Remote buying experience pleasant but unsucessful

I had located 3 very similar vehicles located at 3 dealerships in three states. Although everyone was pleasant they seemed focused more on getting me to go their dealership versus attempting to remotely sell me the truck.


I worked with Tom on a possible lease on a Buick Encore....

I worked with Tom on a possible lease on a Buick Encore. I loved the car but did end up choosing a different vehicle. Tom was amazing to work with. His response time was so quick and extremely patient while explaining the terms of a lease to me, multiple times. We got to the dealership on time and he was there and ready with keys and a plate. You could tell that he valued our time and I truly valued his. His customer service made me second and third guess my decision to go with an alternate vehicle. He was extremely transparent and fair to work with. If I have the opportunity to recommend Tom or Sudbay Chevrolet, Buick, Cadillac, GMC in the future, I absolutely will, and send them right to Tom!

I have purchased 4 new Cadillacs from this dealership since 1994 and had them serviced exclusively there.Pricing was as competitive as any other Cadillac dealership I investigated with the sales manager using a "no hassle" approach in the buying process.Their service department is competent and vehicles are delivered when promised. All service performed on my vehicles was under warranty from Cadillac and it should be noted the manufacturers warranty is exceptional in it's breadth and scope.I will purchase a 2008 Cadillac from this dealership in the summer of 2007.I highly recommend this dealership for a Cadillac purchase.
