Better Deal

We second guessed ourselves upon returning to the dealership and we missed to purchase the original vehicle; however we got a better deal and purchased a fully equiped top of the line and with a low milge used 2014 SUV. Next morning Javier took his time going over in details and explaining all the function buttons. The whole used car staff were just wonderful. My wife and I are in the market for a new sports coupe and we have been eyeing the new Camaro as one of 4 cars we are considering. With the slow death of drivers who can drive a stick, many dealers do not carry the V6 manual tranny powertrain model on their lot; as we drive only clutch on the floor in our household, our search, taking weeks, took us quite a distance from home in finding Sunrise. Josh and the staff at Sunrise made the trip well worth the time and travel. Josh took the time to explain all of the features on the car and sent us out for a test drive; when we returned, he asked intuitive questions about our experience with the car, our likes, dislikes and if we thought it might be a car we would like to purchase; as we had previously informed him we have other cars of consideration to test, he displayed remarkable understanding in agreeing that testing all was the proper way to decide; though he asked the other cars we are considering, he did not try to dissuade us from testing the other cars or denigrate the other cars we are considering. He was very, very no pressure and empathetic of our time and distance in our search. Whether buying or not, this is the way a sales associate should respect a customer; irrespective of Sunrise's distance from my home, if I purchase a Chevy, I would definitely visit Sunrise again.

Absolutely Amazing Experience

I'm a young college student who has had a lot of unfortunate experiences on the road, however that didn't stop me from saving enough money to buy a nice reliable car. I came in late 5 minutes before closing and Manny Reyes the man who had eventually sold me the car was very welcoming and helpful in me getting a test drive and everything on short notice, throughout the entire experience he was extremely hospital and even made small talk with me and my girlfriend to make sure we were comfortable. It made me a lot less nervous for the whole car buying experience in general because this was the first time I had done it on my own. So thank you Manny for everything you've done and all the help in me buying my 2012 Kia Rio, I wish all the best too him as well!For the short time that I was talking to rick he was really kind and considerate in setting up the financial side of the visit, we even talked about the cubbies in doing so. everyone is pleasant my car couldn't be completely fixed after the 1st recall the volume on the steering wheel stopped working & the temperature info disappeared from the screen. .. I was told I would have to bring the car back & leave it for possibly 2-4 hrs.. I haven't had time yet to make the follow up appt.

Engine repair on 2011 Malibu

The service department customer service was excellent they keep me inform on a daily basis. Bryan the service specialist offered me a loaner free of charge until my car was ready. The only thing I wasn't pleased with was they didn't wash my car after the repair was done. I've been to other chevy dealers for repair and my car came back to me really clean. Overall great experience.

They Work With You

Sunrise Chevrolet made the car-buying experience easy and seamless for me, especially after having bad experiences at other dealerships. Raul Martinez took me seriously, answered questions thoughtfully, and there truly was a no b.s. vibe. Financing can get ugly, but Eric and Rick explained things, and worked with me to get to a comfortable sale price and payment. This was the first dealership I dealt with that didn't tell me to "go talk it over" with my husband, or wouldn't even entertain a conversation on price (yes, that garbage still happens). I bought a previously owned 2013 Buick Encore, so I can only speak to their Used Car sales team, but to me, Sunrise is a premiere dealership.

About 6 years ago I was in the market to get a car. I was fortunate enough that I had the opportunity to get my first new car at 18. After some resurch I walked in Sunrise and Primo was one of the greatest guys to help me with this. I came out with a 2012 Chevy Sonic that I loved! Unfortunately a few weeks ago I was in an accident and the Sonic was totaled because of it. I needed a car so I walked into Sunrise and Primo once again helped me find an amazing Cruze. I came in on a whim to see if I could trade in my Dodge Journey for something a little more roomy. Matt had 3 options in a matter of minutes. Took two for a ride. My wife and I were at this dealer to view a certified 2014 Silverado 4WD, after looking at this vehicle, we decided on a different vehicle - I was looking for a vehicle with 4WD/AWD. Gave me way too little for my trade. WAY to little!Interest rate for my year vehicle was too high. Even with a middle of the road credit rating. I bought because they came $10 away from my anticipated payment amount.Promised paint t/u and buffing. Paint looked great but car never got buffed. I have had the car for 1 week and already have to bring it in for a few problems. Thank goodness for the remaining warranty. Salesman was friendly and not pushy. That is always a plus for me as a buyer. I would request him if I bought from them again.

He listened, gave us information and answered questions about the features on the car we were thinking about, and as part of the delivery, he made sure we left with the On Star app working on our smartphone. This was the second time we have purchased a car from Luicano at Sunrise Chevrolet. Our first experience was wonderful and once again this time it was excellent. We have all bought cars and when thinking about purchasing a car whether it is a new or used car usually brings heart palpitations and anxiety to mind. Rose Cruz made the initial introduction over the internet very easy and was able to answer all of the questions that I initially had. I have to say this was the smoothest car purchase ever. Drove in by chance came back the next day and bought the car

I had been looking at Kia Rios because they fell well withing my price range and had found one at the jeep dealer across the street that in person was much more rough than pictures had suggested. On a whim so as to not have an entirely wasted trip I decided to stop and look at two kia Souls that Sunrise Chevy had sitting on their lot. I was met immediately by Roger Nicklaus, who was easily one of the nicest most friendly car dealers ive met, and allowed me to test drive the soul which I loved. He did not however pressure me into getting it and he and eric claeson showed me other options within my price range they also had but I told him I needed to do my due diligence and research a little more. I spoke to him the next day and let him know I was intending on looking at some other souls but that if I was unable to find something I liked I would be back. After about 6 hours of car shopping and two of the most unpleasant experiences ive ever had trying to buy something I found myself calling Roger back letting him know id be in shortly. Roger was out on a test drive when I came in but Matt Dickerson was ready and up to speed with my needs and again incredibly friendly and willing to help a quality I didn't realize was so important in the car buying process.I left that day with peace of mind knowing the car was in great condition and would run for a long time to come because I bought it from people I trusted.

I was having a hard time finding locally the exact truck I wanted, until I stopped in to sunrise and met Luciano. He worked hard to not only find the exact truck I was looking for at another dealer in eastern indiana, but to my surprise, was able to get it to sunrise and deliver it to me the next evening. I came to them with a tall order and Luciano delivered on top of being the nicest, no pressure salesman I have ever purchased from.
