Avoid! Sales Manager deceptive. Early lease return not processed properly. Credit company was told I abandoned car. Naturally, Ford Credit seeks full payment of car. Fortunately I have documentation that I asked for a requested early termination process. Huge problem!

Took my truck in to get a rough idle when cold check as well as a faint whistle when decelerating around 45 MPH. Billed $1300.00. Was told the truck was fixed. Drove the truck home and had the exact same two problems. Returned the truck to the dealer and now they say that my truck needs another $4000.00 to stop whistle that might be coming from an internal leaking head gasket. No word on the rough idle when cold. That's the cost of a new engine. Tried to call the service rep several times on his line but would always go to voice mail.

I was not looking forward to a 90K mile tune up. I had fear that it would uncover hidden problems. I have had NO issues with my 2010 Flex and I figured it was time...but no, the old girl is in great shape. I have always had my routine service at Titus Will and they take good care of my car. When it was time for this latest visit, Jen had me all squared away. She set up the appointment for me so that I could be in and out in the shortest time (I had to wait in the very swell customer service lounge on the nicest leather couch with unlimited coffee beverages). She kept me informed as to what was going on with the car. She is knowledgeable, pleasant and easy to talk to. What a great representative to have on the "front lines". Thank you Jen and all at Titus-Will for continued good service. (I have been driving for 45 years and this Flex was my first American car. It won't be my last. I will be a repeat buyer at Titus-Will)

The next day I came in and the tire was ready they swapped it out and gave it a quick wash. Hi thereWe brought our Ford Explorer to Titus Will Ford for a tune up. We bought it new there in 2009. It has 111,000 miles on it. They quoted $910 for the tune up - very high but we said ok. Then when they pulled the plugs they broke off. This is so common that Ford issued a Technical Service Bulletin on them and for the Ford 150 engine they settled a $2.2 million class action lawsuit. Titus Will has now had to replace the head, will keep our car 2 weeks (no loaner) and is charging us an additional $1400. The truck is basically ruined right now so we have no choice but to get it fixed. We cannot even drive it anywhere else to have it fixed. We filed a complaint with Ford but Titus Will told us Ford is not giving any money towards this or any discount. The spark plug issue is a HUGE problem with Fords that I never knew about until I went online. Beside the settled class action suit, this is very common and many, many people are very angry and will never buy a Ford again. We certainly will not.If you would like more details, please let us know. We appreciate any assistance you can give. I bought a 2007 tacoma 4 door on 12/28/15 was verry happy with the deal drove it home not a problem the 3 hour trip back next morning went and started it ran a little rough I did a tune up not a big deal has 90k on it was due two weeks went by and heard the back brakes making a noise took it to a shop thay sead that thay were bad and needed to b changed out at a price of 190 I called the dealer titus will ford and thay sead that it cost to mutch and if I were to drive the 6 hours there that thay will do the rears and I sead it's just to far out if thay pay for the parts I will do it thay sead OK os I did them that day the next week I was driving and there was a fast light and I hit the brakes and tha went to the flour and the abs motor was on but no brakes till I tryed agen I pulled over and had it towed to toyota dealer thay looked into it and it had a bad abs module and it only show's when you her the brakes hard so I called the dealer agen and asked them what to do this truck is Un safe not driveable to b on the road and it's been 31 days since I bought it from a a dealer the sales person sead I was out of luck and that it's my problem and that I would have to pay the 1600 for the repairs so now the truck sits at the shop and is not driveable don't trust it I've called the gm and haven't heard back 2 days I'll try to fight it as far as I can and most likely have to get a lawyer and take them to court and all thay have to do is help pay its un safe it's the law

BUYER BEWARE..Stay clear of TITUS WILL FORD IN TACOMA. They are SHYSTERS. They give a whole new meaning of CROOKED CAR SALESMAN....My wife Mandy and I were looking for a new car last weekend. We stopped at Titus Will Ford just off the freeway in Tacoma and spoke to the Ford Sales Manager, Terry Powers. We told him we were looking for a Ford Escape and wanted to be around 28,000.00. We also told him that we are pre-qualified at BECU (Boeing Employees Credit Union) for a purchase. He then turned us over to a salesperson. (This guy was an older guy and walked with a cain). He was somewhat nice at first. We took an Escape for a test drive and told this sales person that we were pre-qualified with BECU. He said thats great because they have a direct connection with them. We came back from the test drive and sat at his desk and started talking numbers. They low balled us on our trade and hit us with a 32,000.00 out the door price tag. My wife was so tired of looking at cars and decided to just have them put the paperwork in with BECU and buy this car. Terry Powers advised he would do it in the morning. The very next day I called BECU and they informed me of our payment and it was at that time I decided it was too much. I called Terry Powers and advised we would not be purchasing that vehicle for the price was too high. Then the car salesman called my cell phone. He was RUDE, Unprofessional, condescending and just down right an ASS. Tried to sell me a used vehicle with 30,000 miles. When I said NO..he stated "WHY NOT". I had to inform him that I was not interested in a used car. Mandy and I then went to Sound Ford and purchased a Ford Escape. They gave us 3500 more for our trade in and it was 27,000.00 out the door. So much less than Titus Will. Now here comes the fun part. In the past 3 days we have received notices from 3 separate credit unions advising us of Loans that were submitted by Titus Will Ford in our name. Two were for 32,000 and the other was 35,000.00. At NO TIME did I or my wife authorize Titus Will Ford to submit our information to other credit unions for considerations of a loan. We were advised it was a requirement to fill out a short credit form so Titus Will could access our BECU account. I informed this salesman that I did not want to use their credit sources and he confirmed it was just for them to access the BECU account. To verify it was Mandy and I that were there. Well this is proving to be false. So now our credit report has taken 3 HARD HITS for financing. I'M SO PISSED OFF. I will never EVER purchase a car from this dealership EVER. I will tell everyone I know not to...A good customer will tell 15 people of their experiences. A customer that has had a bad experience will tell 100's and a customer like me will tell THOUSANDS. TITUS WILL FORD IS CROOKED PERIOD.

I called service department twice and could not speak to anyone about a leak or schedule an appointment. I was told by the person who answred the phone in the service department that I would have to leave my number or a message so a certain person could call me back. Three days later, still waiting. They have several service agents working there at one time, I should not have to wait days or call back many times just to make an appointment. Also, used the Quick Lane recently, joke, I was sent walking back and forth between buildings because they could not figure out where my paperwork was so I could pay for an oil change.

I cannot rave enough about my experience at Titus Will dealership! Right off I would like to say how wonderful Daniel Cote was to work with. My husband and I had test drove several Ford Taurus cars at other dealerships and returned to Titus Will and specifically looked up Daniel Cote. He had the perfect approach that I feel a car salesman should have. He was eager and helpful without being pushy or overbearing. He did the little things that made the experience so first class for us. I will easily go back to Daniel Cote at Titus Will when purchasing my next vehicle. Miriam at Titus Will Ford first priority was to calm me down after my husband had a flat tire in Seattle. She was very generous with her time and proceeded to quickly assessed how my needs should be met. Miriam planned how I would need two tires instead of one since the tire was damaged beyond repair. She transferred me to the staff that could gave me a estimate on the two tires. Even when I came in the next day she gave me a pamphlet on the guarantee on the two tires. She reviewed my husband's and my file and applied the discount's that applied. She showed professionalism and extended her sense of caring beyond the call of duty. We had factory ordered a car with another Ford dealership. The wait was very long... so we decided to try looking at Titus-Will while in Tacoma one afternoon. Turns out they had the Focus my wife had been looking for and went out of their way to match our factory order deal. Our sales representative Mike was helpful and guided us through the process with our Focus. We had such a good experience we came back a month later and purchased a second car for our son (Ford Fiesta) - everyone was nice and went out of their way to make us comfy and happy. I will be going back for future cars/trucks no doubt.

We bought a 2010 Mazda 6 from this dealership. They did not negotiate on the price at all, but we thought it was a fair price so ended up buying the car that same day. The dealership stayed open at least 30 minutes to complete our purchase, which was much appreciated. We did not finance the vehicle, so it was a fairly straight-forward purchase. However, once we paid for the vehicle and were walking out the door to drive the Mazda away, Greg mentioned, "Oh, by the way. There's only one key for the car." This would have been a deal-breaker on that car, which I think Greg knew. It was a shoddy, used-car profiling type of move by the salesman. I asked if there were manuals, spare tire, etc. for the car, but didn't even think to ask if there was a second key. He said most used vehicles come in with just one key. I asked if they would pay for an additional key to be made or provide some type of $$ compensation, especially since we paid full price for the car, but he said no. I felt we were taken advantage of since we had no recourse at that point other than return the car. My spouse really wanted the car, so we kept it. But every time I look at it, it boils my blood. So much so that I have yet to drive it and we bought it in May 2012. This car has a special chip in the key which is not easily duplicated, so we needed to go through the Mazda dealership or find some company online to get a second key made. With multiple drivers in the house or a chance for losing/locking the only key in the vehicle, at least two keys is a must! We ended up going the online route which cost over $300 and took 1+ month since the wrong key was chipped/shipped by the online retailer the first time.For the final exclamation point, while my husband was cleaning out the trunk of the car last week, there was an original second key that was tucked in one of storage pockets!!!

THANK YOU!!! to Wes Prewitt, Shannon Sam, Ron George and Lyle Cundy. After a rather stressful situation on my husband and I's end, they stepped up and took care of us like we were family. They are wonderful to work with; returning phone calls promptly, taking the time to listen, following through on their words and most of all just caring about the overall situation we were in and helping us make the best out of it. I have complete trust in their words and the dealership as a whole. The dealership and service department is clean and inviting and everyone was very friendly. Tuesday in for oil change and noise in rear brakes...needs parts, next day Andy on vacation, no calls. Checked on status, getting recall item taken completed. Thursday, not ready for sure tomorrow. Friday, called Andy on vacation, left message with no-name female will have Robert call, no response, Saturday, called, no-name female can't help again...will tell Robert to call. LATE SATURDAY called again, got no-name female, car has been ready since yesterday and $200 over estimate. Ten miutes later Robert called since he just received paperwork. Says never knew about the recent calls or any other. Appears service reps do not communicate. No car until Monday sice closing in 20 minutes. If the repairs had not always been right this could be upsetting!

This by far has been one huge mistake buying from this dealership. My husband and I purchased a 2011 ford f150 here about a month ago. When we went to pick up the truck it was absolutely dirty! The dealership apologized and then requested we make an appointment for a detail due to it not being done.Finally after the huge snow storm in January I made the appt while my husband was gone at school and received one of their loaner cars. ((YAY another vehicle I have to get a pass for to get to work))After 24 hrs MY husband received a phone message on his voicemail stating we absolutely apologize for the troubles but you vehicle is now ready for pick up. I showed up after a 14 hr day at work in uniform still turn in the loaner vehicle jumped in his truck and it was dirty still!!!!! seriously!? Went back in asked them please to fix this and they apologized once more and asked me to come back tomorrow. Two days go by so I deicide to stop in after work to see how the progress is coming. I walk in and Desiree states oh yea it has been sitting out front here all the keys. Get in the truck (((AHHH PAPER TOWELS ON THE FRONT SEAT AND MUD SPLASHED UP THE SIDE OF THE TRUCK))) At the point I thought I was having a prank played on me. I asked the service guy to please come out and look at the truck and give me his opinion and he said "oh yea doesnt look clean to me, but we will fix this"Finally in tears due to frustration, i asked to speak with the manager. This is when it finally was taken care of.Please keep this in mind when going to this dealership!!! I understand it was only a detail but if this is the service they provide for only a detail I can't imagine how everything else does.****UPDATED ..... JUST GOT A LETTER IN THE MAIL FROM COLLECTIONS STATING I OWED $60 to CHASE BANK WHO I HAD MY PREVIOUS LOAN taken out from for the vehicle i traded in.... TITUS WILL didnt make the payment for 32 days after we traded in the vehicle causing late charges and more interest to pile up. BEWARE!!!!!

I had setup a appointment a day before I drove from Puyallup to Olympia to see a vehicle. I arrived on time and met Jim Roson at the dealership. Two minutes before someone else with an appointment arrived to see the same vehicle. So I was turned away after driving 40 miles during busy traffic for nothing. Everyone at Titus-Will was great. They were very honest with me about my options, and gave me a very fair price for a beautiful focus! We have been to a few places in Olympia and Tacoma, but were shown many cars that were beyond my price range, or did not have the features I was looking for. I told Karl my maximum price and desired features and he was able to direct me to exactly what I was looking for! When I was working through the financing paperwork, they even helped get me set up with a different credit union than I had planed on, as they were able to offer me a lower interest rate- they did all the paperwork right there! After driving the car for a bit I had a question about the media sync, so I went back and Karl walked me through it and got my phone all set up! I never thought I would say I LIKE a car dealership (no offense) but these guys were great!

My experience at Titus-Will beats all other experiences I've had with auto dealers. From my first email contact with Paul Munson, to meeting him, test-driving vehicles, to negotiating a trade, to the final financing process, the entire group at Titus-Will was professional, friendly, and competent. As a woman, I've often been treated by car dealers as if I'm not capable of knowing what I want or that I'm unable to make a good decision. Dealing with Paul was a complete departure from that. I told him what I was looking for, he listened and upped the ante so that I purchased the right, new-to-me truck, at the right price, was given the right trade-in value for my car, and given the right financing for my purchase. Paul worked with his manager and the finance team to package a deal that was perfect for me - AND they took care of all the details. Could it be better? Yes! They sent me away with a freshly-washed truck, a full tank of fuel, my personalized plates on the truck (no effort on my part), and I have an appointment next week for my truck to be detailed at Titus-Will. Paul has ordered a couple of items that will further spiff up the truck and make it truly like new! Having driven Volvos and Acuras exclusively for the past 25 years, I wouldn't have imagined 1) purchasing a domestic vehicle, especially as my daily driver, or 2) a better experience from a domestic dealer. I was so pleasantly surprised, and am happy to wholeheartedly recommend Paul and the Titus-Will team to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle. Thanks again, Paul!

My experience here as one can speculate was extremely poor. It all started with me calling them about a car I saw online. The salesman told me the absolute "best he can do" line and so I took that information to my wife. She went to go online to look at it, and the price was $2ooo less than what they were trying to "make a deal" for. I called and asked to talk to the same salesman and he was not there so they put me through to someone else, who likes to call himself "the man". Ok, whatever. Well I asked about this situation and told him that I was interested especially at that price and he kept pushing for money, money, and more money. He said if I fax a letter from the bank that he will hold the car for me. By the way I live 5 hours from this lot. I told him to give me about 2 hours and he will have his letter. I drove for an hour to get to the bank and while I was standing in line he sent me an email telling me he sold the car to someone else. There is a lack of professionalism at this dealership. They do not care for nor about you. All they want is the money.

My overall experience was great from our first impression. Dwight Deskins and my wife and I spent several moments talking about what our needs were and then he pulled up a new Ford Fusion and we went for a drive. When we returned we had our 2006 Chevrolet Malibu appraised and the value vs the amount owed was to far apart, which made our payment a 130 higher than what we could afford. I have to say that Dwight went way beyond what I have experienced with other salseman in the past. We will rerturn to and reccomend all of our friends to Titus-Will Ford in the future. Todd

I looked up their website and wasn't impressed but gave them a chance anyway. I drove over to them by the mall and as soon as I got onto the lot I was overwhelmed with salespeople. I felt like prey with vulchers around. I didn't even get out of my car before they approached and told them what i was just looking. They made me feel pressured but I only looked at two cars and got back in my car and took off. I then drove home and looked up Mallon ford (what used to be) and found out they they are now lakewood ford. I talked to their sales team via the internet and drove over and purchased a brand new car. They were awesome. I feel that Titus shouldn't be so pushy but when I told them I was just looking, they left me alone for about 3 minutes then the pressure started. Guys if you want to sell a car, quit being so pushy. The cars were priced average with other dealerships.
