Good Dealership

We recently bought a used car from Taylor. I had called inquiring about the car, but didn't have time to make the 80 mile round-trip drive to look at, so Blake Shaw personally drove the car to our home so we could look at it and test drive. He was very courteous and professional in all of our dealings even after we had negotiated a sales price. I felt that we were treated fairly and honestly. We appreciated the personal care extended throughout the process.

I priced trucks with another dealership and they didn't do a fraction of the work or offer as good of prices that Blake did. Blake Shaw helped my wife and I find a perfect family vehicle. His service was friendly with a non pushy and informative attitude. My wife and I are in our early 20's and most salesmen don't take us seriously as buyers because of our age, however this was not that case at all with Blake. Our vehicle has been great and the experience we had at this dealership was even better.

When we wanted to replace my wife's aging Impala, we went to Taylor Chevrolet, and to Blake on recommendation. Blake found the exact car my wife wanted, made sure that it was current on any and all recalls or service alerts, detailed it, tinted the windows, showed her how to use the electronics suite and even synced her phone to it! We will most definitely continue shopping at Taylor's. We are a Chevy family! In addition, the service department which has been instrumental in keeping our 15 year old, 180,000 mile Impala alive is top notch! P.S. My daughter also bought her first car, a 2011 Chevy Aveo 5 through Blake, who made her first car buying experience a good one, which is actually pretty important and can make or break your first car buy!

Most people are a bit nervous about the typical car buying experience. Taylor Chevrolet made our experience easy and very comfortable. We recently purchased a new Silverado from Taylor Chevrolet. We initially searched all the surrounding states looking for one particular make and model. After 1 month of searching, we decided to look locally from Taylor. Sure enough, they had multiple models to choose from. We worked with Blake Shaw and he was absolutely fantastic. We would definitely recommend Taylor Chevrolet to all our friends and neighbors.

Amazing Customer Service

I have bought my last 3 vehicle from Taylor's Chevrolet. We keep going back because the customer service is amazing. Blake Harris is awesome, I made my purchase from over 500 miles away. By the time I got home, he had my vehicle at his facility, and already had it in their shop, changing things and adding things, I had requested. The trade price was right, and the new vehicle purchase price was right. No monkey business.

Excellent service without getting ripped off

I brought in my 2012 Chevy Cruz and just felt like there were some things wrong with it but was told previously that everything checked out fine. Justin and his team were able to figure out what the problems were, make sure it was covered under my warranty and have all the work done within the day. I have been very impressed with the quality of service that I get each time I go in and feel confident that they will do what is best for me and my car.

Great experience!

My husband and I bought a used truck from them yesterday. We drove there after finding a truck we were interested in on cars.com. Once we were there, we ended up considering 3 different ones. After a lot of consideration, we went with the one we originally found and drove there to see. Our salesman Norm Erickson, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Nice man. Sight un Seen Anxiety Quashed

I just bought a 2012 suburban 2500 from Taylor. It was sight un seen. I was quite nervous about this, but locating a 2500 was not an easy task. As I was looking around on the web and this truck popped up within cars.com. In looking at this truck, it met many of my specks. I called Blake Harris, and after several calls and emails and some picture exchanges, we made a deal. I traveled 1400 miles by train and rental car to Rexburg. The truck was there and in good shape. A fresh wash job and quite clean. Several extras were coordinated by Blake and installed. Blake ran me out to the different departments for me to ask questions and get information on this truck. Everybody at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. It was generally a good experience for me, as well as a learning experience. I am strongly recommending anyone thinking about a sight un seen purchase to feel comfortable in getting a used or new car from Blake Harris who represents Taylor Chevy.

I brought my 2010 buick Enclave in for an oil change. They were very friendly and accommodating. I also had a recall on my passenger safety belts that they fixed with out delay.

They made it happen!

I bought my car from Taylor Chevrolet -- sight unseen. I found the car I wanted online but it was 600 miles away from me, which means I had to rely on the dealer's honesty to describe the condition of the car before I made the trip to pick it up. Blake Harris sent additional photos and highlighted some small scratches on the door so I wouldn't be surprised. Otherwise, he described a beautifully conditioned car that would not disappoint me. As it was 6 years old and had more than 80,000 miles on it, I expected to find more problems with the car than disclosed but I was DELIGHTED to find a vehicle that was even better than Blake described. The crew at Taylor polished the scratches to the point of being undetectable and the rest of the car was immaculate. Blake also went out of his way to make the purchase more convenient for me. The nearest airport is 30 miles from Rexburg but Blake drove the car down and met me in the terminal. We signed the paperwork in the parking lot and I was on my home with my new beauty! Five Stars to Taylor Chevrolet and Blake Harris for high integrity, great customer service and fantastic pricing.
