This sales representative is one of the most educated and knowledgeable representatives I know in honda. He could answer all my questions and he went through every detail regarding the car I was looking at such as the features and what it did and so forth he was knowledgeable about all the cars and could explain everything to me as a buyer who had just lost a car due to an accident he was very patient and understanding.

Got serviced, 3 months back changed windshields and today on my service they say again it went bad and I have to changes, not sure what types of windshields they are replacing.And I came out from showroom after service which has inspection and my car shows low tire pressure which they didn't check , I was so much upset with service.

My experience with Solomon and was nothing less than amazing. His professionalism and effectiveness by asking me certain things to determine the best car for me. I leased a brand new Honda Accord. I was told nothing but lies!!! Sales person told me this is what we can get ur payment to. Sign this paper and I will give to finance. She comes back with a smile we got it and no payment for 3 months!!! Lies.... I got a payment 50$ more and payment due in 30 days. Told me I had to have GAP insurance. I was crying and so pressured and like a dumb xxx I signed because they told me if I didn't my credit score will be affected because when they pulled my credit it dropped my score and if another dealer pulls it it will drop even lower. Sneaky sales snakes!!! I have never regretted anything in my life and was told I could not cancel the contract. No money for a lawyer I am Very devastated :-(. Don't buy from them. Still don't have my tag or warranty information NOTHING it's been 2 weeks. Don't even know where to send my car payment. Spent over 5 hours. Sales lady new nothing about the car at all. They didn't even have he tools to put my temp plate on. I had to put it in my back window. Really!!

Don't even bother buying a car from Tampa Honda, we returned a vehicle that we didnt want after two weeks and were assured we would get a full refund of our Deposit of $1200 the GSM emailed our Attorney stating we would get a refund. The current GSM stated we wouldn't get a refund.....DONT BUY FROM TAMPA HONDA THEY RIP YOU OFF.

We live in Clearwater but went to Tampa Honda due to the fact we found a vehicle online that fit our needs and desires. Christine was our sales person and from the moment we met her we felt at ease as she did not pressure us and answered all the questions we had and showed us more about the car than we ever thought imaginable. Eli was the sales manager who took the time to visit us before during and after the sale and took the time to explain the numbers to us again without feeling pressured. Eli even gave us some cookies to sweeten the deal. We finally ended up with Joe the finance manager who made it very easy to finalize the transaction. I would recommend Tampa Honda to anybody looking for a vehicle as they will treat you with the utmost respect and give you a great deal.

On May 2, 2016 I brought my mother 2006 Honda Ridgeline with 47,0000 to have the engine light serviced at Tampa Honda. The service team gave me a quote of 1100.00 to complete the job, my mother being on a fixed income because of father recently passing found the money to have the job completed on her truck. Later that day I took the truck home to my mother only to found out two days later the engine light was back on, so we decided to make another appointment 8 days later to be told we(Tampa Honda) reset the truck and you should be good to go. Three days later the engine came on again with my mother who does very little driving and me living in Spring Hill, Fl an hour away I told my mom to wait 3 days to see if the engine light will go off the engine light stay on so I took the truck back to the dealership for a third time this all happen between 2 May-28 May 2016. It now June 27th and I'm here again for the engine light this time they are telling me something else is wrong with the truck and it going to be additional 1500.00 to fix the issue which my mother don't have, so my mother is out 1100.00 because the problem never got fiix. The service team was nice but I just hate that my mother paid 1100.00 and more than likely the engine will come on again and she didn't received the service she was expecting to get from a well know dealership. Not mad just disappointed.........but my mother is very angry Lonnie 785-375-9680

I would rate 0 stars if there is an option. Honesty and Respect is a Joke here. Lies and Money are their only Motive. Right from the start there were lies about the price, trade in value etc. The Sales person was planning to get the trade in for free and sell the vehicle by mentioning some add-ons like Pro-Pack and researched on that and found the price they say for Pro-pack is thrice than that actually costs which I never requested. Luckily I received the OTD price from various dealers and valued my car and had some good idea about the final price I can expect. But I was fooled and made a very bad decision by buying the car with Tampa Honda when I had better offers from other dealers. I went to this Dealer with only reason they are nearby and they agreed to match up the price any other dealers offer. I researched and went only to look for a Honda Civic EXT with specific color, add-ons etc .and the sales person spoke with his manager, agreed on the price (Matched Price from Other dealer), started documentation including finance and everything went fine only to the Surprise that I was handed over an EX instead of EXT when I tried to add the vehicle to the insurance. By this time my Trade-in Vehicle was handed over to them and finance documentation all completed. There was no history for the vehicle as the vehicle is Brand new. I tried hard and found some details of the vehicle on the same day I received the vehicle and contacted the Dealers back to understand why I was provided with a previous Model vehicle than the one we discussed. To my surprise and frustration they priced the vehicle only for the EX version and did not match up the price to the EXT model that I wanted. They fooled me with the VIN of EX and did not show the prime difference between EX and EXT which is the 1.5T engine. The manager Robert Spencer was the most disrespectful and Rudest person I ever seen or had to converse with. When I explained the situation the guy was never in any position to listen with only idea to suck more money from me and they eventually did. 1.When I said I trusted them, the reply was, why did you, you shouldnt have. 2.When I said, the only reason I came here was the place was nearby and looked decent but now I ended up in this situation, the reply was Why did you come here, pay the extra money or keep the EX model. 3.Discussions went on like this and another Manager intervened to reduce the extra money which is the only choice I had. 4.Finally I got the car with no add-ons, paid additional money and I deeply regret that I should have taken the deal with any other dealer who offered better price and quality. There is not even a bit of satisfaction when I left the doors of Tampa Honda, on the Contrary I was completely stressed out, disappointed and irritated.

When I say deliver, he drove the car to my door step. Provided 101 training to my son on the car options, to include safety features and much more. My son still talks about this gentleman. This was the EASIEST transaction I've ever experienced with the most honest car salesmen I've ever met. This is the kind of dealer that gives you one price for a car and then paperwork with thousands of dollars of add ins once you get further along in the process. I never got to the finance stage but I am genuinely concerned that there would have been more surprises in that part of the process too. They add on useless junk to EVERY car to make a profit and then haggle with you about removing it which is ridiculous. I didn't ask you to add the stuff and if I don't want it then it's that simple. I contacted the dealer prior to a car arriving on the lot and made it VERY clear that I would not buy if they added anything to the car. When I arrived less than 24 hours after the truck dropped the vehicle off there were over 3k in extra add ins. The sales person Stevie I had made an appointment with was nowhere to be found and it was over 20 minutes before they got me another sales person. That sales person had no idea what the dealership had for stock and although he wound up being extremely knowledgeable on the vehicle I was rubbed the wrong way from the very beginning. At no point in the nearly 2 hours I was there did Stevie ever stop by which is very poor business.The car cost was 21,550 and by the time all was said and done the loan was going to be 31k....for a civic. If I wanted to spend over 30k I would buy an accord where I am at least getting a car worth close to that. I was told by the sales person that the add ons are put on every single vehicle within hours of it arriving and then was told by the finance guy that they could not be removed "but I would not be charged for them if I didn't want them". So basically they wouldn't bring my trade to a fair value because they were still trying to make profit off the 3k in extra junk they added in. Not okay.The finance guy was also unaware of the programs Honda was offering and even brought me a page to prove me wrong where it highlighted the exact program I was referring to. Really? Aren't you the expert? They continually mentioned that they are in the business to sell cars but clearly they are in the business of marking up cars to unsuspecting customers which I am not. I would stay far away from this dealership and the two other locations that they are affiliated with. It is all a numbers game and to them the numbers are unrealistic and skewed far too much in their favor. I have dealt with quite a few dealerships in the area and never had this problem. There are still honest people out there who are in the business to sell cars, this dealership is not one of them.

So disappointed of tampa honda, not only I had to wait over 7 hours ( from 4pm until after 11pm) because they only had one person in financing, but they make me resign the car loan documents over again with a higher interest rate(6% higher than offered), a week after ( only waited 2 hours and 20 minutes). In addition, I have been calling accounting for the past 3 days for questions about my old bank payments, and I have yet been able to speak with anyone. The phone receptionist tells me that they are pretty busy and gets my name and number and promises a call back, and guess what, no calls yet. I regret my visit and having to purchase from TampaHonda in florida ave.

Not a very good dealership. Took a trip to see a 2011 Accord. Got to the front desk and waited, and waited, and waited to be served. Once somebody got to the front desk, I let the woman know I had an appointment with Summer. She got Summer, then Summer said to take a seat as she would get the vehicle ready for a test drive so I wait. Out of nowhere, this guy comes in saying "hey Tim, how are you? I called you after you spoke to Summer but you didn't answer." First of all, I did not get any missed calls from anybody and second, my name is not Tim so he lied to me right of the bat or he just did not know what was going on. Then before I can tell him that my name is not Tim, he says that his assistant Paul or something, will help me. Never saw Summer again during my visit. Next, he can't find the key to the car, so he took me for a stroll around the lot to see if there was anything else I would like. Eventually, at the very back of the lot, we find the car I came to see. While he goes back to try and find the keys again, I check out the car. Some scratches, dings and peeling all around. Not horrible but definitely something that should change the asking price. I could tell that someone tried to force the driver side open from the scrapes on the paint and a slightly bent door frame. Anyways, he comes back with the key and says that I can take a look inside and turn it on but I can't test driver it because the car is not for sale yet, even though they had it on their website for sale with no warning that it is not for sale yet. He couldn't even tell me when they could sell it to me. So I check it out inside. Once we headed back to the front of the dealership, I start talking about price and he tells me that the price is non negotiable. "What are you a CarMax?" I said. So I asked him to call me if they change their mind and he sent me on my way. I don't know if he was new there but I get better customer service at a cellphone store at the mall. I really was hoping to end my car search that day but they let me down. My first experience with Tampa Honda, very disappointing.

When I went to pick up my vehicle I was asked by Mr. Hendricks if my tire pressure light was on, I immediately responded no because there was never any type of emergency light on my dash board, then he tells me that one of my tire pressure sensor is not working and that he was told by his technician he did not know why, he proceeded to tell me if I wanted the part replaced it was going to cost me another hundred plus dollars. I had to say no, I dont understand why I have to pay for something that was cause by your technician, because the only other explanation is that the sensor decided to go out at exactly the same time the car was under your technicians hands. I went to a mechanic shop and explained the story and they told me if they were to do something like that they would have to fix it regardless. Is not only outrages but disrespectful that a mayor dealer would try to rip their own costumer off like that. Now I feel like an idiot for having perches two cars from Honda dealers and including having my parents buy one as well. You as a mayor dealership should take responsibility for your actions. I will never buy, recommend or speak well about Honda Deanships again

Usually my experience is very good at this Honda dealership but I took my car in to have a tire repaired on Sunday Oct. 13 and when I got home my husband and I noticed the carpet strip over the spare tire was put in backwards. Looking further we lifted the cover over the spare tire and found the tools were not put back on the cover over the tire and the tire was not secured. I know you close at 2 PM on Sunday and the employees were rushing to get things done before closing but we were not very pleased to find the spare tire compartment left this way.

I had a really nice experience buying my new Honda yesterday at Tampa Honda. Everyone was very helpful from the time I walked in to when I drove out with my new 2016 Honda Civic LX!! Isaiah Parks made sure I was taken care of promptly and was very knowledgeable about the new Car of the Year and showed me the turbo also to compare. He was very accommodating to what I was looking for in particular and worked with me on price and discounts to my satisfaction. The paperwork went very smoothly as well. I did not feel stressed at any time during the process. I have recommended a friend already and will be doing my Honda servicing at Tampa Honda.

I have visited this dealership many times and each time the service is fast and honest. Not to mention the hot cookies and coffee. But during one visit I left with a car and didn't realize it until I got home. James Gadson, he is an awesome guy. Customer service is tops from check in through completion. I mentioned a concern with tire pressure light with the cold I know it can change. She not only confirmed tire pressure is always checked, but in checking out she made a point to tell me, tire pressures was good on all tires. Mary was fantastic, I really enjoyed working with her!

My girlfriend and I were looking for a blue 2015 Honda Civic LX or 2016 Kia Forte LX. I bid every dealer within 100 miles of Orlando for a one shot, best out the door price. Mike Pelletier of Tampa Honda gave us a great deal right off the bat. Every charge was clearly laid out, no fudge numbers, just a straight, clean deal. Combined with Tampa Honda's 2 year dealer maintenance package and 3rd party lifetime powertrain warranty, no other dealer was able to offer a comparable package, in either price or value. When the car we were going to buy was sold out from under us 30 min before we arrived in Tampa, Mike spent the weekend searching for a replacement for us, ultimately driving all the way to Venice to pick up my girlfriend's dream car. Mike stayed in touch with us the whole process and the customer service he provided was above and beyond what was expected. We drove from Bradenton to Tampa for this appointment to speak with Ramon and ended up with Ty who told us oh so sorry it sold last night let me show you something else. After we waited 10 minutes and drove from Bradenton? Very disappointed with them and their gimmick business model

I bypassed my local Honda dealer in Jacksonville after not having the greatest experience. I found a similar Accord at my local Honda, but I was settling. It wasn't the color I wanted or the price. I prayed about it, and was led to Tampa Honda. Both the salesman, and the Store Manager were both great to deal with. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. And, we both came to a fair trade in price, and purchase price. After only one negotiation, we settled on a price. They made this process quick, and easy. Both my fiance, and myself love this car, and are completely happy. I would say we will buying a car soon from them again, but now that I have a new car, it will be quite some time. But, when that time comes, I will definitely be contacting Tampa Honda.

I came in for my prepaid oil change with an appointment. I ended up needing to get 4 new tires which I was ok with. My appointment was at 9am and I did not leave until 1:30pm on a Tuesday 9/29/15. It wasn't like they were super busy. They said it usually takes 2 hours to replace tires. While waiting, I had their bad tasting watered down coffee from their expresso maker. The dealership was sold about a year ago to Wesley Chapel Honda. I notice they have cut back on a few amenities. I usually get a free wash with my service and they didn't do it this time as they said the car cash was broken. 3 weeks later, I found that my washer fluids and my radiator fluids were not topped off which should have been a part of their service. I am not sure what else they did not do but I question the quality of their service.See my update on 10/30/15 why I updated the review from 2 to 4.5 stars.

My daughter is attending the University of Tampa and has a 2015 Honda Fit. Her car was purchased out of state and she sustained some damage to the underside from hitting a speed bump. I was worried about sending my "kid" to the dealership alone because I thought they would be dismissive of her or try to take advantage and try to make up more problems than existed.Even though we were from out of state and they had never seen us before as a customer, I was able to schedule the appointment on line and asked for a shuttle service back to her school, which they agreed to provide. She arrived at her appointment and they suggested she wait around for a bit to see if the repair would go quickly instead of taking the shuttle. She did and because the part had to be ordered she was out of there in under an hour. They spoke to me and ordered the part over the phone, then scheduled her in the next day, for another one hour repair.During both visits, I asked how they treated her owing that she looks like a pretty young kid, and she said they were very respectful. They performed the work as described for the price the quoted in the time they said it would. The service manager I spoke to over the phone was helpful and polite, as was the only chat experience.Overall, this was a great experience. They will have my business for the years my daughter is in school at UT, and I highly recommend them if you have Honda service needs.

I put a review on Cars.com but just realized that it's not connected to the Honda dealership page. I was very pleased with the time Isaiah spent with me, my sister, and daughter while we waited for the Honda Pilot to get serviced. We had a long ride home ahead of us but had a service issue with pilot and the waiting could have been irritating and boring without Isaiah's help. I happen to be in the market for a new family vehicle but in the research/decision stage and not the 'ready to purchase' stage. Isaiah was very genuine and interested in the needs I had for a particular vehicle verses just making a sale. Even though I live 7 hours away, I will certainly return to this dealership if/when I decide on what vehicle best suits my family's needs. After months of researching vehicles, I finally decided on the vehicle of my dream. I went to my trusted dealership (Not Tampa Honda) because I felt having purchased 3 prior vehicles with them I would get the best deal in town. After waiting for 15 minutes and no service, I left, furious having travelled so far with nothing to show for my effort. On my way home, I saw a similar vehicle at Tampa Honda. I quickly pulled over, only to be greeted by James Gadson before I could fully emerge from my vehicle. Paul was fantastic. He was respectful and honest. He quickly read the situation - I hate buying cars, knew what I wanted and wanted to minimize the time to get it done - and adjusted his approach accordingly. Love him!The finance manager pulled the typical tricks to bundle warranties to artificially inflate the price and bury the funny business in the monthly payments. He pulled sale-sy tricks. I expect honest dealings and was disappointed. Regardless, I got the price I wanted for the car I wanted....too bad Paul couldn't have handled the whole transaction.

Just got a 2006 honda civic from a relative in Detroit, needed a little body work which we had done at a local body shop. When we got it back, the radio wasn't working as it had to be reset with a code. Drove into Tampa Honda and the service manager -- Ray Maxwell -- reprogrammed the radio (and showed me where the 'code' was (a sticker on the side of the glove box interior). No charge, and he thanked me for coming in!

As in most high dollar negotiations we made a low initial offer. They came back with a high counter offer that included a bunch of add on fees instead of negotiating back and forth. After that the sales manager and salesman ganged up on us and both kept asking where we got our price "on google"? Since we was treated so poorly, we walked out. I am 60 years old and have purchased 11 new cars over the years and would have to rate this as one of the worse new car buying experiences.

Alternator bolt was tightened for $120. The alternator belt tensioner , moves alternator to apply tension, wing nut was pushed into the AC high pressure tube. A few days later my AC stopped cooling. A hole had worn into the tubing. This situation should have at least been brought to my attention, considering they worked on the part. Went back twice. Both times I was told they would do nothing.

I just went for a electronic problem in my AC, the diagnostic to gave me was unclear and the cost was $360 just for change a $40 dollars relay, less a coupon promotion for $25 dollars, so the cost would probably come to almost $400 dollars, and there were $10 dollars more for diagnosis than other dealer

The DING SHIELD WARRANTY that HONDA offer is a bunch of bull****. The warranty would not cover a dent that was no bigger than a nickel, because a scratch from the paint that is no bigger than a fingernail was peeled off. Great customer service from the finance department. I cancel the warranty. I guess I will take my chances at auto zone to remove the dent since the warranty is full of crap.

My hubby and I went to Tampa Honda towards the end of 2014 just to see what they had. Christian Paledino was the saleman to greet us, we liked him right away because he wasnt your typical pushy salesman. We let him know that we were looking for but werent ready to buy just yet. Christian told us to come back whenever we were ready and he would look at everything and see what he could do. We went back in March of 2015, thinking he wouldnt remember us, but he remembered as if we were just there yesterday! He knew that we didnt have a lot of money to spend on monthly payments, so he worked the numbers first and pulled what we could afford. To our dismay, it was exactly what we wanted! A fairly new Dodge Caravan with low mileage and plenty of space for our "football team". Christian is awesome to work with and will go beyond his means to help you get exactly what you are looking for or very close to it! I would recommend Christian to any of my friends or family in a heart beat!

This is the worst dealer I met. On Feb 28 2015, I went to this dealership to buy Honda Odyssey. We agreed on the price on a blue vehicle, which was also shown in the hall, after several rounds talk. We also signed some documents, including sales contract and FL lemon law etc. But then the dealer let me wait at least two hours. No one talked with me any more. After two hours I was told that the dealer wanted to break the contract and would not honor the agreed price. How the dealer can break the contract? How the dealer can let me wait there for about 2 hours and then tell me the result? I need at least one apologize to me from this worst dealer in the world. This is the customer service of new management with new owner??? Abiding with the agreement and contract is the base knowledge for business. I will not recommend any buyer to this dealership.

I just purchased my 5th Honda from Tampa Honda. The salesperson who helped me, was Ali, whom I have known now for at least 10 Years. He is totally professional, very knowledgeable, experienced and extremely patient. He went to great length explaining all the new features of the car which are unfamiliar to me. The most important deed this Dealership has to offer, ( at least in my opinion ) is the continuity of the workforce. It speaks well for them to have employees in sales as well as in service, who have been there for a long time.. I actually live closer to another Honda Dealership, but forgo this one for a longer trip to my "favorite" people at Tampa Honda. Thank you, Ali, for your professionalism and patients.
