We initially went in to look at vehicle options to replace my wife's aging van. We saw a couple of vehicles that we liked but ended up choosing the 2017 Santa Fe Sport 2.0T Ulimate. We took it for a test drive and we were sold! We liked the vehicle so much that we traded both of our vehicles and bought two! The service was great and the staff there was great. That in itself played a major role in us deciding to do business with them. Thank you TEXOMA HYUNDAI for the great buying experience and the awesome Sant Fe's!

I kept going back and forth between Hyundai and another company, mainly due to my own misperceptions. Paul was amazingly patient with me, and backed up his statements with articles written by third parties. When going back to the Nissan dealership, they couldn't back up their statements. Paul took my concerns very seriously and I was able to address each one individually. If anyone is willing to go to Texoma Hyundai (a longer drive from Dallas area, where I live), speak to Paul Hayes. It will definitely be worth it!!

I drove away in my new car (2017 Elantra Eco) today, and the experience with Texoma Hyundai was entirely positive. I was expecting a stressful negotiation, and I had certainly done my internet homework. Although this was to be my vehicle, I took my husband, since I had heard that some dealers work better with men. That was not a problem although all employees were cordial to him, they addressed me as the buyer. We went in yesterday and worked with Travis Clay, who was fantastic. He was not at all pushy. He was very knowledgeable and answered questions, went on test drives with a couple of vehicles with us, and he was totally honest if we asked a question he could not answer (and then he found the answer). Jimmie Allred, a sales manager, helped and gave me a great deal, better than I was expecting even after many days of research. I was trying to decide between two cars, both Elantras, and made the decision last night, and they had everything ready for me today. The finance manager K.C. was also great. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership! I expected a long, difficult, and stressful process, and instead it was easy! And I love my new car!

I have purchased both of my vehicles from Ric Metcalf. He made the process of getting a new car so easy it was ridiculous. Even when we had hesitations about the car we were financed for, he showed us a host of other cars that we were also approved for and we walked away completely content with the decision we had made. The guy's focus was on getting us in a car that we would feel good about. My experience was so good that i went back for my second vehicle and will continue to only go there in the future. They were very nice at Texoma Hyundai and was not pushy salesman liked I've dealt with before. Jimmie was easy to deal with because I didn't think he was playing the back and forth game like a lot of other places do. He was upfront with what he could give me for a trade-in and worked with the numbers to get me what I thought was fair for my car. They were dressed casual which made us feel casual and didn't have the big expensive buildings that made you feel you couldn't even afford to enter in. I would recommend this dealership.

They need to render my situation with a much better resolution or this type of review will happen by many more people. They will tell you what it will take to make a sale. If you don't question in a way that forces them to provide detailed specific information you will be skirted by with words thinking you got the answer but in reality the answer is the opposite of reality.

The main issue I had with this dealership is in the presentation of warranty information and the finance department. The salesman was very quick to point out the 10 yr 100,000 mile power train warrant but completely ignored the computer warranty the is only 36,000 miles or 3 years. This car will not function without the computers in it. therefore it becomes imperative that the buyer must by the extended warranty to avoid possible unexpected huge bills to repair them. Computers should be a part of the 5 year 60,000 mile warranty. (bumper to bumper) The finance dept. has two people in it. it takes hours to get this part of the process completed. I have excellent credit and it should have taken less than 30 minutes to get my process completed after I agreed to the deal. My son and daughter also purchased a car from this dealer and they experienced the same issue. I like the car but I am not a fan of the dealership.

Mike Burdette was professional and friendly. However, this is the 2nd time I've purchased from Texoma Hyndai and the sales tactics were the same....annoying. A straight answer is all I ever really want when I ask a simple question. To have to wait on an answer while the salesperson has to continue to go to the back for an answer is a waste of time. That part definitely felt quite sleazy and I almost left without making a purchase.

This was probably the best experience that I have had. I totaled my car and needed help finding another car as I was upside down. I personally spoke with Kenny and Jason in service and explained my dilemma and told them I was looking at a particular car that I found online. This dealership is dishonest in there practice, they try to add on all this extra stuff at the end,,telling you don't qualify for lower interest rate even when your credit score is in 700 range, try to force insurance on you etc etc..if your car was 20k out the door you end up paying 25kk..god forbid you decide to finance yourself and tell them that.. the price of the car changes drasticlly

I worked with both Jane and KC. They made me feel comfortable and are very friendly. Out of every dealership I went to their customer service was unmatched! Jane took the time to let me tell her what I wanted. Jane also worked with me and all of my request to test drive cars so I would be better able to choose what I wanted. She even stayed late to make sure I got what I needed. As long as she is selling cars she has a life long customer. KC is in finance. If there was something I wasn't clear about he took the time to make sure I understood what I was signing. This was my first car and he never took advantage of the fact that I had NEVER done this before. Both Jane and KC are very professional and knowledgable, if there was something they didn't know they took the time to find out. Even after leaving the dealership awaiting to be approved for my car Jane and KC worked diligently to get me the best deal, and kept me informed. I'm writing/giving this bad review due to the extravagant amount of disrespect that was shown from Boyd, the sales manager at Texoma Hyundai, to my partner and myself. As you can see in my partners previous review, Boyd thought it would be appropriate to degrade his previous customers. This is nothing new. Texoma Hyundai took advantage of myself and my single mother in June of 2014. I was barely 18 years old. From the moment I walked onto the lot by myself for the first time I felt super pressured to submit credit info and try to find a co signer. It were as if what kind of car I wanted didn't matter. I test drove a few cars and then came across a used Veloster. This is where the story gets good-this dealership told me it was a "Hyundai Buyback," but when I questioned the Hyundai Buyback, I was told it basically meant that the car was a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. YEAH RIGHT. Turns out that it actually means the car was a Lemon. Texoma Hyundai swears up and down that they disclosed this to me correctly, but did not.Less than one week after I bought this car, I kept noticing a grinding noise when I was switching gears. I immediately took the car back and this was when I truly found out it was a lemon. I was reading the paperwork given to me by the service manager which stated that the car was bought back by Hyundai after multiple failed attempts to fix a grinding noise in the transmission, therefore deeming it a lemon. But also, let's not forget, this was supposed to have been fixed before resale-but wasn't.About a year later (now), I went to trade in my car owing 12K and was offered 4K because of the lemon title. I contacted Texoma Hyundai and was working with my previous salesman to try and get them to buy it from me. Texoma Hyundai said they would give me $11,100 if I traded it back into them. YES! I said.... I was so excited, I went down to Texoma Hyundai THAT day and test drove a 2015 Genesis Coupe Ultimate. I told Texoma Hyundai my payment range and that I wasn't putting a dime down. This is where the fun TRULY started. After being tricked back into the credit application (once again) my partner came to join me, as he was IN FACT buying the car with me. He was CO SIGNING ON THE CAR MAKING HIM A CUSTOMER OF TEXOMA HYUNDAI. WE SUBMITTED HIS CREDIT INFO ALSO WHICH DAMAGED HIS CREDIT, AND ALSO MADE HIM A CUSTOMER OF TEXOMA HYUNDAI FOR (thank god) ONLY 3 HOURS, despite Boyd's claim that he has no relation to Texoma Hyundai.The dealership started closing so they offered to let me go ahead and take the car home for the night, only for me to find out the next day that this was another part of their scheme. Texoma Hyundai came back with a payment the next morning on a LEASE almost double what I told them I was able to pay. When I decided not to take the new Genesis, it were as if a light switch had been flipped, and they wanted zero to do with me. Refused to take my lemon, even KNOWING they put me in that situation. At one point, the sales manager, Boyd, told me he "wasn't talking to my a**" and handed the phone back to my salesman. I waited a few days for things to calm down and then received a phone call from Jimmie Allred, another manager at Texoma Hyundai. Jimmie agreed to buy my car back from me for 11,000 flat if I wasn't trading, so I took advantage of the opportunity and sold the car to them. This is truly where things got interesting. My partner and I made the drive to Sherman to give them the car and sign paperwork and pay the difference that we owed, (which was paid for by the person you say is not a customer/never has been) and leave. Unfortunately though, this is not what happened. We asked Texoma Hyundai to pay off the car. Not asking much, as they had wasted so much of my time already and made me jump through a million hoops. BOY! Did that not set in right with Jimmie. We went from talking, to being yelled and cursed at within 10 seconds. Again, a light switch. Such disrespect, and I am so glad to be done with this company forever.... I ended up leaving and buying a brand new Lexus which cost almost $10,000 more than the Genesis, $0 down, free first month payment, free car washes for life, free services for the first 15K miles, and a wheel and tire package and I'm paying $398 monthly, ......... For a MUCH nicer car, with more features........ Something about this dealership is just shady, none of the numbers make sense, nothing adds up when they're explaining things to you, rude management because you call them out.... AH! I'm very glad to know I am NOT welcome there, because you couldn't pay me to walk back in your disgraceful DUMP of a dealership EVER again.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! Never purchase a vehicle from these people. They pray on people less fortunate and sell cars with branded titles AKA LEMONS. They play the shell game during the paperwork process so you think you're getting this great deal, but in reality they're getting one over on you. We got suckered into buying a lemon from them and by the time we found out it was too late. We wrote a review about it on Facebook and they blocked us for it!! Then they called us behind the scenes and pretended to care. They offered to buy the car back and asked us to come to the dealership. They made an offer on the car before we even decided to look at purchasing another car. So, we thought okay maybe they aren't crooks and we can buy a new car from them in the process. Wrong. So so so wrong. We get to the dealership, picked out a new car we liked, and looked up the great summer deals Hyundai was offering. The dealership REFUSED to even give us an idea of what the payment would be without submitting our credit information. But again, we knew what deals Hyundai was offering and I have great credit, so we weren't too concerned. The next day they call us and offer a monthly LEASE payment of more than $500!!! They literally wanted us to pay $20k over 3 years for a car that only cost $30k and then not even own it at the end. On top of that, it was 2015 model right in the middle of when all the 2016's were coming out. So we obviously refused to buy the car, but we still wanted to accept their offer to purchase the original car THEY screwed us into. Guess what? They refused to buy it back because we wouldn't accept the ridiculous terms on the new car, knowing good and well what they did to us previously. What kind of business refuses to stand behind the products they sell? They COMPLETELY wasted our time, damaged my credit with a bogus inquiry, and we're still stuck with a lemon. It's just sad to think a business would take advantage of people like this, try to screw us a second time, and then leave us high and dry when they realized we wised up. Had this deal gone through like they told us, I planned on purchasing a second vehicle from them after finding out how nice the Genesis was. They're greedy and don't care about anything but money.

These people do not want to sell a car. We found the car we liked but couldn't get together with the payments. We were told that we would work something out and that we hear from them that night or first thing the next morning. After several unreturned emails, texts and phone calls we finally talked with someone in finance and she said she would call us back in one hour. That was 3 weeks ago. We will never return to this dealership.

Regarding service, very friendly, very fast, very efficient with no hassles. There isn't anything I would improve upon other than making the dealership a little closer but that's not their fault.

My 72 year old sister bought a used car from Brandon. Sale went fine but after sale experience was the worst display form a dealership in my lifetime. I'm 63 and both my sister and I were treated with utter disrespect when we asked for a replacement key for the car. We had one made at the Nissan dealership which acknowledged that the key was defective. When we returned to the Texoma Hyundai we were basically treated with anger and hostility. And I thought in my lifetime I had experienced some bad times with car dealerships... Nothing comes close to this. Buy a car from a more reputable dealer and save yourself form these folks. The word respect is not on the lot...

Do not use this car dealership to buy a used car. I bought a 2005 Mercury Mountaineer. The car was used and I realized used cars have problems, but they knowingly reset the engine codes on this car to clear bad catalytic converter codes out of the car computer (there has to be laws against this). A couple days after I had purchased the car the check engine light came on. When I took it to a local dealership the dealer told me that with a reading that high the cats had to have been bad for quite some time. So the car was misrepresented to me during purchase. The car also had traction control light on and traction control not working, a problem with the accelerator(which could be the transmission I don't know yet) and a cracked windshield. The car also had 4 different kinds of tires on it a couple had dry rot and didn't seem safe to me (consequently I replaced the tires first, they weren't safe) The online listing didn't represent any of these details and neither did the dealer. I drove all the way from Dallas to Sherman to purchase the car. After spending the time to drive from Dallas to Sherman we got the sum total of about 10 words out of Gary Ross this is after he told us he would be available when we got there. Instead he worked with someone that was obviously buying a more expensive car. Don't buy a car from liars and cheats stay away from this dealership. This dealership clearly should get out of the used car market, most new car dealerships stand behind the used cars they choose to sell on their lots and guarantee them. This dealership however does not fall into that category. You may be ok buying a new car here but I would strongly advise you to not buy a used car from them. They shouldn't be selling them. To top all of this off, they knew I was buying this car for a first time 17 year old female driver. Can you believe it, shame on them. I will fork out the money and fix what they should have. All I asked is they help cover the catalytic converter because they are at fault with this I would have done the rest. But they refused so I am choosing to review them and let the consumer chose to use them or not based on my review. I hope you don't for your sake.

What an easy process this was! I bought a new car from Mike Burdette and I truly felt like he was looking out for my best interests. I never felt pressure or "pitched". He helped me purchase a new car within my means that was exactly what I was looking for in a car. I had been turned down at two other places and felt like my desires were given no credence. My feelings had been hurt due to their financial process and the options they gave me. I felt very secure in Mike's hands and I will go no where else for any future car purchases. Boyd Young is a crook!!!!! I bought a used 2013 Veloster with 32 miles and it had the Tire pressure light on (Not to mention the AC was not blowing cold). They FIXED it at the dealership and 100 miles later the light came back on. I monitored it for a little over a month and it stayed on. I had to go to Lubbock on business for 2 months and took vacation when I got back to take care of this. When I took it to Eckert Hyundai, they showed me that the sensor was missing!!!!!! When I called Texoma, their service guy said he would have to get authorization for replacement from Boyd Young. He came back and said Boyd would not approve it. I told him to let me speak to him. The service guy gave a message to Boyd to call me back. 2 hours later I called Boyd who immediately answered and told me that 4 months was too long and I should have called him back sooner. I thought I had a 5yr.60,000 mile warranty? He said he didn't know what was going on with the vehicle and would not do anything. I knew what happened....when I asked them to check the tire pressure, they found that the pressure was OK so they reset the ECM so it would take it 100 miles or so before it came back on. Problem solved....I had driven off the lot so they could tell me it wasn't their fault. If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. It ended up costing me $196 to fix it and Hyundai's customer service line said they would take care of it. Boyd should have done it over the phone. There is a reason why you can't get your emission test done right after resetting the ECM and that's because it takes a while for the system to cycle through before the lights will come on. Texoma knew that and that's what they did what they did, so I would leave the lot and not be their problem anymore. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Any person that can make purchasing a car enjoyable is not to be found right? Wrong, my husband told me to go shop and let him know what I liked, I was planning on being out all day looking and comparing. I was driving an Elantra 2008 and didn't care for it, I wanted something sporty. I dropped in at Hyandui of Sherman, and here comes a salesperson. I wanted to hide but he was to quick for me and I am thankful he was. Ric, introduced himself and within 5 minutes I felt like I was chatting it up with a long lost friend. Ric answered every question I had without ever pressuring me. I called my husband telling him I found a used car that I really liked. After some coaxing he agreed to meet me. Before he got there Ric had all information pulled and on table for Bill. This impressed me but Bill told me later he couldn't believe how simple Ric was making this. Due to Ric listening to our wants vs needs he suggested looking at new Elantra and we made our decision within 2 minutes of looking at car. I trust Ric and Boyd to the moon and back and after being misled and lied to on prior car deals we have found car salesman and dealership with integrity. Our finance guy, I think Bryan was also great, when Bill told him what he wasn't interested in, that was that no pressure. I am telling you go look at Elantras, they are a beautiful ride, interior makes you feel 21. You will not believe this car untill you see and drive. Ric is only salesperson I will ever deal with again, yeah he's all that and more. Thank you guys so very much, we will see you at family dinner :).

This was the greatest car buying experience I have had. Jane Smallwood and Jimmie Allred did an excellent job. Jane took me on a test drive and showed me all the car's features. Then she allowed me to take the car to lunch so I could think it over. Upon return, Jane worked with me on my trade. It was a fast process as Jimmie (sales manager) was quick with a response. Jane took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel at home. As they say, " every thing is negotiable", and I feel like I got a great deal that was easy to agree to. Most impressive was the contact after the sale. Jane made sure I was happy and has gone the extra mile to make sure of it. I highly recommend Texoma Hyundai to everyone. It is definitely worth the drive from the big city dealerships. Thank you Jane and Jimmie for such a great experience.

We have been buying from Texoma Hyundai for at least 4 years anf have gone through 3 purchases. The first one went smoothly with very nice personalities, but they went through the paperwork and financing so fast I didnt that I had made the deal till they just asked me to sign and leave with the car. The second one and third my husband and I purchased together. We had our chrystler 300 for a little ocer a year when the gas tank started to leak. After closer examination by a mechanic we found out that the previous owner did a bad patch job and there had been a whole in the tank this entire time. We contacted our dealer and they looked at the car. First Red asked me if I had purchased the extended warrently and we had, but I didnt feel that we should have to pay for this sense it was not revealed to us during the time of purchase. Then the shop informed us that they could not be sure we didnt put the patch on ourselves. The patch you could tell by its rust deteriation was extremely old. After heavy complaint I said fine, we would just pay our copay and use our warrenty. At this timw they informwd us that the warrwnty did not cover the fuel tank. I was irate to say the least. We were l9ng time loyal customers and they wouldnt even repatch it for us when it was not our doing. ....several months down the road and two patches later we decide its not worth the hassle and proceed to trade it in for something similar, but are told this is not possivle either. Needless to say we are no longer Texoma Hyundai customers and would not recommend any one else go tk them. They are friendly while everything is good, but as soon as its not they will find a way out of it. Horrible customer centricity.

Jane and Brian were awesome! We never felt pressured or like they were in a rush. All of our questions were answered throughly and they didn't try to hide anything from us. Jane took her time with our test drive and is the most honest and genuine person I have dealt with in car sales. Brian gave us a great deal that I believe both parties were happy with and we never got the impression he was trying to hose us. Found out we had a bad battery the day after we took our car home and it was taken care of with one phone call. I highly recommend Texoma Hyundai and definetely plan on buying from them again!

What a great car that was advertised on their website and with the option to finance. Two days later I went down there and looked at the car 1993 Cadillac, nice car. As I am checking this car out tyler whom I received emails from when acquiring about the car on their website simply said that he will not finance this old of a car, sure wish he would have let me know this when I expressed my concerns about being financed in an email. but I wasn't. So with no satisfaction I had to walk away from that beautiful car and take my trade in and the money I had to another place. What I seen was good, but a bit shy on communication with their customers! Sure wished they would have been able to help me out
