My overall experiance at Team hodges was awesome.!!! My wife and i purchased a 2008 Chrysler T&C and traded in our 2008 Pontiac G6. I saw a van my wife has been wanting on your website. I then called and talk to salesman Paul Bubar. He was very helpfull and professional. We live in Traverse city and we werent able to make it to your dealership during your normal hours so Paul stayed late to show us the van. From that point on the sales process was very simple for us. Paul was able to complete the sale over the phone and through fax. Once the sale was final, Paul delivered the van to us personally in Traverse City and took our trade-in back with him. David was energetic but not pushy on the lot. He saw what I was interested in purchasing and didn't try to bait and switch or "upgrade" because it would be a better buy. When we agreed upon a price it didn't change!Jack (?) (in financing) was wonderful. Got me a terrific rate. he made some common sense suggestions regarding financing. You could tell he had my interest at heart. He was extremely personable and I never once felt pressured.Maybe, because I was purchasing a used vehicle, I was not offered a ton of add-ons. This I greatly appreciated this. I have sat in the financing office before and have walked out with $1,000.00 or more added to the total.I do not buy cars very often. All my vehicles are over 150,000 miles with my Sebring pushing 300,00 by summer. However, my experience at Team Hodges would warrant a definite look when I am in the market. I also will highly recommend Team Hodges to my friends. One final thought - the gift card was very unexpected and was a good ending to a good experience. Thank you.

Just purchased my 2nd Jeep from Team Hodges and thoroughly enjoyed the experience again. They are very helpful and knowledgeable, not pushy, and have handled all matters in a friendly and professional manner. Also had another vehicle repaired there twice; two separate deer strikes! Though that car was not purchased there, and not even a brand they sell, they repaired it perfectly both times, taking the time necessary to do the job right. From shopping to finance to taking delivery to repairs, Hodges has consistently been a pleasure doing business with.
