Disappointment

My husband and I drive from Gadsden to SunnyKing in Oxford to have our Camry serviced because we bought it here and had great experience during purchase. We make plans to run errands while our car is being serviced. We found out when we got here they no longer have shuttle service on Saturdays. Would have been nice to know about shuttle before driving 35 miles. May get serviced closer to home in future if there is no shuttle service or loaner car available.

6 Month Service

I've never had an issue with any Toyota product or vehicle. Service is always timely, friendly, and typically exceeds customer service standards found at other dealers. For Toyota service, this is the place to go in Alabama.

Definitely customer friendly. I was able to drop off my car and received a phone call when it was ready to be picked up. Love the coupons that offset cost of servicing.

Had our tires rotated and 50,000 mile service done on our Toyota Sienna. Always friendly and helpful staff, nice places to sit with TV and Wi-fi, and popcorn,coffee and water are provided. We call and make an appointment and have never had to wait more than an hour to hour and a half.

She demonstrated the different operation and function. I was provided personal phone numbers to call for any additional help that I may need. I brought my car in for my 40K check up and a wash and wax. I left it there for about 2 hours then you called and it was ready and waiting. My car looked just like a new car when I picked it up. Best wash and wax ever. I only take my car to Sunny King Toyota for a wash and wax. Great job.

The salesman Calvin Odell was very helpful and went beyond my expectations with making sure my granddaughter got to see the cars to pick the color she wanted. This was just a routine oil change. However, it was super easy and quick to have done. I called Sunny King Toyota of Anniston. They told me I had to have my vehicle their by 4:15 in order to have it done that afternoon. I did. They were true to their word. This is the second vehicle I have bought here. I LOVE these people and I honestly mean that! In buying both vehicles, I've had a GREAT experience. I went in told them what I could do as far as payments per month and a down payment. I was able to get exactly what I wanted with not only the payments I wanted but did not have to give more of a down payment. The second vehicle, I didn't even have to have a down payment!! I WILL buy another vehicle from these people!!

I was in complete astonishment that they waited on me to come from Birmingham to get this trade done and get me out of a car that I thought I was going to be stuck with for 5 years! I have NEVER had a dealership wait until after 9PM to complete a trade. I had a fantastic experience buying my new 4runner from Sunny King. I was met on the lot by Keith Angel. He was very knowledgeable, listened to my needs and made suggestions based on my input. I was very impressed. Decided to bypass a closer Toyota dealer to do business with him. Keith was on vacation when I decided to pick up my car a week later. He handed me off to Rick Branch to check me out. Really a cool dude, it's not every day you get waited on by a retired professional wrestler. He waited on me quickly and gave me all the information that I needed. The finance lady was really nice too, sorry can't remember her name. Sold me an extended warranty and we talked a bit while I was signing my life away. The lobby was super nice compared to other dealerships that I went to while car shopping.
