Jerry was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and helped me pick the right Subaru for me. He went above and beyond to ensure that I got the best deal and was happy with the car that I purchased. Daniel Kane was very fair and gave me a better deal than I could have imagined, so I would love to thank him as well. Anita had a great personality and was very helpful as well, although she does her job so well that I barely had a chance to meet her! I walked onto the lot wanting to test drive a Subaru Forester. I test drove a Subaru Forester Limited and fell in love instantly. I loved the color and interior of the one I drove and was ready to buy it, but my husband was not sold on the interior color. We walked inside to discuss options when we saw the show room car that was black with a black interior. Sean was a fantastic salesman and he did his best to get me the best price for the vehicle. I was extremely satisfied with my experience and financed through them as they were able to beat the preapproval offer from my credit union. Anita in financing was wonderful and she made me feel extremely comfortable! Everyone should have this type of experience when buying a new car

We just purchased our 3rd Subaru from Subaru of Jacksonville and our salesman was Frank Woods...who we can't say enough positive things about. Frank has a great personality and must be SOJ's Senior Statesman of Sales....he was very informative, friendly, knowledgeable and got the deal done very quickly. Frank is a fantastic guy, the type you would like to have as a friend. The entire staff at SOJ was tremendous....extremely professional, organized and efficient. This truly was the best buying experience we've ever had....and got a great deal! Phil Porter closed our deal and he was also a pleasure to deal with...very personable and made the process a piece of cake. Five stars to the entire team.

When I went car shopping I explained that I was just looking and test driving to see what I liked best. Nando was very understanding of that and let me test drive a Forester with no pressure to buy. I went to other dealerships looking at other cars and was hassled to make a sale. I decided I wanted a Subaru Forester and called Nando to let him know I was on my way. He had the 2 colors I was interested in waiting for me to look at. The buying experience was very easy ans Anita was so fun to work with. I overall just had great experience and will definitely be sending as many people to check out this place.

I bought my first slightly used Subaru Outback 6 months ago from Subaru of Jacksonville Frank and Jerry helped us get the deal done.. It was a great buying experience. When my car was stolen and recovered damaged, I was heartbroken! But salesman Frank Woods at Subaru of Jacksonville was very helpful once again, delivering superior customer service! And when he wasn't available when we came in, David kindly stepped in to start the paperwork to prevent us from staying longer than we needed. The dealership gave me a very fair deal and this time I bought a brand new Outback for not much more in monthly payments. I love not having to haggle with them over price. Every member of their sales and finance team we came in contact with was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. We still like Frank Woods the best and look forward to buying more Subarus from him in the future. But the entire dealership offers a phenomenal buying experience!

This is hands down the most genuine, engaged, sincere and honest dealership we have ever dealt with. Stephen the customer service manager answered our call and had the car that we were interested in pulled around by the time we arrived. He was so genuinely joyful and engaging and partnered us up with an incredible salesperson, Sean Lee. Sean was a total delight to spend time with and was so low pressure and sincere, yet super knowledgeable. Dealing with Phil in finance was the trifecta of the perfect car buying experience. What a nice guy. How could doing finance paperwork be that enjoyable?? As I walked out I said to him, this whole experience was so great, I only wish I could tell the owner. He said that actually the owner was his dad and he would share our feedback. Mr. Porter, you should be very proud of your team and your son. Went to test drive a few used vehicles my salesman Sean Lee was patient, helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. After visiting a few other competitors around town we came back for the fair prices and quality of vehicles. We ended up buying a used Prius. They take pride in their cars and in the fair manner in which they sell them. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I originally went to the dealer to take a look at a certified pre-owned Subaru BRZ. I was so blown away by the quality of this vehicle I knew I had to take a test drive. After returning from the test drive I sat down with Jerry Johnson to see what we could do. Although the car was in great shape there were some scuff mark on the front bumper and rear quarter panel they agreed to fix with purchase of the car. After some back and forth Jerry and I reached a great deal that I couldn't pass up. I don't want to buy a car any where else! Great experience!

This is our 7th Subaru. We have never been disappointed in sales or service. Jerry Johnson was our salesman. They have all been good, but Jerry was outstanding!!!! Since we have owned 6 previous Subaru's, we were familiar with the basics. The changes in five years since we purchased our last Subaru surprised me. Jerry was so patient while going over the audio system and bluetooth features. We had to delay vehicle pick up for a few days. Jerry actually delivered our new Foster to our home with a full tank of gas. It was sincerely our pleasure to meet and work with Jerry.Jerry was very respectful to myself and my husband when explaining details or information about the sale. One last note the finance department was quick and easy.

I went to this dealership to look at Outbacks, and left driving one! I was greeted in the parking lot by Jerry Johnson who turned out to be a fantastic salesman. Jerry was very friendly, easy to talk to, and very attentive to what my needs/interests were. I never at any point felt intimidated, pressured, or uncomfortable in any way in regard to purchasing a vehicle. The staff was willing to work with me to settle on a price that fit my budget without skimping on the model/features I was interested in, which is why I left driving a new Outback. Once I made the decision to buy, the paperwork process was quick and efficient. As I previously mentioned, my intention was to just look at vehicles, so I didn't arrive to the dealership until 6 PM. Since I decided to buy, this kept Jerry and the other members of the team at work much longer than their normal hours. However, I never felt rushed, and Jerry went through all the features of the vehicle and made sure I had no questions before leaving. Jerry offered for me to return to the dealership the next day to go over anything I didn't remember. On top of that, Jerry filled up my tank at a gas station down the street from the dealership, which was after 9 PM. I love my new Outback and had an overall great experience at this dealership. I was set on purchasing the Subaru Impreza but had a horrible experience at the dealership in Orange Park. I was hesitant at first to reach out to another Subaru dealer; however, I was pleasantly surprised! My first contact was with Erin, she was amazing in answering all my questions and setting me up to come by and look at the new and used Imprezas on the lot. When I got there she greeted me in person and introduced me to one of their sales men Sean Lee. He was very knowledgeable and made test driving the car a great experience, he never lost patience with my endless questions and worked with us on a deal that met my needs. At the end of the night he made sure I left with my car in tip top shape! I am happy with my purchase and with the team at Subaru of Jacksonville.

We visited several dealerships before making our buying decision. Some dealerships were a complete turn-off with too many rules, salespeople who weren't on top of their game and environments that were chaotic. Our salesperson at Subaru of Jacksonville, Gene Flora, skillfully showed us the features of the vehicle and accompanied us on a test drive. He was low key, always attentive and very helpful. We received the pricing information that we requested without any pressure tactics. We returned the next day to purchase the Outback and again were greeted by Gene and a calm, well run showroom. This is the fifth new Subaru I've purchased from Subaru of Jacksonville since 2009. The experience was 5-star excellent, as before. I special ordered a '17 Forester 2.0XT Touring. The car arrived on-time. All negotiations and promises were met (no "surprises" at this dealership. Sabino Martinez, Anita Clarkson and Phil Porter are simply the best people with whom to do business. Their service and parts departments match the excellence of the sales department. Subaru Jax should really change the name of the dealership to "Customer Service "R" Us Subaru."

We were treated with respect and courtesy the minute we arrived. Our salesman Mark Minter took the time to explain the car's standard features and what I had researched online. During our test drive, he explained all the safety features. There was never any pressure or haggling involved during our visit to the dealership. Our previous car had been totaled from an accident, so we had no trade-in, but we had money for a down payment. We were concerned that we would not be able to buy the car we wanted. I had researched the Subaru Legacy and found it to be the safest car rated by Consumer's. My husband and I are so pleased with our experience with Mark and Anita at Subaru of Jacksonville! We set out on our day of car shopping armed with a budget, a loan check from our credit union and a list of dealers to visit and cars to drive. We knew after driving the Forester that it was a great fit for our family, but we informed Mark that we intended on driving several more cars that day before making a decision. I had researched months for a new car and was beyond tired of going to car dealerships and being pressured to buy today. I am from Central Florida and began my search for a Subaru WRX a couple weeks back. I eventually came up with a specific number in mind with the vehicle/options I had chosen. I unfortunately could not negotiate (I'm not the best negotiator) with my local dealers to come to my (what I believe) fair market price.So I expanded my search to entire state of Florida and noticed that Subaru of Jacksonville has multiple Dealer of the Year awards from DealerRater. So I figured I would send an inquiry. My initial contact was Erin who transferred me to Sabino. After discussing what I was looking for in terms of vehicle and options, Sabino was able to beat the price I had in mind. Great up-front pricing with no bull**** to have to jump though. I placed an order a couple days later without having to negotiate the first price given. Lead time was estimated to be 6-8 weeks. Ended up arriving in 3 weeks. Awesome.I arrived this morning to pick up the car after a 2.5 hour drive from Orlando. First thing I noticed was that the facility was beautiful and well kept. The paperwork process afterwards was quick and Sabino was accommodating to all my particulars with the vehicle itself. He gave me a detailed run down of the car and ensured that I had my basis covered for operating it. If I was closer to Jacksonville, I would bring my car to this dealership to get service work done based on how pleasant the sales process was and how well kept the facility is. I wanted a pretty specific car, a dark grey base model WRX to be exact. They did not have any when I first went in but that one would be coming in within the next month, so i reserved it and waited in anticipation. The day the car came in I was able to pick it up. Jerry was very helpful, he went through the car and explained all the different interactive systems, even helping connect my phone to the car. Overall a great experience and great car; Jerry and the staff as a whole were very helpful in my car buying experience.

I recently bought a Subaru Crosstrek from Subaru of Jacksonville and had a great experience. Jerry Johnson and helped me get a good deal on the vehicle. Next, Anita made the paperwork process painless. Finally, Jerry told me all the little things about the vehicle that would have been difficult to figure out by reading the manual. He even synchronized my phone and my girlfriend's phone to the vehicle. When I received the vehicle it was sparkling clean inside and out. And had a full tank of gas. The entire process from the time I walked in until I drive my new vehicle out took less than 3 hours. It could have taken even less time, but I was grateful to spend the extra time with Jerry so he could show me all the little intricacies about the vehicle. We worked with Frank Woods at Subaru of Jacksonville. We test drove months out from our intended purchase date just to narrow down vehicle choices and save more for a down payment. After test driving a 2017 Outback with Frank, we did not bother test driving any other cars. We have never had a more laid back and knowledgeable sales associate experience when purchasing a vehicle. Frank was excellent in keeping in touch with use via email about any upcoming sales/deals or new vehicles in stock that met our wishes. We ended up buying the car a couple months ahead of time, due to the fact that they gave us really great no haggle pricing options and got in stock exactly what we were looking for and called us right away when it came it to give us the option to get it before anyone else did. This was the best car buying experience of the several I have had. Everything about the experience was informative, to the point and fun. My sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. He asked good questions to understand what I was looking for in a new car. He was then able to show me vehicles which I was interested in and did not try to upsell. The actual buying experience in the finance office was also excellent. There was no attempt to sell add-ons like tinted glass, finish protection or extended warranties. True to the salesman's word there were no surprise extra fees or taxes. The whole experience was relaxing, low key and professional.

My experience at Subaru of Jacksonville was great. I had been going back and forth in my mind on which vehicle I was interested in and what color after a few trips to the dealer. Last week I decided spur of the moment to take another drive over to look at the colors again in person of cars they had on their lot. Frank Woods just happened to be in the lot while I was walking around looking at the colors. They were unloading a delivery of new vehicles from the truck. Frank asked if a salesman was helping me and I told him Mark. He said that Mark was on vacation and he would be glad to help me. He showed me the colors that I wanted to see again and answered my additional questions. We then went inside to talk numbers. Frank made my deal happen and that same night I was driving home in my new 2017 Subaru Outback. Frank made my car buying experience a real pleasure!! My wife and I wanted a specific 2017 Subaru Legacy and emailed a number of dealers in Florida about ordering one--this in early June. We had test-driven a 2016 at a local dealership in Palm Beach County with the help of an overly eager and annoying sales rep who, frankly, typifies auto sales people in this part of the state. After some unhelpful responses--including one from a Miami dealership that told us 2017 Legacies would not be available until September--we contacted Subaru of Jacksonville. Jerry Johnson, a prince of a guy and a retired navy man, replied quickly. We discussed the details of the car we wanted and the value of our trade-in. He got us a very good out-the-door price, and a $1000 credit card deposit got the order process underway. Interestingly, no sales contract was required, but the agreed-upon price never changed. Our car arrived in late July, and we picked it up on August 1. The closing was handled quickly, efficiently, and professionally by Anita Clarkson, who mentioned extended warranties but didn't push any of them. We found this both unusual and refreshing.We are seniors with lots of car-buying experience, including using the internet for shopping and dealing. We know that all car dealerships, and their sponsoring auto makers, are not created equal. Our experience at Subaru of Jacksonville--nearly 400 miles from our home in Jupiter--bore this out. It was positive in every respect and ranks among the best transactions we've had. When people ask us why we went all the way up to Jacksonville to buy a car, our answer is, Sometimes it pays to go out of your way.

Subaru of Jacksonville has a very professional and knowledgeable staff. I've bought 2 cars from them now. They have the largest inventory I've seen at a Subaru dealership, granted I've only been to 3 that I can recall, but they have at least 4 times the cars on the lot of any I've seen. This increases the odds of you leaving same day with exactly what you're looking for in a Subaru. There's no need for high pressure sales tactics. They believe in the product they are selling which translates into a good customer experience. Some dealerships I've been to try to swarm you with personality stereotypes in an attempt to sway you into choosing something you'll settle for on the lot. At Subaru of Jacksonville, chances are they have what you want on the lot and I didn't feel any scummy sales tactics were involved. I've left both times feeling very comfortable with my purchases. No buyers remorse ever.

Bruce Holmes is top shelf. He picked me up from St. Augustine, early a.m. as I couldn't arrange a way to get there that early, offered to stop for coffee if I needed it on the way back to the dealership , had test vehicles and paperwork ready, and couldn't have been more relaxed in his approach. This is how you treat your customers!After a less then desirable experience at the Subaru of Orange Park location, that is not affiliated with Subaru of Jax, I was dreading the act of acquiring a vehicle after 10+ years of not having one. I almost gave up but Bruce's phone dedication to saving my sour attitude after the Orange Park old school approach ( don't listen and grease numbers ) showed me there could be light at the end of the tunnel. He listened to what I wanted and called back with the deal I asked for. So simple. He is upfront, knowledgable, and delivered on his word. Phillip the number wizard who assisted Bruce, made signing my name over and over an enjoyable experience and had no issue with all my questions. Good man! Having snacks and drinks available kept me motivated when waiting, and topping it off by leaving with a full tank of gas, on a tight time schedule...was just ridiculously good Service. This experience, after years of avoiding car dealerships, gave me warm fuzzy feelings instead of the need to shower off another icky exchange and curl up into a fetal position. All I can say is I am a happy woman and will only go to this location and if you want a genuine, smooth, first class approach then Bruce is your man.

Very knowledgable, and was willing to even field questions from my eager teenager. I started by emailing him and within a short time, we set up an appt to meet. I walked right in and after a few easy questions about my needs--we were right on the Crosstrek...he had several color/option combos to look at. After we picked the car, we went to Anita's office to work on numbers. No pressure. Felt very good about the conversation and the final price was even under budget. Being very new to car buying but very hesitate with a first time purchase, Subaru of Jacksonville made the experience easy and worth my time. Other dealers didn't even come close to their level of service! It was clear that Jacksonville Subaru has a family oriented passion for getting people the right vehicle.I knew what I wanted in a Subaru. One initial phone call to Bruce and he found me what I wanted. Buying a new car when I did was the best time to get a great deal with their incentives. Driving five hours to pick up the SUV was worth it overall! Kimberly was fantastic at explaining everything on my level of understanding and Anita was very fun and personable! Their service is fast too. I was so wonderfully accommodated by Bruce through text messaging and phone calls while I was at work, even answering all my questions after hours! By the time I was at the dealership, all the paperwork was ready and in order, a few signatures later I was in the car and out the door! I know that if I have any questions or concerns I can contact them anytime and they'll have the answer I need! If you live in the panhandle of Florida, the local dealers are not worth the headache they'll give you. Just give Jacksonville a call instead!

My entire experience with Subaru of Jacksonville was great from start to finish. Due to living out of the area, I simply e-mailed my salesman, Frank Woods, and advised him of what I was looking for. Frank found my car, handled my credit app over the phone, and got me approved all within the day. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, the paperwork was all complete and just needed my signatures. I can't speak highly enough of this dealer and the staff, and I would highly recommend them to anybody. As for the vehicle, the 2017 WRX is unreal. The guys had it cleaned up perfectly and it drives unlike anything I've been in before. Again, highly recommended!

My car buying experience was surprisingly pleasant. Went in with the plan to order a base Subaru Outback Premium. I was given a below MSRP price during my test drive visit a week before. When I arrived, I test drive a new one they had on the lot with a lot of extra features (power rear gate, moonroof, all weather package, auto dimming side mirrors, and auto dimming rear view mirrors) and ended up buying it for just a few dollars more than the base! I mainly worked with Frank Woods who was a pleasure to work with. Not pushy at all just, told it like it was. He was very fun and told some great stories along the way. Even after I purchased the car he stayed persistently nice. He seemed genuinely excited to go over all the features of the car.

I was looking for a very specific model of WRX and it had to be blue. After a horrible experience at the *other* Subaru dealership here I contacted David because of the positive reviews here. They didn't have what I was looking for but he offered to find it in the dealer pipeline. It took a month to get here from Japan but David kept in contact with me the whole time and answered every question. There was zero pressure and zero upsell from him and they honored pricing we discussed with no hidden fees. It was a very pleasant experience all around. David was beyond professional and very easy to work with. I cannot recommend him enough. Finance with Anita was also smooth. There was a bit of an upsell for the warranty etc but pur decline wasn't argued and Anita was very sweet.

I've had numerous issues with the file tank computer I fill up says I have 260 to a full tank drive off the gas station lit it drips by 40 leaving 220 till emtpy. I have gotten down to 3 miles left in tank and can't get over 13 gallons in the tank. Yet it was a strand the service depth git exactly 15.9 gallons in the tank. Then took the car for oil change and tire rotation. Supposedly they did it in 29 mins, all of it after telling me I had two customers waiting well there was one in the center know one else anywhere. I called other Subaru dealership they said it takes about a hour .you would think since they have to drive the car on to the ramp. Take off all the lug nuts rotate of the tires.take the oil filter off .lower the car then add the oil drive the car out. Unless their a Nascar crew I don't think it happend the gas issue has been issues with others . I've asked them about the sensor they think I'm crazy. We also new that when we leased the car the door which we where told had a small ding in it they had to fix found out later the whole door was replaced, when the sales man asked me to use my key to open the door a month later.. well it didn't work I've asked for the owner to fix this and call us nothing .we will never deal with them I don't like people who are not forth coming. They also everytI'm we take it in check fluids well they don't , but however Firestone did for us.Tire light has came on twice tey said it didn't but my Subaru app says it did. It's stupid to not tell the truth over something so small. This is a lease and all payments have been made to chase and the car only has 6700 miles our my Subaru didn't give us a message hey you need a oil change it said 12,000 miles book says 6,000Anyway never will myself or my son until the man or his son makes this right it's so stupid.

Even before we reached the showroom door Rob Rose was there to greet us, offer us refreshment and listen to our needs. Before we knew it he was educating us to the wonders of Subaru engineering and letting us test drive both a used and a new vehicle. Although the previously-owned Forrester we test drove was a great deal we settled on the new Outback and we love it! They practically let us write the deal and our salesman, Rob ( who has a mechanical background) even offered to come in on his day off and personally install the trailer hitch we needed on the vehicle! The whole experience was great from start to finish!

I had a fantastic experience working with David Dombrowski at Subaru of Jacksonville. This was my first purchasing experience with Subaru and I was very impressed. After our initial test drive, we sat down and discussed the numbers. The initial offer he gave me was fair, but I still wanted to look at some other vehicles before making a final decision. There was no pressure to stay and buy the car right away. He explained to me that they don't play games there and the offer would still be valid after I looked around.I did shop around and had less than pleasant experiences at other dealerships. However, throughout that period, I still kept in touch with David and he was able to answer my questions through email. We were even able to get to a ballpark figure of what I should expect to pay for the car when I finally did come in. The dealership still needed to inspect my trade-in before agreeing to any actual numbers.When I came in to buy the car, the car I was interested in was on a test drive. David immediately started the purchase process to make sure I got the car I wanted. We were able to quickly get my trade-in appraised and negotiated a great price on my new Forester!After the agreements and contracts were all signed, David put in a full tank of gas in the car and walked me through everything I needed to know about operating it. He even helped my wife watch our tired and cranky one year old as I was transferring everything from my old car to the new car.David treated me honestly and with respect throughout the entire process. I came home for vacation in March and went to test drive with my dad, expecting to plan out a purchase some time in 2017. Fell in love with the Crosstrek. Put down the deposit that day, and had a special manual version ordered from Japan. I recently purchased a 2016 Outback from Subaru of Jacksonville. Initially, I was leaning towards the Outback but was also interested in the Forester and other brands' smaller SUVs and crossovers. On my first visit, Frank Woods took nearly 2 hours of his time to let me test drive both the Forester and Outback and look at all of the different trim levels. During this time, he did not pressure me to buy, try to get me to let him "run the numbers" or anything resembling pushiness. My test driving experience at a local Nissan dealership did not compare. They wanted to "run numbers" as soon as I showed up, rather than taking the time to show me their product. I basically ran out of that place. Once I decided to purchase an Outback, everything ran smoothly. I got a fair offer on my trade in (I had already gotten quotes from other potential buyers). The financing process ran extremely smoothly. Even though it was late when we finished, Frank took the time to help me set up everything in my new Outback. I never felt taken advantage of, disrespected, or rushed to make a decision, even as a relatively young, inexperienced car buyer.

Three weeks ago, I purchased a 2016 Subaru Forester Premium from Subaru of Jacksonville after extensive research to determine the best vehicle for my life style and the best approach to buying a new car. I have purchased numerous cars over the years, and none of my previous purchases matched my extraordinarily positive experience with Subaru of Jacksonville.After considerable Internet research I decided to use TrueCar values during the purchase process but to avoid using the TrueCar Certified Dealer process that can lead to a flurry of emails and calls from multiple Subaru dealers. The web site of Subaru of Jacksonville was extremely easy while searching their stock of new vehicles, selecting the one that I wanted, and initiating my Internet inquiry regarding that vehicle. I mentioned in my inquiry that I knew the TrueCar Best Price for a TrueCar Certified Dealer purchase but wanted only to deal with Subaru of Jacksonville if possible. Within a short time, Jerry Johnson, Sales Manager, called me with a price that was below the TrueCar Best Price, and I accepted that price. I placed my desired car on hold with a nominal credit card charge until I could drive down from Savannah, GA to complete the sales process and to pick up my car.Although I was extraordinarily pleased with my telephone conversation with Jerry Johnson, I was relatively certain, when I arrived at the dealership, that I would have to deal with the "bad cop" of this dealership during the remainder of the sales process. My experience proved that the "bad cop" does not excess and that this dealership is fully committed to a positive car-buying experience. Jerry Johnson was even nicer in person than he was on the telephone, and I soon realized that he is an extraordinary human being who loves helping people. He is also extremely knowledgeable regarding Subaru car features and services, and he became my trusted guide through the sales process and did everything possible to make it an easy, understandable, and enjoyable experience. I started my search for a new car on Edmunds.com. They connected me with three different Subaru dealers. Subaru of Jacksonville was very responsive and provided me with all the information I requested. When I went to see the vehicle, my contact, Mark, was not at the dealership. His teammate didn't hesitate to step up and help us. We then test drove several other vehicles and decided to purchase the Outback. I received quotes from all three dealers. Subaru of Jacksonville was the lowest while providing a vehicle with more features than the other offers. Purchasing was easy and straight forward. In summary, far from what I had come to expect of dealings with car salesmen, Frank Woods made what could've been a grueling exchange into a simple, no-nonsense exchange in which all parties walked away happy. I got to trade-in my truck at a more than fair value, they offered a great deal on the car I wanted up-front with no hassle, and it came down to just a matter of waiting for the ink to dry. In parting, Frank bet me that I would be calling him in a matter of days, ecstatic at being a first-time Subaru owner. My husband and I were not really planning to buy a new car... although my 2008 Honda CRV still works perfectly but it just hit 91K miles and I was just thinking maybe I should start test driving some of those cars that were recommended by Consumer Reports and some friends so I test drove the Subaru Forrester Touring model and boy I was blown away by it but seeing the MSRP price tag on it, I thought to myself we can't afford this one. Well, well...Ryan Munro offered me a deal I couldn't resist and before I know it, my husband and I started signing the paperwork and was out the door in less than 2 hours time driving a sparkling brand new car home. Best buying experience I have ever dealt with in buying a car. Ryan and Anita, the lady at the Finance Dept are very professional, courteous and easy to deal..they never made me feel pressured unlike the other car sales team in other dealerships I have dealt with in the past. The negotiation was very straight forward and there was never a need to call in the the other managers to force and close a deal. Ryan earned my trust that's why it only took me a minute to say yes, I am buying this car and I was over the moon driving my new car home :)

Was looking around northeast florida for used car to purchase and thankfully found subaru of jacksonville. This car dealership was second to none with service!! I was very apprehensive going in thinking that there was not much they could do for me due to a low credit score from a thing called life, boy was I wrong! The three gentlemen I dealt with, Ryan and Josh in sales and Phil in finance were the most professional car dealership employees I have dealt with in my 40 years..if you have a job and residence they will get you a car in your budget...Remember this is a business and they need to earn a living too so don't think you're going to go in and get something for free..They actually got the car I wanted prepared and financed faster than it took me to get insurance on the car. Seriously!!. They will get you into a new subaru or even a used different make. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family who I love and that should say it all.

The overall experience of buying a new vehicle was excellent. The staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. The sales agent, Kimberly, was very personable and never made us feel pressured, unlike competitor dealers. The negotiation was very straight forward and there was never a need for the agent to call in the manager as backup to force a bad deal. The bottom line was exceedingly better than the competition for exactly the vehicle we asked for, and not for the vehicle they wanted to push. The finance department was also very helpful in getting us a great deal.

My husband and myself went there because we needed a new vehicle asap, we were dealing with Kimberly Schnied, this woman and her coworker worked magic for us, I was texting her for a whole week and she let me know that we were approved for a car, we didn't even have to go there and waste our time, so we went there today and left with a 2016 Subaru Legacy...... These people worked fast and are incredibly pleasant to deal with, if I could give them more than a 5 star I definitely would, every single person there needs a raise and needs more than just rewards..... I LOVE SUBARU OF JAX!!!!!!

Bruce Holmes is a savvy car salesman. He knew everything about the Forester we were buying. We were pridisposed to like it based on our experience with our other car, a 2001 Forester. He is a patient,perceptive individual. He figured out my wife and myself very quickly and responded in a positive way.He told us a lot about himself which inspired our confidence. He was also very complimentary abot the dealership and its management. We'd be happy to buy another one, but at fifteen year intervals, don't wait around for us.

When buying my new 2016 Forester I had the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. The sales person, Frank Woods, made the purchase easy and at no time did I feel unwanted pressure that I have felt at other dealerships. I got a great price and outstanding service from the start when I contacted Frank by internet, test drove the vehicle, through the financing and until Frank went over the vehicle with me and handed me my keys. We recently leased a Subaru Outback and can't say enough wonderful things about this dealership, the owners and especially our salesman Jerry. We called ahead to make sure that three car seats could fit in an Outback and Jerry was so gracious and helpful. We never felt pushed to buy from them. Instead, they made us feel like a part of the Subaru family immediately. It was such a breathe of fresh air to experience a dealership that really cares about you. Jerry spent a lot of time going through the manual and showing me all the bells and whistles. I live in Gainesville, FL and decided on a Subaru Outback after several test drives. My local dealer ran some numbers which were a bit outside my budget so I contacted probably 30 Subaru dealers between South Florida and southern Georgia looking for the right model at the right price.Subaru of Jacksonville had a model on the lot and Jerry Johnson promptly responded to my inquiry. After some quick negotiations I received an actual out-the-door price for slightly less than I was looking for (and it was a PZEV model which I hadn't included in my initial budgeting). I drove up to Jax Subaru to finalize the deal with a preapproved loan but overlooked needing my spouse's signature to sign the paperwork. Jerry was quick to offer a drive halfway to Gainesville after work to meet us for signatures; fortunately Anita Clarkson offered a better financing rate through Subaru to save us the trip.Jerry was courteous, responsive, and knowledgeable about my new Outback. He beat the price I was looking for and I paid exactly what he said the out-the-door price would be. Anita was quick to offer a financing solution at a great rate. She asked if I'd be interested in some extras and did not persist when I declined. I got the car I wanted and the entire process was pleasant and painless. I'm happy with my first Subaru and would absolutely buy again from Subaru of Jacksonville.
