I was in the market for a used car after mine was in a bad accident. Everyone at Fillback Ford were incredible. :) Each step was easy and comfortable. I never felt pressured to buy anything and they listened to the concerns we had with purchasing a different vehicle.


Easiest Car Buying Experience Ever!!

First let me start by saying this was the easiest car buying experience out of the 10 or so cars I have purchased. I called Thursday wanting to buy a Chevy Volt they had on the lot. Within 10 min of speaking to the sales team I told them I would take it. This was at 3:00 in the afternoon. They sent me a link for the credit app which took me 10 min to fill out which i did. The next morning at 9:00 I was approved! I was coming from Janesville to Richland Center. I told them I would be there at 5:00 that evening to sign paperwork and take my new car!! Long story short I couldn't get there till 6:00 (they close at 6:00) but they told me to come anyway as they would accommodate my schedule. This was amazing customer service to stay late on a Friday evening in the middle of summer just so I could purchase my car. Once there the paperwork took 10-15 min and I was on my way. Great job to the team at Fillback. I would recommend them to any family of friends that needed to purchase a vehicle. This was my second vehicle purchased from them and I would buy a third if I could afford it. The only knock I will give is the outside of the car was dirty. However Ill let this slide as I purchased a vehicle in under 24 hours! I'm sure if I gave them 25 hours they would have had it spotless.

Nick was super helpful! I asked for pictures and he delivered in a very short period of time. I never had to wait long for response emails and he answered all my questions. If he didn't know an answer, he found someone who did. Car shopping is not on my list of fun things to do, but Nick made it an easy experience for me. I would definitely recommend these guys!

arrived a bit early for the appt., but they put the car right in for the oil change and 21 point inspection. They did it in a timely manner while I relaxed in a clean and comfy waiting room supplied with reading material and coffee, next to restroom facilities. They explained in detail the problem they found with the battery and gave me options. They gave me options with the key fob that I thought just needed a new battery, however it needed a costly part which I was not ready to do right away. They were friendly and genuine and advised me to call or stop by with questions regarding any of the above anytime. they thanked me for stopping by and would see me again. they signed me up for the advantage program , no one since 2009 had ever asked to help with that before

We've always taken our vehicles to Filback for oil changes and other service repairs over the past many years and typically things went smoothly and were handled professionally. But just two days ago after driving several hours to get my car worked on with Fillback, we informed them prior to arriving of the issue with my headlights being out as well as my dash lights. We received a call saying that my car was ready and fixed, even before leaving the dealership we re addressed the issue asking if my lights were working now and the worker said they were good to go. Well needless to say they were not good to go, which is more than frustrating living several hours away from this dealership. After this experience I will be sure not to recommend this company to anyone or continue with services from the.

We came down to shop for a new chevy. Our salesman was really nice but it seemed like we were not that important. We were looking at the car on our lot and it was a while before he came out to talk with us. He put a plate on the car and we went for a test drive. This is the first place that the Salesman didn't go with us on the drive. We got back and we talked numbers. We got the feeling that to get the best price from them, they wanted us to go to another dealership and get their price and bring it back. I'm sorry but our time is worth more then to run back and forth. The building is a blast from the past! Older show room that was painted to try and make it brighter. We ended up going to another dealership and got our car from. Save some time and skip this dealership.
