Great customer service

Edward Stetz did a great job with helping us with the purchase of our new pre-owned Explorer. Edward and the rest of the staff that were involved with our purchase, worked with us to get the vehicle in our price range, and gave us a great trade in value on our old vehicle. The entire staff was friendly and even stayed late after closing hours to make sure we were able to get everything taken care of. They took the time to explain every little detail about the vehicle, and made sure it had a current inspection and emissions so we would not have to worry about it later.

This is our second experience buying from Suppes Ford, and the first new car we purchased from them. Frank, Chris and the rest of the staff made us feel welcome, and they were wonderful to work with and did everything they could to get our payment to where we wanted it to be. I had a buying experience from Frank Arcurio about 30 years ago that was exceptional. When I started to look for another vehicle, I searched to see if and where he was still doing business. I found him at Suppes Ford and immediately looked him again. I drove 80 miles to Johnstown, and, as anticipated, Frank and his salesman Ed Stetz, along with Chris and the rest of the crew treated my wife & me like family. They made us very comfortable and with the patience of saints, they spent the time necessary to thoroughly inform us and show us the vehicles that we expressed an interest in. After it was all said and done, we left with a car that we are totally satisfied with. We are 100% convinced that we dealt with a dealership that is full of integrity. One that has a staff who follows a general manager who leads by example when it comes to honesty and quality customer service. Great buying experiance at Suppes Ford in Johnstow

We purchased our 2015 Ford Edge from Suppes Ford in Johnstown, PA and traded in our 2013 Ford Edge which was purchased from another local dealer in March 2013. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire buying process. They searched and found the exact vehicle at a dealer in WV and had it ready for us in just a few days. Chris was great to deal with. He worked we me over the phone and didn't pressure me to visit his dealership. He gave me all the prices and information I needed to make a buying decision before I visited their place of business. Any other dealership I contacted only wanted me to visit them first before I could get any kind of price or offer. Everything thing I asked for I received and more before I arrived. Great Experience!

I just purchased a used Ford from Suppes and was very pleased with the experience. All of the staff was very courteous and professional and the salesman even apologized in case I felt he was coming across too pushy (which I didn't feel he was). He took the time to listen to my needs and desires and pointed me in the direction of a vehicle that really fit those well. I would not hesitate to purchase from Suppes Ford again!

Outstanding Vehicle Buying Experience

We recently purchased a 2015 Ford Escape from Suppes Ford. From the time we walked in the door, Chris Barczak, Sales Consultant, and Frank Arcurio, General Sales Manager, treated us like one of the family. They were cordial and courteous and did not look at us like just another sale. Chris was able to help narrow our choices down to the right vehicle for us. He knew the vehicle inside out and was able to describe every feature to us in detail. We visited Suppes Ford numerous times, and Chris was always ready and willing to answer any question we had concerning the vehicle and our needs. He gave us his undivided attention. When we made our decision on the vehicle we wanted, since they did not have it on their lot, they were able to locate one for us that very same day, and we were able to go the following day to buy it. Matthew Harris, Finance Manager, had all the paperwork in order for us to sign and explained everything to us. After we signed the papers, Chris took us outside and explained the car to us in detail and went over every feature. We visited numerous car establishments, and Suppes Ford was by far the best one and made our car buying experience very enjoyable. We would definitely recommend Chris Barczak for all your car buying needs. He is tops in his profession.

Excellent Sales Team

Can't say enough good things about the entire Sales Team. From the minute you walk through the door to the minute you leave you are treated with respect. They even had someone drive from Johnstown to State College to have some paperwork signed instead of asking me to go there. Everyone is very friendly

We just bought our 2014 Ford Fusion from Suppes Ford and it was the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. A small local dealership that puts customers ahead of sales. I have purchased several new and used vehicles from Suppes and have had nothing but positive experiences with both sales and service

Avoid unless you enjoy deception and drama.

Service is second to none, literally. Service at Suppes Ford is as close to non-existent as it gets. Granted they got teamwork, they stick to their lies like glue, refuse to see any evidence of wrong-doing, even after making my parents take a special trip to the dealership where they were promised the vehicle would be detailed to remedy the grease on the seats placed there by the mechanics. Worst part, my parents are disabled, and wasted all that gas money just to be called liars, when they had photos, and evidence that any sensible person would have recognized as sincere and honest. For all intents and purposes this dealership is incompetent in its entirety, from the management the whole way down to the mechanics. I'm writing this on behalf of my parents that purchased an Explorer at Suppes, and each service trip ended with more grease deep in the leather seats, and discolored plastic components due to cleaning with excessively strong chemicals. Thus changing my mind of purchasing a fresh 2013 Explorer Sport from their dealership. Johnstown is my town, I believe in supporting where one lives, but this place is nothing but a den of deception. If you have any issues with your vehicle purchased there, be sure to get all the conversations recorded, as they'll deny the words that came from their mouths mere minutes prior. Buyer beware, and get yourself a good Ford elsewhere, anywhere else but Suppes... unless you enjoy your new vehicle's flawless leather interior caked with grease due to mechanics too lazy to put protective materials down until after the job is done.
