I have been with Tims for about a little over 2 years and they have done a good job with any issues I have encountered and putting up with me when I need something.Brian s. has been my sales guy for some timenow and looking to get into a third vehicle he has been very helpful and has been going through the process In finding me a truck with all I want in it without being to expensive. Best used car dealership around

Awesome people, make you feel like family. I was very weary trying a different dealership as I have purchased all my used cars from banks chevrolet and had a good experience every time. so driving by I really didn't want to stop in and deal with the typical used car pushy salesmen you find everywhere. But saw a couple of nice trucks sitting out front and really needed a bigger truck and couldn't resist it since banks didn't have anything in the price range I was looking for. So glad I did! They proved to me there are still good honest people out there not just looking to make a quick buck. Me and Ben searched the whole lot looking for exactly what I needed and wanted finally found one that I really liked but it would not fit my budget and warranty requirements. Shawn took a small deposit so we could think about it and held it for over a week trying his hardest to get it where we needed warranty and payment wise we finally came to the conclusion it wasn't going to work out so he ended up finding me a newer one with less miles that would work so he held the truck until I could make it in to look at it. The truck had just came in so it hadn't made it through the shop yet but they had a list of stuff they wanted to do before they would let me drive it home. So I signed the paperwork that night long after closing time. "they even ordered dinner for us" and couple days later I get a call to say that they still don't like how it drives and are going to replace the transmission! They could have very well sent me off with the truck and waited for me to come back when the tranny was completely gone asking for warranty work. In the mean time they are letting me drive the truck i traded in so i have something to drive. They definitely stand behind their cars and their customers there is no doubt in my mind I will be a lifelong customer and I recommend anybody thinking about it to just stop In you will be surprised!

An absolute wonderful experience

My experience with Tim's was exceptional. Brian Sartorelli, Nathan Coriaty, Sean McIntyre and Dave (don't know his last name) were very helpful and kept me informed as the purchase of my Nissan Titan moved along. They made sure the truck was ready for inspection and was cleaned before it left their dealership, thank you Lenny Corson, you did a wonderful recon in it. The emergency brake in the truck locked up and I couldn't get it to release and Chris Knibbs sent a service technician to my residence, 50 miles away and the service tech was able to free the emergency brake so I can now drive my truck. My overall experience with Tim's was wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone.

Fast work. Got the vehicle I wanted ready for me when I got there. Nate got me a great rate on my loan. Everyone was friendly and even helped entertain my 5 year old while I was signing the paperwork. Bought my last 2 cars here and will continue to come back.

I bought a used Toyota Tacoma from Tim's with a few miles on it and like any used vehicle it had a few problems. Tim's Service Dept took care of everything and the truck runs great. A+

Friendly Helpful Staff. Even met the owner. Flew in from Western NY State and Brian my salesman was right there to pick me up. I looked over the car and found it to be amazing CTS-V Cadillac Sedan. Wrote a check and drove it back to Western NY without a problem. It was a great experience and a great Dealership.

Great Experience!

We were in need of a vehicle pretty quickly and while car hunting saw a Jeep at Tim's that we liked. When we pulled into the lot to test drive the Jeep we saw my fantasy vehicle...a Hummer. We test drove both on a Sunday, went back Monday after work and drove home with the Hummer. The vehicle was cleaned inside and out for us. It looked great! Brandon and Nick were fantastic. Very low key..no pressure. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I definitely recommend Tim's and will go back when in need of another vehicle!

Brian was very helpful he was not at all your typical pushy sales guy very laid back but was right there when needed. He had a good knowledge of all of the vehicles that he showed us. Application process was all handled in house very efficiently. All the staff was very welcoming and friendly even the owner made us feel very welcome. I've been searching for over a year for the oddest of vehicles: a used, relatively inexpensive truck that is both heavy duty enough to carry a medium sized truck camper and cosmetically a "good looker" for my company parking lot. It took a long time, but I eventually found Tim's on the web, and they had a terrific inventory of something like 200 pickups in stock to pick from. I drove 90 minutes to get there, and boy, was it worth it! They had perhaps a half dozen vehicles that met my exact needs, and all were very fairly priced. Even better, the low pressure sales pressure process was really a pleasant surprise. Finally, but perhaps most importantly, they've followed up the purchase of my dream truck with terrific service on the couple of post-purchase minor squawks that I had, and fully took care of everything at no cost, even though not covered under warranty. If you want a huge inventory to cull through, fair pricing, and caring service after the sale, then it's well worth a VERY long drive to visit this place!

Excellent Customer Service

My husband and I are very pleased with our experience at Tim's. We traveled 50 miles to find a Silverado and it was worth the trip! Not only did we find the perfect truck, but we got a great trade-in value. Everyone went above and beyond to help us and worked as a team. None of this cut-throat sales tactics you find at big dealerships, but sincere help in finding the best deal for us. We are also very happy with the follow-up service as well.
