Friendly and professional personnel I dealt with and met, including the dealership's president/owner. We got to a point in the sales negotiation, where the salesman (Marcus) told me that their offer is as low as they can go per his manager. I was pushing for about $1500 less then what I was offered for a total packet. Mr. Olliges took the contract, and subsequently approved the sale for what I had offered. Mr. Marcus helped me with pairing our cell phones, set the garage opener, and along continued to be helpful.

I was treated like a VIP. Dawn listened to my concerns regarding the back door safety latches and made sure that when my great-grandchild travels with me she will be safe in my back seat. I was offered coffee, etc. and shown where to wait and offered a shuttle home if I didn't want to wait. They kept me up-to-date on what they were doing with my vehicle and it was just a really nice experience.

I pulled in, unexpectedly, and asked if someone could check out a bluetooth problem. Dan (service advisor) came out and explained that all the service techs had gone home, but that he would try to help me. He attempted to connect my bluetooth for several minutes. He then told me to come in any day when the service techs were there so I could be helped. I dropped in, again, and he came right out, and did the appropriate paperwork, bought me a cup of coffee. When the sync problem was remedied, he came over and checked it out thoroughly, so there was no question that all was well. Excellent service by this gentleman who is an asset to your dealership. I might also mention that every employee I came in contact with that day was extremely helpful and courteous! I came away quite pleased and told several friends. Thanks, Dan!

My 86 year old mother has a 2007 Lincoln MKZ and lives in California. She was visiting Las Vegas to attend a funeral of a close family friend. She was calm and assuring and made my mother feel at ease and as if she were at her own dealership. She explained the process, offered us coffee and a clean, comfortable environment and a rental car so that we could handle our difficult situation. He called and updated us on what was happening and gave us an explanation of the charges. I am so glad that I found this dealership and Samantha because I know this will be the last car my mom will purchase and when she moves to Las Vegas to live near me, she will have a trusted dealer that cares about not only her vehicle, but her well-being. Haven't had the best experience with the service department. I feel like they are slammed with cars and not able to communicate effectively . Everytime I call, no one answers , when my car was done I was the one to call and find out . No one called to tell me .. Well they did two days later after I already picked the vehicle up to tell me to come get my vehicle .. That was already in my possession. Only answer I can get when I ask what is wrong with my car is "I'm not sure ask your service advisor " .. My service advisor is the hardest person to get a hold of probably because they are busy but this service is not the best . Took two days to even look at my car as well. Should've just told me come back in two days . I made an appointment so I expected they weren't slammed and needed two days to even diagnose the car . It was just sitting there for two days! A little aggravated .

This was my second purchase of a Lincoln MKZ model from TeamFordLincoln,the first a 2010 and now a 2017.In both instances your Mr Greg Bradshaw was my sales contact.He patiently explained all essential details for each vehicle to both my wife (Gisela) and myself.In addition, and probably on his own time, he came to my home the next morning to help us with our garage opener and to assist us in the mysteries of operating the sync system as well as going over the general operating guidelines again.Greg appreciates that my wife and I are senior citizens.He was also good enough to return to us a bunch of personal articles we overlooked removing from the 2010 model we traded in.Ron Lovelace

Dawn was very friendly and helpful! I normally take my Ford to a different Ford dealership however I will come back here because Dawn took the time to ask if I wanted my car washed. Sometimes it is the little things about customer service that helps you choose where you take your business.

Augustin Archibeque, who works in your service department, provided premiere service. He listened attentively to my questions and my explanation of what was wrong with my vehicle, thereby leading to a corrective solution. He was friendly, quick, and analytical taking extra time with me on a long drive in my vehicle to deduce the source of my truck's corrective needs. Moreover, the time required to do this was reduced to only half a day and the cost was less than estimated. I was impressed.

From purchase to delivery it was a very nice vehicle buying experience. The salesman, manager, and finance person were all very polite a friendly. I felt that I had a good deal from purchase to trade and independent websites form trades and purchases confirm my deal was pretty good.

The people were friendly. Very easy to talk to. Clean facility. There was a bit of time waiting for financing department. Some items could have been discussed before we went in to sign..ie warranty/service plans giving us time to think on best option for us.

Professional and considerate employees in sales (Tom Spencer) and service (Dawn). They were very helpful and efficient. My car was serviced for a faulty AC wire. It was repaired in less than 5 hours.
