Fantastic dealership! They are a class act that treat their customers right!! Treat them right during the initial sale, during routine maintenance, during difficult post-warranty repair, and even 15 years later when a safety recall needs to be done quickly on a relatively old car.Do not think of any other brand and do not consider any other dealership. The Acura and Sunnyside combo is about as good as it gets!I cannot say enough good things ...

I was contacted by a sales person interested in purchasing my vehicle from me for their used inventory. When I arrived I was given an offer $5,000 under Edmunds & Blue Book trade-in value on my vehicle. The sales person couldn't remember a single thing I told them not even 2 minutes ago and began to insult me about my vehicle being too rare to be worth much. They called me wanting to buy my car, I didn't go to them, yet when I arrive that is the welcome I get. Lowball offers, jacked up pricing on their vehicles and horrible customer service. Mind you this was a vehicle that was professionally reconditioned twice a year and with only 14k miles on it in 5 years. All service records and clean title with one owner. Perhaps if your sales person took two seconds to actually look at my car rather than try to low ball me from the start, we might have come to an agreement. I ended up trading my car to another dealership who was happy to give me full trade-in value without any trouble.

I've been leasing vehicles from Sunnyside for the past 7 years now and the past year I have been lucky to work with Jimmy B. Everyone on the sales floor is actually a good team to go in visit when looking for a vehicle. Being in sales myself I am not an easy customer to deal with because I will make sure I get the best deal possible but also make sure to keep in mind respecting the sales person's side as well.There's not a time where I have felt pressured to do anything at all. I've trusted Jimmy even sending my wife in without me because he made us both feel comfortable whenever we came in.I brought the challenge of trying to beat our perspective of replacing our 2016 RDX w a Honda w the 3rd row... He did his research comparing the two and there was no way after all he worked and provided us with the needed information to make a better decision.Whenever I run into someone who ask about both our cars (2016 MDX and TLX) I make sure to send them his way.We then worked with Idy thigh all the financing which he made easy for us and made sure he walked us through the whole process from start to finish.

Jimmy Biddle is a terrific salesperson -- in fact, I hesitate to call him a salesperson because of the negative connotation associated with car salesmen. Jimmy was more of a customer advocate. The overall experience with Jimmy was great. He was very good at explaining the buying options without making me feel he was pressuring me into something I was not interested in. He was generous with his time when it came to the test drive, explaining the features of the Acura MDX, and the negotiating process. He was also personable throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend both the dealership and Jimmy to anyone interested in buying an Acura.If you're looking for a fair, knowledgeable and friendly car salesman, Jimmy is your guy. My only recommendation to the dealership would be, let folks like Jimmy be more empowered and engaged with price setting, negotiation, and deal finalization. Sean Brennan

I have purchased 6 vechicals from SunnySide, one used car, a certified pre-owned TL and multiple new Acuras, no matter what I was looking at I was always treated with respect and not being pushed into a car, they take time and listen to what you have to say. I have purchased many cars from other dealerships and I have not seen this tier of service anywhere else. Even now with my most recent Acura TL with almost 94k miles on it, they still treat you like the day I bought it. Many of dealerships don't care about you after the sale and I feel this is where Sunny Side really soars above the rest! Same goes for their service department, they have always treated me with respect and always explain the work to be done to the car and is very open, honestly before SunnySide I always brought my cars to a local shop but after experiencing the quality service from the dealership I won't be bringing my car back to anyone else, not to mention the labor rates / service costs are actually less than my local shop.I have had the opportunity to meet the executive team at SunnySide, they are out on the floor talking with customers and following up on their work done to cars.

I paid over $ 1,000.00 to have e couple of accessories installed. What a mistake! I dropped My MDX around 2:00 PM and planned to pick it up the next day. About 4:30 I received a call that it was done. I was a little surprised it was done so quickly. The next day when I picked it up I noticed dirty paw prints on the dash panel. No attempt was made to clean it. Also the start button has gouge mark around it where it was pried out of its mounting hole. Fog lights were installed. I didnt notice till later the inner fender was loose because one of the plastic snap rivet had been broken and not replaced. This to Me looked like the work of a lot boy not that of a trained Tech

Sam is very low pressure, laid back, and honest about purchase decision pro's and con's throughout the buying process. I have now purchased 2 vehicles from Sam, and feel confident my next purchase will be with him as well. Our experience was excellent! Everyone at Sunnyside Acura in Nashua was terrific. Special kudos go to Jimmy Biddle, our salesman, who made this a truly painless experience from start to finish. We had to replace our beloved RDX that was totaled in an accident, and Jimmy made this - dare I say it - an enjoyable experience for us! Further, the finance department was also excellent. Found Sunnyside Acura online. Being a first time car buyer I was apprehensive at first, but after entering the building that quickly changed. The atmosphere and professionalism of the people in the dealership exceeded my expectations. They helped expedite the process of getting me my new car and really went the extra mile. The car was great and Sam had an answer for all of my questions. Customer service is a top priority for the people at Sunnyside and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for an Acura in the New England area. Buying a car is my least favorite thing to do. Since my current car was still running fine my shopping started as research to decide which car would be best for me. Ramy was the first sales person who took the time to clearly show me the features of the Acura I was interested in. I drove many cars and visited many dealerships. Although Your dealership is 90 minutes from my home when Ramy called to say that a Certified Pre-owned Acura RDX had been delivered and he thought it might be a good fit I made up my mind that your dealership was the place for me to purchase a car. Ramy and Your staff were efficient and kind and worked with us quite fairly through the negotiating process. Lastly, Ramy's genuineness was the thing that made me comfortable about this purchase. Although I will have to drive a long distance each time my RDX needs servicing at least I know my experience when I arrive will be pleasant. Thank you for making this experience more pleasant than expected.

It was a very enjoyable experience, thanks firstly to Ramy who helped me immensely with getting my deal done not only with my new RDX but also with my trade in. And my trade in was a 2006 Acura TL which i also bought new from Sunnyside Acura. So that alone will tell you what i think about the Sunnyside dealership. I did visit another Acura dealership and had a good experience there but Ramy's personality and knowledge in answering my questions was excellent. Also the entire staff was very friendly and my experience with Idrissa was second to none. The meeting with finance managers has always been my least favorite part when buying a car. Had a very pleasant conversation with Idrissa and was still in a good mood when i left his office which has not been the rule in past car purchases. Also a shout out to Mike Blatus, even though he wasn't my salesman i enjoyed our back and forth conversations during my visits. And getting back to Ramy i had specific needs for a color inside and out and he found me the just the vehicle i wanted. Our salesman was pleasant and very informative, he made sure to answer all of our questions and if he wasn't sure he found out. He sold us the car but when we met with Mike to finish the deal he didn't want to deal at all. We found him rude so we left and we were going to go to the Acura dealership in Rye NH, as we were backing up Rami came out with Nadi and offered a deal we could agree on. We love our SUV and would recommend Acura to anyone who our in the market for an SUV.

We went to Acura looking for a used car. After seeing the new RDX model we changed our mind and decided to buy a new car. Rami was very helpful describing the pluses and minuses of each option. He knew the various packages in detail. He spent over an hour with us when we came to pick up the car, showing us how to select and use the various settings. Franklin helped us with the financing part of the transaction. Both were very pleasant and informative. We are repeat customers and couldn't be happier with the level of care and service.

I don't usually write reviews but, I cannot thank Chris Lavalee, Jimmy Biddle and the service team for everything they did for me. I brought in a used TL manual transmission that I was looking to buy and had the service team look over everything to make sure it was mechanically sound. Much to my dismay the car needed roughly $4k in repairs so I was unable to purchase it. However, the exceptional customer service that I received from Sunnyside Acura helped to lessen my heartache. I am not from the Nashua area but, Sunnyside has gained a future customer! Awesome, awesome experience. Thanks again Chris, Jimmy and the service team!

Buying a new is a very long process if you're shopping with my husband. It all began a year ago when he test drove an Acura RDX. Fast forward 10 months, and both of us went out to test drive a few different vehicles (including the Lexus RX). Several weeks later, one of our vehicles died. Now we needed to replace it. It's been a long time since we purchased "new", and this was going to be my vehicle. I chose the Acura based on our test drives, Consumer Reports ratings and my impressions of Sunnyside (most especially Ray). Ray dealt with us from the very beginning and was extremely patient!! Not pushy or presumptious at all!! To make a long story short, he bent over backwards and found exactly what we were looking for. I thought it was (almost) a lost cause, but we got a call two days later and he could make it ours if we wanted it! SOLD!!! Top notch from the get go!!

In shopping for a new Acura I've tried the internet sales route and some dealerships are better than others in making the customer feel comfortable. At Sunnyside Acura I was given the wrong price at the beginning and then when I laid all of my cards on the table, the internet sales team was rigid on the price and lectured me that the price "is what it is". I'm extremely disappointed in the way I was treated and I will not purchase a car from Sunnyside because it was such a bad experience.

I did let him know I just wanted to test drive a few cars in that I would be back the next weekend to make a decision. He did not push me into making a decision that day which was great in my mind. I went to over six other dealerships in the greater Nashua area. I experienced long wait times, including waiting an hour for them finding a car for me to drive. I also experienced listening to foul language from salesmen talking to each other. Acura was a breath of fresh air. The service was exceptional and I felt welcome from the start. Samet answered all my questions and helped me to find the right car. I went back twice to test drive cars and found the right one. When I asked for them to give me the best price, they gave me a fair price which was in my budget. As they filled in the paperwork, they called someone to come in offsite to have me sign the papers at no wait time for me. When I called before picking up the car, I asked service if I could buy car mats by phone. When I came in, the car mats were installed. We've bought a few new cars before and this time the experience was short and sweet. We did our homework before we visited Sunnyside Acura, and Samet is absolutely wonderful! Although the dealer was not able to 100% match our price from another dealer in Boston, but they gave us the lifetime free oil change promotion package. We'll see how that goes! We spent a little extra time with the finance guy in order to get a better rate than what they offer for us. By being a DCU member for many years, this is the first time we got a loan from DCU which is 1% lower rate that the dealer got for us from another bank. So far, we are enjoying our new MDX! I started my search at the car show in Boston in January 2015. I narrowed my search down to about 5 SUV's that I was interested in leasing. I went to several dealerships, and ended my search when I came to Sunnyside Acura in Nashua. I consider myself a difficult shopper to please, I know what I want and there is no swaying me either way. I wanted a luxury SUV, but yet practical for my needs. My husband and I looked at both the MDX and the RDX, and we have 5 grown children so there was really no need for the MDX (although I was a previous MDX owner and loved it), we found that the RDX was the perfect fit for us. I was a previous customer of Tulley of Buick and loved their car as well as their dealership, so the expectations I had coming to Sunnyside were very high. Sunnyside was outstanding. We all have our own opinions of cars salesmen, but I have to say we were blown away by Alex Gad. He wasn't your typical salesman looking for a sale and ending it there, he has gone above the scope of selling a car to us. I honestly didn't think I was going to like the RDX after driving an MDX, but I was completely wrong. I haven't had a day yet without snow to enjoy my new car but that's okay because this vehicle gets me through the snow with no issues at all. I came back to an AWD vehicle after having a front wheel drive for two years and my confidence in driving in the snow is back, thanks to Alex and Sunnyside Acura. Looking at the experience we had leasing with their "luxury lease program" I am very confident to say that this relationship is going to continue for years to come.

My salesman Alex Gaad really works hard and understands me :-). I bought/leased my car in less than an hour - which was greatly improved over the last time when I was there for 4 hours!! I'm a fan of buying - not shopping - so from sales right through to financing (with Nelson); it was the smoothest car transaction I have ever had. Oh and P.S. I wasn't with my husband. So kudos to Sunnyside for not stereotyping car-buyers. Honda (in my area) wouldn't even look at me until I went in again with my husband (more time wasted ugh). But thanks to that ordeal we ended up making a stop at Sunnyside Acura and the rest is history!!

Our Sales Person Samet was wonderful. We live 2 hours from the Dealer in Nashua and did quite a bit of negotiation via e-mail. He was very patient and easy to work with. He was able to answer all our questions and walked us through all the options on the car when we picked it up. This was my first Acura I truly enjoyed the buying experience with Samet and Acura of Nashua. The financing was quick and easy and the dealer made us very comfortable while we waited. We are enjoying our new TLX

I saw the car I wanted online and traveled 2 hours from Vermont to check it out. I called that day to make sure it was still on the lot before I made the journey. The salesman, Samet, called me on my way up to make sure I was still en route and then warmed the car up for me ahead of time- being that it was December. We took it for a test drive, and then sat down for negotiations which ran very smoothly and very fair. Afterwards, Samet, actually gave me a Turkish keychain from his native country that represents Good Luck, and Mike Blatus called in and paid for our dinner tab after suggesting a great little spot that he was getting take-out from. Franklin was very thorough and made my signing process very easy to understand. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful- even on a Sunday night at 5pm, Samet even hopped out of his car before driving away to help me sync my bluetooth system. Even though it was an Acura Dealership, I purchased a trade-in Subaru from them and still felt treated like royalty. This dealership goes above and beyond to make sure you are a satisfied customer.

I started going to Sunnyside Acura 4 1/2 years ago when I bought my first Acura/ luxury vehicle. I had an overall great experience and was very happy with my purchase. I also brought my vehicle here for maintenance and had always had impeccable service. 2 years ago my husband and I decided that we were going to try to start a family and I knew I was going to need a bigger vehicle. I came to Sunnyside and met with Alex. I told him what I was looking for and what my budget was. Alex put me in my first MDX, no haggling, no trying to stretch my budget. He worked with me on the price and also got me a few incentives thrown in. Again, I was very happy with my purchase and services rendered. Last week a tree collapsed damaging my husbands truck and totaling my beloved MDX. I WAS SO UPSET. I loved my car and had no intentions of replacing it anytime soon. I went straight to Sunnyside to see Alex, yet again, and explored my options. This time with our new 6 week old daughter and my husband in tow. I had looked online at pricing and options and had every intention of getting another MDX. We met with Alex and Nadi and they gave me the best possible deal. They even threw in a remote starter (for the baby of course!). I had to wait to sign papers as the insurance was taking their sweet time. In the mean time my husband wanted me to explore other luxury vehilcles (his parents always bought Mercedes). We went to a Mercedes dealership and looked at their comparable SUVs. They couldn't even touch the deal that Acura was offering. Although they could come somewhat close in price, the Mercedes didn't come with 1/2 the options that Acura does. I had to buy a premium package ($3,000 more) just to get an outdated navigation system. The interior was also very dated and blah. They also don't reccomend a remote start (which run about $1,200) and told me even if I go to their reccomend installer, if there was any problems after the remote starter was put in ANY AND ALL warranties would be voided! Sorry I wasted my time even going. Alex and the team at Sunnyside are the way to go. They even did all the running around for me and had enterprise come pick up my rental from them so we didn't have to drop it off. They made it so easy at a time when things were so hard! I will be a forever customer. I have never been treated so well and had such a wonderful overall experience! I would (obviously) highly recommend!

Purchased a slightly used, 8,000 miles '14 MDX in August. Wally was my sales rep. He was kind, smart, engaging, honest, and lacked any of the typical traits normally associated with car salesman. It was a no pressure experience from the start. He knew everything about the car including even the smallest details. I am a professional who normally wears a suit to work, but on the Saturday I went to the dealership I was dressed way down with worn jeans and an old shirt. I expected that nobody would approach me but it didn't matter to Wally. It was nice not to feel judged. Such a nice guy. I did struggle to get the price I wanted for my trade but they eventually met my number. Franklin, their finance manager was such a gentleman. Professional and friendly. A great experience overall. Unfortunately I live quite far so I don't see myself going back for service, but I have heard the crew is great there. If you are in the market for a new used Acura you owe it to yourself to visit Sunnyside. You won't be disappointed.

My 2006 Acura MDX's battery died. After AAA came and jumped the car, the radio and navigation systems required a code in order to be usable again. As we had bought the car used from a (non Acura) car dealer, the original code card was nowhere to be found. I called the Acura dealer/service center that I use in Virginia and they were unable to help me beyond saying take it in to a dealer and pay $125 to get it reset!Then I called Sunnyside Acura where the lovely receptionist sent me to Philip, the parts manager. Philip was a true gem! He listened to my problem and then suggested that often people write the codes in the Maintenance Guide/Tracker book. I located that book, opened the cover and indeed, all the codes I needed were there. Philip made sure that I first entered the Nav system code and second the radio code. After thanking him profusely for his pleasant demeanor and incredible helpfulness, he told me that even if the codes hadn't been written down, he would have been able to walk me through steps to get both the radio and Nav system up and running. At no cost to me and certainly a time cost to him!Philip is a shining example of good customer service and Sunnyside Acura is fortunate to have an employee of his caliber. In fact, I felt so strongly about the service I received, that I called Sunnyside back and spoke to the general manager to let him know.Radley Acura of VA, you have LOST my service. I'll be planning my maintenance of my Acura around my trips to NH and make appointments at Sunnyside whenever possible.

Everyone I worked with was responsive, friendly, and very helpful. I wanted a specific color combination on a certain date. They found it, called me, and arranged everything quickly and with no fuss. Sam kept in touch, but didn't stalk me. I was having some challenges with my insurance requirements which caused me to have to call back multiple times in one day; Cara answered the phone every time and was patient and very helpful. I had been researching the TL for a while and was getting close to making a decision.Went to this dealer hoping I can get a better deal with them since I had previously purchased from them. I had actively been shopping around and had gottendifferent quotes from different dealers. Salesperson (Cara) responded by email/chat and was upfront telling telling me their quote. The salesperson (Cara) refer me to her supervisor to work on a deal,her manager was very rude and unpleasant.The same day I purchased a similar car somewhere else for much less. I strongly recommend Cara as a salesperson; I really wanted to buy the car from her but I could not deal with her manager.

I bought a brand new in Nov. 2000, a 2001 Acura TL 3.2 with Navigation and another brand new MDX with Tech package in July 2007. It's been a great experience dealing with sale people and parts department. My saleman ( Ed Piacenza, he retired about 3 years ago) that sold MDX to me, for 2 years in a row, he sent me a card on my birthday to pick up a gift. It was not the gift that brought me back to dealer, it's a feeling that don't get from other dealers. Very soon, i'm looking to buy a car for my daughter. Sunnysideacura is on top of the list that I will visit first.

I purchased my Acura RDX last weekend, and although the weather was dreary, the car experience was definitely not. I worked predominantly with Samet, who had excellent customer service, was knowledgeable, patient, thoughtful, and respectful. It was a huge deal for me to be purchasing a car, after owning mine for only two years. Samet was very patient and never made me feel rushed. He respected the time I needed to make a decision that made me feel good when i left the dealership. Samet also did an excellent job occupying my daughter by walking her down to the lounge for some snacks, giving my husband and I a bit more time to make a decision. I thought it was also great customer service for Samet to contact my insurance company to have my binder put into place. The overall experience was excellent and ended with Samet providing key chains to both my husband and I, and a special key chain for my daughter from his native country. It was a nice personal touch to the car buying experience. I will definitely recommend the dealership to my friends and family.Samet had an excellent support staff. Mike Blatus and Franklin Emerson were very helpful respectful through the process.

Upgraded my 2012 MDX ADV RES which i originally purchased from Sunnyside Acura & Idy in 2012. I basically called up Idy on a Sunday evening after a service visit and let him know I wanted to get the 2014 MDX. I sent him my trade in estimate from Edmunds.com, a carfax report on my current car and my best offer for the new car based on recent market research. I told Idy i wanted a no-haggle, no hassle process and he should make it happen. Well he did! Less than 24 hours later he called with an offer i couldn't refuse and by 6pm on Monday all the paperwork was done and i was the proud and happy owner of a beautiful 2014 MDX ADV RES. I picked up the vehicle 48h later and as usual Idy was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable and the process was a breeze. My TSX broke down and I had it towed to Sunnyside for service. Brian Miller was very friendly and got me set up with a rental car and later a nice Acura TL Loaner car when 1 became available. Driving the TL Loaner car made me decide to trade in my TSX and upgrade to a newer TL. Idrissa Niang was very helpful in helping me pick a 2013 Acura TL as my new car. Idrissa also got me a great trade in deal on my Acura TSX. I was told to keep the loaner car until the Acura TL was ready for pickup and this helped me out a lot since I have no other transportation. This was my first experience buying a car outside of Ford. I wanted to step up in luxury, and I don't think I could've made a better choice, and couldn't have asked for a better overall experience. My contact started with Cara through an online inquiry. She emailed and called me within 5 minutes. She answered all my initial questions on the phone as well as followed up with me via multiple emails. She set up an appointment to meet with Sam. Sam met myself, my wife, and my son the next morning. They had the exact vehicle I was wanting, ready to go when we got there. We all went for a test drive where Sam walked through all of the features and gadgets of the advance and entertainment systems. I had done extensive research ahead of time on price of the car, trade in value for my existing car, etc. When we got back, Nadi, the Sales Manager got me a price right where I was hoping they could get down to. I didn't have to haggle(usually the worst part of the buying experience). He gave me a great value for my trade in, just higher than I was figuring I could get. From there, Franklin was able to secure a great finance rate, extended warranty, etc. He let us go get lunch while they cleaned up the car and prepared the final ppwk. When we got back, everything was finalized quickly, Sam walked us through pairing our phones. We felt comfortable figuring everything else out on our own, but he told us to come back and he'll help us if we run into questions. Overall, it was an amazing experience. I can already tell this won't be my only time buying a vehicle from them(my wife is already to go back to buy one for herself). I will be referring multiple people to Sam, Nadi and Frank. my wife and I drove to sunny side to look at a 2011 mdx that we were interested in and sam came out to help us . I tip my hat to the owner that had this car and how well they took care of it and for sam for giving us a call the min it came on the lot and how well he respected my family and I. In late September, I began the search for a new SUV to replace my '04 Volvo XC-90. My first stop was Sunnyside Acura where I found an RDX that I loved. The Sales Consultant, Idy, did a wonderful job educating me about the car and helping me compare it to similar vehicles. My wife and I were highly impressed with Idy's depth of knowledge of the RDX and of various SUVs of other brands. Idy was polite, informative, articulate and took the time to build a strong rapport with us. We weren't going to buy the very first car we saw, so we thanked him and continued on our way and shopped around. In our travels, we found that everything Idy told us about comparable vehicles was right on the mark. He never once bashed another brand, but gave us straightforward, fact-based information about each of the SUVs in which we were interested and we discovered that all of it was true. After our visit, Idy followed up with us by phone and email and, without being a pest, made it clear that he was there for us and willing to work with us on the RDX. After looking at and driving many vehicles, we made our way back to Sunnyside and, after some negotiation, purchased the RDX. After the deal was done, Idy gave us a very thorough tutorial on the SUV, answered every one of our questions and helped us program various technology functions to suit our preferences. We've owned the RDX for almost three weeks now and we love it. Idy has followed up a couple of times to see if all is good with the car and to offer his help we have any questions about the technology or other aspect of the vehicle. As best I know, Sunnyside has a good reputation in the service department and we are counting on that being the case. We are optimistic because, if the service experience is anything like our experience purchasing the car, we will be very happy. I actually went to this dealership for their exceptional service to have my older MDX serviced and wandered to the sales area to look at the new cars while waiting. Walli Noueiri asked if he could help - I asked if I could drive a new RLX and the rest is history. Walli was very professional and patient with this older woman who is not very technologically inclined. He has made himself available to help whenever I need it and I am currently in the process of periodic "lessons" on how to use all the technology this vehicle provides. To be honest at first, I was very put off by a certain gentleman I started working with by the name of Alex in the sales center..very arrogant, condescending and unprofessional at times..but Wally took it from there and made me feel right at home thereafter..so glad we met him! Franklin was extremely helpful to us too! I do feel that I got the best price around on my 2014 RDX but maybe I could've had a bit more in the perks dpt..just my opinion! My wife and I were traveling from Pittsburgh to Maine in the evening and our transmission blew in 2000 Acura TL outside of Tewksbury and we limped into the Honda dealership. I hate car shopping! I hate the run around, the long waits while the salesman supposedly talks to the finance manager repeatedly... the feeling like I'm being bamboozled. I hate this ridiculous question: "How much do you want to spend per month?" BUT, the experience with Sales Consultant, Idrissa (Idy) Niang of Sunnyside Acura in Nashua, NH was the polar opposite of any car shopping/buying experience I've ever had. The advertised monthly payment is exactly what you pay. Idy didn't try to add rust proofing and doesn't charge you to recondition your own trade-in vehicle. He listens to your needs, likes and dislikes, and works his magic. It doesn't take an hour for him to come back with answers to your questions and it doesn't take an hour for him to work up a deal. His knowledge of the products he represents is vast. Idy informed me that his business practices are exactly that of Sunnyside Acura. How nice that the dealership's business model doesn't put its employees in awkward situations which tend to erode customer trust. Idy provides an extremely high level of service and professionalism. I was so very pleased with his abilities that I returned to buy another car from him just 3 months after the first one. Sunnyside Acura is a top notch dealership. As a female going in by herself, they made me feel welcomed and were helpful. Idrissa was very warm and not pushy. He suggested that I take the car for a test drive by myself and that impressed me. He wasn't going in for the hard sell, which made me feel at ease. My wife had previously owned an Acura and loved working with the people at Sunnyside Acura. She looked at the Lexus RX but preferred the MDX. My friend and I were buying a car together, we went to look at Acura TLs, but got manipulated into looking at RLs. We test drove the car in the PARKING LOT, got badgered to put $1000 down to hold the car when we quite frankly did not want it; THEN got told we were a waste of time. So I wouldn't waste your time with this dealership. Go to Acura of Boston, you won't regret it.

My Husband and I were in the market for a Used Honda Pilot. We did quite a bit of research and knew exactly what we wanted. Sunnyside Acura sold us a Pilot that exceeded our expectations. We were able to purchase a better model of car for the same price other dealers wanted for a lesser model. The Sales Manager Bobby (who is also amazing....) put us with Idy for test driving and sale. My experience in buying a car was completely flipped with in working with Idy. At no point during my interaction was I uncomfortable or pressured. My Husband wasn't able to come with me and I had my small 3 month old son with me. Idy was fabulous and actually held my son while I was signing paperwork!! (He's great with kids!) He and my little buddy became fast friends. I was very much at ease with Idy and the whole staff at Sunnyside Acura. We have had the car for several weeks and love it. We will definitely be back to purchase future vehicles from Sunnyside Acura....and Idy! You can't go wrong going here!

Our purchase of a used vehicle through Sunnyside was a very smooth process. Our sales person Kim was very up front and fair about the available vehicles and pricing and helpful in finding a vehicle that I would love and fit our budget. Our Sales Person Samet was wonderful. We live 1.25 hours from the Dealer in Nashua and did quite a bit of negotiation via e-mail. He was very patient and easy to work with. He was able to answer all our questions and walked us through all the options on the car when we picked it up. This was my first new car in 11 years and I truly enjoyed the buying experience with Samet and Acura of Nashua. I got an online quote for a used car from my bank which is a military bank that has a relationship with Sunnyside. Eventhough the price of the vehicle was higher than than the quote I received the dealership honored their price while giving me a reasonably fair price on my trade in. My salesperson, Idy, was very knowledgable and personable and made the process as easy as possible. The car was delivered on time and in great condition. I met with Idy Niang when my wife and I went to look at used cars. We expected the usual car salesman routine but Idy was no that at all. He was friendly and patient with us when we said we wanted to drive 5 cars and took us out in all of them. My wife even really liked the new ILX so he took us out in that as well. He spent many hours with us that day and answered all my emails and calls as we decided which direction to go in. The negotiation process was easy and I never felt pressured when I said no to things. Sunnyside is not your typical dealership and the salesperson I dealt with, Idy Niang, was exceptional in service, friendliness, knowledge of the vehicles/financing options and fairness. We really appreciated the time Alex spent letting us test drive multiple cars. He explained all the features, and there are many. We had done online research comparing Accura with Cadillac and Infinity and the options and pricing seem to be a much better value. Also the EPA mileage ratings were consistantly better with Accura. We really liked the inclusive maintenance package and the free state inspections. All phases of the purchase were explained throughly and seamlessly. They worked hard to get what we needed and not just make a sale. Sean took note of what we wanted what we were willing to spend and gave us a very reasonable amount for our trade in value (other dealers offered much less). We never felt pressured and they were quick to respond to all questions and spent a good amount of time after we purchased te car to make sure we knew how everything worked! The price on the car was comparable ( if not a little better) to other dealers but the condition of the car and how they worked with us sets them apart from everyone else we visited who were just out to make a sale.

Overall very happy with my decision to purchase the Acura TSX. It was a very last minute change in that I went into that day planning to buy a 2010 Acura TSX at Acura of Peabody but then called Sam at the last minute to inquire about the details of the 2012 with less miles. Everything played out and changed in a matter of just a few hours and I drove home in the car that night. This is my second experience with Sam.
