I went into Terryville Chevy to purchase a 2016 Chevy Colorado, and was very pleased with the people and process. Most comfortable buying experience in the area

I went to various dealerships in the area, they all gave me the stereotypical sell. Met Justin at Terryville Chevy, talk about being treated the way a car buyer should be treated. He listened to what I wanted, provided me with different options that suited my needs, and most importantly, he stayed within the price point I asked for. Justin was very upfront and honest. Poor Treatment by Dealer

After buying a new Corvette in 2015, and having a flat tire in May 2016, I discovered that Terryville had given me an incorrect lug nut adapter (didn't match the nuts) and the tire couldn't be removed for repair. Terryville, about 50 miles away, initially denied any responsibility and left me on my own to find the manufacturer of the device and obtain a replacement. I managed to do that at a modest cost of about $37, but felt that the dealer should at least reimburse me for the cost. The General Manager has agreed twice, but after three months and repeated phone calls, I have seen no check. This indicates to me a manager or a dealership who has no interest in his clients. Thankfully, I didn't get stiffed for a larger amount.

This dealership was amazing and met all of my expectations!!!. I have purchased several cars from many local dealerships over the years and I found this one the most straight forward with no hidden agenda. I came across Terryville Chevrolet online shortly after a much closer dealer to me failed to find me the car I was looking for and wanted me to settle for something else, so I went online and punched in what I wanted and the first car up was at Terryville once I called I spoke to Amy Smith after she confirmed they still had it I told her I was on the way but over an hour away at that point she assured me nobody else would check out the car cause she was going to take the keys till I got there and sure enough when I pulled up she was inside my car waiting I couldn't believe it. Now granted I knew exactly what I was looking for so Amy didn't have to work to hard on selling me but it was great dealing with someone who knew what they were talking about and if they didn't they said hang on let me find out for you rather than just trying to BS their way around hoping you don't pick up on it. After 3 days my wife and I went back up to pick up our new car so we rented a car 1 way when we got up there Amy picked us up at the rental place drove us back to the dealership and got us in to the business manager Steve Lambertos office and again this was quick and painless as Steve had everything ready for us so we could get going as soon as possible. I've bought cars in the past where you are waiting to do your paperwork for over 2 hrs so I will take 30 minutes start to finish anytime and once we were done Amy took us outside and went over the entire car with us and answered all of our questions and we were on our way. Great truck buying experience

I had heard that Terryville Chevy was a big mover of trucks so I decided to check their inventory. I found a CPO truck listed on the dealers website and called up on a Saturday morning. From first phone call to second test drive Justin was a pleasure to deal with. He was very upfront and not pushy at all, unlike some dealers in the area. I did not feel pressured to give any commitments or hassled by phone calls and cookie cutter emails following up on my "interest in the vehicle". The negotiation and financing process was as good as you can find in any dealership. Definitely recommend Justin at Terryville Chevy the next time your shopping around for a new vehicle.

Repaired major damage from deer crash

The serivce was fast and easy i got the rental and was able to go on with my normal life like nothing ever happened.Once yhe car was fixed i got a call to pick it up it looked like new again.Everything was so smooth.

They don't care!!

I brought my car in for a tie rod. Which I needed per my Mechanic . I went to Terryville Chevy cause I had I 200 hundred dollar coupon. Which after the service they Said I couldn't use it.they told me it expired. Which I was told it never expire. After I received my suv back,it was bouncing And pulling to the left.i couldn't stand it. So I took my car back to the place were I normally have it service.( I had more than one problem with Terryville Chevy in the past) . Come to find out,it was a bad ball joint and Terryville never said nothing about it. My question is, how did they replace my tire rod and have a front end alignment done with a bad ball joint. My normal mechanic would never have done a front in alignment with a bad ball joint .i call Terryville to tell the service manager Mike. He said he was done with my business due to my negative comment I wrote . SOUNDS LIKE A NICE PLACE TO DO BUSSINES. They lost all further sales from me and anyone I know. Terryville u need to look at how u treat customers . We the customer r the reason why u have Your job and BUSSINES

Bad service department

Brought my car in for new tires gave them tire size. I was told they were going to order them have them in for my appointment (this was two months ago.) I drove 35 miles to the dealership from my house. They never ordered them and could not get it so they gave me a free oil change. But I wasted all my time going there I made one phone call I was able to get them put on that day from torce brothers . Second time I go in for service this past week they want not except their coupon though Royal customer coupon they said expired. It was crossed out on my ticket and was told that it never expires. They will not honor. Mike and his service department has made it clear that I will Never buy a new car from Terryville or service department car there again.Mike said he would call me back and I'm still waiting for the phone call they said he's to busy.

2016 Malibu Premier Lease

I had a great experience leasing my 2016 Malibu Premier. Great test drive and the salesman Justin was very knowledgeable about all of the features and options. I initially asked that they not try to offer me the variety of dealer based options during the negotiations and they obliged which was appreciated. When the vehicle was delivered, it was clean, freshly washed and had a full tank of gas. Overall a great experience and I love the new Malibu.

We had been looking for a vehicle for our daughter and we're unable to find an SUV with low mileage in our price range. Awesome Truck Hassle free

I was searching on line for a red Chevy Silverado extended cab, 5.3 V8 with relatively low miles. I'd done a lot of research and quite a lot of looking and had started driving a number trucks. When I found a 2013 Chevy at Terryville that met all my criteria I was pretty stoked. We went down- an hour and change away, had an appointment with Justin. He met us, knew his stuff, knew the truck, had it right out front, got a plate and off we went. Efficient,, spoke about the truck with assurance, knew the answers to all my questions. It went the way you want it to. I asked about wiggle room on the price. He went and talked with his manager and came back with a pretty good price. We had other trucks to look and and we left. No hassles, no pressure. We were back three days later. We made our deal, they got my special plates for me. We'd arranged for a loan elsewhere, but they were able to match that rate and it made it easy to go through them. We had a bit of a wait, but everything worked out fantastically. It was a certified truck so that added to our level of comfort what with the 12 month bumper to bumper warranty and we can go to any Chevy dealer for service on that warrantee. They through in tow free oil changes and tire rotations. We get the rest of the drive train warrantee when our 12 month warrantee is up. Pretty painless. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone.. Oh, plus they were nice to our dog. Always a plus.

Best vehicle purchase experience I've ever had!

My husband and I worked with Ray and Steve on purchasing our new Chevy Tahoe and it was the most efficient, no hassle experience we've ever had at a dealership. We had gone to another dealership three days prior where we waited over 2 hours just to go back and forth on pricing. At Terryville Ray had the numbers in my hand within 15 minutes of expressing my interest! He had everything printed out on an easy to understand worksheet and even included tax, title and registration. It was nice to have EVERYTHING out there right away. When it came to finance and signing paperwork we were placed with Steve who was also very knowledgable and efficient. Everyone working there was friendly and approachable. We will definitely be back. Worst purchasing and customer service experince

Our experience with Terryville Chevrolet has been the worst purchasing and customer experience we have ever had. We regret giving them our business. The sales representatives made no effort to build rapport with us or earn our trust. Rather, they rushed us through the process and on more than one occasion told us they did not have the time to meet our needs or expectations. For example, they did not have the time to take us on a lengthier test drive of a vehicle. We dealt with two sales representatives and the sales manager. They consistently over promised and under delivered. They failed to communicate with us time and time again. They specified on numerous occasions they would call us, order parts, call us when the parts came in, and keep us updated. Unfortunately, they failed to follow through on any of this. We always had to call to get updates, and more often than not, they did not take our calls and did not call us back. They did not go above and beyond to make our buying experience pleasant. They were unprofessional, unreliable and did not accept responsibility for their shortcomings. They failed to over night the title to us, they failed to order parts when they said they would, they failed to communicate the parts were on back order, they failed to have the car ready to pick up when they said they would. They did not deliver a clean and mechanically sound vehicle. After numerous delays and excuses, they delivered our vehicle to us dirty inside and out, with a check engine light on. We were inconvenienced by having to bring our newly purchased vehicle to another dealership for repairs. We failed our state safety inspection, and we had to detail and clean the car ourselves. After everything, the check engine light was on due to mistakes made by the service department at Terryville Chevrolet. We do not recommend Terryville Chevrolet, its sales department or service department, to anyone. We regret giving them our business and would advise you to steer clear of this dealership.

I previously worked with Justin to lease a vehicle, so when it was time for its replacement I knew the first place I would go. I emailed Justin and we were able to work out the details. The price was fair and I was able to have a few additional offers I had received applied to the transaction without any fuss. In my case I was a little down-to-the-wire and needed to purchase the car (2016 Volt) relatively quickly in order to take advantage of a state incentive. We initially had some difficulty locating an available vehicle but Justin came through and I was able to take delivery on time and got the state incentive.I found Justin to be very knowledgeable about the car I purchased which sadly is not always the case with Chevrolet dealers. It was a very pleasant experience and if I were to buy another Chevrolet I would definitely go back to Terryville Chevrolet.

Wonderful Buying Experience

Last month I purchased my first brand new car in 20 years!!! After going to many dealerships, I went to Terryville Chevrolet and met Justin Uriano. I can't say enough good things about how well he handled our transaction. I told Justin that I had seen the Tahoe of my dreams online and that was the car that I wanted. He gave me a big smile, got the car out for me to test drive and coached me about all the new features. It was the very best test drive out of over 10 of them. Synergy Green Love! Thank you Justin!

I requested info late on Saturday 12/26/15 regarding 2010 Synergy Camaro that dealer had just acquired, and Justin responded right away Sunday morning with more about this model and also many pictures. This was unheard of in Minnesota as dealers are closed here and you get no response. As I was in Minneapolis with an interest in this CT car timing was the main issue. Justin confirmed the car only had 4000 miles on it and it was mint, at that point the car was mine and he made that happen with financing and paperwork all completed by the next day Monday. Got the warranty all handled as we had to have it by 12/31 to be effective and he took care of it all, We jumped in the car and headed 1500 miles with 2 Chihuahuas to pick up the car-had a wonderful experience overall-service dept even had to work on my Spark while there as a warning light came on during road trip and they even quickly handled that immediately. Quick and easy experience as I had already had this exact car in 2010 before so no need to explain the options-but he was willing. Got us on the road with both cars ready to go and with a smile. All employees were great to deal with. We are so glad to have found the car and this dealer even if it was a long drive.

New Truck

After going to multiple chevy dealers, non of them would sell a truck for the online advertised price, even one of them Blasious chevrolet, after calling and making sure a truck I was interested in was still in stock. I arrived there 50 minutes later and was told the truck was no longer there but they had a truck exactly like it for only $ 6,000.00 more. I had one more truck to look at in Terryville Chevrolet, My expectations were very low going in. But slowly my attitude changed after talking to Justin, no pressure, no trying to talk me into something I didn't want. Bad purchase Experance

I purchased a truck from the tis dealer and was not pleased. Made a deal over the phone and when I got there the truck was not in the condition that I was told. The truck was in the detail shop when I arrived and the carpet was being cleaned. After the purchase I was driving home and started to get a smell of a dog after about one hour of driving.I called the deal and all they wanted to do was to shampoo the carpet. this will not take care of the smell.after having the truck for a few days, other things went wrong. The salesmen only said that t[you have a warranty. When buying a certified truck, you expect a truck to be inspected like it was certified.I do not recommend this deal to anyone

Beyond Helpful. Extremely Knowledgable - Trust these folks

When I called Terryville on January 19, 2016, I immediately identified myself as someone from Indiana who wanted some information on some vehicle transaction from 10 years ago. Point is - Terryville knew right away that this call would never lead to a car sale., or even an oil change. Yet Jim took the time to research my question and give me sound advice. He didn't have to. I could have easily been stopped by the receptionist, or Jim could have said he didn't have access to records that far back. Instead, without question, he stopped what he was doing and helped me. I had spent hours on the phone with my issue, even talking to General Motors, but nobody knew the answer but Jim. Jim knows this business. Anybody can be nice to you when your wallet is out. If car shopping isn't stressful enough... After the truck my wife and I put a $500 deposit on failed to pass the safety inspection, Josh dragged his feet returning the deposit. Called the manager, Jim, informing him of the situation. Promises to call back, but never does. We went back to the dealership, where Jim refuses to refund the money, raises his voice at us in the store, and insults my wife. We did end up getting our deposit back. But what an awful experience. There's a lot of dealerships out there. Save yourself the stress and pick another one.

Easy. Best car buying experience I've ever had.

Went in last Sunday (5/3/15) looking for a used Chevy Silverado. My wife and I were greeted by Ray and started talking. Took out a 2013 Silverado on a test drive but ended up choosing a 2012 Silverado with lower mileage and pretty well loaded. Went inside to go over the numbers. It was all super easy no stress. We came to a number that worked for my wife and I. Went in Monday (5/4/15) to pick it up and sign the papers. Truck was fully detailed and ready for delivery. Ray was great to deal with. Amazing Experience!

Excellent Car Buying Experience

I just bought a certified pre-owned Chevy Impala from this dealership and it was simply a wonderful experience. I was just beginning the process of looking for a good low mileage used Impala to upgrade/replace my 2004 Impala that my daughter was driving to college which had a 150K miles on it and I did not want to spend a lot of money for the car. While using Carfax's Used Car search engine, I happen to notice that Terryville Chevrolet had a 2010 Impala with only 12,500 miles on it. I sent them an e-mail inquiry not expecting them to negotiate much on their original offer price but they got back to me right away with a VERY GOOD price on the 2010 Impala. FYI, I live in the Fairfield,CT area and I have bought a few cars from Maritime Chevrolet and they had always also been very good to me but most of the Chevy dealers, including Martime Chevy, only had the newer used 2013 and 2014 Impalas in stock that would of course cost a lot more than I really wanted to spend on a car for my daughter. In any event, Terryville's price offer in their e-mail reply to me was so good that I thought it worth the 40 minute drive out to Terryville Chevy to look at the car in person and test drive it. The car essentially looked like new and drove like it (which I expected since it only had 12,500 miles on it but you never know for sure till you test drive them). Since it was a 2010 Impala, I thought the warranty would be limited to about 90 days and I did not want to spend over 10K for a car with a 90 day warranty but then it turned out that due to the low miles on the 2010 Impala it was a GM Pre-owned Certified Used Car (that hadn't been noted on the search engine site I used when I found the car) so I also got a bumper-to bumper one year and 12,000 mile warranty on the car and so that eliminated for me any worried/issues I had with my daughter driving a untested used car back to school in Maryland since she could take it to any Chevy dealer to get it fixed if a problem cropped up. Since I got such a good price on the car, I thought they would't take my old car in a trade in or would "low ball" me on the trade-in offer for my old car but that wasn't the case. They also gave me a VERY GOOD/EXCELLENT trade-in price on my old car. At then end of the day (after my trade in but before taxes/doc fees, etc), I only paid about 10K for what is essentially a new car. My sales rep, Stephen Venturo was outstanding throughout the enitre process and he had no qualms about letting me give the car a good test drive (I took it on local roads and the highway) and in answering all the questions I asked him about the GM Certified Used Car designation and a ton of other car questions about the Impala I posed to him. He also took the time to show me how everything worked on the car and to introduce me to the service manager, MIke Judson, at Terryville Chevrolet in case I ever needed/wanted to service the car there instead of at my local Chevy dealer in Fairfield. I also wanted to mention that Eric Reese was also great (he's their internet sales rep who sent me the e-mail reply very good price offer) and also suggested to me that Terryville Chevrolet could probably get me even better fianancing on a used car than I could get through USAA which I usually use since USAA usually has the best rates for persons with excellent credit ratings. As it turns out, Terryville Chevrolet DID manage get me better financing than I could get with USAA. Overall, from start to finish, this was just an excellent car buying experience, and I would certainly recommend looking at Terryville Chevrolet to buy a new or used car even if you live a little distance away from them. It was certainly worth the trip for me and certainly at least worth a "look/see" for anybody else looking to buy a new or used Chevy. The funny end of this story is that I like the new/used 2010 Impala so much, that good ole Dad sent daughter back off to school in the older Mini-van and I kept the Impala for myself to use (at least for now-LOL).

I just purchased a certified pre owned Chevy Spark! I had been driving an older model truck with higher milage, was not even sure with needing some basic minor repairs if I could even get a decent trade in value, I was very impressed with what they offered! On Line experience Not so good

I went through the on line process with Terryville Chevrolet regarding a car they had listed. While the response was quick their evaluation of my trade was very disappointing without seeing it they clearly tried to set my expectations for trade in value well below market, and forced me to look elsewhere.

100% satisfaction

My wife and I went to Terryville on a Sunday (yes, they are open Sundays) to look at certified pre-owned trucks and met with Steve Venturo, our salesman. Since we called ahead, we didn't have to wait and Steve immediately brought us outside to see several trucks. Terryville has a tremendous inventory, both pre-owned and new. Steve was very personable and had a great deal of patience dealing with us with a 4 year old in tow. There was never any hard-sell and we never felt pressure or rushed by Steve. The dealership has a very relaxed and layed-back feel. After having our trade evaluated, I was pleasantly surprised by the valuation. In fact, the amount we received for our trade alowed us to purchase a new Sierra 2500HD, which we picked-up the next day. Steve Lamberto arranged our financing and got us a great rate, much lower than expected. We signed all pf the paperwork in less than an hour and when we were done, left in our new truck, which was beautifully detailed with a full tank of gas.

Didn't put oil filter on right, leaked oil

I purchased my 2013 Silverado from Terryville about 10 months ago. It was one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. 5 stars for their sales team but their services team will never see my truck again.I brought it in for its first oil change. Lately, I have been seeing little puddles of oil in my driveway. Yesterday the puddle finally reached really concerning amounts. I called Terryville and they said they couldn't get to my truck for 8 days. How am I suppose to drive a truck that is leaking oil for 8 days?I brought the truck to Gengras this morning and they stated that who ever did the last oil change did not put the oil filter on correctly! I called Terryville's service manager Mike this morning to tell him about the problem. All he said was he will look in to it. Service department gets 1 star for poor services and awful customer services. They will never see my truck in the service garage again.Jonathan Hunt

We dealt with Steve Venturo and the general sales manager Jim Frageau who were both excellent. I buy a car very seldom and there have been a lot of changes since my last purchase. Both of these gentlemen made the process easier to understand. Also, they were more than willing to help us out when our new car had a issue with an airbag recall by letting us have a Cruze like the one we had purchased. Almost forgot Steve Lamberto who took the time to explain everything about the financial part of the deal. We bought a new Malibu 4 years ago at Terryville Chevrolet and loved the car and the service we received. We ended up buying TWO new cars at Terryville Chevrolet...a beautiful replacement Malibu for me and a stunning Chevy Equinox for my husband. Why two? Excellent Service

Went in for routine oil change and tire rotation. Had front brake pads replaced and rotors turned.I did feel the cost of turning the rotors was excessive ( $230). I was greeted and treated in a friendly and professional manner with customer satisfaction being the #1 priority as usual.

Worth the 6 hr. drive.

This dealership without a doubt is the best that I have ever dealt with. They are definitely top notch from the time you first make contact with them by phone or as I did, the internet. Justin Uriano the Internet Manager was great at getting back to me by email.Then, when I talked to him on the phone about doing a deal across state lines, he made me feel comfortable.So I set up a time to see the truck. The receptionist that greets you, makes you feel comfortable right away and is welcoming. She did not act like a robot, but someone that actually cared about directing you to the person you were there to see (Steve Venturo) in Sales. Steve was polite and engaging right from the start. He new my son and I had driven a long distance and tried to keep us informed about everything that he was doing for us. I new he wanted to explode with excitement, but for being 12 yrs.old, he held it in well. At that point, I thanked Steve and he took us over to the other miracle worker who helped make it all happen(Steve Lamberto) the Finance Manager. He too was great to deal with personally. He even took time to mess with my son a little bit. By doing that, it shows me that it isn't just about the deal. It's making everyone that is with you feel involved even if it is in an indirect way. We found a Subaru on the lot and worked with Sal-patient, no pressure. He let us think it over and compare other possibilities. Kyle asked if he could help, my husband explained that the truck was for me; and much to my surprise from that moment on he spoke directly to me. Previously we have been to every type of truck showroom and no matter how much we say the vehicle is for me they still insist on talking to my husband. This always makes or breaks a deal for me. I had purchased a used car from him and when it was time to trade it for new the transition was relatively painless. I was given more than I expected for my trade and Bob listened to my wants in a new car and what I could afford in payments each month. When the car I wanted was out of reach, he worked on finding one suitable at another dealer and dealt with me without judgement when choosing color/interior. When the car we chose was not available he somehow made it possible to get the car I test drove that was a little over my budget. I had visited Terryville Chevrolet web site and checked out the Impala model. When I went to their Sales Office, Jim O'Connor was the salesman that greeted me. There had been a heavy snowfall recently, but he was able to find a 2014 Impala LTZ for me to test drive. I liked the vehicle and Jim went over all the options for me. I was definitely interested in the vehicle, but wanted to visit other GM dealerships. I told Jim I would let him know by the end of the week.When I went back a few days later I told him I wanted to test-drive an Impala LT ECO. Again I liked the vehicle, but I wanted an ECO with navigation installed. Jim searched other GM dealerships and found an ECO that fit my specifications in Vermont. The car was delivered on a Tuesday afternoon and I went later that day to look the car over. Jim was able to schedule an appointment with Steve Lamberto, the finance individual for Thursday morning. Steve was very efficient and was able to provide terms that suited my financial situation perfectly. I am very satisfied with my new 2014 Chevy Impala LT ECO and would refer anyone I knew to check out the Terryville Chevrolet dealership.

Ray and Jim are car guys thru and thru and you can tell they love the cars they sell and want you as a customer to love yours as well. I contacted Terryville Chevrolet and stated that I lived out of state, but would be visiting my family in town for two days for Thanksgiving and was hoping that I could pick up a new lease. This was my first time going into a dealership and I had hoped to use the one that I had grown up near. I made it clear that I had time constraints since I did not want to spend my entire visit at the dealership. Ray sent me a link to the site and told me to send him some of the cars that I may be interested in, fill out the financial information online, etc so I would have very minimal to do when I came and set me up for the earliest appointment of the day. When I came in I let him know that I wanted a lease, but may not actually go through with it as I had a budget and did not wish to go over it, but also wanted to LOVE the car. Poor Ray walked me through the rain to many different cars and even looked into ordering one that wasn't present. He was not pushy on me passing my budget. He only showed me vehicles that fit and didn't mock or judge ways weird preferences (No red cars, etc). When I fell in love with a vehicle, Ray spoke with different employees of the dealership and they worked out a way that I could have my car and keep it under budget. I went home to my family probably an hour after arriving and was told to come back later in the afternoon for the paperwork. The paperwork took 15 minutes, during which time I was informed, but not pressured into, purchasing "extras", to which I declined. I love my vehicle and I enjoy that the money I spend on my lease is going towards a small town dealership that takes pride in their job.

We started to chat and shared that we had just spent a wasted 3 1/2 hours at a Watertown GMC dealer who played allot of unappreciated pricing games with us.Steve did none of the expected up selling of what we didn't want or padding of the lease payments.Since we are GM family customers we knew our expected price. Terryville Chevrolet more than met than expected price and lease amount.By the way, we leased a beautiful 2014 Impala which we feel is an amazing vehicle which provides the luxury interior with great fuel economy, safety and gorgeous styling. I was looking for a mid size crew cab and saw one at Terryville Chevrolet on Saturday night after hours. On today April 1, 2013 I went there at 8:00 AM and walked in and Ray Demers greeted me. I told Ray I had the money, title, and all the info he needed. All Ray asked was "what car or truck are you interested in". I told Ray the Red 2012 GMC Canyon. Ray took my drivers license entered me in the computer and brought the truck right up to the front door for me to test drive. We went for a ride and from there on it was a piece of cake. I told Ray I want the best price for the Gmc and my trade in. Ray came back to me within seconds with the figures and I agreed with the pricing on both my trade and the GMC. Sent a Cars.com request for a used car i was interested in, got a contact back quickly. decided to go that day to look at the car. Had some questions after the test drive, they offered to get more info and contact me back. Fair enough, contacted me back some days later and gave me the info, ok great! Then a couple hours later was told car was going to auction? I was dumbfounded! Auction? I am working on this car with sales! Why would any dealer worth its salt send a car to auction a client is in process of working on with a salesperson i have no idea, very poor judgement AND courtesy to the client. Highly doubtful anyone could get more for a car at auction than thru retail sales, but ok, GLWT! If you look at a car there, make sure its not next on the list to leave....dont waste your time, dealer is not interested in the client at all, just bring it in and auction it off, they should really make it a wholesale outlet for other dealers then.

For a few weeks we scoured many dealerships and always left with a certain feeling of "there's something not quite right about this place," or "do you think they're being honest?" or "I guess it's a good fit... it will most likely work out fine." ---UNTIL we went to Terryville Chevy. We even left deposits on two previous cars before we found our perfect match with Ray and Terryville Chevy. From the moment I walked in I felt like I was in the presence of someone that genuinely wanted to meet our needs, but was okay with me walking away if he couldn't find the right car for my family. It's everything they advertised, and more.We went from being completely exhausted by the whole car buying charade to pleasantly surprised and grateful! Went to this dealership the other day. We were not greeted when we walked through the door. Then I asked for what I was looking for, was brought outside to the car and was told here it is I said can we look at the inside is the car locked he said yes we lock all the cars (ok well I know what the car looks like from the outside). If you are showing someone a car wouldn't you bring the keys with you??? Was told by the salesman several times he is ready to go home for the day. I understand it was late in the day, but when I walked in I would have appreciated it if I was treated a little nicer. I will NEVER go back here again. I have told people since then not to go there.
