I purchased a vehicle from out of town, The salesman Corey went out of his way to be my right hand. They delivered on the price, no hidden fees. AWESOME customer service. My salesman was Farb, he took good care of me. Didn't come on too strong, answered all my questions, made sure I drove away a happy customer. They really went the extra mile working to get me a great rate on my loan too. I had been pre-approved for a loan with USAA when I walked in the door, but they went above and beyond and ended up getting me a rate 1/3 of what it would have been otherwise. Come see these folks, you won't be disappointed.

We have purchased 2 trucks from this dealership and Joe Martinez was our salesman on both. We purchased a 02 Silverado 2500 last year from Joe . He treated us honestly and fairly and he was never the pushy car salesman we are all use to. he handeled the shipping to Alaska for us seamlessly So this year we were looking for a truck for my son we again turned to Joe. We were buying this 07 GMC Canyon sight unseen so we trusted Joe to check it out and give us a honest opinion of the truck. He Did we purchased it and Joe shipped it to us in Alaska. We have had the truck 2 weeks now and it is as nice as Joe told us it was. We would recommend this dealership and Joe to to anyone who is planning on buying a new car or truck.

Yes, I actually had fun during my car buying process. Farb Nia greeted me immediately and treated me with respect yet made the experience fun. He was extremely knowledgable yet recognized my knowledge as well. The dealership worked with me on my trade-in and loan process to make sure I was comfortable with the outcome. Thoroughly enjoyed my time at this dealership and my purchase of a vehicle. The staff is kind, courteous, and relaxed. They made the buying process enjoyable. Excellent Service

We came to Sunset Auto with the intent of buying a specific car, but it had been sold that morning (bummer). However the sales associate was SUPER helpful in helping us find another car that fit all of our needs (cost/style/mileage). We are now proud new (to us) car owners and have ZERO remorse! :) Will be sending all of our friends here in the future!

I had looked at at least 15+ cars from Everett to puyallup and was told & re assured that they could make #'s work to my situation but nothing ever happened. I am traveling a lot right now so I tried to gather information on a Land cruiser that is still for sale as of this review. I talked to one sales person on the phone and asked for extra information about the vehicles maintenance history ... never received a call back. I emailed the dealership twice through the cars.com website ... never received a call or email back. I know that there are some people who waste dealers time ... I am not one of those people ... I even said that wanted to do a cash deal in my email HORRIBLE customer service
