Best Experience EVER!!!

It has been almost 6 months since I bought my car and I did not want to write a review until that "used car" time had past and I just want to say what an awesome experience this has been! After a divorce and a bankruptcy I thought I would never be able to buy a car so for years I drove my trusty and rusty 1997 Mustang with no air (yes in the Florida Heat) but on a whim I stopped in to see what could be done. Duncan was awesome and Dave worked magic and the next thing I know i was driving away in my new car with ice cold air!! I have not had one problem with my car since I bought it , no strange noises, no knocks, no tings....everything is great. They set me up with financing that is now helping rebuild my credit without robbing me on interest! Thank you guys for all you have done and I would HIGHLY recommend you to anyone interested in a fast and enjoyable road to owning a new car!

Quick and Simple

I got my first car from sunshine auto brokers, love it. Im a 19 year old with no credit, so it wasn't easy to find a car i love and that was affordable. these guys made it happen! Going to numerous car lots from a-z with no luck, i was feeling hopeless. but with their time and effort, it all went smoothly.

Sold us a great car

We just recently purchased a Toyota Highlander from Sunshine Auto Brokers and it couldn't have been a better experience. We needed a safe SUV for our newborn, and they sold us the perfect car. We worked with two different gentleman named Dave and they were great. The car was in perfect condition, the interest rate was low, from a very reputable credit union, and they also got us a 100,000 mile extended warranty. I would definitely buy another car from them.

great job on my Sierra

Dave and Dave worked hard to make sure I was getting the truck I wanted. When I was ready to buy it they did a excellent job with a few repairs I wanted done. They was very helpful and and always made my family feel welcome. Which is sometimes tough when you bring a 9 yr old and 2 yr old to a dealership. Thanks for all the hard work Dave and Dave.

Best used car lot around

I was searching for the vehicle I've want for the longest time and spotted it at Sunshine Auto Brokers! I got on the web site and gave my information to let the know that I was interested it was late in the evening and early the next morning they gave me a call and asked a few more questions and started working to get me into my dream vehicle. Dave was on top of everything and in just a few hours I was talking to the bank with my approval. Later that evening I drove it to my house for my wife to see. The following day I signed the paper work and on my way home with my new vehicle. If you need a vehicle please go in and see them or just go on line and find your dream car and fill in the application form on line and they will take very good care of you. They are good at there job. I have recommended them to all my friends and co-workers. So go get your dream vehicle now! What are you waiting for "go now" quit thinking about just do it. Easy Out-of-State Purchase of Beautiful Car

I found the car online at Sunshine Auto in Pinellas Park, Florida. Before coming down here, I asked the sales manager to send me interior pictures of the vehicle since they were not posted online. He promptly sent them within 15 minutes!! The interior looked great. We drove 7 hours to see the car for ourselves. The guys saved the car for us as they knew we were coming to visit. We fell in love immediately with the car and the salesmen were very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave with the car the same day!

Very Satisfied Customer

This was the first time I have purchased a used vehicle and did not find anything wrong on the car within reason of the age. We bought a 2001 Honda Accord and it was in excellent condition with 99k miles. The process was not only friendly but I made an excellent deal with the dealership with no hassles. I highly recommend if you are looking for a used car to be sure and visit this dealership. We found our "car guy(s)"

We had been looking for a car for what felt like forever. We drove as far as Orlando to look at cars and we had no luck at any dealership. Many of them blatantly lied to us about condition, mileage, and at one dealer they even lied to us about still having the car in stock! Then we found a car in our price range, not even 20 minutes away, at Sunshine Auto Brokers. I called and spoke to Dave to verify the car was in stock, he assured me it was still there, and my wife and I were on our way. We test drove the car, and then we scheduled an inspection for the next day at a local mechanic to get a full once-over with the vehicle. Everything checked out fine with the car, and we were ready to move on with the next step. There are 2 guys (both named Dave) in the office who worked with us throughout the process of the purchase of the car, and both of them were awesome. It was the first experience in a LONG time where we did not feel pressure at any point during the process. When we test drove it, it was "take it for a spin, don't be shy". When we scheduled the inspection (and it took longer than expected) it was "no problem, whatever you need to do is fine". When my wife and I wanted to "think about it" they said they would hold it for us; "We aren't going to sell it out from underneath you." They said if anyone else expressed interest in the car they would give me a call and check with me about our intentions to purchase the car. We ended up buying the car and were ecstatic about the whole process, but what happened next is why these guys have a lifelong customer... The same night that we bought the car, we started hearing a clicking sound when we stopped at a stop light. I drove right back home and starting to panic. I immediately thought the worst. I could feel my blood pressure rise, I started to sweat. "I am calling them FIRST THING IN THE MORNING!" I thought to myself. So I did. Dave answered the phone, and as calmly as possible I told him what was going on. Keep in mind when we test drove it- no problems. When the mechanic inspected it and drove it- no problems. The mechanic found other things, but nothing major, for example a small ding in the back wheel well bumper. The mechanic said it was a great car other than the little nicks here and there, which is to be expected in a used car. After I finished my explanation, trying as best as I could to mask the panic in my voice, Dave said he couldn't believe it had a problem that neither the dealer, the mechanic or my wife and I noticed. I agreed completely, and as if it was "no big deal" he told me to bring it in and they would look at it. I thought "Well that was easy." They gave me a loaner when I dropped the car off, trying to play it cool. That was easy too, can it really be this nice? They had the car for 4 days. Much troubleshooting was done. They called me every day at least once to update me on the car. "We are checking this and that and the other thing" type of calls. Day 2 they called me and told me what the problem was, my immediate thought was "That sounds expensive, I can't afford expensive!" But then what Dave said next blew me away. "There is not usually a warranty on used cars, but we are going to help you out. We are going to cover the repair for you, it will be done in a couple of days." I knew there was no warranty on the car. It was no surprise to me. I assumed I was going to have to eat whatever the cost was to repair my new-to-me car. All of the panic and stress I had had for the last half-week went away, and I realized then that I had finally found a car dealer who cares more about their customers than sales numbers, fancy promotions, or the bottom line. I am not sure if they ended up with much profit at all from our transaction when it was all said and done, but I can guarantee service like this will pay off in the long run. I will be making one phone call the next time I am looking for a vehicle. You guys rock. -J and S

Great Experience ever buying a used vehicle!!!

Normally car buying for me is dreadful. These guys were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and most of all quick and easy. Provided all information I needed to make my decision on my new car. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thanks DAVE and DAVE!!!!!

Great customer service!

Drove to this dealer after searching online for a specific vehicle. I had shopped around and found most of the vehicles were not as advertised. When I arrived at this particular location, the desired car was exactly as advertised and was being offered at a very marketable rate. There was a minor issue discovered during the test drive to which the dealership promptly made an offer to repair and to place me in a "rental" vehicle at no charge if necessary while repairs were being made. Outstanding customer service! Drove away in my new used car a very happy customer.

Arrogant

I called to inquire about a car's out the door price and other important details but sales rep was not willing to discuss anything over the phone. Even said "you're calling because its the cheapest car online" in a rude manner. Was not even close to Kelly's blue book pricing.

Fair value for a nice used vehicle.

Gave me a fair price on a 2006 Subaru Forester. Car was in very good condition and I was given a substantial allowance for my trade-in that I personally do not think was worth what they offered. Sales and service people were very nice to work with and I will start with them the next time I am in the market for a used car.
