We found our new car on cars.com during the July 4th sale. After talking to Terren, our salesman on the phone we had a deal in less than an hour. All we had to do was arrive at the dealer and sign paperwork. This process was fast, easy, non-pressuring and very professional. I had tried to work with a local dealer and it ended up being a nightmare. The Superior Dealership was nice/new and ultra clean. There was a large snack and drink area that was very impressive and handy for our 3 year old. We drove 8.5 hours each way and tho it was a sacrifice it was well worth it. We have the car we wanted and got a fair deal. We left Superior happy, satisfied and felt like we made new friends. We love our new Traverse! We will definitely be going back for our next car.

My family has bought cars and used the service department at Superior Chevy in Siloam Springs, AR for years. I am now in college and an equinox and bring it in for any service needed. The service department is great on working me in on weekends or whenever I can come in. The wait is never long, the service is always professional. I enjoy what is usually not an enjoyable job when I visit Superior. Kaleb is always the best service tech to work with. He keeps me informed on future needs for my car and always treats me fair and courteously.

My salesman was Bo although he hasn't been with Superior very long we thought he was very polite and was a fine salesman. We were very surprised and happy with the whole experience. We have already told several people how we were treated and was very happy with our experience and our new Buick.

We purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Suburban this year for our family 6. Stephen Harris was our salesperson. He went above and beyond to find us a vehicle that suited our family's needs. We really wanted an SUV with two bench seats. He found one, made a fair trade for our Tahoe and even had it delivered just days before we took off on a family ski trip to Colorado. We can't imagine buying a car from anyone anywhere else!

My husband and I fell in love with a truck they were selling and the price was amazing. We came in to test drive the truck, submited an application for financing (to see what we qualified for). From that point on the service was just terrible. We called them the next day to tell them we wanted to purchase the truck and finance it there. They refused to give us the terms of the loan over the phone and said that we had to be there in person. We attempted to get the terms for 2 days. We finally spoke to the manager who did give us the terms but the conversation got heated and he told us that he was just going to cancel the deal. The salesman called us later and asked if we still wanted to purchase the truck to which we replied, no thank you.

Saw that Superior Chevrolet Buick GMC had a 1993 Ford Probe on their lot. After a few days of talking about the car and how sound it was, I decided to buy it. I was told it was in "great condition". At first I was going to have it shipped to NJ, but decided to fly out and drive it home. I was assured by the salesman it was good to drive back to NJ. The day before our flight, he decided to test drive the car. Well, I got a call from Superior and was told the car has some issues. It was over 2 weeks from the time I started to talk and show interest in the car and committed to purchase the vehicle and the day before our trip I am told about issues. The sales person knew right from the start that I was considering flying out to drive the car home. He even offered to pick me up at the airport. The car had 2 issues, a bad timing belt and transmission problems. Either one of these problems is serious. Because I was misled about the condition of the car at the time of sale, they did refund my money. I did purchase a 2011 vehicle to drive home (by the way not a great deal considering the expense my wife and I had for this trip). Now a month after the trip, the car is for sale again on the lot. I guess the bottom line is, I dont have confidence in this dealer to ever purchase a vehicle (new or used) from them.

I walked away from a bad deal and service at George Nunnally and I am glad I did! Found Superior online, submitted for a quote on the 2013 Silverado LTZ I wanted and Charles Adkins e-mauled me. After a few e-mails and a little additional information we spoke on the phone and ran the numbers. Called me back and I was all set to pick it up. Unlike Nunally, when I got there nothing had changed, We test drove the truck and looked it over and was better than expected. The finance guy is terrific and we went over everything line by line. Drove to the gas station, fueled they filled the tanks and gave me a raincheck for a complete detail (detailer was out on family emergency). Next time I was in town it was looking better than new again and they treated my wife and I like family. I cant say enough about them!! If nothing else, compare them before you buy - I think you will be glad you did just like I was.
