15 Mustang GT owner was excellent and gave us personal service, the whole staff was excellent and personable...not pushy. I thought I could get a better price at bigger dealers...not true! The bigger dealers treated me with no trust and like I didn't matter.
Wheel shake taken care of
I had my tires balanced and rotated on my 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan due to a wheel shake and the shake is now gone.

I needed a 30,000 mile service check up for my 2012 Ford Fusion. The gentlemen were very kind and helpful, and got me in right away. Service was great and a great new quick lane facility!

Excellent service, as always. My car was picked up while I was at work and I was given a ride to get my car. It is so helpful since I live some distance from Thief River and work. A thorough check on the car revealed some needed attention, giving me more confidence driving the two hours a day to and from work to home in this winter weather.

I love that customer are called before making major repairs. I went in for an oil change, and found out I needed a hose repaired. It was a larger dollar amount, whichever fine. But I'm still glad they called before assuming I would be able to pay for it!

I always enjoy coming to Thief River Ford. Everyone is so upbeat and fun to visit with. They have been there for me during some tough times and that means a lot. Being a new widow, it is nice to have guys I can count on to answer my questions and take care of my Ford Edge, which I love owning. The recent and first oil change for me was very easy and quick. I found the waiting area a nice comfortable place to wait. Keep up the good work guys!

May of 2014 I purchased a new 2014 Ford F150. Staff was wonderful in all aspects of my purchase and trade. Found my truck 250 miles away and they made sure it was delivered in a very timely manner. They made the purchase of my new truck a very memorable event and I love my truck today as much as the day I picked it up.
