I have loved the Kia Souls ever since they came out in 2010. I never ever thought I would own a brand new one. I am in heaven driving this sweet heart. I am trying to find just the right name for it. A women I work with has the same color, she named it martini. Maybe martini two?, grasshopper?. Oh it will come to me. But that Linda Lee was one awesome lady to work with, never made me feel pressured, treated me like someone she had known for years. For the most part I had a great experience. However there were a few things that I wish were different. First of all I a as quoted an hour, I have a 2 year old, so I took him for an hour and 15 minutes and we walked around the Forum. I missed a phone call from Kia after about an hour, so I assumed our car was done and we walked back. The man in the office at the time told me our car was close...not too much longer. So I took my son the the waiting area and did my best to entertain him. I kept checking in with the man at the desk, its not easy to keep a 2 year old busy for that long. He kept telling me it was close, it was being washed, then dried, it ended up taking about 2 hours 45 minutes. Here's my issue, if I had known it would be that long I would have had a ride arranged and come back for it. Another thing, that phone call was from a salesman trying to ask about trading in my car, then I got 3 emails about trading in my car. If I wanted that I would have asked. I wanted an oil change and service. That's it.Otherwise there is a few TV's, snacks and coffee and Mike and Josh were great. My car is clean and fully serviced so in the long run I am happy and thankful I have a patient kid.

I had used team Kia until 2014. I stopped taking my car in for service because I was continually receiving calls about buying a new car.April of 2016, I bought a used optima from another car dealership, who informed me of a recall. I scheduled an appointment at team KIA, and had it fixed. Since then, I have received 4 calls from sales persons that thought I had a bought a car from them. I asked to be taken off the call back list 4 times, and still getting harassed over the phone and email. I will be calling the BBB if I receive more contact from them.

Easy buying experience. I have always been a cash only person, so had no credit history. They managed to get me a very good interest rate from a lender. The service department is the best. Complimentary inspection even when I'm going in for just an oil change.They have even washed my car.Just had my 30,000 maintenance done and had them detail the inside. Great job.

This issue has been resolved by Team Kia.I called for a service appointment and recall notice on my KIA Soul last week. The service guy told me all of the things that should be done for my 15000mi check up. I told him at that time that I couldn't do all of the things that were recommended and that "I wanted just the things covered by my coupon book and the recall stuff." So today I go in and he retells me all the stuff needing to be done, and once again I say "NO, just what is covered by my coupons and the recall." So I sit in the waiting room surrounded by life sized hamsters watching the walking dead on their wifi. He comes out and tells me ( 2 hours later) that my car was in the wash bay. YAY! I watched a little more dead and then saw my car by the window, all clean ON THE OUTSIDE. So I walk into service from the waiting room and he's doing paperwork, and will be done in a second. He's cursing the computer and asking it why it did that blah blah and then starts telling me what was done. For the recall, they just made sure it was ok and replaced stuff, then there was this and that totaling $340 something dollars. I said anything but a ZERO balance was not ok. He says you told me it was ok to do this. I said NO I DID NOT. He immediately calls his stupid visor who says he was right there and heard me say that it was ok to do it all. I repeated what I had told him and he as much as called me a liar. TEAM KIA is right, the xxxxxxxx team up on you. Make sure you take a witness (apparently it should be a male) and yell NO when they want to charge you more than you want done. My choice was to apply for a line of credit, or he would gladly hold my vehicle until I could pay my bill. I said I can't pay you and my car payment, and he stuck with "well you said I could do this". I repeated myself and he Flatly called me a liar. I took my key off the chain and walked home.

Lied to us from the start

Told they had Forte for lease. Test drove one. I saw the sticker price was more then advertised but salesman assured me that was base model and sticker was wrong. That was a lie. Then after credit check...... Told they had no Forte's for lease! Tried to talk me into more expensive car closer to my price range but that ended up a lie also. After I politely said no thank you the sales manager remarked that I was upset and could not understand. Trying to not cause a scene I said I was not but that we were way off and I was just not interested, She remarked that even though I said I was not upset, clearly I was. Now I'm upset and awkwardly embarrassed. As my wife and I started to leave another salesman chased us down and to try to get us to purchase instead of lease. Wasted 2 hours and left very frustrated by the whole experience. Awful experience. Just awful. Very Disappointed

This dealership and the people who work there are the worst I have ever seen. Was outright lied to when I purchased Kia 2 years ago. They tried to 'correct' the lie by adding an after-market modification. Problems started at 15000 mi and service center blamed it on my driving! Have had it in the shop three times, replace the same part twice, and I am at 35000 mi. Service decided problem is the after-market modification and states will not honor warranty unless I agree to remove it. (He thought I modified-didn't know it was their mess!) I dumped that mess, cutting my losses, and went back to a Ford. I absolutely would not send my worst enemy to this dealership. Kia might be a great car, but there are plenty of HONEST dealers to buy from. Stay away from these crooks, liars, thieves! One star because they won't let me do '0'.

Wanted to give 4,000 less on trade than the Eugene store would. Wanted to charge 3,000 more for new car than the Eugene store did. Then refused to honor warranty service after I bought at the Eugene Store. Kia Corp would not hold dealer to Dealer Agreement.

I recently graduated from College and my Saturn took a turn for the worst.. I was in the market for a new ride and had no clue where to start. Me and my wife brought our 2006 Kia Optima in for a blown engine. The first thing that Mr Gordon Toll did was told us that we didn't have proper documentation for them to honor their warranty because a friend of the family did our oil changes.So we bite the bullet and pay over $4000 to have our car fixed. So after 3 months we finally got a phone call " they never gave us one phone call during the time they had our car to give us an update on the progress of the repairs" we go down there and they had damaged the paint and rubber molding on the passenger side door,the cruise control now isn't working,the car now has a jerky motion above 45 mph, there's an oil leak, and last but not least the emergency brake doesn't work the way it did when we brought it in. And once again Mr Gordon Toll tells us they never touched it so of course we're lying. Me and my wife have been in customer service for most of our lives and have never been mistreated like we were at this Kia dealership. We will never go back to them and we recommend that if you need any kind of service do it at another dealership.

My 2005 Sorento wouldn't start again. Same issue we had 3 other times totaling $1800.00 from one Kia dealership and two other repair centers. Team Kia called to to come pick up my car before I even got home. They said it's fixed and there would be no charge. I was contacted by Dennis Senko when I went to the Team Kia Website to view the lot inventory. Mr. Senko was pleasant and helpful on the telephone. I explained to him that I was at work and could not talk at the moment and he did not pressure me into staying on the phone. We made plans to touch base the following Friday when I was able to come into the dealership in person. Friday morning I was contacted by a woman named Linda, whom I believe is Mr. Senko's training partner. I assured her that I was indeed coming in that morning to meet with Mr. Senko. I spent approximately 3 hours on Friday, August 23 with Mr. Senko. He showed me every car I was interested in seeing and allowed me to drive each vehicle without hesitation. The thing I enjoyed most about my experience up to this point was that I never felt like I was being pressured into making a decision as well as not feeling like Mr. Senko was being overly aggressive. I told Mr. Senko I would return later that evening with my boyfriend, so he could drive the vehicles I was interested in. I spent the afternoon at several other dealerships in the area and had unpleasant experiences. I do not appreciate overly aggressive salespeople, who make me feel like I am obligated to buy something because I am taking up their time. The experience I had with Mr. Senko earlier that day made me really want to come back and buy my vehicle from him. My boyfriend Rich and I returned to Team Kia of Bend that evening. Mr. Senko was there to greet us and he graciously took us around the lot again, showing Rich the vehicles he and I had talked about earlier in the day, answering questions and following up all our concerns. At this point Rich and I had narrowed our search down to 2 vehicles and we told Mr. Senko we were going to talk about it that night and we would call him the next day with our decision. Rich spoke with Mr. Senko on Saturday morning and we were able to easily negotiate a deal that would satisfy both the dealershop as well as ourselves. We met with Mr. Senko at 4 pm that afternoon and by 7 pm that evening we were driving home in our new Optima! I would like to express our sincere gratitude for the excellent customer service we received from Mr. Senko. He made our overall car shopping/buying experience with Team Kia in Bend a stressfree and pleasant experience. He is the reason we purchased our vehicle from this dealership and I would recommend him to anyone I know who is in the market for a new car. Thanks you Mr. Senko! You did a fantastic job!

Weve had two very disappointing experiences with the Service Department at Team Kia of Bend. During the week of August 27th, 2012 I brought my car to Kia of Bend for service. My husband and I were leaving on our honeymoon road trip September 1st and wanted to make sure my 2005 Kia Sorrento was in tip-top shape for the journey. Service went ?ne but after retrieving my car and driving home I noted the engine overheating and coolant spraying inside the engine compartment. I returned my car to Kia and after inspection was told my radiator had a faulty part. This explanation surprised me greatly since there were no issues with overheating or coolant release prior to the service provided by Kia of Bend. My husband and I were told that if a replacement part could not be found locally my car would not be ready for our honeymoon in 2 days. Very upsetting and unwelcome news as I'm sure you can imagine. A day later Kia advised my husband that instead of a faulty radiator part, a hose had not been reconnected properly after my car was serviced. While I was very pleased to have my car returned quickly I was very unhappy about the stress caused by this oversight. Moving forward to April 29th, 2013 I was shopping for new tires and decided to give the Service Department at Team Kia of Bend another try. Initial tire quotes and service cost at Kia were out of my budget, however after researching on my own and returning to Kia the service manager Gordon Toll successfully matched competitor pricing and ordered the tires for my car. I was told I would receive a call to set up a service appointment once con?rmed my tires would be available for shipment. Three days went by and I did not receive a phone call from Kia. I called on my own and was told Kia planned on contacting me when the tires arrived and apologized for the confusion. Assuredly this is NOT what I was told initially. My tire service was scheduled for May 8th, 2013 and was completed satisfactorily. My husband paid for the service, picked up my car keys from Kia, came home to get me, and then returned to Kia dropping me off so I could drive my car home. When I opened my car door the driver's side seat was laid nearly all the way back which was immediately evident as I normally have it quite upright while driving. This struck me as odd since normally a car is returned to "arrival" condition after service. I then tried to raise the seat back and nothing happened. At this point Service was closed for the night and no one was available to help. I left my car and was assured Service would look into the problem contacting me on May 9th. May 9th I called Kia because no one had contacted me by 9am and was told the seat switch was faulty. For a second time I brought my car in with no prior problems, and after dropping it off for service the seat switch was faulty? First, I would like to know why the seat issue was not investigated prior to my car being ready for pickup. I do not believe for a moment that no one noticed how far the seat was laid back. In fact, Gordon Toll told me the seat was laid back because the technician working on my car May 8th was tall. Did he not try to raise the seat? Unlikely. Service managed to raise the seat for me allowing me to drive my car and I was quoted $200.00 for a new seat switch plus $75.00 labor/installation. Frustrated I simply asked for the part to be ordered and was told I would be contacted when it arrived to schedule installation. As of two weeks later, we have yet to hear from Kia. Originally, I had visited Team Kia about 6 months ago to check out the Kia line. Even though at the time my credit was very bad, Linda treated me as if it was excellent. My 1991 Ford Explore was falling apart I needed another vehicle. Linda Lee sent me an email 2 days ago inviting me to come back to Team Kia. I had just pulled my credit score so returned her an email stating all the facts.She answered back you bet we have a deal for you. I live 30 miles away so didn't want to trust my old Ford to unnecessarily travel that far unless I knew there was a 100% chance of getting me into a good used SUV. Linda Lee assured me there was a deal for me. When I arrived, I was treated as if I had a million bucks. As expected, Linda had picked out a few vehicles for me to test drive. All I had to do was drive the second SUV and I was ready to buy. The transactions flew by and I was made very comfortable while waiting for all paperwork to be done. My wife and I were in the market for another vehicle. Specifically I have been looking around for a used pick up in good shape and a price I could afford. We were fresh out of Bankruptcy and in real need of a second reliable vehicle. I found a pickup I was interested in but wasn't sure we would be able to get into it. We filled out Team Kia of Bend's online credit app. Linda called within the hour. I explained our situation and she was very understanding a was confident they would be able to help get us what we were looking for. When we went to the dealership Jeff took us out for the test drive. The pickup was exactly what I had in mind. I told Jeff what I had in mind for trade in, cash down, and monthly payment. I wasn't interested in haggling over the sale price because I felt it was already a fair price. They were able to come right in the ball park for what we could handle. They made the whole process so easy that less than 2 hours after going in we were driving away with it. I do not enjoy buying cars but they were very friendly and I never felt pressured. When it comes time for our next car buying we will for sure be back to see what Team Kia of Bend can do for us.

I went in and saw Rich first who would only give me 9,500 for my trade (worth 17k) and charge me 30k for sport age. Then while at sister store in Eugene, they offered 12,5k for trade and 27.5k for sport age. Who could turn that down? But alas, Rich and Joel held a resentment because I didn't buy it from him. They manifested this into a huge lying scandal. We all know a new car has an adjustment warranty for 12k miles that covers everything. And this store and the Eugene store refused warranty service on several occasions for 1. alignment, 2. headlites aimed to high (before body work), 3. emergency brake adjustment, 4. Key reprogram, 5. regular service maintenance. These guys will lie to no end to make themselves look good and the customer bad. Even fabricating stories about what customer supposedly did. The got quite angry when told the truth. It speaks of this in the bible. John 1-8. So my recommendation is avoid at all cost. You may not like what you get. I have now lost the ability to use my 10 year 100,000 mile warranty unless I go over 145 miles to Portland.Good luck if you to go here.

Team Kia of Bend, OR., had recent promotion that included prizes. The mailer was very misleading. I read it multiple times including the "small print" to make sure I was not missing anything. Well, the numbers game worked. Lots of people showed up to claim their prize and I am positive they were just as convinced as I was that their numbers matched the winning number printed on the mailer. Wrong. I would say it came close to being a scam. Unfortunately, my wife and I were truly interested in looking at KIA for out next purchase. Not any more.

Team Kia was an awesome great experiance for buying a first new car. i realy didnt expect to walk out of there with a bran new 2013 kia rio. i didnt have much for a down but they accepted my trade in as part of it and idk why it had just blown up pretty much the day before. i walked in expecting to get a crappy replacement car just to get me by but we worked around some obsticals and now im driving a new kia rio for a super affordable price.Thanks Team Kia

I bought my 2009 KIA Rio about a year ago. Every time I have an issue with it their solution is to trade it in or they car reset the computer because it over reves all the time (in 1st gear, 2end gear, going down a hill, up a hill). They also make me feel like it is my fault or I am crazy. The new thing is my tires wore out in less then 12000 miles. Nothing but problems.
