It was a good experience shopping at this Mazda. I was able to test drive a few cars on my own on different occasions before buying. Nathan Palacios was my salesman and he was wonderful. While trading in my car, we ran into a hiccup that he took care of right away. Also, I was sent home with a similar car that I was purchasing since mine wasn't in stock and had to wait for it to be driven down, so that was nice of them. Overall, it was a good experience and I would highly recommend seeking out Nathan Palacios as your sales guy.

I drove 5 hours to buy a vehicle I was told had minor damage to rear end and a clean car fax. I got there only to find the the vehicle had been in a significant accident which was not reported or fixed. The front end had major damage and was barely hanging on by a thread. No concessions were given in price only a half hearted apology. I definitely would not recommend this dealership.

Nathan Palacios made the buying process very enjoyable - and that's saying something when you dislike the whole car buying process. Nate stayed late and allowed us to take a car home to test drive. We never felt pressured, nor did we have hours or negotiations. Great experience & my daughter is over to moon with her new Maxda 6.

Everything went smoothly. Nathan was, and continues to remain, extremely helpful. From the beginning, looking at cars, to buying the vehicle, to servicing, Superior Mazda and Nathan have been great. He is always there when you have any questions or need any help. I went to several dealers to look at different cars - Nathan separated himself from all of them. The entire process was so excellent - from the first time we walked in, Michael was incrediblely helpful and friendly. I later went back to talk more specifics, and Nathan was outstanding. He was super helpful, patient, and quick to answer all the questions I had. Devin was also very helpful and patient in answering all my questions that I had over the phone!! They were all the best when it came to the delivery process and final paper work. Overall, a great group of guys that made what I thought was going to be a painful process very smooth, easy, and fun!

Have bought many cars from dealerships in NW Arkansas ,but this visit was probably the best. Wonderful initial customer service from Jorge, and continued like that through the whole process, which was quick, really pleasant, and very easy. I'm pretty hard to please with what I decide I want, but Jorge and the crew quickly walked me through the steps to what couldn't have been a better deal anywhere in NW Arkansas ! The whole process took less than 2 hours ... So Happy with the whole deal !

Two nights ago (after business hours) we found the car we were looking for at a price in the ballpark of what we wanted to pay at Superior Mazda via cars.com. We submitted our inquiry and the info on our potential trade-in online. First thing the next day (yesterday) we were called by Sales Adviser Jose Serrano. We made a few proposals back and forth in a couple of phone calls. In a final call we spoke with Sales Manager Devin Cate and we came to an agreement over the phone. We then hopped in the car and drove 200 miles to Bentonville from Hot Springs Village to complete the transaction. The price Superior listed on cars.com was significantly lower than the dealers in Little Rock (only 50 miles away). Our trip to Bentonville was WELL WORTH IT. It was the best car buying experience from a dealer we've ever had (and we've had many). No pressure, no hassle, and a fair price. Jose, Devin, and Lane in the finance office were outstanding in their customer service. There was no pressure for any add-ons like an extended warranty. It was offered, we declined, and it wasn't mentioned again. We HIGHLY recommend Superior and will definitely return there for our next vehicle.

I recently graduated from college and was ready to purchase my first car on my own. I initially was looking for an SUV but Stephen was so patient and went around to every vehicle I wanted to look at. I had been to several other dealerships in the area but the team at Superior Mazda were the best! I walked away with my 2015 Mazda 3 Hatchback and got a great deal! It's been a few months since I bought my car and I still love it! Stephen and Devon made my first car buying experience great! I highly recommend them!

Jose was a great sales person. The problem we are having is getting paperwork to tag our vehicle. We purchased the car new on Dec 26th. It is now Jan 21st 2015 and we are still waiting to receive paperwork. The funny thing is we already filled out dealer survey and gave them great reviews. Now the run around on paperwork starts. I would have given them five stars but not with the run around. I wonder if they will pay late penalties on tags for us as tags are do in 4 business days or will they have paperwork ready? Or will they make the excuse its not in our hands? Beware the long wait for car title. A formal complaint has been filed with the attorney general office.

Negotiating for vehicle long distance; dealership 5 hours away from residence. Sales person was very helpful, always prompt in sending information, etc. Lower ratings attributed to financing personnel and procedures. When I refused to purchase an extended warranty (car is a 2012 with 32K miles and still under factory warranty) I was told the deal was off. Before making the trip, I had outlined all verbal agreements including clarifying and verifying stipulations in regard to being financed there (they will NOT send you a written copy of the agreement- I asked). It is bad enough to be pressured into high cost additional warranties, it is another thing to be tag-teamed with a stream of people (each a little higher supervisor) who now tell you they will not complete signatures (all that is left to do) if I do not take the extended warranty. The last man yelled, screamed that the deal made with the salesman was insignificant because he was only a salesman (salesman had worked with finance dept. serving only to relay information/stipulations). Only after stating we would leave without the car and contact the Better Business Bureau, and other pertinent parties, did they send the original finance manager back in to complete paperwork according to original agreements.
