Purchase of our Santa Fe Optimum Limited was a nice experience. No pressure with either the salesman or the finance department. I wanted the Optimum Limited and Suresky provided it. I wish there were a few more color choices but I do like the white.

Anthony was great helping me with my purchase. Carlos is probably the worst person I have ever met in the financial field. I'm not sure what his deal is but it seems like he gets paid by the amount of warranties he sells. When I declined the initial warrant he offered me, he stopped the entire process and began belittling my position. As he did not accepted no as an answer, my stepfather had to reiterate the fact that we do not want a warranty. He then began comparing insurance on a car to health insurance. Therefore, I'm guessing this guy cares more about padding his warranty selling stats than meeting the needs of the customer. It started becoming embarrassing when it turned into an argument and took for us to yell at him to move on with the process. If you deal with Carlos, be ready to defend your decision with your life.

The people working here are friendly and professional. They care about getting you into a car but also about making sure you can afford it. Everyone really cared about getting my loan at the payment I wanted. The receptionist was always smiling. My salesman knew what I needed and did everything to make that happen. The sales manager made sure everything was a go. The finance guy got me approved with something that I could live with. The woman I signed the papers with was cheerful and friendly. The whole experience was pleasant.

I saw the Jeep I wanted online and called a salesman there, Tony Fumanti, . I had met him months before when I was looking for a used Jeep TJ for my daughter. I was impressed by him at the time, so of course I spoke to him directly. Right from the start, he was friendly, professional and very personable. I ended up buying the 2014 Wrangler unlimited I wanted through him and would do it again. Throughout the purchase, Tony was honest and straightforward. No tricks, no dealership add- ons etc.. I have dealt with several car dealers in new Jersey over the years and have seen all sorts of tricks. What a relief dealing with Tony at Suresky!! Bill Milano, the finance manager guided me through the extended warranty I wanted and helped me choose what would be the best for me, given my mileage I drive. While I was there I needed to arrange service and parts for my 2005 Jeep. Jeff Lofstedt in parts got me what I needed and was very helpful. I also spoke to Paul Nieman, service advisor about upcoming service and what would be needed. He gave me straightforward advice about what work I needed to get done on my older Jeep. Everyone here was honest and personable. What a change. A Plus!!!!

I cannot speak for the sales dept as I personally have not dealt with any of them (nor will I EVER) but on a service end, they continue to do shady, short cut, cheap work. HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! I bought this car at Suresky's despite not honoring my claim where my trade-in lost all it's oil and blew the engine after 3 months following an oil change. Very odd. Both the dealer and MOPAR said they would not honor my drive chain warranty because I did not have the work done by the dealer and I should go after the place that last changed my oil. (3 months later -I don't think so). I bought that car from Suresky's. It cost me about $7,000 for a new engine in that car ( 2012 jeep Liberty sport). This is way I did not purchase any extra warranties on my new Santa Fe. MOPAR should learn to do the right thing!

It was great to work with Monica, she's not overly aggressive (I can't stand to be hounded), she listens when you're telling her what you're looking for, she was able to find the exact match as to what Santa Fe Sport I wanted. Forcing a customer to buy an accessory they don't want

I am very upset I was forced to purchase an added accessory, that I already have for the car, which couldn't be changed for something of equal value. I was told no a few times when I asked if it could be done. I now have to pay for something I don't want or need. My car came with the wrong accessory for another model to begin with that needed to be swapped out and replaced with the correct one...another unwanted trip back. I would think that should be checked before the car was delivered. Also, I had to return yet again for a mistake in my paperwork that was not checked by the dealership before I signed it. I spent more of my time there then I needed to. I am not very impressed by the whole process of buying my car with your dealership and their unwillingness to make a customer happy with their purchase by forcing them to take something they don't want.

We have stop at Suresky Hyundai five years ago looking for a car. After spending about two hours with the older and experienced sales person, we have walked away disappointed in his performance and the price. As a result of this we had purchased different car in NJ. This past Independence Day we stopped by Suresky just to look for some new models of the cars. This dealership left a first time Hyundai customer feeling disappointed and dispirited about the purchase of her first brand new car. They were deceptive in their financing options and did not give me the promotional interest rate I qualified for (according to other dealerships and Hyundai corporate offers). In my attempts to obtain an explanation on the matter the employees at R.I Suresky and Son Dealership avoided me. Finally after getting a hold of employees who were involved with my transaction they gave me inconsistent reasons as to why they gave me a higher interest rate. Throughout conversation with them their tone was demeaning and unprofessional. After exhausting all efforts to come to an amicable solution, nothing was resolved. How I was taken advantage of financially is upsetting, but what is even more upsetting is how they handled follow up on the issue. It is unacceptable to treat new customers this way and is a negative representation of the Hyundai brand. I advise customers to stay far away from this dealership. I will be writing to corporate to further discuss this matter in detail.

After visiting over 10 dealerships in a weeks time, my experience at Suresky was more pleasant than the rest. I probably could have gotten a somewhat better price had I the time and been willing to travel but I am comfortable with my decision to buy here. I would have liked a more advanced financial method of transfer of pre-approved funds but I understand not every dealership has gained access to that technology. Specifically, I had to wait to pick up my car because "no one from financial was there after 5 on Friday". Not a huge issue but a bit inconvenient.

My husband and I ventured to the dealership having a Hyundai Elantra in mind for our newly growing family. Owning a Honda Accord Coupe was no longer an option -- and we were not looking to make any extra money or "get over on anyone" with the price of the trade in. However, not only did Phil, the salesman make us wait for over an hour for that trade in price --- He also insisted that once he came back with a trade in price towards the Elantra; that we were interested in; that our 2007 Honda Accord was only worth 1/2 of what the wholesale value to the dealership would be. Being extremely disrespected; and made to feel like we were pawning our Honda, my husband and I told Phil that we were not interested and immediately left the building. Not only did the salesman, Phil, lowball the trade in value; but he insisted that the price that he was offering was because our vehicle needed 4 new tires, which is not disputed by us at all. But, really???? Four new tires for the car only cost a max of $400. I have never felt so angry and disrespected by a dealership. Probably the worst customer service that I have ever had -- and coming from that background that's pretty bad. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a fair or even close to a fair deal. It's just another example of how business in America is just simply going downhill!!

I bought a Chrysler PT 2007 Touring Edition from them and I had problems with it since the extended warranty was over. I had brought the car back to them several times in a 6 month period and the car check engine light kept coming on. I did a car fax on the car--and that is when I found out that I was the 4th owner of that car! One of the previous owners was a car rental place--if I had known that, I would not have bought the car! I end up taking it to someone who had worked on my vehicles before. He tried several different things to try to correct the problem and the engine light did eventually went off.

My Commander was still under an extended warranty when I brought it in for the battery not holding a charge. They assured me that the battery was the problem and they replaced it ( not covered). I asked them if the battery turns out not to be the problem would I still be covered because my warranty actually expired in two days. Three days later the battery was dying again and I brought the car back in and they said the starter was bad and that it would not be covered by my now expired warranty. I pleaded to the service manager Mark who is very full of himself that I was to be promised and in fact the girl at the service counter even indicated it on my reciept. He said there was no way the warranty company would go for it and asked why the dealership won't pick up the $450 he said they don't do that.I should have learned my lesson, but thinking they couldn't screw up an oil change (after 4 you get 5th free and this was our 5th) I brought the car back for the free oil change. They inform me that I have a leak in my transmission coolant line, I stated that there has been no sign of any leaks in my driveway. I said don't do the service and brought the car home, sure enough the next morning I have fluid in my driveway! I can't tell you how angry I am. I call Suresky and speak to the Service Manager and ask him to explain to me how this could happen and he tries to use mechanic speak but does not give a reason for this occuring. 2007 with 80,000 miles should not be leaking from any where. This service department is borderline criminal and I plan on taking them to small claims court. I will not only not buy from Suresky again, I will not buy another Mopar product because of my experiance at Suresky.

I went to buy a vehicle at this dealership and was met by Kiley who was a salesman. He was very nice and he showed us numerous vehicles including new and used. We made a deal on a vehicle and I was then directed to Jason who handles the finance portion of the sale. Not only did Jason make me wait 45 minutes in the waiting room before calling me into the office, but when he finally asked me into the office, Jason was nothing but rude and very arrogant. He sat in his chair and had the worst attitude which is strange to me since he was just newly promoted to finance. After listening to bunch of lies and garbage coming from Jason's mouth, my wife and I had enough and left the dealership. After sitting home for a while and thinking how Jason just ruined the deal that was made by Kiley, I called and spoke to Mark who was a manager. I explained how Kiley was a great salesman but Jason was horrible at what he does. Mark explained to me that Jason was just promoted and is still learning the position. I told mark that Jason had ruined the deal and I was very dissatisfied with the experience. I ended up going to Rockland Chrystler Jeep to buy a car. I had a very nice experience there and ended up getting a brand new jeep Laredo for a lot less than suretsky was offering. The people at Rockland were a lot nicer and I would never deal with suretsky again. My family owns a few jeeps and bought them from suretsky in the past, but they will no longer go back to that dealership.

They quoted me a car on paper and then raised the price up to $85.00 a month and gave me a song and a dance of BS of the reasons for raising the monthly payment. This dealership makes it seem as if they are doing you a favor. Very rude, unprofessional and egotistical. Would never ever buy/lease a vehicle from them and have told my family and friends about my experience. They will not be getting any of our business!!
