Service department is outstanding, clearly five stars. On an absolute scale, the buying process was only 2 stars, but I gave them 4 by comparison with my experiences buying cars at other dealers -- which would rate -5 stars! I bought my Lincoln MKZ hybrid there 5 years ago, and have used them for service throughout, so I have significant experience. I've been buying cars for 50 years, so also have a lot to compare with.

Slimiest sales people on the planet! Absolute worst customer service experience in my life: I spent three days on the phone with a very helpful pre-sales guy named Steve. I had gone through the credit application and even decided what car I wanted to buy - we had gone over the pricing and we already agreed on how much I was willing to put down and we worked out my monthly payments. So I made an appointment to come to the lot on Saturday. I wanted to find out how much my used car was worth to see if I could use some of that equity as a down payment - if not -- I would simply use cash a down payment and sell my used car to a private party. I made an appointment to come in and have my car appraised Saturday morning 12-5-2015. Upon arriving at the dealership I found that there were four sales reps fighting over me and none of them had a clue as to why I was there. For some unknown reason the pre-sales team and the sales reps do not communicate or share information. So all of the work I had done the last three days with Steve in pre-sales was irrelevant. They were not interested in having my car appraised and were only interested in having me drive a new car. While test driving the car I was treated with absolute disrespect from a rep named Mike. He had no idea who I was nor was he aware of my finances that I had already taken care of over the last three days with Steve in Pre-sales. He said to me "why are you test driving a car you cannot afford" then made several other rude comments. When we got back to the dealership I kindly asked if I could please just get my used car appraised. Which I asked for over an hour ago and it was still not being done. Then a slimy sales manager comes up to me and start telling me all of the things wrong with my used car. I said I am not here for you to tell me what's wrong with my car -- I am here to see what you will give me for it -- if I decide to trade it in. He then continues to talk crap about my 2002 BMW 540i in a very patronizing manner. At this point I had enough of their lack of communication between departments and their constant verbal abuse so I said I was leaving - the slimy sales manager named Dave follows me out side and calls me names and flips me off as I am driving away in my car. I would have driven off the lot in a new car Saturday if I was treated properly - please go anywhere else on the planet to buy a car -- these people do not deserve your business!!

We went to buy a car One week ago to this dealer. Our experience at the dealership was good and great.The Sales Manager Mr. TAMEEM ALTAMEEMI welcomed us with a pleasent smile. He was a gentle man talented and Humble. He described everything openly about the car (Pros and Cons) . Finally we struck a great deal, he was the person who made the deal successful. Actually we thought we would not be able to to buy the car. He went to his superiors and got the deal done. I appreciate his service and thank him.

Bad customer service. Nice to you when selling the car. And after you purchase it, they will ignore all your reasonable request. I got a new ford and later found out there are some issue on the window and ask them to fix it. They always say next week next week. DAMN IT!!!

We made an arrangement, for a new lease, over the phone on New Year's Day, from Jack M. (we had already decided what car, features, etc., that we wanted, and had credit approval from Ford) We were pleasantly surprised by his professionalism and knowledge throughout of the entire process. We picked up the car, the next day, and he followed through on the agreement, to the letter. We will highly recommend Jack M., and his staff, to our friends and family.

Dealer advertised their vehicle on cars.com. I drove over 40 miles to help a friend purchase the vehicle. When we arrived the car had a substantial dealer mark-up, which did not reflect the advertised price. This was brought to their attention and they made up a bunch of lame excuses, including cars.com is the one who set the price. I wonder how car dealers get a bad name. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

Despite an initially negative interaction at this dealership, I ultimately bought a car here and feel that I got the best deal that I could get at any location in the bay area. Specifically, I would like to commend Les Rogers, whose particular conscientiousness helped the deal to ultimately go through. When I originally went to the dealership, it was a busy time of day, and he was unfortunately helping another customer. We had been working with Les for nearly six weeks to arrange for the sale of the car prior to the visit. Someone unfamiliar with the details of these conversations helped us, and quoted us a higher price than we expected. After the deal went south, Les intervened and corrected the mistake. Despite the enmity that had developed between me and other members of the staff, he remained friendly and respectful. He supervised every step of the process and made our return trip stress free. We appreciate the quality of the vehicle and the customer service we ultimately received here.


Interminable waits

At every step of the way, I had to stand around waiting for service. They took nearly a half hour to pick me up, even though I told them when I would arrive and called a half hr before. Then it took nearly 3 hrs to pay cash for the car and get out. I was 2 hrs late to a dinner party because of the delay. Plus, the guys who sold me the car knew very little about it. I knew more from researching it online.

Last December I purchased a Mercury Milan because I needed a sedan so I could transport my elderly parents. The car was one year old with a pre-owned certified warranty The car died five times, without warning. The check engine light did not go on. It died while I was merging from highway 280 to 87 South, a very congested area. The car was in the shop three weeks and cost me $376 in rental car insurance. The first day out of the shop, it nearly stalled in exactly the same spot. If you buy there make sure the car was not assembled in Mexico, plug in an on-board diagnostic, and make sure the check-engine light has not been disconnected.
