Stuteville Tahlequah is a great dealership. I am going to replace my car soon. I am currently researching to determine what to buy. I stopped and wandered the lot recently to check out a few models. Went for a service update.

Brant Arbaugh is a great sells consultant who has been patient with my family in our search for the right SUV. Went in for a update to my TCM for my focus and it has been fantastic since the work was done! Major improvement on the transmission! Super pleased. The quality repair would be 5 stars but it wouldn't let me check it for some reason.

I always have my car serviced by the service department at Stuteville. Though I never had a bit of trouble from my Edge, I spotted a Flex that peaked my interest on the lot while I was waiting for my last oil change. Brant helped me and made it so easy to get my new car. Now I love my Flex, and I will still only go to Stuteville so I can count on it to stay so nice!

Sales services are great. The maintenance part, eh

The sales part of stuteville ford is great! The maintenance is awful. Had my truck in their for a month and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Another time I had them look at my truck and fix a wire and the next day my truck broke down in tulsa on 4th of july. Still hasn't ran to this day. I feel like they don't care about the service. My dad has even had problems with the maintenance as well. They need an attitude adjustment. Sales personell is great though.

HIGHLY Recommend!

I recently purchased a used Subaru Outback from Stuteville and had a wonderful experience. Everyone was so nice. I never felt pressured and when I feel pressured at a car dealership, I'm usually out the door. Tyler Hulse was the salesman I worked with and he was very polite and knowledgeable. The sales manager Ron was very nice as well. They gave me a great deal and were very willing to work with me. Kyle helped me with the paperwork after the purchase and is a great guy too. I can't say enough good things about this dealership. There were a few minor repairs I discovered after the purchase and they even took care of them AFTER the purchase! There aren't a lot of dealerships who will do that after they have your money.

Good people to deal with

These are some good people to deal with enjoyed the process they let me take the truck out I was looking at for an extended drive and decide. I felt the truck wasn't the one I wanted and felt bad because the deal was a good deal. Hopefully we can do business in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Awesome Buying Experience

Feb 6th I bought a used 2012 Nissan from Stuteville....

Feb 6th I bought a used 2012 Nissan from Stuteville. There were chips of paint out of the bumper and I asked the salesman if the car had been hit. He told me no and would have it touched up with paint in the shop. After the rear end started knocking loudly a couple of days after I bought it I ordered a Carfax report. Carfax reported a front end impact in November. I had to go pick up the title and paperwork myself after it hadn't been sent to me in 2 weeks. I asked about the $892 extended warranty I purchased and was told it would be 30-45 days before I received it. I told the office and service desk that I had purchased the warranty and the car needed to go into the shop because of the knocking. Service told me they wouldn't honor the warranty until I had the card in hand. This was a terrible car buying experience and I am very unhappy with Stuteville Ford. I would never go back to them because they are not truthful and they sell me a warranty that can't be used....my "previously wrecked" car is now parked for at least a month or whenever I get my warranty card. And...the touch up paint didn't even match, it looks worse than it did before.
