home and did great on the returned trip. Great experience and highly recommend this dealership..

On January 2, 2014. I purchased a BMW from Tom Bush Volkswagen BMW with my son. At the time of purchase, we were sold gap insurance (additional $595) and an extended warranty ($2,195), both we were told were a great protection investment and in the event we sold the car we could cancel and receive a prorated refund. This was appealing as we told our sales person we only planned on keeping the car for one year. On August 30 by son traded in his 2011 328CI BMW Arlington Toyota and purchased a new truck. At this point I placed a call to Tom Bush Regency Motors where we had purchased his BMW and left a voicemail for Shelia, finance manager. She returned my call promptly, and left me a voicemail. That same day I called Sheila back and this time left a lengthy message as to why I was calling a courtesy call to let her know to expect my son to stop by the dealership the following day to pick up the check or complete paperwork for the refund of both the gap insurance and the warranty we purchased with his car. I did not hear back from Shelia and subsequently left three additional messages, without a call back. My son called me the next day from the Tom Bush BMW to say he was told by Sheila that the gap insurance would be refunded but according to her, "we had purchased a maintenance agreement and not a warranty and therefore those prorated monies would not be refunded." I made three additional calls to Shelia without a return call and finally left her another detailed message regarding the situation, explaining to her that we would have never paid an additional $2,100 for a warranty or a maintenance agreement that we could not cancel when we knew we would keep the car for less than a year. I did eventually receive a message from Shelia stating that she told my son this warranty went with the car and therefore we were not able to cancel it. Obviously we had no knowledge of this as this $2,100 was certainly not reflected in the trade in price we received when we traded in his BMW.. I left another message for Shelia to call me back, still to this date she has not. I did, however receive a message from an Andrew. When I called him back, he again maintained that no refund would be forthcoming and that it was up to me to know the difference between a maintenance agreement and a warranty. He also stated that his people do this all the time and they would have been very clear at the time of the sale that it was not an agreement that would allow a refund upon cancellation. I explained to him that no such conversation ever took place and we were clearly told this money would be refunded should we sell the car. I also explained that after inquiry at another dealership, I was assured by members of both of their sales teams that indeed, this money should be refunded and that it happens with them all the time. To this he replied, they dont know what theyre talking about. I asked Andrew to check to see if anything could be done and he said no, they could not help me and it was basically my fault for not reading all the small print on the agreement. I was quite surprised by his attitude and lack of customer service. After discussing with my son, we agreed that we need to at least make sure the new owner of his BMW has that warranty agreement since we paid for it so I called Andrew back and told him that if I still had to pay for it, that I wanted paperwork to give to the new owner. He said he would email it to me. Two days later I still had received nothing from Tom Bush BMW and called Andrew back. After leaving several messages I finally got a call back from him and he told me he lost my email address. I gave it to him again but at that point he took back up the argument that it was our fault for not reading the print and understanding the difference between a maintenance agreement and a warranty. Charged me $900 to replace a water pump - outrageous. Asked them to test the system for a slow leak I've had for a couple months. Told me they tested it and it was good to go. Within 1 day, was adding coolant. Mi called and the service manager told me specifically that they had pressure tested it. After a couple more coolant adds, I tested it myself and there was an obvious leak on the top of the radiator. While replacing the radiator, I found numerous loose and missing fasteners that were not assembled properly at the dealership. Almost like no wrenches were used and many thins were hand tight. Very disappointed because I felt like I was lied to, they were very expensive and the quality was very poor. BMW of NA needs to do something about this dealership. AND, no one called me to ask about my service.

I had a very good experience with Tom Bush - with multiple visits demonstrating consistently good customer service. First, we used them for service on an existing BMW after we moved. They extended the rental car courtesy to us even though we hadn't purchased from them since we had just moved there and the service was a warranty service. While there, we decided to consider a new car purchase. We'd been planning on make this purchase in the next few months, but felt that the price we were offered made it worth going ahead with the purchase (including rebates we didn't know were available to us). This purchase involved ordering a vehicle and Marco was very good about maintaining contact about the progress and being very flexible about how to get the car picked up. Although there was a misunderstanding during the ordering process (not *really* anyone's fault), Marco really worked within the dealership leadership to make it right. He could have just said 'gee you should have known better, sorry - charlie' - but instead came up with a solution that reflected a compromise on their part, but also helped me. He really showed ownership over the deal and I appreciated his advocacy on my behalf - a person of lesser character might have just said 'oh well'. I had some reservations about the car buying process in general as a female (let's face it, sometimes you wonder if you are being taken advantage of), but everyone - from sales, to finance, to service - was helpful and upfront without being patronizing. There wasn't any 'double speak' and the whole process was pretty transparent. They found a good outside financing deal that was better than what I found on my own internet search and while informing me of the various extra warranty options, they didn't put the hard sell or browbeat me into anything. If we hadn't just acquired two vehicles in the last year, I'd have no reservations about purchasing from them again.... and almost look forward to going back for service.

Researched BMW cars for several months. Decided to go through USAA auto buying services to get a good price. The dealership that was listed as the certified dealership for use through the buying service, was located far north of Jacksonville in Savannah, Georgia. I shared what I believed to be an excellent deal to my salesman, Marcelo Sackel and the Tom Bush dealership. There was no requirement for Tom Bush BMW to honor the USAA quote if not listed as the certified dealer. Tom Bush BMW rewarded my loyalty, having purchased 4 other vehicles over the years from them, by honoring a price that was close to invoice. I was happy not to have to travel 3 hours north to get such a good price. I was also very pleased that customer loyalty meant something to this dealership. I really like the car. I did not like the process, at all.When inquiring with friends, they told me they were very happy with Todd. Unfortunately, I ended up with Mark (I dont recall if Todd wasnt there or if I learned of him after first meeting Mark). Maybe the review that follows would have been different if I went with Todd. I found that Mark was not helpful, especially when I inquired about maintenance lists, service, etc. He was flush with stories about him and his owners, but not forthcoming when it came to answering my questions. He did not provide me with a list, just vague answers. I found his stories to be numerous and rather long, taking up much of my time.I also felt like they did not take me seriously, especially without my husband (who was mentioned a lot, even though I was the one purchasing the car for me, and I am far more mechanically inclined than he). I do not appreciate compliments on my clothing choice when I am signing contracts and discussing terms and agreements (I came from my office). I have never had to experience that when in meetings with professionals. I sat there wondering if I were a male, would they be commenting on my tie or shoes? Then I had a credit at the Mini store, and the catalog that was handed to me was for clothing. I had to request a catalog of more practical items. The final instance that I will mention here was once I completed the paperwork and was waiting for my credit union to call, Mark told me he had to go eat lunch (which is perfectly understandable), but he felt the need to tell me to make sure I dont skip any gears when shifting. Really? I never would have guessed. I learned how to drive on a manual transmission, I requested a manual, and he was with me for the test drive, yet he felt the need to give me some driving tips. Earlier in the day, he showed me a copy of this survey and how he/they expect all 10s. It looks like neither of us are satisfied.

So over a period of of several months, Tom worked with our lead, Susie's sister Wendy Joesph, who was in Oklahoma City, to select and purchase the car of her dreams. Tom's challenge was to make this happen under a tight schedule and help us make the delivery of the car a special surprise. He started the process with a great introduction and test drive experience which helped comfirm that this was the car of her dreams. Tom went far out of his way to help the family to make this gift not only a special occasion but a complete sucess. The car was delivered to Susie while she was having dinner with her sister Wendy and family sitting outside at the Sun Dog Restaurant in Atlantic Beach, FL. Susie was sitting opposite of the street parking for the restaurant when a parking spot opened up and a brand new, beartiful Mini pulled into the open spot. Tom, stepped out of the car and placed a giant red ribbon on the hood. Susie recognized Tom and called out to him, "Tom your are giving a mini as a present to someone, how neat." Tom acted surprised to see her and came over to the restaurant patio as if to say hello. After a couple minutes of conversation, he asked, "by the way, who gets these keys?" Susie's sister said, "Tom why don't you give them to Susie". Great laughter and tears followed. It was a unique family experience and could not of turned out better. Tom was responsible for our family having an unforgetable event.Following the delivery, Tom's help in explaining the operation this beautiful and complex machine was right on target. I am an out of town customer who has been unsuccessful in negotiating a successful purchase at my local BMW dealership., I was in Jacksonville recently visiting my children and stopped by Tom Bush BMW to see what they might have available for purchase. We were met promptly by Venci Danailov and he was extremely helpful. There were no 128i convertibles in stock but he went to the locator and found several vehicles that met our specifications. I did not have my trade vehicle with me but I described it as a personal specialty vehicle with very low mileage and in excellent condition. He asked that I send a description along with the VIN numbers and he would take it to the sales manager. On Monday I received a reply from Venci and the trade offer was reasonable, site unseen. We corresponded several times by email and telephone to find the vehicle that my wife was really interested in and we were able to accomplish the sale. The delivery was accomplished as soon as the vehicle arrived at the dealership and the delivery was done in a professional and helpful manner. My wife loves her new car. We wish Tom Bush BMW was located in our town. We visit Jacksonville frequently and we are comfortable that we can get the services we need during our visits. We highly recommend Tom Bush BMW and Venci Danailov and will certainly consider them for our future automotive needs.

I went over to Jacksonville to buy a mini. I live in Tallahassee. I had spoken with Todd a few times on the phone. I really liked his laid back attitude. He answered all my questions and was very informative. However he did not overwhelm me with car salesman pressure. He gave me information I needed and then let me make my own decisions. Just got done cleaning my 'Beamer' :). So, I leased my first BMW a few days ago from this dealership and am more than happy with it. They gave me a great deal on 335i coupe. Georgian Sellers was my sales advisor and answered a ton of questions that i had as an engineer. I test drove different versions atlest 5 times on higway over the period of 4 hours and the fact that each time i had a question, it was answered with a smile, speaks volumes about this dealership. Credit checks, loan approval, car selection and overall advice was all done smoothly and nicely without any hassle. Moreover, i parked my old car in their lot and drove in my new BMW out of the dealership. I have been a mercedes owner since 1978 and after the initial drive of this absolutely fabulous BMW 750LI on Friday 2/24/2012 and have now purchases one, I will never go back to Mercedes. From the minute I met Chuck Hollis, his expertise shined with his knowledge that he imparted to me about this " Ultimate driving machine "-- The next day, my wife and I drove 275 miles to south Florida and even though I was impressed when I first drove this incredible automobile, I was even more impressed with its performance on a super highway. The blind side option, the incredible power, the sound system and the engineering is awesome. Looking out the front window and seeing your speed so you don't have to look down and take your eyes off the road is a great feature. The comfort of the air conditioning system is wonderful, you don't even hear it as it gives you a feeling of being in a silent room.The interior is solid like a rock - The seats are extremely confortable and you just don't want to get out of this great automobile. We had some guests in the back seat and they were extremely impressed with the leg room and space in the back.As I keep driving , I am finding that BMW has truly brought a magnificent automobile to the apex of the pack-There is no equal.In the future,I look forward having my wife in one of fabulous automobiles.

I recently had the displeasure of visiting this dealership. I have owned several (about 6) New BMWs. and i visited this dealership after a moving truck backed into my BMW. It needed about 2300 or so dollars worth of front end work. While my Car was in the shop i had them replace a door actuator as well. I took the door panel off,and tried to do it my self but realized it was a pretty duanting process. So....i left it to what i thought were the pros. Upon picking up my car which was only supposed to be there a week, 2 weeks later i noticed the door panel and wood trim was severly damaged, and The fender was dented (in 2 places). After asking the MGR about this, i was told they were not responsible for it. I then called the GM "Tellie A." He would not return my calls, so i stopped by and he refused to see me. I still have not heard from the dealership to this day. After reading several reviews (Google, yp.com,yelp, and others) and talking to several BMW owners i realized that this was a common practice at this dealership. Please read the reviews your self. The owner points the blame at everyone else,( read his rebutles on google) and the MGT is the worst ive ever seen! PLEASE dont take your vehicle here , or buy from these guys! READ THE REVIEWS!! A few months ago I began a search to replace my 2006 BMW convertible with a newer model. I visited several different dealerships and arrived at Tom Bush in October. Chuck Hollis showed me what was available in inventory and also searched several hundred miles away in an effort to find the exact car I wanted. Rather than try to sell me a model that was not quite what I was looking for, he suggested I build my specific car from scratch. Unsure, I went home to think it over. The best part of my experience with Chuck Hollis and the Tom Bush Team was that I was not hounded by phone calls while I was considering my options. Chuck did not push me to buy one of the cars in inventory or to order a custom car. He simply was there to answer all my questions as I made my decision, then walked me through all of the model options as I created my new car. Less than 60 days later I got an enthusiastic phone message from Chuck that my car was delivered! It took a few hours to make it through the process of picking up my new BMW, but it didn't seem long. I experienced the kindness and professionalism of several departments at Tom Bush, all committed to making my purchase go very smoothly. Chuck made sure I was knowledgeable and comfortable with all the new aspects of my car before I left and called me a couple days later to see if I had any new questions. The entire experiece was perfect from the initial conversation with Tom, working with Rob to obtain financing to the final closing with George. I have encountered a financial nightmare that has been most embarrassing. Everyone envolved was most understanding and not once was any judgement cast. Everyone's patience and hard work was much appreciated. For these reasons, I pledge my loyal support to the Tom Bush team. My only complaint is that I feel that the BMW/Cooper organization is short sighted in having customers pay extra for car mats when they go to such lenghts to offer such a safe, economical, and well made vehicle. I have been buying cars for 43 years. These guys are the best, but I've never paid extra for floor mats until now. Notwithstanding that, the fellow who sold me the mats in the parts department was equally helpful and knowledgable about his products.

I went to this dealership with my daughter, just to look and see. Boy did I get my eyes, ears, touch, physic worth! EVERYONE IN THAT DEALERSHIP WAS WONDERFUL! and I'm not kidding. The manager greeted me with a smile in the parking lot because they were short handed. He handled every question, concern, etc I asked until a salesman was available for a drive, that was Mark Maurais.From then on, I was in love (not with Mark, but with the beauty of the Mini Cooper). Mark is the kind of salesperson anyone would love to run into when buying a car; not aggressive, not running a con job, nor impatient. Let me start by saying that I wasn't just buying a car...I was custom ordering and creating a one of a kind special edition MINI from 500 miles away and really needed someone to take the time and walk through each step with me. Tom Caloia did a great job taking us through each sand every step, double checking all of the details and special requests...and he didn't stop once the order was sent. He provided me with regular updates about the car throughout the process, letting me know when production started, when it reached the docks, when it reached the US port, and most imprortantly - when I could finally pick up my new custom MINI. In my early twenties my Dad had a BMW and I fell in love with his car. I always wanted one and finally the day came that I could actually buy my own. I went to Tom Bush BMW and was assisted by the salesman, Venci Danailov. Venci was very knowledgeable about the BMW cars and wonderful at helping me to get exactly the one I wanted to buy, a 2008 328i convertible. Venci did not try to get me to accept something different that he already had on the lot and at the time of delivery there were not any sudden changes in the car or the price. The sales manager and finance manager were also very friendly and helpful. It was the best experience I ever had purchasing a car. I had planned to keep the car forever, but this year Venci called me about a deal that sounded to good to be true. He again found me the exact car I would trade for and without any additional money down, and a lower monthly payment, I now have a 2011 328i convertible. All the same options just brand new! Amazing! Venci really goes out of his way to ensure that you are a happy BMW owner. He insures that you know how all the options work, set up my blue tooth for my cell, and helped me to get everything in the car set the way I wanted it. When I got the 08, at the time the exterior and interior protection was being put on the car they forgot to put my windshield shade screen back in the car. I didnt realize it until I got to work and oops I didnt have it. I called Venci and he brought me a brand new BMW shade screen to my office so I did not have to go out of my and I had an even better shade screen. A couple of years after I had purchased my car, my sister, who had been with me at the time, were out Christmas shopping with our Mom. She later told me that while they were out she suddenly heard someone calling her name and saying hello, it was Venci. Unbelievable that he could remember her and her name after all that time, she wasnt even the customer, and he went out of his way to say hello to her and our Mom. Sales experience was very good. Salesman had excellent product knowlege and spent time with my wife, including driving the vehicle, so that she thoroughly understood what was to become her car. She is a detail person, who does not respond well to a high pressure approach, and doubted whether the 528i was worth the cost relative to a v6 Honda Accord. She was tough "sell" but, with the help of the sales manager he closed the deal.On another topic, we had a service experience at this Dealership with an '09 Z4 that was less than satisfactory. Our assigned service rep was on vacation and we dealt another rep who was curt to the point of being rude. Car was scheduled for a recall and an appointment was to be made while the vehicle was in for other service. She didn't know how long the vehicle would be out of service, refused to ask someone who did and was curt and abrupt in her answers. However, when I arrived for the recall appointment our regular rep was back and he got us a free loaner car while recall work was done, which took about five hours.

I was weary of going to this dealership because of some of the bad reviews. But they are one of the best. From the first contact by phone, to the service professionals to their courtesy transportation service I was very impressed. My fiance has a Mini. Service is supposed to be free for the first three years. The first two years she took it to her dealer in Omaha. She moved to Jax and took it to Tom Bush for the three year service. It had been 11,000 miles since the last service. They didn't change the oil! They kept the car all day and did nothing. She assumed that it was taken care of until the red light recently went on and we realized to our horror that we now have twenty thousand miles since the last oil change. I called to complain and I was told that BMW wouldn't pay for an oil change so they didn't do it. I don't care whose fault is is. There is nothing in the owners manual about oil change intervals and I refuse to believe that a manufacturer would not have you change oil at 11,000 miles.

i bought a car that i believe is a lemon from bmw, it broke too many times and recently here in jacksonville, florida was the monst awful experience ive ever received from bwm, before i was always made to feel taken care of but these people here in jacksonville just do whatever they want, today my car stalled and i had Brian (service manager) sit in it to see the service engine light is on and the car was shaking not driving more than 20 mph, its a 335i, then i gave the car to him and it was taken in by my b/f just two weeks before and they falsely imput wrong information about what happened because they documented that we didnt want to wait and its not true we wanted the car diagnosed and we were told that the computer was reset but today i was told that nothing has been done because we didnt want to wait, its a lie, he waited for 5 hours. they are not taking accountability and responsibility for this car. they woud not give me a loaner and i didnt feel that they cared about what i had to say. i pay $700 a month for this car and it was very expensive and it has nothing but problems, ive complained about the navigation turning on/off since i bought the car for last two years and i have records and about the char comming out and this is the second time its dying on me. please help. loss of money, i cant go to work, i lost clients, i lost time, i cried today and im paying $700 for a car that i believe is a lemon.

I went in to look at the new BMW Z4 as i have an 06 and want to trade it in for the new one. However when i went in today the sales rep i worked with was a total asshole to me and because i wasnt prepared to buy right then he told me i was waisting his time and that i should just go somewhere else. He was very confrontational and "EXTREEMLY" rude... When i called to complain the manager couldent care less and told me he wasnt going to do anything about it. I own a local company here in Jacksonville and am a serious buyer so im not sure why i got such a bad attitude. I have never been treated so rudely in my life and the sales manager really couldent care less. I want that guy fired and i wont stop until he is fired, im calling the news on Monday and am going to get them to do a report on it. Love the technology at Tom Bush, they know everything about my car just by the key. they are super friendly. I brought my 08 M3 in for an oil top off. When they brought my car back they said the oil cap was broken (i am assuming it wasn't broken when i came in).. They told me they would order a another one and would call me when it came in. 2 weeks later no call and after I've called twice, no return call either. Meanwhile my 85k BMW with prepaid service is leaking and burning oil like a rig in the gulf.. ARGGGG

Brougt my car at the Atlantic Blvd Dealer and have had it serviced more locally at the Orange Park location. On two ocassions service concluded they could not replicate my issues (noise when braking and car not starting) even though a service person was in the car to hear the noise while I drove- 3 months later and four visits the noise finally stopped on it's own. Second time, they couldn't detect why I had problems after service and replacement of parts, until I refused to take the car back to get stuck on the road again. I had to call the Service Rep for progress reports and updates, was refused a loaner car, given a list of needed repairs that had nothng to do with my issues and was treated rudely when I finally picked up my vehicle. I am, however, thankful for a Service Manager who understands customer satisfaction, if not customer service.

I have purchased three cars from Tom Bush. My most recent purchase was about a month ago. The salespeople there seem to be very knowledgable about the wide variety of inventory they have. Their pre-owned cars are always very clean. I have had no problems with service (although I use my salesman to schedule appointments) and whenever I need a car because one of my cars is in service, they seem more than willing to loan me a vehicle. I definately reccomend cultivating a relationship with a salesperson, this seems to speed up the process of service and anything that needs to be done. They are very upfront about the way they do business and seem to genuinely care about there reputation in the community. I think they have been around for something like 39 years or so..this says alot to me, I hate going to buy a car and feeling like my salesperson won't be there the next time I go. My salesperson has been there going on 5 years. My sister just purchased a full-size SUV from them because of her new baby and my father is looking to purchase a certified BMW in the near future. I have every confidence that they will be handled in the same professional manner that I have been every time. Another nice thing is the way they handle people with not so good credit. My credit isn't bad but it isn't perfect either, the finance manager did everything he could to get me approved with a low interest rate and got me to the payment I wanted without me having to go broke looking for a down payment. I really feel as if they wanted to earn my business every time. In a time where everyone seems to be trying to take advantage, it is a nice change to feel like your business is genuinely appreciated!

!! DO NOT GO TO Tom Bush for Servicing your BMW if you want to live !!Here is my dreadful experience:I have been to Tom Bush BMW (Atlantic Blvd) about 4 times for AC repair and couple of times for scheduled maintenance. I don't think they have the knowledge or expertise to fix a problem. They are totally UNPROFESSIONAL. I have been robbed of my portable GPS system during my last visit. When I complained to the Service Manager, he didn't even offer an apology. I consider it my mistake to assume that a luxury car dealership will be professional. Here is why I thought of writing reviews now.. I ALMOST DIED due to bad workmanship of Tom Bush BMW Service dept. As usual my AC was not working.. the service manager also asked me to do the regular maintenance as it was close to Service requirement. I agreed. I am not sure what they are supposed to do.. but I assume that they are supposed to check the tires, fluids, etc as part of the service. I don't think they bothered to do it. 3 of my 4 tires were totally worn out.. I skid on the freeway and lost control of the car. I consider this to be a BIG MISTAKE on Tom Bush Service Dept. They SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THE TIRES and cautioned me about it. I don't know how Tom Bush still has the dealership with such bad service.. This is not the reason why I bought a BMW.. not what I am expecting driving a luxury car. So all you BMW owners out there.. DO NOT GO TO Tom Bush for Service.. I SURVIVED.. I thank GOD for that.. DO NOT TAKE CHANCES WITH YOUR LIFE!I am not sure what BMW USA is doing about this. I have made several request to talk to BMW USA customer service.. I haven't been lucky yet. To top things off I had the privileged to learn of their "OFF THE RECORD PARTS RETURN POLICY!!!!!.. HERE IS HOW THE SCAM WORKS...First you buy a part, such as ICV,if you find that it doesn't work properly you trust that you can just bring it back and get another, right, WRONG.. NOT AT TOM BUSH BMW / OP... What they tell you is that you have to bring the part[s] in on your vehicle, allow for their service dept to test the part attached to your vehilce to prove whether it is so. If it is so then they pay for the service of such, but if this part is working properly as they say, then YOU must agree to the full cost service and the repair of such. Just what are odds that YOU would win, against their service dept, about 1-10000... This is just another way to "LEGALLY ROB YOU"... you could easily turn a $250 fix into a $1200 fix in three minutes flat!For those that may seem that I am a little to harse, consider the fact that TB-BMW PARTS departments will not tell you this rule BEFORE you buy the parts, NOR will they show you this undisclosed rule, in writing...Needless to say I didn't fall for this BS!!! neither should you...

My experience with Tom Bush BMW began with 3 calls to their Orange Park service department to speak with a service advisor to determine if the computer message that I was receiving meant it was not safe to drive the car. After 3 messages to their department and not receiving a reply I called the Atlantic Blvd location. I spoke with a lady their who said I should just bring the car in. Upon arrival at Tom Bush I was told that I could not drop the car off ,I had not appointment. Wait you told me to bring it in. After some negotiation I was allowed to leave the car. Their attitude was essentially we are doing you a favor by allowing you to leave the car. The next day I received a phone call that the car was was ready. Ok, I picked it up same computer message. Back to Tom Bush. In the meantime another warning light has gone off. Now into 3 visits to try to resolve this problem. It still is not fixed. I received a call from BMW to complete a customer service satisfaction survey. I told them that I have had to make repeated visits to try to solve service problems. I was not happy with the service I received. So when I returned to drop the car off today again to solve the sensor problem the service rep reprimanded me saying "I shouldn't have told BMW that I was disatisified with their service that BMW takes it very seriously , never did I received an apology or we will try to do better, what can I do to make your experience with BMW better,,No I should not complain because it makes them look bad. The service manager has the same attitude. Tomorrow I will pickup my new Mercedes from Brumos who I have bought 3 cars from and their service department has always been courteous and efficient. When I took my auto in for service, I had a long detailed conversation with the manager of the collision department. His name is Kostas. He explained to me and my daughter, that he did the best work in florida and that my vehicle would be as good as new and warranted as long as I own this vehicle. It was a very stressful situation with the manager fighting with our insurance company, telling me that the insurance company was lying and wanted to do an inferior job on the car. He continually assured me that he was doing the best job possible and that my car would be handled. When I received the call from the insurance company that my car was ready, they informed me that there were additional charges that they could not pay and that they had problems with BMW all day trying to straighten this issue out. They wanted additional money with my deductable because they added more charges to the repair that were not approved by Progressive Insurance. I called Mr. Hudson, a manager at the dealership and he waived the charge, but the manager Kostas, told me I owed the essessive amount and I replied that I would not do business with their firm any longer and he said that's your decision and hung up on me. I arrived to pick up my car on 5/15/07 and the form the manager gave me to sign stated that I had a 90 day warranty on the car. I said I would not sign that document because I was to have a lifetime warranty on their work and he said, "well, I'll give you one year and took out some other form and handwrote one year on paint and labor. I told him that was not acceptable because he had told me upon bringing my car in that it was warranteed until I traded the car in. I called my attorney and he told me not to sign that handwritten document and go examine the vehicle and then he would handle this after. I examined the vehicle and the net which was a factory option which was in my car when I purchased it, was missing. The manager said he did not know anything about the net in the trunk. The net is a device used to hold things when traveling. I asked him if I took the car today would he replace the net. He said, I'll check into it and call you tomorrow. I asked again repeatedly, will you replace the net, and he would not answer me. I walked back into the office there and wrote on the form, that the net would be returned or replaced and asked him to initial the form. He took the form and said absolutely no. I will not initial anything. I am not guaranteeing you anything. I left the car and did not take it with me and now I am paying for a rental until the warranty issue is cleared up and the net is replaced. The net value is probably a $200.00 option with BMW. All I want is what was promised. Is Tom Bush that insecure that their work isn't up to snuff that they only give a 90 day warranty? Very strange. You would think they would want continued business when I'm ready to trade in the car.

If felt a if I was not welcome in the store, all the sales persons standing around made no effort to come forward and ask if I needed any assitance. I wanted to leave but had driven a 160 miles to test drive a 5 series 550i, so I waited and finally a young african male step forward and asked if I had be waited on. I said no as I looked at two sales representative talking just a few yards away who saw me come in and looked the other way. I must be made of glass because they saw right through me. By the way, I am an African American male with a yearly salary that would allow me to purchase the car I drove 160 miles to experience. I was the first to order the Z4 from this dealer. I waited for months with an agreed upon price. The day came to pick up my new car..then, the unthinkable. They changed the price on me at the last minute.
It is not like we did not discuss it. Tom Bush BMW was well aware of the price. I suspect because the car was a novelty at the time, they decided to get greedy. We are a two BMW car family. I will be driving to Orlando to purchase my next car.
The other seven series we have was in the service department for months, without an update or a phone call. This is far and away the worst car dealer in the country.
You get better treatment buying a Saturn. Never mind the fact that BMW is supposed to be a cut above. I wish we had another BMW dealer in Jacksonville. All of my friends, and there ar many, have the same reaction to this dealer. They should be reported to the authorities for bad business practices. My partner and I are doing our level best to smear the name of this already pathetic excuse for a car dealer. BMW corp should be embarrassed and ashamed.
Last I checked, Bait and Switch was illegal.

I purchased a used 2001 BMW from Tom bush that has been flooded and the title cleaned. I found this out once I got the car check out and found metal rusting all trough out the car. The car was oringaly from Texas. Then I had a hard time getting Tom Bush to take it back. They basicly offered a great deal on a another used car on there lot to let us out of the deal. So we picked out a Ford Mustang 2001. When I went to get the car checked out. Guess what? They got the car from the same Insurance Total flooded auction and this car also had the same problem.


I recommend to stay as far away from Tom Bush as you can. they have a very bad name as a BMW dealership. Go elsewhere to any BMW dealer. Do your research. BMW has had many complaints about Tom Bush and his shitty business.

I was delighted with my purchase experience, however I've been extremely unsatisfied with my service experience.

On the plus side, my inspections have gone very well, they have been careful with my car and I've always had a BMW loaner.

On the negative side, I've had to schedule 10 to 14 days in advance to get a loaner. The dealership and BMWNA in general has not only attempted to deny the existence of a specific problem. They have been unable or unwilling to fix the problem to date. Suffice it to say that its good they got rid of Chip McJunkin; he has 0 people skills and a real attitude to boot. I always attempted to treat them courteously, but I always got attitude none-the-less when I expressed my dissatisfaction with work that was performed incorrectly. Unfortunately, Brian isn't any better. Why can't they pay a salary necessary to get a service manager with customer service skills?

Thank goodness for Emily. She is the only person in service I've dealt with that knows how to deal with people professionally and courteously. I only wish they had some competition.

I took my car in for a battery and didn't get it back for 4 days and when i did get it back, the bill was for $250. I was like my battery has a warranty on it and they didn't charge me. Took it to the gas station the next day and the car wouldn't start at all. So I took it back to them and they said it would cost $500 to trace the problem. I said no and took it to another automotive shop where they discovered that the dealer mechanics put the battery in backwards. So I took the new battery that was dead back and they said they would have to hold it over night to see if it could hold charge. The next day the idiots discovered that they also had given me a dead new battery and on top of that, they installed it wrong!!!!

I would definitely not recommend going to this dealer, but since its the only one goodluck.

I had a tire blowout almost 2 days after my 10k service. I couldn't believe it. The service tech says it was because of an underinflated tire. I couldn't believe that either. It was in their shop 2 days eariler! I don't think they check tire pressure when you bring your car in. And to top it all off... I had to call them to see if my car was ready. It was ready for pickup for almost 2 hours (5pm) and I specifically told them to notify me immediately when they had the new tire on and I could come to pick it up. Sheesh! The fact that my tire blew only 2 days after they had a "maintenance" inspection AND that they happened to have a tire available at the dealer (for A LOT OF $$$$$, $280+) where they usually don't stock that kind of tire was a little suspect.

I recommend only because there is no other BMW dealer in the Jacksonville, FL area. The problem is that they know this. You have to 'schedule' an emergency (i.e. dead battery, engine light, etc.). They seem to think that scheduling 10 days out to get your battery replaced is 'acceptable'.

Once you get in w/appt a loaner is almost guaranteed. Try to avoid the service writer named 'Jim'. He is all business and has no desire to build rapport with his customers.

At Honda I had the same serivce writer for 11 years who would call and check on me/my car. I really miss that 'personal' touch.
