Stopped in to see a used vehicle they had listed, 1st off felt pressured to come in only when sales rep that I spoke to was there. 2nd when I asked how much would they take for this vehicle, was never given an answer, so a little bit later my husband called and was told they would call him back and they never did, so we called back the next day was still given the run around about price, finally when we were given a price they didn't want to give in on listed price and told that they would be better sending it to auction, bottom line bad customer service all the way around, I work with customers daily and know what is expected and this certainly is not how you treat customers!!! I will never buy a vehicle from this company and certainly will be passing this information on to others.

Bad Service

Lousy service. #1 they try to sell people service they do not need, example; COMPLETE fluid change at 30,000 on a least car that is going to be turned in 6 months from service. The car blew a gasket in less than 50 miles and leaked oil all over my garage floor and driveway, that I have still not been able to get clean. BUYER BEWARE !!!!!

My brother bought 2010 Toyota camry from their we told where told by a transmission shop that they had to replace the transmission called Bebe asked if she can help us out with service team got a call from advisor Kevin Lasowski told that tech Jeff Johnson just had to reprogram yaw sensor because off power loss due to a battery I replaced NO CHARGE we love this great work my mom just lease a brand new car now it's my turn to get a Toyota

Poor performance overall.

Purchase "like new" Rav 4 . Was promised a owners manual, just about had to beg to get one, also was missing parts to roof rack, and had to do a great deal of arm twisting with the sales manager to get them, they also refused to fix a improperly installed front bumper cover . they appeased me with some coupons for services ie oil changes etc. So I got some wiper blades, and when I went to replace them they were the wrong ones. also high pressure sales of worthless extended warranties from everything from soup to nuts.

they tried to get me to buy etching for $299, on a 14 year old car, with over 140,000 miles. which you really don't need. you can buy a etching kit for 20 or 30 dollars, & do it your self if you really want it. but $299, give me a break. I wouldn't buy any car from these people.

Bad Fiance service

Took my 18 year old daughter to get her first car . everyone was great service sale, then I got to fiance was sent to Mike Anderson. was very uncomfortable made my daughter feel very uncomfortable, flirted with her the whole time and keep looking at her legs. I will never buy a car here again Instead of concentrating on the deal all he did was concentrate at flirting with my daughter, he was at least twice her age, NOT PROFESIONAL AT ALL

COURTEOUS SERVICE CLEAN FACILITIES, GOOD JOB

MY WIFE DRIVES THIS CAR ALMOST EXCLUSIVELY AND I NEED TO FEEL COMFORTABLE THAT IT IS IN GOOD RUNNING SHAPE. SHE RECENTLY TOOK THE CAR IN BECAUSE OF LOW PRESSURE IN THE TIRE. I HAD FILLED IT UP TWICE , THE THIRD TIME IT WENT LOW I TOLD HER TO TAKE IT IN. SHE CALLED, MADE AN APPOINTMENT, TOOK IT IN . THE SERVICE PEOPLE WERE VERY CONSIDERATE AND FIXED THE TIRE. THEY FOUND A NAIL IN THE TIRE. SHE IS HAPPY, I AM HAPPY AND THE CAR IS WORKING BEAUTIFULLY. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING.

Went in for an oil change, left in a new RAV4.

We brought our 2013 RAV4 in for an oil change and tire rotation. The young lady who checked us in looked up our repair record and let us know that an oil change wasn't necessary at this time. I was impressed that she wasn't trying to sell us something we didn't need. We decided to get the tire rotation and asked for an appraisal of our car just for the heck of it. We met with the salesman, Rick Gonnella. He was great. He showed us a few cars and went over all of their features. We were hooked when we saw the RAV4 Limited. We couldn't believe all of the advancements over our 2013 RAV. One of Team Toyota's promotions was a $500 Albert's Jewelers gift card. My wife spent that the next day. This is my third RAV4, I wouldn't have anything else.

Great Customer service, delightful experience

We recently bought a used vehicle from this dealer. Overall, the customer service was very good. The salesman (Arnie) was not pushy or annoying (which is a breathe of fresh air as I had visited many other dealerships before this one). He was very courteous and easy to talk to.The only thing was that the salesman didn't have too much knowledge of the used 09 dodge grand caravan (minivan), which is understandable since it's not a Toyota vehicle. The manager was also courteous, helpful and reasonable (in negotiations). I will recommend the Arnie and the dealership to family and friends.Overall I am really satisfied.

Happy Girl!

I went in to get my car serviced. Came across Mike & Mike, and the rest is history! They made me feel comfortable, did not waste my time and gave me a very good deal on a brand new 2016 Corolla. From the moment my Wife and I walked into Team Toyota in Schererville Indiana we knew we were dealing with a different animal. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful, and the place was very clean! Even though we went to see a highly recommended Salesman named Lorenzo everyone we met in the process was extraordinarily nice and knowledgeable. It really is a cool feeling to know you're not bothering someone to sell you a car like the feeling we had from some at other places. There really is not much more to say other than if there was a Bar that is set for all other dealerships to meet, these guys are the ones holding it up and setting it.

This is my second purchase from Team Toyota in Schererville, Indiana. I leased a 2013 Corolla and traded it in for a 2016 Camry, also a lease. I absolutely LOVE everything about this dealership. From the buying (or leasing) process, to the service after purchase - everything is top notch 100%! They are very willing to work with you to find a payment you are comfortable with, you don't feel like you are getting shafted or manipulated into paying more than you would like. They are all professional and courteous. The most amazing thing, however, is how EVERYONE in the entire dealership is so helpful and nice. I brought my 2010 Toyota RAV4 to Team Toyota for service on 11/20. Mike the service rep provided excellent customer service. He reviewed the services needed for my car and discussed services I will need in the near future. He was very helpful and attentive to my needs. He also gave me a coupon for my oil change. I thought that was very nice. My car was serviced in a timely manner and I always appreciate the free car wash. Highlander + Camry = Happy Family

Bought a Rav4 from Team a few years ago and a Camry about 6 months ago. My wife wanted a little more room, so we traded the Rav for a Highlander. The Highlander drives like the Camry, not a truck. We are very happy with it. I drive a ton and I'm 6'3". Both cars give me plenty of room and comfort. I've known Kyle Anderson a long time, and he is great to deal with. He watched our young kids while we took our test drive. Couldn't have been an easier car buying process.

I have always taken my 2001 Corolla to this dealership for the scheduled maintenance or service. The service department is fantastic to work with and they work with you. All the Service personal are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I just had my Corolla in for a set of 4 new tires. My service person , Juan, went beyond the call of duty. Friendly Service

I purchased a used car from Team Toyota about two weeks ago. This was my first vehicle I had ever purchased independently. Tom was very helpful and I was pleased with how smoothly the buying process went. I was offered better rates and deals without having to haggle for them, which I was thankful for because I'm not a very assertive person when it comes to those things. He was friendly, approachable, and professional. I will admit that as of yesterday, the check engine light has turned on in my car and I already need to bring it in to be looked at. However, I purchased an "as is" car without a warranty so I do not place the blame on Team Toyota for that, although I am frustrated and a little worried that something may be wrong with my vehicle. This does not change the fact that I was happy with my service and I would do business with them again. The environment at Team Toyota is comfortable, clean, and the staff is welcoming and friendly. I felt very comfortable there and I would be happy to purchase a vehicle there in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

Juan was very attentive to my schedule and actually had the car repairs started earlier than my appointment time. Work that could wait until my next scheduled oil change wa noted on my invoice and I will make sure it is done on my next visit. Great people and facilities!

I recently purchased a certified Avalon. It informed me I needed service which was tire rotation and call for an appt. I scheduled it for Saturday but I happened to be in the area on Friday and went in then. I was immediately greeted and was told they could service me right then. Less than an hour wait, I was on my way. Mike let me know what service I would need next and explained a few things about the car. Very friendly and easy to talk to.

Good buying experience

I purchased a 2007 Toyota Highlander from Team Toyota and had a good overall buying experience. Eric, the salesperson, was very helpful in finding a used car that met my requirements. He was very patient while we test drove ~ 5 different cars and did his best to answer all the questions I had about the vehicles. The negotiation process was relatively painless and I felt I got a good deal on both the car I was purchasing as well as my trade-in. Although it is too soon to tell as to the quality of the car I purchased, it was well taken care of by the previous owner and was cleaned prior to my taking delivery. I did notice that some of the other cars I test drove were pretty beat-up and not very clean (dog hair, funky smell, dirty interior and engine bay). I assume this is because the cars were older with high mileage - my recommendation would be for Team Toyota to spend a bit more time preparing the cars for resale (clean the interior, instruments, engine bay, and fix any major issues). The Sales and Finance managers were also very friendly and walked me through the process with no hassles. Overall, I was very satisfied with the buying experience and would definitely recommend Team Toyota to others.

After owning used cars all of my life, this was the first new car I had ever purchased. I was very happy with how easy the process went, and was excited about the second truck I saw. My sales rep did a great job of figuring out what I wanted and bringing it to me for a test drive. The bundle of free maintenance and car washes was a great incentive too.

Everyone I dealt with Team Toyota was friendly and nice to deal with, Mike(salesman), Tim(manager) and Bob(finance expert). One of the BEST guys I got to deal with was Mark the mechanic!!!! He told me in detail everything he did to truck to get it ready to sell on the showroom floor, which meant a lot to me!! This is my third Toyota that I have purchased from Team Toyota from 2003 to 2015 and they all have been great. All my service has been excellent.

Treated me like I was their only customer.

As soon as i drove onto the Toyota lot, I was greeted with my entrust and needs as the reason my sales person was there. He asked questions in line with what I wanted and never pressured me in a direction I was not entrusted in. Once he new exactly what I was looking for, he wasted no time and came up with the Camry I was looking for. He met my budget requirements and sent me home with my new car. This overall was a vary pleasant transaction. The followup I have received since my purchase has equally been rewarding making me feel like I was their only customer.

my experience with team Toyota has been exceptional since I purchase my 2012 Toyota highlander the service department is really good and they get the job done as quickly as possible, (its as if they know you other things to do). A great service experience

I came in for routine maintenance (oil change and tire rotation). As always, the service staff was very friendly and responsive. They were also helpful in making sure I could utilize discount coupons that applied. I have been a customer of Team Toyota for a number of years, and have always been satisfied with this relationship. Since they built a new facility, the rest area is very spacious and comfortable. A cup of coffee, magazines to read, and TV make the waiting time pass quickly! Keep up the good work!

30k maint

I had my car in for the 30k service. My only concern was the time it took to complete the work. It took almost two hours. I brought the car in at noon and it was 2 o'clock when they finished. I know they were busy and I should have asked how long it was going to take.Normally it would not made a difference,but this day I had a 3 o'clock appt. in Blue Island Il. I did make my appt. Everyone was super nice. Like I said before it was partly my fault for not asking how long the work was going to take.I just thought I would be out of there in about a hour. Every turned out great.

My wife and I were looking to purchase a Highlander. Other dealers didn't have any appreciable inventory to look at, till we visited Team Toyota. The Saleman, Lorenzo Longoria took us for a ride through their 7 acre lot and we saw exactly the color Limited W/platinum pkg. that we wanted. The whole process from that point on was fast and efficient. The only option I'm having installed is the Toyota Trailer hitch. Once the parts are received they told me I can bring the SUV in the next day and have it installed. This is the way car buying should be. I went in for recommended brake inspection. I was informed that I could wait a little longer if I wanted to. I informed Paula that is was going on a trip and she said that in that case it would be a good idea to get my brakes checked. She also had my tiers rotated. I felt better have had them checked because I didn't want any unexpected problems on the road. The wait time was reasonable and. She answered all my questions and made me feel confortable. I chose this dealership as I was looking for a certified pre owned Toyota and they had the best selection in the area. The sales process was hassle free and low pressure. I had a new salesperson who didn't know a whole lot about the vehicle, but she made sure my questions were answered quickly by another sales rep. Team Toyota is the only place I go for car repairs for my 2011 Camry. I worked Juan ( Service Advisor) for my brake repairs. I have a reception problem with the radio in the Tacoma to the point it is difficult to listen to it. A Great Place!

I was in there on Saturday, April 4, 2015 because I had heard a grinding noise when I was braking. Mike, the technician who took care of me, was great. He brought me out to let me see that everything was fine that the noise was just because one of the front rotors had picked up just a bit of rust and the pads were trying to grind it off. I do not take my car anywhere else. Also, the prices are good and they never try to sell you on something. They let you know the status and let you decide there's never any pressure. Love these guys and this dealership.

I purchased my first ever brand new 2015 Toyota Corolla last week from a salesman named Hector Sanchez. Let me start off by saying as soon as we pulled into the dealership , we were greeted by another salesman that already knew who we were looking for which was surprising and very nice. The minute we walked in the doors the customer service was behind excellent. Hector greeted us and we immediately started the process , I wasn't even sure what I was looking for in the beginning but I explained what I needed and how far I drive and hector recommended the Corolla . It was the first car he showed us and I immediatly fell in love with it . Needless to say I walked out buying the car . During the process my grandma was also with me and she speaks Spanish and very broken English , Hector went out of his way to not only explain the process with me but also repeat the same thing to my grandma in Spanish . He made her feel comfortable and he broke everything down to help her understand . Hector went above and beyond in customer service. Team Toyota and Aaron in the service department are experienced professionals . The service that was done on my 2009 Camry was explained to me up front and completed on time. I like the fact that as a repeat customer, service coupons are offered for different repairs. I have been a customer since 2004 and will continue to have my car serviced at Team Toyota.
