Everyone at Thomas Chevy is Customer Oriented, friendly and knowledgeable. Our family has been purchasing cars from Thomas Chevy since teh day they opened their doors. We simply will not even consider any other dealer. At this moment, out family inventory consists of ten (10) Chevys all purchased 'new' from Thomas Chevy. This family fleet ranges from a 2015 Sonic purchased for our oldest grandson to a new 2017 Corvette Grand Sport for 'Grandpa' (me). Every service visit is a pleasant experience and all work is accomplished on time and correctly. We have recommended Thomas Chevy to several friends and business associated and each reported back similar experience. We grade them a FIVE Star dealer.

Was in the market for a certified pre owned car. Saw a deal on their website that caught my eye. I went there for a test drive with the associate Mark. He was very helpful from the beginning till the end. After the test drive I waited for a day to think it over and no force sales call was done from the dealer which made me love this dealership even more unlike other dealers who keep calling like 3 times a day. The whole process of buying the Certified pre owned Malibu was smooth and quick. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new/used car in the area.

Usual good service visit. Good that service staff are giving estimated length of time if you are waiting...it was 2.5 hrs. which is about average for me. Appreciated the 25% off of the recommended service that I didn't take care of my visit prior to this one. I wasn't planning on taking care of it until much later due to financial reasons so the discount (in the long run) was worthwhile taking care of it sooner than later.

They have consistently delivered on the brand promise of value, performance and a commitment to doing things right for the customer. While I have had moments when a service advisor was not on their "A" game, more often than not I have work with customer service superstars like Matt or Colleen. They really know how to organize the right people for any project and be a strong advocate for the customer. Recently, my car was in for what would ultimately become a major overhaul (timing chain plus AC replacement and a car inspection). I am out of warranty based on my mileage and so everything would be out of pocket. Each step along the way, Matt kept me informed about the progress with detailed explanations so that a regular person would understand. At key decision points, we discussed the options and the pros/cons for each. He worked his team hard for the best prices on parts and labor time. The time and care that he took are all trademarks of a true professional. I spent several thousand dollars on the work done on my vehicle during this service appointment. Getting my car serviced at Thomas is always a pleasant experience. Every one of the staff is friendly and courteous. Dropping my car is so easy! All I have to do is drive up to the service door, which opens automatically, pull in, and drop my keys off. No worries, no hassles :) Than I usually go and visit Mark Pintavalle, who is more than just a car salesman, he is now a family friend. My Pop-Pop and I say hello, then go about our business. A short while later, Thomas calls and says the car is ready. I know before I pick the car up that the work is done right, and done well. Thanks for the impeccable service!!

Had a problem with throttle body sensor, called Matt Krackow late afternoon and he said to bring it by in the morning. I was in and out in what seemed like no time at all. Matt has been a great help in getting our vehicles serviced. Others in the office relay horror stories of waiting 2-3 days for something simple to get done at other dealerships. Matt and Thomas Chevrolet are awesome and I'll go back again as needed. They have a nice waiting area, free coffee and water, and a clean restroom. Since the renovations, the creature comfort factor is very high. Everyone is very helpful and friendly, but hats off to Matt for making himself available to us and getting things done!

2014 Silverado Recall

I scheduled maintenance for a GM recall due to fire hazard in the 2014 Silverado. The service was fast and the service individuals were courteous. However, I question GM's solution for solving the fire hazard by modifying the fuel mixture programming or whatever the program upgrade is addressing. (nobody is able to provide a direct answer). If there is a component(s) that cannot withstand the temperatures at or near the exhaust components, then they should be replaced. Suggestion: Dealership should consider topping/checking fluid levels during any service. After I left the dealership, I made it 5 miles before running out of washer fluid.

The service department went above and beyond with the care and service they supplied on our most recent visit to Thomas Chevrolet. We were contacted several times and kept informed as to the progress of the repair to the brake line in our '98 Cavalier. The estimate for service and parts was spot on and came in under the amount were were given. We couldn't be happier.

After using their website to arrange an appointment to schedule an oil change, I received confirmation in less than 1 day. In addition to an oil change, it was discovered that I would need to replace the battery. The option of doing so was presented in a respectful manner and was taken care of in less than thirty minutes. Other not so imminent work was suggested and will be taken care of in the near future. A more pleasant experience couldn't have been possible. I always leave Thomas Chevrolet of Media knowing that my car is in perfect order and that I am considered to be a valuable customer.

When I started shopping for a Chevy Volt, I discovered that not all of the dealers in my area were well informed about the car's features, design and functions. Some dealers didn't really seem interested in selling the car, or weren't interested in ordering the Volt for me. Mike Townsend at Thomas Chevrolet in Media was very well informed about the Volt, and gave me a thorough tour of the car that included a test drive demonstration of both the electric and gas range extender modes of operation. Mike was happy to order a Volt for me, and kept me well informed of my car's status during the wait for delivery. From start to finish, the purchase process was a pleasure at Thomas, and my Volt is shaping up to become my all-time favorite car. That's saying a lot, considering this is my first non-German brand car in over 12 years. Not only is the car incredibly fuel efficient, it's a lot of fun to drive, and makes driving in dense traffic a breeze with it's regenerative braking (tip -drive in L).

Thomas Chevy's service team is friendly and very dependable quick service. Been dealing there for years. Love there new everyday service specials, email exclusive coupons, text messages coupons, makes them very competitive with non dealer repair shops. The shuttle service is a very nice perk also. Have bought two vehicles from them without hassle. Would highly recommend.
