I can to this site to see if anybody else had a similar experience. I am surprised to see that my experience does not seem to be uncommon. After negotiating a price on a car we went to the dealership to purchase the car. Over an hour into the paperwork process, the sales manager came in to say that the price quoted was a mistake and they needed to had 3k to the final price. I believe the bait and switch is against the law. I would not recommend this dealership.

Purchased a new Altima in '14. Finance manager who could barely communicate in English assured us multiple times he knew how to calculate and pay our taxes and to transfer a tag. Dealership charged twice the actual amount and would have kept it if we didn't catch it. Caught it because they didn't even pay the taxes or file the paperwork, and the state sent us a letter saying the vehicle isn't legal to drive. Took many hours of our personal time to fix this on our own after dealership charged us a document fee for doing it. Two years later, transmission is faulty and needs to be replaced because vehicle shuts off at stop lights. Returned to dealership because they sold my wife a scam warranty that's supposed to cover such issues that are obviously no fault of our own. Vehicle's computer doesn't send the "correct code" to replace transmission, although service department is sure it needs to be replaced. No rental vehicle was provided, even though it will take weeks to fix and we live over two hours from Ted Russell Nissan. Service drives vehicle and suggests my wife come get the car and drive it when it randomly turns off, making it seriously dangerous to drive. Worst experience imaginable with all aspects of this vehicle purchase. Will likely have to get an attorney involved to make this right...Sales manager drives up in his $100k sports car and brags about how much his payment is. My advice: stay clear of Ted Russell Nissan unless you're comfortable making these arrogant scammers more money. As a lending officer, this is the type of dealership we do not allow our clients to buy from.

I had a bad battery and dropped by the dealer to get it replaced. The service advisor Scott Atkinson got my truck in right away, the battery was replaced and I was back on the road in 30 minutes.

About a month ago, I was with my son when we bought his new truck from a very bright young sales woman, Brianna Lunsford. Would highly recommend her! Very patient, answered every question we had - when she didn't know the answer, she got an answer for us. She was very attentive and devoted an entire afternoon to helping us find just the right vehicle. We went from a Sentra to a Frontier truck and one month later my son is very satisfied with his purchase. If you're looking for a new Nissan, search out Brianna. I believe she may be the only female sales lady there and they are lucky to have her! She convinced me that I might just need a new vehicle too. I'll be back to look at Sentras with her soon.

I called on Saturday morning to get a quote for a battery terminal I needed for my Altima. I spoke to Dustin in parts. He was very polite and quoted me the price. Then I spoke to Shannon in service because I am a college student and knew I needed a quote on labor in case it was too expense to fix. He put in on for no charge! Upon arrival they immediately took my car back without a reservation or anything . Within 10 minutes my car was ready to go! Also Charee in the cashier office was very nice as well! Thank you for a great experience! I will be returning!

They are a example of why the car buying industry has a bad rep! I had a deal worked on Sunday with bottom line price approved and ready to go, but thought they could get me a better rate. Andy the finance manager was supposed to call Monday morning with the finals. Never heard from him. I talked to another finance manager that was completely rude and told me the couldnt do the deal at the price i was quoted and increased the final price by $8000.00! Stay away!! I will never go there again!!

Ted Russell Nissan Service Dept offerred a free oil change for a survey; however, the Customer Relations Manager doesn't honor the oil change. I have never had any dealership flip flop like this. 99% of the time the customer is always right, but then there is the exception. Very disappointed!!

In my personal opinion I would not recommend this dealership. The management along with the sales personnel do not possess any moral integrity. They will tell you what you want to hear but stick it to you in the end. They will lie to your face and their only concern is maximizing there profit at your expense.

The saless agents and the management staff at Ted Russell Nissan knowingly sold my hard working 20 year old daughter a 2013 Ford Focus with a bad transmission. On her drive home that evening from the dealership the check engine light came on and the car was taking off wierdly from a stop. The next day she drove it over to McWhaley Ford in Sevierville and within a few minutes their mechanic told her it was the transmission. She then called and talked to Austin the sales manger that did her paperwork and he told her not to worry that they would take care of everything. He told my daughter to bring her car back on Saturday at 2:30pm to have the service department fix and repair the problems along with fixing the drivers side seat that needed stitched up. She drives back to Ted Russell and no one made the apointment and told that they did not work on Fords. She then took it across the street to the Ford dealership and they drove it and indeed the transmissions is definitely in need of service and they cannot work on it until Tuesday. So she calls Warren at Ted Russell to ask what to do and all he could say was that he was sorry. They wouldn't even give her a loaner vechile to drive until her car was fixed. Ted Russell mangement staff (Shane) doesn't stand behind their deals or have any consideration for their customers. I work with the public and I will let everyone that I come in contact with that Ted Russell Nissan is a crooked dealership and a bunch of liars. If you can't stand behind what you sell then you shouldn't be in business. I would like for the GM to call me and we can discuss this further and hopefully rectify the situation.

I had a buyer sheet from another dealer sent it to "Josh the internet guy" and he informed me he spoke to his manager and they could beat it. Drove 45 minutes to the dealer and showed them the same sheet and was told they couldn't even touch that deal. Wasted almost an hour and a half of my afternoon to be lied to. Also, bought a 350z there in 2008. Left my rental there with the keys with my salesman and he said he'd take care of having it picked up. He didnt and it cost me almost 400 dollars to pay the late fee.

I recently bought a Maxima through a dealership (not this one), while I was out in Knoxville my car started to overheat. So I immediately thought to look up the nearest Nissan dealership. Ted Russell Nissan was the closest one to me. I drove there and met two men. They came off as nice at first. Then I had to sign paperwork for the diagnosis to be done, which was $89.95. Waited about an hour or more for them to tell us what was wrong with my car, then Mr. Shannon Casey comes to tell us what's wrong. He's trying to rush us to come up with a decision. We don't have a whole lot of money anyways, but we ask how much the part is and when it would be fixed. He said with everything together would be $600+ and it may not get there until a day or so. We told him we would think about it and he went and ORDERED the part without our approval. Then when we discovered we could get it done half the price else where, he said that we couldn't do that. He belittled me and talked to me like I was ignorant. We then spoke to Mr. Hood, who is the service director, and he had Mr. Casey come in and listened to both stories and said that there were "witnesses" who said we said he could order the part. Mr. Hood took off the labor fees, but we still had to pay for a part AND pay the tow truck driver who was coming to pick the car up. This place is nothing but a SCAM and all they want is your MONEY. They have no respect and care for you or your vehicle. I would not recommend it AT ALL. Shannon Casey was an arrogant you-know-what and when I went to pick my keys up, he was RUDE all over again. Definitely will NEVER use Ted Russell Nissan again and I have definitely told everyone I know of this experience and they have lost business.

I bought a 2015 Nissan Altima in December 2015 and had a great experience. From the start I was met by Duwayne Neal who listened to what I was interested in and streamlined the process to show me the cars he thought met those needs. The financing was approved, and then I was given time to go over things about my car I didn't understand and hook my phone up with bluetooth screening of my music. I love my car, got a great deal and would recommend this dealer to anyone. When I am ready to buy another car, they will certainly be on the top of my list!

I went in on a Sunday in the rain to try to find a car. I spoke with a salesman Dewayne (I think) and he let me test drive a car. I was really interested in purchasing it and I was told I was approved for financing but the exact terms would be TBD. The finance guy, Andy, told me he would call me no later than noon on Monday to tell me what was up. Silence. I followed up...silence. I emailed and texted and finally got a response. They sold the car and were working on something else for me...then again...silence. I ended up driving to Charlotte NC to buy a car and put 5k in cash down. I will never recommend this dealership.

I called the dealership because they have two billboards on i-40 saying that "if your car drives is worth $5500" and they confirmed it, but when I looked at their prices, and compared them with a Chattanooga dealer (where I live) "Nissan of Chattanooga East" and noticed that the same car, year and model where priced between $4900 - $6500 less than Ted Russell Nissan. So I decided to call back and talked to Dewayne (sales rep) and he said they can do price-match and beat it by $500 but will not honor the price advertised. It sounds to me very deceiving and tricky; I rather deal with Sonic Automotive which owns "Economy Honda, Nissan of Chattanooga and other dealership in the area; they sound more honest, and I dealt with them in the past and were very good.

This was my first time buying a new car on my own. We were trading in a 1998 Ford Expedition that was literally on its last leg. They were offering the $5500 trade in deal and we took advantage of that. We ended up with a brand new Altima with all the options! We love our car and the experience was great! We would definitely recommend them to others and would go back for any other car buying needs.

An Oklahoma football fan ripped the side mirror from my daughter's car after a football game and needed a replacement before she could travel back to Germantown where we live. Since she is a UTK student, it is very important that her Nissan Sentra is serviced by professionals I can trust, as I am conducting business from 400 miles away. We came in to test drive a used car and had the best experience on a car lot. We looked at both a New and a Used Car. The team showed us which car was a better deal with our budget. They did not go over our budget. In fact they came in under it and in a new car. This is my first New Car and I could not be happier with the entire experience. Our Sales Rep was very friendly and down to earth and we did not feel pressured towards either car, it was our choice. We had the best customer service experience.

If I could give them a negative rating I would. FREAKING HORRIBLE!! I bought a new Frontier and 2 days after I took it home I get a call saying there was a mathmatical mistake on the contract and I owed $2200 more & I needed to resign a new contract or bring it back. I called a lawyer & he said to keep it and he'd call them. Long story short the truck was repossessed at my work in front of all my coworkers. HOW EMBARASSING!! Of course everyone was asking me if I could pay my bills. The salesperson even made the comment that they didn't think I was really serious about buying it in the 1st place. That place is evil.

Very disappointed in the lies I was told, how I was coerced into buying a car that I wasn't pleased with and even more disappointed with the fact that I was robbed! I bought the car without haggling, but when I researched how much its really worth, I found out that I paid $9,700 more than it is worth. That shouldn't even be legal! Now I'm stuck with this car and I can' t even sell it without losing large sums. I'm planning on suing them.

We purchased a new 2015 Nissan Murano that Ted Russell acquired from another dealer through a dealer trade. When we arrived to take delivery of the new Murano, we were informed that the radio cover had a scratch, but a new panel had been ordered and would be available for them to install in 2 - 3 days. Since we live 60 miles from the dealership, we should have been informed of the defect before we drove to the dealership. Since it would be resolved in a couple days and the dealership offered a tank of gas to compensate our drive, we went ahead with the sale. What a mistake!! The next day my wife noticed that the key fob she had been given did not unlock the vehicle. When we tried to use the key fob we received a message of "Invalid ID". We called Ted Russell Nissan about the key fob issue and reported it to the sales manager, since the sales rep was not available. We were assured that it would be fixed when the radio panel was replaced. We were also told to be careful not to lose the one working key fob or the vehicle would be rendered useless. A week later since we had not heard anything, we called the sales rep. He acted like why were we bothering him and secondly he did not know about the key fob issue, the sales manager had not informed him of the issue. The sales rep reluctantly did check on the radio cover, and let us know that it had been backordered, which immediately shot up a red flag to us. We were again assured that it would be only a matter of days for it to arrive. Another week went by with no communication. We contacted the dealership again and were met with an attitude that the dealership had little care about resolving the issues. After 3 weeks of waiting to get a working key fob we decided to drive to the dealership to get the nonworking key fob reprogrammed so that we would be able to use it. At that time the general manager decided to replace the damaged radio cover with one from another new vehicle, since the one that had been ordered was still on backorder with no delivery in sight. But what was worse was that we found out that the key fob that we had been given was not compatible with the Murano and could not be programmed. A new key fob had to be ordered and we needed to make another trip to the dealership once the new key fob arrived in 2 - 3 days. Another week went by with no communication, so we again called and were passed around like a hot potato from sales to service to parts. No one could tell us the status of the new key fob, but parts was going to call us back the next day. Four days later, we called again about the key fob, we were told that it had just arrived. We went to the dealership the next day and waited 1 1/2 hours while they programmed the key fob, only to be told after that time that they apparently ordered the wrong key fob and it would not program with the Murano. They would have to try to order another key fob and see if they could get the correct one. So after 5 weeks the issue still continues with no end in sight and we only have one working key fob. The new Murano remains parked in our garage since we are afraid to drive it with only one working key fob and fear of rendering the vehicle useless if the key fob is lost.

First off, I'm glad to buy a product made in TN. I've bought 4 new Nisssns in my life. 2 at the same time from this dealership. Sales staff ok. Service staff are horrible. I'm calling it like it is, they outright lie. Each time in they seemed to cause problems resulting in return trips which added up to more out of pocket money. Shannon Casey is rude & deceptive. I will never return to this dealership. They are simply not trustworthy.

I went in to Ted Russel Nissan after having purchased a used 2015 Versa Note from a different dealership, Ole Ben Franklin. The radio needed to be reprogrammed, being one of the reasons I had got a good deal on the car, It was still under factory warranty so they fixed it and since it was close to the 10,000 mile mark I had them preform the scheduled maintenance for that mile mark. Everything on the report came back normal, after they preformed their multi-point inspection. Later on that day I am driving and my automatic car starts jerking real bad and has almost no reaction to the accelerator. So I call back to try to find out what is going on and I make an appointment to get the transmission looked at. During the appointment in where I am getting my transmission looked at they inform me that there is water in the transmission and that has probably voided my warranty on my transmission. So I sit in the waiting room from 9 am to about 1 pm when Scott comes up to me and says that it looks more than likely that they are going to void my warranty and that it could take a day or two for us to actually hear back from them, also you have a part missing and Ill just point that out to you. At this point I am extremely frustrated. So I call Ole Ben Franklin and they inform me that this is not the first time that Ted Russel Nissan has tried to void a warranty on a car that has been purchased from Ole Ben Franklin. They send me to Twin City Nissan where I show them both reports from both visits. And they inform me that the part that I was missing was probably the reason why I had water in my transmission and that Ted Russel might have taken the part themselves because this isn't the first time they have tried to void someone's warranty from Ole Ben Franklin. I am appalled that they let a customer get thrown in the middle of dealership politics because apparently Ted Russel used to own Ole Ben Franklin. Twin City Nissan ordered me a new transmission and wanted to take care of me from the moment I got there. The only thing Scott wanted to do was tell me that my warranty was voided and there was nothing I could do but take it up with Ole Ben Franklin. Scott you are a piece of xxxx. Your company motto is Customer first and all you wanted to do was xxxx me out of my warranty. I had the car for 2 weeks clearly it is my fault. Don't go to Ted Russel for service, Scott even told me the people they have working there are "Just like Jiffylube they don't really know what is going on" which was his excuse to why they didn't see the part missing the first time.

I arrived at the dealership Mar. 13th and was greeted by Warren, by the way deserves 5 STARS for customer service. I told him I am leaning towards the Acura RDX and he said thats fine but he said lets see the Murano. I said thats fine. Warren was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and was very kind without pushing the button. After test driving the car I was convinced that this is the car my wife would love. So even thou Warren would not be there Saturday, he set me up with Stan Mansfield. We arrived Saturday so my wife can test drive. I felt very uncomfortable with Stan. I felt that he was trying to make the sale right there. I said to him I am not ready to buy the car today but I would like a fair market value on my truck. He said to me if we are not ready to buy, the dealership will not give me a fair value of my car. The words FAIR mark value tells me that weather I buy a 20k or 50k car it should not matter. You are evaluating the truck, nothing else. Where is the CODE OF ETHICS! Yes! we are going to buy a Murano, but not from Ted Russell dealership. MAtter a fact I will never step into a Ted Russell dealership or recommend them to anyone. unfortunately it took one battle apple to destroy me buying from you guys.

I went in to Ted Russell Nissan looking to trade in my old Dodge Ram. I had seen the commercials for the $5500 trade in and wanted get more details. I walked in was greeted by Anthony Galyon, he asked what kind of vehicle I was looking for. I was looking for a newer used 7 passenger vehicle so we started off looking at several used suv's on their lot, I really liked the Toyota Highlander, Anthony helped compare the Toyota with a Nissan Pathfinder. Both vehicles were in the price range that I was looking for, I asked about the $5500 trade in and he informed me that it was only available on a new Nissan. So he showed me a 2014 Pathfinder which was real close to the price my price range. With the trade in value on my Dodge it put the price of a new Pathfinder at a great price. It took weeks for Ted Russell to work with the extended warranty company of which the sold me a policy, to finally get my truck repaired. The most frustrating experience I've had dealing with aledged professionals. They did not install a Nissan replacement engine but some aftermarket engine. They replaced the dashboard instrumention cluster too. Today I phoned them saying the cluster was not working & the engine light was on. Shannon put me on hold only to come back and say due to my comments on this site, and personal attack on him, they would not work on my truck & I should take my truck else where. Good call & I will. Never will go back to Ted Russell. Yes, they got my money & took advantage of me but I hope you will heed my warning. BTW, notion that Shannon rated himself here? LOL

We went to this lot looking for a Nissan NV 3500 (the 12 seat passenger van) and when we got there we were greeted by Austin who was an awesome salesman, he made us feel welcome and at ease the whole time we were there. The bad part was he kept saying things were going great, which he didn't know the details of the "deal" that the credit/finance guys were doing. We went in to do paperwork with Ehab, who I will say was extremely rude, pushy, and not friendly at all! We didn't like the price and were ready to leave as we had stated what we needed our payments to be in...he assured us that in 6 months we should refinance through a local credit union and our rate would go down thus lowering the payment so reluctantly we agreed. 3 business days later a letter from that local credit union appeared in our mailbox with a denial...noone ever mentioned that they had already tried to run it through this credit union! We were also told gas mileage and tank size were much different then what it actually is. While I am happy with the vehicle in terms of size and space, which is why we looked at it, I am not happy with the lies that we were told or that were hidden from us nor the payment. This is the second bad experience we have had with Nissan in general and I will tell everyone I know this! The first bad experience I will note was with a different dealership, but just gives us a very bad taste for Nissan in general. Now we are stuck with this car for the next few years and haven't had it a week and already a bad taste due to this whole experience!

Altogether: I purchased a used 2012 loaded Kia Sportage from Ted Russell Nissan and while I wouldn't bad-mouth the dealership, I wouldn't recommend them either simply because I don't feel I received anything special. It was also made clear they do not go out of their way for you. I received a fair vehicle price Before the ad-ons, however if there had been another vehicle matching this one available to walk out TO within a few-hours range, I would have walked out no question when they were not willing to work with me with the price much. Their fees are high - the "processing fee" alone at $595 - No way hose'...! Not a good feeling when you're siting in that chair signing...however I wanted this specific vehicle and did not want to sacrifice if possible, after having my prior vehicle for 11 years and saving for the new one for some time. The trade-in price was low as well as below my original minimum, though I got it raised slightly. The rest: I stated my intention to use a new credit card for the portion of this vehicle I was not paying cash for from the beginning; I was told he didn't think they could do that and was never provided an official answer after mentioning on multiple occasions. By the time I decided I wanted the vehicle, not in the mood and wanting to avoid any further run-around regarding CC acceptance, I decided to go the backup route and finance through my bank. This was inconveniencing and to this day is still an annoyance. I was told by the salesman that they do oil changes and a basic-intermediate inspection on the vehicles. The only thing done to this vehicle was a detailing so it would be prettied up. During nor after just investing $22k, half of which was in cash, at this company - I was denied a basic oil change with no attempt by the salesman to even request it be done nor thrown in, even after stating that the oil was dark and obviously no inspection nor oil change was completed. Very poor customer service move for something so basic - we're not talking about an old or cheap vehicle that I spend my hard-earned and saved money on. . I questioned an auto-unlocking feature of the vehicle I did not feel was safe and knew could/must be disabled by the dealer and I was told providing this service could not be covered with no attempt at requesting. Another of what could have been an easy returning customer, customer service detail. I was told that TR offers a 30-day warranty on all vehicles they sell, yet every time I questioned this I was looked at strangely and every paper I signed stated As-is with no warranty implied. Slimy? You tell me. Good thing Kia's warranty is remaining. I feel as if I'm forgetting a few more incidents, but I think these are most of any worth mentioning. Salesman: I dealt with Austin Hill. Mostly very responsive, other times did not attempt to do the due diligence he should have as stated above. Austin is a great, no pressure type to deal with before the sale - I would recommend him there for sure, however in every way the typical car salesman in the bargaining room. Welcoming and easy to deal with in an overall sense and not the harassing type. Nissan dealership: TR was Terrible at paperwork speed. My bank called me 2-3 times asking if I happened to know if/when TR had sent them such and such because they hadn't received it. It took almost eight weeks to get my new tag and when I finally did, I got a letter in the mail vs. a simple phone call. Strange; a phone call would have allowed me to get it sooner and stamps would sure cost more than a call - this, obviously a minor item, though. Ted Russell Kia service area: I went here for a few items agreed upon with the deal and I Would recommend them. The waiting area has wi-fi, all of the Kia representatives that happened through to the vending machines were always friendly and at minimum made contact, and the service area took good care of me as well as were friendly and explanative with questions. Prices of the 4-5 services I was aware of were high, but not ridiculously high.

Do you know why this dealership got my business? As far as I am concerned, this is a first class dealership.They certainly know how to hire their staff! It was evident the staff here truly cares about the customer. It is not just about the sale, their commission. This is refreshing as other dealership salesmen showed me it was all about the sale and their commission. They were pushy and oftentimes less than honest. Not so with the Ted Russell Nissan staff. They were amazing. Justin Verno worked with me on the purchase of my car. He went above and beyond anything I had experienced with other salesmen. He took time to lift the hood and explain things to me I had not previously learned. He seemed to care that I understood what a great car I would be getting and even said if this isn't the one for you then we can look at...He was not pushy and I never felt like he was only in it for his commission. He worked with me on my offer and wanted me to be happy with my purchase. Then there was Anita Humphreys who completed my paperwork and spoke with me about an extended warranty. She is a gem as well. I purchased a 2011 BMW 550i from Ted Russell Nissan on June 7, 2013. Eric Perkins was the salesperson. There was only one key and no owners manual with the vehicle. Eric promised to track down any additional keys and the manual. Tuesday, June 11 Having not heard from Eric, I called back. He said he had not been able to reach the person at Ted Russell Ford to locate the items, but would that day and call me back immediately. Friday, June 14 I called back and spoke with Gary Nolan, who had helped facilitate the sale. He promised to have Eric get back in touch with me no later than the following Monday. Tuesday, June 25 Having not heard back, I called again for Gary, who was on vacation. I ended up speaking for the third time with Eric. He said they were unable to find the items, but that he would call me back with the name of the original owner. That was two weeks ago, and still not word. Not being able to find the items would be unfortunate, but to not respond to four calls is just bad service. I have purchased vehicles within the past four years from Harpers, Grayson, USI Motors and Twin City GMC and had great experiences with each. The sales experience at Ted Russell was less than stellar, but the lack of service after the sell will prevent me for ever buying a car there again.

Our salesman, Ben, is genuinely friendly and does not use high pressure tactics. We did not want a lot of the higher model options, and we were shown right to the model that had what we wanted (2013 Altima S model. The finance mgr, Gary, moved our paperwork right along, but also took the time to explain options to me that I generally don't get (extended warrenty). Daniel Lee went over our delivery and encouraged us to call him with any questions or problems. We came in to take the Altima for a test drive and were able to decide/buy/and leave with the car all in the same night.

He always takes the best care of my husband and I when we come in...and is the reason I drive past the Nissan dealer at the airport from Maryville to service my Maxima. This freaked me out since we were headed to Florida soon for vacation. Shannon assured me that he would be able to get my car fixed for me before we had to leave....and he did just that. We recently purchased a vehicle from Ted Russell Nissan in Knoxville, Tennessee. The following week there was a call from the finance person. They had given my husband the wrong contract. The person said she was new and had pulled out a contract they no longer use. Being a former Realtor and familiar with contracts this seemed odd and unnecessary. I even questioned the purpose of needing a new contract and why we were not amending the original contract; however, my husband went in and signed this new contract careful to make sure they had not changed any of the terms. (This *new* contract was dated, not for the day he actually signed the contract by the way, but the date was from the prior week.) Shortly after leaving the dealership, the same person from the finance office called again. She said, We are sorry Mr. ______, but we just realized we made another mistake on the contract. The amount was too low. You actually need to pay us more money. You need to come in so that we can redo the contract. I believe this is called Bait and Switch. Let me add that in the past 10 years we have purchased 4 new Nissans. We have always been loyal to the brand. No longer based on this experience. We returned the car even though we had a legally binding contract because we were being harassed by the dealership. This was an unpleasant experience that has really made me see car purchasing in a different light. Tread carefully with these people.

Awesome experience from the start! Allan was the first person I met. I almost ran him over trying to get in the parking lot! I told him i wanted an Xterra and he immediately told me about all the great deals available. He showed me two vehicles in the show room. When we took a test drive he was very excited about the Xterra and told me about the vehicle, its reliability, and all of the safety features that Nissan has as standard features. I was so impressed that Nissan cares so much about customer safety! He never pressured me. In fact, he made a point explain that he wanted this to be a stress free experience. He added that at any point I felt overwhelmed or apprehensive that I could take a break even if it meant thinking this over until a later date. I bought my first new truck here 7 years ago and was bring it in for service. I had no intentions of purchasing a new vehicle, when I saw the 2012 Xterra. Mr. Austin Hill was the first one to offer help and we assured him we were just looking. He wasnt pushy or overbearing and was very knowledgeable of the vehicle. Shannon in service was very helpful and honest in evaluating the problem and estimating repair costs. I am REALLY impressed with the level of customer service I received at Ted Russell Nissan! On 3/9/13, I purchased a metallic blue 2013 Nissan Sentra from Keith Seay. Within a minute of stepping out of my car, he was at my side asking how he could help me. I told him I was looking for a vehicle with good gas mileage and one that was more dependable. After asking a few questions, we took two test drives on two different vehicles. After realizing I really liked the metallic blue, he took me inside to start the whole process. He entered all my information in the computer and gave everything to Anita. While we were waiting (which wasn't too long), he asked a few more questions and just really made sure I was getting into the vehicle I wanted. When I sat down with Anita, I was impressed by how personable & professional she is. She made the most nerve-wracking part of the deal a very pleasant experience. I laughed and joked with her as I was signing my paperwork!! When we were done signing, I sat down with Daniel Lee. He went over every little detail of the car to make sure I knew how to operate it before I left the lot. I have peeling paint on the roof of my 2008, 22k mile Nissan Pathfinder. Despite the counsel of other dealerships who confirm the defect, Neal and his staff will not even submit this situation for review...despite promising to do so for over 3 weeks. When I asked what he thought would cause this...he said carwash or I've run a box cutter along the roof. When I told him how absurd this is, he hung up on me. I called back and he hung up on me again. These guys do not care and do not want to deal with any problems... Don't go there.
