Navigator System
Change oil was great, but when we ask about navigator system is not working last week properly, the answer was you need buy a new navigator card, When I bought the Explorer, I think the navigator system is working every time, This is my 7 car in tipton ford, and I have more problems with this car, first in collision deparment (take more time for fix the explorer and I need return 3 o 4 times for little problems),I live in Port Isabel and Tipton ford is in Brownsville and know this with the navigator system.

On Saturday the 12th of December I went to the Ford agency to get a tire replaced that I had purchased at the same dealership six months earlier. When I walked into the service area and saw the employee who had attended me the last time and he remembered that I had been there six months earlier with the same problem. Same tire, same side and same type damage. Although he did not offer or provide any type of warranty discount on the six month old tire when I asked, they got on it and had me out of there pretty quick. Thinking seriously about buying bullet proof tires though. Thanks and Merry Christmas.

To whom it may concern: I am the proud owner of a brand new, 2014 Ford F150 truck. I previously owned a Ford F150 King Ranch truck that drove like a dream. I loved the aesthetics of it, so I was not in a hurry to purchase a replacement. However, every time I drove by the car lot, I swear I could hear a faint murmur telling me to drive in. Last week, I buckled and went in. I requested my previous sales consultant, Moe Sandell, because my prior experiences with him have always been top-notch. True to form, Mr. Sandell waited for me until I got out of work, and greeted me with several models that met the specifications I had given him over the phone. The test drive and the "figures" flowed along in a very timely manner. While I waited, Mr. Sandell answered several questions that I had about another potential trade-in for one of my children. Upon signing, he was very thorough in explaining how to navigate through all the different features. It was very late in the evening, yet, I never felt rushed or pressured to stop asking him questions. Since my purchase, my truck has become the topic of conversation at my place of employment. In addition, I have had to give several "joy rides" to some. I have already recommended Tipton Ford and Mr. Sandell to several colleagues, one of which will be going by this weekend. It was great. But one thing I went to replace a headlight assembly. I ask if it would need a light adjustment and they said no " the auto service people. when I got my truck and drove it home. The right side headlight was not correct. I look it up online and it said that they do need adjustment. So I did as the ford online said and know it is correct. I know that when replacing the bulb no adjustment is needed but the complete headlight assembly is needed. the service is awesome i have no complaints whatso ever but please inform them about headlight adjustments or leveling headbeams
Good Service, bad parts
I was kept well informed of the progress of the repair of my vehicle. The delays with the repair were not the fault of Tipton's, they were the fault of whomever manufactures the junction boxes for the Ford Edge. The third time (and THIRD part) was apparently what it took to get a functional part to complete the repair. The service writer, Braulio, did an excellent job of obtaining replacement parts as quickly as he could and communicating the status of the repair to me.

I purchased a 2013 Ford Fusion when I lived in Mcallen and now I live in Laguna Vista. I was debating on whether I should go back to Mcallen for an oil change. I made the right decision by going to Tipton Ford. When I arrived there I hadn't even turned my engine off and there was Erasmo Medeles with a smile helping us right from the beginning. He answered all my questions and before we could have a seat here comes 2 bags of popcorn for my wife and I. Then when the oil change was done I was told that they even did a quick wash job on my car. I really never expected that and I'm still amazed at the way we were treated and I will definitely tell everyone of how great you guys are. Really enjoyed the helpful sales representative and the finance manager. They were willing to work on my wants and needs. Not pushing for a sale but wanting to fill my needs of the truck. I would recommend to have another incentive when purchasing a vehicle at the dealership. Such as a picture with the new purchased vehicle enclosed with a calendar.

We have bought several vehicles at Tipton Ford ( my husband, son, daughter and I ) and this was the best experience I have had. I seeked info on line and I received an email with some info which was ok. I did not response. But then I received an email from your internet sales manager ( Luis R ) seeking my business so I replied and ask more questions and he responded right away and very kind and professional. There were a few days with back and forth emails so I decided to go in on Monday and meet the salesman. I was VERY IMPRESSED with all the knowledge and patience he had. It was a very hot day and I ask a lot of questions. I did not feel rushed and he had answers to all my questions. Very professional.
