This was the smoothest purchase ever!!!! I spoke with Mark on one day and the next day he followed up with a phone call. Being that Tiffin is 2 hours away, I wanted to negotiate everything over the phone....including my trade. We negotiated and at 5 pm we were on our way. My husband and I live two hours away from Tiffin Ford however, we have purchased two cars and two trucks from them. Living in Columbus I definitely have a lot of dealer options that are much closer. The customer service that Tiffin Ford provides is something that I have not seen with other dealers. The sales department is not pushy at all. Financing has always been such a breeze with them. They will deliver your new car and pick up the old. We had a very small issue with one of our trucks and they drove a replacement car to us and picked up the truck for repair, drove the truck back to us in perfect condition. The gentlemen who deliver the cars are kind and considerate. I cannot say anything but great things about this dealer. They treat you like you are the only person at the dealership. Bill Reineke is very kind and thoughtful.

So, I live in Findlay and we chose to miss work to bring our car to Tiffin because the service department in Findlay is complete garbage. Terrible customer service. They also kept telling me that they couldn't get the full tank in because it was out of stock. The Tiffin people had no issues. I wish the Reineke's knew what was happening over there. I will never go back to the Findlay store. Boomer was great and personable in Tiffin. I highly recommend the Tiffin shop for service.

They gave me a ride back to work, and returned the car to my workplace.They also corrected several recalls for which they had received parts....and gave me a candy bar!

Dunno if it is thier fault, but one month after the cv shaft was replaced, the cv seal wouldnt stay in tranny. After they replaced the seal three times they said i need a New transmission. Funny i didn't have this problem before it got serviced at tiffin ford.

I was there by myself for most of our interactions (my husband was at work) and he never made me feel stupid and never "talked down" to me, as I have heard stories of salesman doing when a woman is by herself. My wife & I have discussed getting new vehicle. Our youngest son lives in CA and we drive out. A month ago I started working as a courier for Old Fort Bank. The vehicle they have me drive is a 2013 Escape SE. That is how I found out about the vehicle and started looking into it. Then I found out about the no interest for 72 months. With that, rebate, and Z plan it was a great opportunity. So we pretty much knew what we wanted and decided on 4WD after we both drove it. Clayton Neal did a fantastic job. He showed me every feature in the Ford Escape. Not only did he know the car...he knows the importance of taking care of the prospective customer. In the sales process, if they did not accept my final offer...my only regret would not have been not getting the car but not being able to close the deal with Clayton. Thankfully, we worked out all the details and Clayton is still taking care of every detail...even after the papers were finalized. I was having an additional items added and he kept me informed of the progress and the completion was done before we had expected! He truly "gets" customer service. We were in the market to buy a vehicle and we got the "ROYAL" treatment from Tiffin Ford. Our friend and service rep Eliezer Lebron spent practically a whole day with us making sure we test drove the right vehicle and researched each vehicle we looked at. Car buying can be very stressful, but we were put at ease in our buying process to take time to make our decision. We had a few things that needed looked at on the vehicle as well as some extra things we paid for to have added on to the vehicle. The service was great and the work was excellently done. We were even given a rental car to use while our vehicle was being worked on. When our car was finished, it was driven to our front door!!! Can't beat that for service. This has been the best car buying experience I have ever had and if you know me you know I have had a lot of cars in my life so far! A fellow witness and facebook friend Eliezer Lebron at Reineke saw my post asking about Chrysler minivans a few weeks ago, he asked me what I exactly wanted and when he found it his description was just what he said, not like others that say "oh its nice and clean etc" and I get there and its nasty and nothing like the pictures! Plus his dealership is kind of far from my house but he just said "no problem I will drive the car down to your house and let you drive it for a day or so cause I don't think a quick test drive is enough, I want you to feel comfortable and love what your buying, and if you like it cool and if not no biggie I will come pick it back up", and that's what he did he drove the 2 1/2 hours to my house and took my mercury mountaineer cause I wanted to trade in for appraisal and avoid having to sell it myself etc. I told him the deal I wanted, the next day he talked with his associates and BOOM we got our deal then he drove back down the 2 1/2 hours to my house the next day with the paperwork to sign and gave me the other set of keys and picked up the title and extra key to my SUV. Never had to leave the comfort of my own home and got exactly what I wanted and the price I wanted, with no pressure and I already knew he is an honest guy! Booyah! I would definitely recommend him to everybody near or far, Ohio or California seriously they deliver that far!
