I traded my Dodge challenger in for an older pickup that they had on the lot used so that I could eliminate car payments. The salesman (Rob) was find to deal with, couldn't gotten a better guy! The issue is with the service dept. and communications. When we did the outright trade for the vehicles, there was a check engine light on the truck display and the airbag light was on with the message "service airbag". The manager (Jeff) told me that he would take care of the 2 lights/problems when I make the appointment. 3 weeks later I make the appointment for the service. I dropped it off Thursday night, they gave me a loaner and told me that it'd be ready Friday afternoon. I get to work on Friday and early morning I get a call from service manager (Paul) stating that the manager (Jeff) did not agree to fix the truck repairs and that I need to come back in to talk to him. I drove to the dealer next afternoon and my truck was still taken apart. I spoke to the manager (Jeff) and he told me that he didn't remember making the agreement with me. By the time our conversation that we had ended, he (Jeff) told the service manager (Paul) that they can go ahead and fix the issues. So with the truck taken apart on Friday afternoon, they told me to take the loaned back home and pick up my truck on Saturday afternoon. This repair was to diagnose and order the airbag module on the passenger side and to replace or fix what is causing the check engine light. This was diagnosed to be the Vent solenoid and Knock Sensors. While I was there I asked the service manager (Paul) to get me a price on a fog light and pigtail so that I can put it on myself. He put the order in for those 2 parts.Saturday afternoon I show up to pick up the truck and had to wait 3 hours. They told me they had to order the airbag module and that it'll take about a week to get it in. I told them to call me when they get it and we'll reschedule. I get out to the truck to leave and the check engine light is sill on! I figured since I will be coming back to have them replace that airbag module that they'd clear or find out why the check engine light is still on. Week later on a Monday, I get a call stating that the airbag module is in as well as the fog light came in. I make the appointment on Monday to drop the truck off Friday afternoon for Saturday morning work. I get to the dealership Friday drop it off and confirm all the issues. they guy didn't take any notes and didn't seem like he was even listening to my concerns. I handed him the keys and hoped for the best.Saturday I head down to the dealership with no loaner to pick it up. I get there and find out that they haven't even started it yet. I told them that I was waiting for it. 3 more hours go by and I get called to the counter. On the repair bill they said they replaced the 2 knock sensors, gasket, solenoid and wire, airbag module. I then get asked the total for the fog light and pigtail harness which should have been about 125.00 or so. The cashier said to me..."281.21". I asked them if they put it in and she called the service guys and he told her yes that they put the fog light in which is NOT what I asked 2 times for. I said fine and I'll pay it. Just wanted the truck out of the facility ASAP!So I 'm feeling good at this point that I'll go to my truck and all lights will be cleared. I start it up to find the airbag light is taken care off BUT the check engine light is STILL ON! What the heck! I'm not sure if I am being lied to about having the issues fixed or I they are just "clearing" the codes temporarily so get me on my way. What kind of service department would drive a vehicle out of their bays with the engine light still on. Wouldn't the tech ask himself maybe the customer wants this light off, why is it still on? doesn't seem like they care at all!I will not buy or take any of my vehicles to them EVER! I will also be spreading the word whenever and however I can.

I purchased a 2016 GMC Sierra Denali with a smooth transition. The price quoted through email by Antionette Mittons was the price and monthly payment I received at the end of the deal. Matt Hill (Sales Consultant) displayed professionalism, knowledge, honesty and patience. Everyone staff member that I dealt with was very courteous and nice. No one there was applying pressure tactics. I really enjoyed my experience there.

They don't stand behind their vehicles.

I bought a truck from them and the radiator busted 3 days later. I called the guy who sold me the truck and he said he would call me back to discuss fixing it. He is now avoiding my phone calls. I contacted the manager up there and was told that ant repairs were my responsibility. I understand that vehicles break down, but not 3 days after purchasing it. That is not a coincidence. Do not purchase a vehicle here. Their concern is with making a profit. They don't care about customer satisfaction.

I went shopping for a vehicle online and fell in love with the Acadia. Naturally I preferred a used one and sent a request to get a price and see about potentially trading in my charger. I spoke with Daniel on the phone who was great. He instructed me to see Lee when I arrived the next day. When I arrived I was reassigned to Mark who at first seemed to be extremely helpful and catering in describing everybody about the process and the perks of the Gmc Acadia. I was excited and ready for whatever. To my surprise I was told that I would get a better deal if I traded in my car for a new one instead of the used one. So I agreed. I was told that everything was set except for a copy of my mother's check stubs to complete the deal. After that I waited and waited and waited. You would have thought that I was selling the car instead of them. Almost 2 weeks into the deal, after many failed text messages and phone calls to Mark I decided to call the Finance Department and spoke with Bethany who reported that she would call me back and she did but reported that she would call me back the next day and didn't. Finally the verdict came back that I was approved for "$32,000" but I could not get the acadia due to my trade would have me upside down in payments. Unfortunately the cars that they had were that I wanted. Finally I set my sites on the Equinox and was told that they did not carry that particular truck. When asked if I was allowed to get it from another Sunrise (3 in town). I was told yes I could just ask for Christa. Needless to say they ran my credit and my mother's credit again to attempt to get me approved for the Equinox. The salesman Steven was great but the same person that worked on my deal at the Wolfchase location apparently worked at all 3. My complaint was why do I have to run my credit and my mom's credit again if they are all affiliated. I was told that they are not so I complied to see what deal I could get because since it's the same Finance person then this should be easy. No it wasn't, I was offered a deal for a used equinox with $40, 000 miles and I would have to keep my charger instead of trading it in. What happened to the approval for the $32, 000? Well your guess is good as mines because it apparently never existed. This has by far have been the worst experience in my life. I would never come back to either of these places. I went to a car dealership in Mississippi and they got me in a 2015 Equinox for so much less than what I was offered here. Now I have to pay to clean my credit up and my mother's because they ran our credit over and over and over again.

Our visit to Sunrise GMC was a good one. They were willing to work with us to get a good deal. There were a few things we agreed they would address as part of the deal and they did indeed follow through with those. (Had these things put on a "We Owe" slip.) Most of the service department was extremely nice and helpful. One gentleman wasn't mean, but wasn't near as nice as the others. My family will definitely visit this dealer when we decide to purchase another vehicle in the future.

Sunrise at Wolfchase is a premier GM Delaership. With three new vehicle purchases(and more to come), Sunrise lives up to their television advertising(a rare thing these days) and a group of just genuinly nice people to trade with. Service has been professional, couteous and on time completion. Sales staff and dealership management genuinly interested in my and my families needs and wants in vehicles. As far as car buying goes, this is as good as it gets, they don't miss any details.
