I wouldn't go to anyone else ! Almost 4 years ago Teton Motors got me into a 2010 Chevy Equinox, on September 29, I got into a an accident and hit an elk. Teton Motors not only showed compassion but Rick and Martin helped me into a 2016 Chevy Equinox !!! I love not only the service with Teton Motors but also the true compassion that they have for their customers !!

Great experience

I recently bought a new 2014 Suburban from Teton Motors. The experience was smooth throughout. There was no undue sales pressure. In particular, Billie Jo Bruha could not have been more helpful and diligent through the challenging process of finding a hard to get Suburban, one of a very few available at the end of this model year. The entire organization was very professional and worked well together, not something I see in many auto dealer establishments. I highly recommend them!

This car dealership is awesome! The people are so nice and friendly! This is by far the best car dealership I have ever been too. When you walk in the door, a sales person is right there greeting you and ready to help! They can help with any problem, and stick with you through it. Even if they don't have the car in their lot right now, they can order it just for you. The people are great, and the service is wonderful. I would definitely recommend this dealer. They can always help you, and find the right car for your needs.

I found exactly what i was looking for!

This was my first time buying a vehicle. Thankfully, with much help from many members, Jeremy Haynes in particular, and with much searching around, we found my 2004 Tahoe. I was more than pleased with the help that I have gotten from Teton motors, even when I brought it back a week later to have some minor work done to it, I was taken care of promptly and was given a new Tahoe as my loan-a-car. I couldn't be happier with Teton motors, and recommend all future car purchasers to take your business to them!

Easy Peasy...

We purchased a used Subaru in August, and the experience was so easy and pleasant, we decided to buy another used vehicle from them this week. Completely hassle-free, quick and painless, they take the stress out of buying a car. I would highly reccomend that you stop there first before heading out of town to buy a car - If they don't have it, they will try to get it. Their used inventory is in immaculate condition, but if you see something that isn't quite right - they work hard to get it fixed.

Really great experience

My husband and I just bought our first new car ever from Teton Motors. Our salesman, George Atkinson, was incredible - so personable and helpful and never pushy. He worked very hard to make sure our experience was positlve and we would recommend him to anyone. Damon, the manager, was also excellent and his help much appreciated. They were able to match a price and interest rate offered by a much larger company, allowing us to buy locally. Our only complaint in the buying process lies with the finance manager who was surprisingly patronizing, both to us as customers as well as his colleagues. This is not an attitude that we expected to encounter in Jackson. On two good notes, he found us an amazing interest rate AND we were so turned off by his approach that we saved quite a bit of money on add-on service contracts and warranties.

Great service attitude

I have been having my car serviced at Teton Motors for about 15 years, and have always had good experiences. Recently, while on a road trip, I had a problem with my GMC Jimmy, and I was 100+ miles from home in the middle of nowhere Idaho. Not knowing what to do, I called Teton Motors and explained the problem. Rather than tell me to tow the car all the way back to their shop (which would have made $ for them), they talked me through a couple of troubleshooting steps and eventually recommended that I visit a dealer in Idaho Falls, only 20 miles away. They gave me the dealer's phone number, and happily referred the business to their competitor. It was a nice surprise to be treated like a friend as opposed to just as a customer.

Truck of my dreams!

I have been in a car buying freeze for sometime and it was mostly because it needed to have everything I had pictured in my head. I was greeted by David Dell and we found a a Chevrolet Silverado Certified on their lot. It was close to what I wanted but David informed me that he would put a topper on it, a bed liner, heated seats to get the truck to my specific specifications. Like any salesperson I felt nervous but David not only got it all done but got it done it the time he had told me. For me and a lot of people out there that is a huge deal and the fact that he went out of his way for me is why I am writing this. If you do shop for a truck or any car at Teton Motors, ask for David Dell. Thanks again.

Great Experience

Jeremy helped us with the purchase of a used mini van. There were a couple of things I had questions about and he immediately got on the phone and was able to answer everything we asked and even rectified what we thought were some missing components. He made the process as painless as possible. I would definitely buy another vehicle there in a heartbeat.

I recently purchased a used car from Teton Motors. I dealt with both Damon and Jeremy. They were helpful, honest and courteous. I was told about all recalls and warranty issues. They let me drive the car for a couple of days before the purchase. I was made aware of all the different options I had for financing or buying the car outright. I bought a volvo from teton motors it took me 4 days to decide what I wanted to buy my salesman jeremy haynes was not pushy at all he called me each day not to sell me the car but to see how I was and if I needed any more information on any car I was looking at I was looking at other dealers and not one other dealer called to ask how I was but I was called by dealers asking me to come back and buy their cars sso I bought at teton motors i was nervous about buying a car jeremy assured me that he would do whatever it takes to make sure im taken care of I asked jeremy if he could possibly run my new car to volvo in salt lake because I could not get a day off work to have volvo look at this car to make sure it was a good vehicle jeremy took a day off on his personal time and took the car to salt lake city to volvo for me with a no problem attitude now thats what I call customer service so if you are in the market to buy a vehicle go to teton motors i promise they will not disapoint you at all i would recommend jeremy haynes to anyone who needs help on a vehicle purchase he has spent numerous hours on his personal cell phone talking to me after the sale to ensure he has made me clearly happy with my car purchase that I am very happy teton motors has all my future purchases

these guys are good people

we liked a car they had on the internet and these people were great. we got an untold number of pictures and an honest review of the car and traveled several hours to get there to buy it. It turned out there was a noise which was resolved by changing oil in the rear end, but the mechanics stayed late to either fix it or it wasn't being sold. In the end, it all worked out and we drove it away. Now, a few months later the car is still great. its an awd honda crv and performs perfect in the glare ice roads we have right now. finally, our salesman, jack delay , has stayed in contact to make sure we are still satisfied. I have never been treated this good before by a car dealer.

quick & easy purchase

I was recently in a situation where I had to purchase a good used vehicle in one day and use it the next morning to drive 1200 miles. The used truck I wanted to purchase had just come in and had not been detailed or checked out by the shop. Teton got the truck ready to go and put the whole deal together without any problems. They were pleasant to work with and showed a personal interest in my needs.

My New Car Experience

I went to Teton Motors to purchase my first new car. I was hesitant to purchase a car from a dealer, but found this to be a pleasant buying experience. Jack was very patient and answered all of my questions. He really listened to my needs and did not try to push me into the sale. The Teton Motors team was able to give me great financing and I walked away with a brand new Subaru Outback.

Collision Center

Recently involved in a hit & run accident, which was not our fault. Teton Motors prepared the bid, took pictures and submitted them to the insurance company. They were extremely timely in scheduling and performing the repairs. All repairs were made with Subaru parts and to Subaru specs. Had lots of experience with body shops - this one is far and above all the others. The repairs are perfect. They made a bad situation good.
