Went to Lokey Subaru for oil change for 2015 Forester and left with a 2017 Forester with upgrades. The negotiation was seamless and congenial. The dealership was very friendly and fair. The sales staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend Lokey Subaru to anyone. They have the right attitude and are there to serve the customer to the best of their ability.

We have had our new Subaru Forester for ten days and so far extremely pleased with it. Buying from the dealer took a couple of days and had a good time arriving at a deal we could both live with. A number of our friends have Subarus and all have been happy with them. We previously had a similar SUV but different brand for 11 years. That manufacturer no longer has the ratings Subaru has. I look forward to taking the car to the dealer for free lifetime oil changes. Our salesperson was easy going and polite and excited to make the deal. Thank You.

We went to look at a pair of used Outbacks and wound up purchasing one of them. The sales team (Ted and Bill) were great. Everyone we met was very friendly and ready to help. We had a good discussion on where we wanted to be financially and they got the deal there.Had to ding a little on the Buying Process because, as with every car I have ever purchased, once the deal is set, there is a nightmarish pile of paperwork to read & sign. We paid cash, but it still took well over an hour. The entire auto industry would benefit from a streamlining of this process.

After doing our research and due diligence by looking around the entire state of Florida for a Forester, we found that Lokey Subaru was not giving us the run around like many of the other dealerships were doing. It was well worth the 1 hour drive to save thousands by going to this dealership. After we were told the bottom line out the door pricing would not be any lower by multiple dealerships, we contacted online sales manager Bill Carey and without even seeing our trade in, he was able to agree to the exact deal we wanted. The best part is that when we got to the dealership, there was no manipulating of the numbers- on fact they actually came in about $200 under what we were expecting. We dealt with Adam Gutwein at the dealership who gave us a complete tour of the vehicle we were purchasing and made us feel right at home even offering an umbrella in the pouring rain. When we got to the financing department, I met with Kim Davis who explained all of my options on available warranties and service contracts. I had already secured financing but she went over my options financing direct with Subaru as well. She was great at educating me about the options but she made no attempt to strong-arm me into doing anything. This overall experience was the best that I have ever had when buying a vehicle and I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a Subaru to contact Lokey and give them a chance to make your day!

These guys are seriously great. I live in Indiana and was searching for a newer used car that was sporty yet could go year round, since we have snow here. I contacted them out of suggestion. I wanted a WRX STi that was used. They just so happened to have that which is generally super rare to have a newer used WRX STi. Negotiations and paperwork were handled extremely quick and professionally. I was on the road to come get my new-to-me love as soon as I could. 16 hours later, I found myself tired but extremely ecstatic to be behind the wheel of what I wanted. The gentlemen there were kind, knowledgeable, and eager to see me happy. They went over the entire car, front and back. All questions were answered and I learned so much. If you are even for a second interested in a car, please don't hesitate to come see these guys. You will not be disappointed. I for sure will be coming back to visit them while on my vacations.

I just recently had a great buying experience at Subaru of Port Richey. I stopped in to take a look at the new 2017 WRX and from the very start of my experience, my salesman (Curt) was happy to help me explore the cars they had on the lot.When it came down to brass tacks, I ended up dealing with both Curt and the sales manager, Chris. They put together an offer on my trade for a brand new WRX that was more than fair. Trying not to make a snap decision on such a large purchase, I decided to think on the offer for a few hours. When I called back a couple hours later, the car I wanted was just being sold to another customer.I was dead set on getting the car in WR Blue, so they started calling practically every Subaru dealer in the Southeast looking for one to trade for. Eventually they were able to find one all the way in Birmingham, AL and after I gave them the go ahead, made the arrangements to pick it up and bring it back for me. Curt even went as far as to drive my newly delivered car to meet me at work this morning for the final drop off.All in all, these guys are friendly and fair. They'll make the extra effort and really bend over backwards to make you happy with your purchase and I would absolutely recommend stopping in to talk to them if you're in the market.

Loved this car from the test drive. Then to top it off, it's one of the safest cars on the road. That did it. Bought the one I test drove. Sooooo comfortable and my husband, with bad back, loves it too. Road trip! We are driving this car to our summer place in Waynesville NC. Ftolks up there rely on Subarus due to all wheel drive and the ability to climb Blue Ridge and Great Smokies without thinking about it. Thanks Subaru!

Good salesman, Caleb. Great car, a used VW Tiguan. But they said they were going to top off the gas and fix a front light that was out. We didn't notice the gas until we got home, it was almost empty. 31.00 later it was full and the front light was out and it cost 27.00 to replace at auto zone. Otherwise it was a great experience.

I found the vehicle I wanted on the website, emailed the store and had the car on hold within minutes. Went up the next morning to it cleaned and prepped and waiting for me. He listened to what i was looking for, found several options, and gave us a very fair price. Mike was our Sales Consultant. Being in Business Development I appreciated Mike's straightforwardness and ability to make my wife and I feel at ease and didn't feel he was trying to push us one way or the other on any vehicle or even a purchase. My husband has previously bought a car through Ted at Subaru of Port Richey. He took car of him at the time. After my husband traded in his Subaru, I missed it so much that I went in to see Ted about getting me in a new Subaru. Although they couldn't get my preferred color (none within 600 miles, not his fault!), he was about to find the only 1 within 600 miles of my second choice and got it here for me. Was assured numerous times over phone that had a deal and to come to dealership. Drove 100 miles round trip and then of course deal would only work for car in stock not car specified in deal discussions. Wasted my time, wasted my gas and lowered my credit score by pulling credit. I am so pleased with my brand new 2016 Subaru Out back Legacy!!! The salesman Craig London down to earth guy who answered our questions or found the answers for us, and was so very helpful without being annoying. I would recommend this dealership. Everyone was helpful, the manager, the guy helping with license plate transfer, the service department, ( they just fixed a small bubble on my one stripe) and they drove it out of the showroom! They have great theatre popcorn too! I am pleased with my vehicle, I just love it, and was very happy with service we received. Recommend this place and a Subaru!

love love love the people, the Forester and the people who processed our deal. We had a trade in (fair trade) and we were delayed in the delivery process by a special request. They actually sent a person to a vendor to get what we wanted and because we had to wait, they provided a value-added bonus that really made the wait worthwhile. Truthfully, the SUV was exceptional from the time I put my butt in the driver's seat. If you are going to buy. Buy in Port Richey.

I have been a long term customer at this dealership because prior to it being a Subaru dealership it was a Saturn dealership. When the Lokey family transitioned from selling Saturn to Subaru I met sales consultant Jeff "JP" Pentney when I was in for an oil change. He introduced himself and we chatted about the current Subaru line up, which was years ago actually. I remember telling him I was sad to see Saturn go but I was happy that Subaru was their new product line. I told him that my next car could quite possibly be the WRX. I continued to drive my Saturn Vue happily and used the service department at Subaru Port Richey for years.I had bought my Saturn Vue in 2008 and just this month August 2015 I decided it was time to retire my hard working Saturn and try on that WRX. Of course I turned to Jeff, he warmly greeted me every time he saw me in the dealership for service and I could not forget him. I had the perfect buying experience at my favorite dealership with a sales consultant I was comfortable with and above all trusted.If you are in the market for a great vehicle, a family owned business, with a top notch service department and a great sales consultant to show you around you owe it to yourself to stop into Saturn of Port Richey and and ask to see Jeff Pentney.

I always wanted a Subaru, but 9 months ago I talked my self into buying a used Toyota. I new it was the wrong car for me, so I went on line and found Port Richey Subaru. I was greeted by Todd Cross who listened to my car buying mistake and without any pressure let me test drive the Forester and Outback. I fell in love with the Outback and thought I wouldn't be able to buy new. Not so, everyone there went above and beyond to get the car I wanted. So far beyond as to trade a hard to find Subaru STI Rally car for my Outback. They gave me a price and financing I could afford with 2 years of maintenance for free. I purchased an extended warranty and will only have it serviced at Port Richey Subaru because they made me feel part of the Subaru family. Thank you for getting me into a car I LOVE. In April I took my 2006 Pacifica in to be serviced, which I bought from them in 2008. I kept having recurring problems with the electrical system and air conditioning from the day I bought it. This time, the repairs were going to cost more than what the car was worth. I ended up in the process of getting a new vehicle. The salesman made an offer on a new vehicle that was recently returned after 3 days. I thought that the money spent on yet another repair would be better spent on a new vehicle. He stated that I had to decide right then and there, after I said I wanted to think about it some more. He said it was my "lucky" day . Lucky for him maybe. While I am overall happy with the car, I am very unhappy about the service once I signed the dotted line. While doing the paperwork, they upsold the Xzylon coating. I had to bring the car back to have it applied. I honestly saw no difference whatsoever after it was supposedly applied. There was even pollen on the hood when I first pulled in and it was still there when they brought it back out. When I asked why, they didn't have an answer. I even questioned if the person who owned the vehicle for the first three days had it done when she bought the car. If so, they would be "double dipping " and getting paid twice for the job. He immediately said she hadn't, without even checking. Personally, I do not believe it was done at all. Then, through no fault of theirs, there was a problem with transferring the tag. However, I had to go back multiple times to get temp tags and dealer plates. Finally, the last temp tag was expiring the day I was due to leave town for 3 weeks. The permanent plate had not come after 4 weeks. I made several phone calls and sent numerous emails informing them of such. I was told to go back down to the dealership because a courier was personally driving my plate there. He said if the plate was not there, he would issue another temp plate so I could go on my trip. When I arrived, no one there knew what I was talking about. The receptionist actually rolled her eyes at me and acted like I was an interruption of her day. When I told her why I was there, she pointed to a door and said, "Go ask him". He was busy with other customers . The original salesman came over and did make the effort to help. He checked, and of course my tag was not there as promised. He asked the Sales Manager to assign me another temp and that manager refused to honor the promise, stating they were low on them. I was upset because my trip was being delayed and they couldn't care less. The salesman sent me on my way saying if the plate wasn't in my mailbox the following day, I should go back there and he'd get me a plate. I didn't know what to expect or believe at that point. So today, my mail came and no plate! I went back again to the dealership. The plate was finally there. I am upset because they were not honest with me, and not just once. I understand that not everything goes smoothly but just be upfront and say so. I did not appreciate going back multiple times for nothing. I really feel that once they've got you to sign the dotted line, the customer service stops. I've always known that single females are easy targets for car salesmen but this business really takes that to a whole new level. I do want to mention that Brian in the service department is wonderful and I feel that he has always been honest with me. He never pressured me into more work than was absolutely necessary but did recommend things that needed attention at some point. He is the only reason I'll be going back there to get my car serviced. However, i do not trust anyone else there. I think they'll say anything to keep you quiet but not mean a word of it. I will not recommend anyone to buy from this dealership.

Service department is great, everyone is very friendly. I dont even have to make an appointment, I can show up and get my car serviced, and I drive all the way from Brooksville! Bought my car from here as welll, 2015 Subaru STI and I love it.

Buying experience was great. Went to two different Subaru dealerships, the other one wouldnt deal with me. The easiest people to deal with and the best deal was here at Subaru of Port Richey. I really like that they asked who I wanted to service my car when I came for my free oil change!

I was at Subaru Port Richey and mentioned that one of my lights on my Nissan Rogue on the dash was blinking and didnt know what it meant. Chris, the manager, offered immediately to have the service manager, Wes, check it out and he did. It took all of 10 minutes, he told me they ran a diagnostic and reset the system and filled the tires with air to be safe. Nothing was wrong thankfully. This service department is great, I would highly reccomend them to anyone who is looking regardless if you have a Subaru or not!

I love this dealership, dealt with Tony, he was the best salesman. I traded a chrysler town and country for a Forrester and wouldnt go back. My next car will be another Subaru. One of the reasons we bought a Subaru is for safety and free oil changes for life. He also gave me the deal of the century. As for service they are just as good and take care of me everytime.

Michael Munce was personable and he was not aggressive with any sales pitches which I appreciated and it made me feel more comfortable in the car buying world (something that can be very intimidating for an older woman). I wanted a stick shift/white Forester (which they did not have on the lot) and he did not try to sell me an automatic that was on the lot.

After having the same car for over 11 years it was time for a new one, so I dove into the car buying process which can be a lot! I test drove almost every brand of car that was fitting for what I needed and decided on a Subaru. Not only did I find Subaru to be the best quality, the customer service at Subaru of Port Richey blew every other dealership away. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable as well as make sure I was getting exactly what was good for me. They even let me test drive the car overnight to make sure I was making the right decision and explained the deal and paperwork in detail. I drove 45 minutes from my home to come back to this specific dealership because I truly find them to be the best. The entire experience with Subaru of Port Richey couldn't have been better and I would highly recommend them for anyone.

Came in with my sister as she was looking for a car. What can I say, Subaru of Port Richey know what they are doing. Everyone was very nice, no pressure and the facilities were spotless. I usually work with the manager Wes W, one of the most honest and knowledgable guys I have ever come across in the service industry. This guy is either totally incompetent or is the typical used-car salesman. Refused to allow me to use the plate from my old car. Said I had to have a new one and 'they' had to get it. NOT TRUE!His actions cost me $350 extra. He admitted later,... "he didn't KNOW".

My experiance here was great. I have never dealt with a dealership that was a new car dealer. I always thought they all just wanted more money down. Not here, they worked with the money down I had, got me a lower rate then I was quoted and did everything to make sure I got the car I wanted and not try to put me in one I didnt. I have recommended them to alot of my friends. They where very helpful, nice, and made you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I am glad I went there.
