I just bought a 2016 Camry and I had the most excellent sales person I could ever ask for. Alisha was an amazing sales person and a joy to talk to. I have never met a salesperson in my life that was as personable as she is. She answered any questions we had and made sure we were happy with our purchase. We also had an excellent experience with the sales manager Mike. He answered our questions and was very pleasant. I like the fact that I didn't fell pressured to buy something I didn't want. I love my new car and couldn't be happier with my purchase and I would definitely recommend Alisha and Thayer Toyota to anyone looking to buy a new car!

Thayer Collision Repair shop top notch!

Kelly Fasnaugh at Thayer Auto Collision Repair gave me an accurate estimate for the repair of my car, which had been sideswiped. He did this quickly, even though i dropped in in unannounced, and the estimate was immediately accepted by my car insurance company and authorized. Mr. Fasnaugh scheduled the care for the following week and had it done in three days. Mike and Rochelle took me to work and picked me up when it was finished. The car looked beautiful and had been washed. I am very pleased with their service. They did a previous repair for me and then, too, it was outstanding.Everyone I met at the shop was courteous, friendly and helpful to me. Even more importantly, they know their business and restored my car to its previous glory!

Quick service in and out and even swept out my car! Had refreshments while waiting with my two children and a comfortable waiting area. Had a hole in a tire and was presented with a reasonable estimate with no push to purchase new.

Thayer Chevrolet Service is the BEST!!! I will not take my car anywhere else to be serviced! Dan Butler (service advisor) and Tony (the service shuttle driver) are ALWAYS very accommodating and ALWAYS make sure that everything is taken care of from start to finish!! Since I drive approximately 100 miles a day to and from work, it is very comforting and reassuring to know that the mechanics take pride in their work and keep my car in "tip top" shape!! Excellent Service

I have purchased and leased vehicles for many years from Thayer Chevrolet.They are the best service department, hands down.If i need transportation they make sure it is available.I have had a few flat tires over the years as i travel out of town for my job, and the repair or ordering the new tire are done in a timely fashion. Oil change and tire rotations are done in a timely fashion, along with any service needs.Its the little things that us customers appreciate, they do..............................great job.

A great place to have your car serviced, you can call anytime for a appointment.A scenic driver from Napoleon Ohio. While you wait they will drive to the mall or any place you want to go. They have coffee and hot chocolate and snacks,tv while waiting for your car.

Repeat customer

This is my second purchase from Thayer Toyota. My first was a 2004 Used Prius had it for 5 years. I just purchased a 2014. I went back to the Thayer dealership because the sales staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and makes sure you are happy with your purchase. They go over ever feature of your car, and help you set up the Bluetooth system. I can even call later and they will answer questions about systems. They worked with in my budget and I ended up with the equipment I wanted in my Prius and the payment I needed. Nice small town dealership that treats you like family.

warranty: but customer pays for repairs

I purchased a Certified used 2009 Toyota Avalon. Brakes bad after 7000 miles, not under 12 month certified warranty. Buy something else, save the trouble.
