I bought a certified used Cadillac in March. In August a fuel regulator went out and this gentleman made sure I was well taken care of! He was genuine and was easy to talk to. I was able to get a hold of him with ease. I look forward to getting a future car from Stevinson Lexus again.

Excellent Service for Stranded Tourists

Our RX400H died at the Alpine Visitor's Center in Rocky Mountain National Park and towed to this dealership. We couldn't be more pleased with how well their service department especially Lane took care of us even though we were far from home. They bent over backwards to get us back on the road for our vacation. If they take such good care of customers they will probably never see again I cannot imagine what the service would be for locals.

My first Lexus.

Bought my first Lexus from Stevinson being a Chicago resident. Both Mike&Mike (Marquez, Butterfield) did an amazing job working with me and processing the out of state transaction. There was great communication and it was hassle free. They really went above and beyond for someone they were only talking with on the phone. If an Illinois resident gets treated the way I did I can't imagine what a Colorado resident experience is like. It was a pleasure meeting both Mike's for the hour I was there and I truly appreciate everything they did. IM A PROUD LEXUS OWNER!!! The only downside however was I wish the service team did a better job detailing my vehicle. Yes I was driving it home 986 miles. But it would've been nice to get it dirty myself. Needless to say I'm sure either Mike would've taken care of that issue for me without a problem. But I was on a time crunch with a 15 hour drive ahead of me.

We were in the market for a used Lexus and came in to the dealership after contacting Kasey Goodrich online. Even though the car we were hoping to see had already been purchased (Kasey did try to let us know, but we were unavailable), we were shown another vehicle that met our basic specifications. Another Superior Experience

My two year Lexus lease was coming to an end. Kasey Goodrich sent me an email reminding me that something needed to be done by the end of August. I held on to the email for a while, then contacted Kasey and set up an appointment. I told him we were interested in a 2016 RX 350 F Sport and that we had a significant preference for the color white. When we arrived, Kasey was there with exactly that car. We ended up leasing that very car. The experience was excellent, esp. given that we are people who do not the idea of going to a car dealership. The Stevinson Lexus dealership in Frederick does it right; we will definitely go back as well as recommend it to friends. Kesey was extremely helpful through the entire process. Kudos....

Top Notch Service from a Top Notch Sales Woman!!!!

Jodi and her teammate Joel made what is usually stressful situation a much more enjoyable and tolerable one to say the least. Excellent experience

We found a used Subaru online at this dealership that we were interested in and we're looking for a Lexus. They still treated us as if they were selling us a Lexus and the customer service was awesome. Michael Marquez was very friendly and was able to answer all of our questions in a pressure free environment. He also stayed late so could finish up the sale and has followed up several times in the last couple of months to make sure we were happy with our purchase. We were helped very quickly to find a car with no pressure. We bought a car, signed the loan, it was washed and we drove off with the car of our choice. The loan was secured on the phone with our bank and we did not have to return to pick up the car. Easiest purchase ever for a vehicle.

Amazing First Purchase!!

I had the best experience in my life ever finding this dealership a hour away from my home. Micheal Marquez is well experience in his job and knows what to do. As a first time buyer, Michael worked with me through the process of purchasing this vehicle and what my expectations were and my price range is. Chris usually assists me with a new car, but I needed a second pre-owned vehicle. Told him what I was looking for in the car and 30 minutes later I owned one. Shocked to Recommend

I just purchased my second Lexus from Stevinson. One reason I returned to Lexus Stevinson is Chris Rogers. He is the only salesman I have ever used twice or would highly recommend to someone else. He remembered me from my previous visit and knew I had past experiences that lived up to all of the horror stories about car salesmen. Chris does not use high pressure tactics and really does put the customer first.

Great Experience

I saw a car listed without pictures that I was moderately listed in. They had just received the car earlier in the week and hadn't had a chance to get the full listing online yet. It was a late model vehicle and my expectations were low. Kasey Goodrich answered the other end of the chat and was willing to go take his own pictures and send them to me. Over Priced

Through a lot of research, I believe their cars are over priced and the dealers are very pushy and in an extreme hurry to sell you a car.

Service and Sales both exceptional!

Having to deal with decisions on car sales and service from out of state can be difficult! And when it is for the safety of your child driving the vehicle adds another layer of challenge. John Lott and Melissa in Service were so helpful and accommodating every step of this process! I would not go anywhere else to service my Lexus!!! Their customer service was extraordinary! My First Lexus

I wanted a sporty luxury vehicle that would be suitable for the unpredictable weather in Wyoming. I was familiar with the Stevinson Lexus dealership through friends and family. Over the last 13 years my wife has put up with my crazy antics in buying 14 vehicles. Easy Experience

Kasey was great to work with! He was very low-pressure, and willing to help - he truly wanted to find a good fit for our family. I test drove and fell in love with another (used) vehicle, but my husband "heard a sound" during the test drive. Kasey sent it in to be looked at, and while they found a minor issue causing the sound, they also found a separate larger issue, so they sent the car off to auction. This made it apparent to me that Kasey listens to his customers, and that Stevinson cares about the product they're selling their customers. Unfortunately I was in an accudent and the insurance company totaled my car. I was not in the buying mood but I came across this RX350 at Stevinson Lexus of Frederick. Before coming to this dealership I had not only done my homework on car ratings, and area prices, I had visited several other dealerships. Some of these other places treated me like I was stupid or ignorant, and believe me, I know cars and value. I even walked out of one because the sales person told me things I knew to be untrue.Jodi did not try to spin or explain away flaws in the vehicles when I pointed them out, she respected the fact that I had done a great deal of research, and she and her manager offered me a fair, market-based price. Jodi went above and beyond. For example, when we started working through the paperwork, it was lunch time, and my 6-year-old was hungry. My husband & I went after work to the dealership to look at the models. Despite us arriving a little late for our appointment with Chris - we were given the royal treatment. Looking for a Used Lexus with Low Mileage

After being without a vehicle for over a week and driving to various used vehicle lots and dealerships and test driving about four cars from 2007-2011 ES350s we drove up to Frederick to test drive this beautiful Cerulean Blue 2011 ES 350. Kasey Goodrich met with us, showed us the car, took us on a test drive and then saw us leave to make our decision, which we had promised him for the next day which was a Friday. We found Kasey to be very comfortable to work with and through emails we closed the deal and drove up to pick up our new used car. It was immaculate and feels like a new car. Truly Great Experience

Awesome Car, Excellent Experience

I needed to replace my Subaru Forrester with another snow and mountain worthy vehicle. The Subaru was working fine, so I had time to consider my options. I looked at the Touareg (VW), Murano (Nissan), Q5 (Audi), and RDX (Acura). I drove a used Lexus RX 300 at another used car dealer, decided the Lexus was the best option, and decided to "give the dealer a try," knowing that I would get a well-maintained vehicle but getting a good price might take some patience. I phone the dealership way early, to find out what time they opened, and almost immediately MIKE BUTTERFIELD, the sales manager called me back. Before I arrived, ZACH (the salesman) had warmed up the right car for me (2007 RX 350), we went for a test drive, and I decided this was the right car. (Zach is young, 19, so I felt Mike should be closely involved in the negotiation.) I let them know I was gonna purchase a vehicle when the price was right, that I had time, and that I'm not the best negotiator (I say what my price is and don't really move from there). There was no hard sell or anything, but initially we did not agree on the price. We shook hands and I thanked them, drove away, knowing I'd hear back from them eventually (while I kept my eyes out for another RX 350). No sooner did I turn left into my neighborhood (20 minutes away), than Zach calls me and Mike sends me a text. "Just wanted to let you know, we can sell you the blue one for xxxxxx." Picked up my wife, turned around, bought the vehicle.The experience was pleasant. Mike is excellent with people. He understood both my needs and personality. Kacey responded quickly to Internet request. I totaled my 08 GX470 on 12/3. He brought the GX460, I was interested in, to my house. He explained everything the 460 had that the 470 didn't have. I bought the car without driving it. I gave him a deposit and he deliver the 460 this afternoon, and we completed the deal. He was extremely knowledgeable concerning the vehicle. Due to bruised ribs, I couldn't drive to the dealership, he brought the dealership to me. What a great experience for both of us.

Two are better than one!

We enjoyed the buying experience so much at Stevinson Lexus of Frederick that we bought TWO vehicles Saturday evening. This isn't our first trip to this dealership... we have purchased other cars from here in the past and were ready for an upgrade. From the no-pressure sales approach to an up front (in other words, no BS) negotiation we were pleased. We picked up a GX460 and an NX300 and look forward to our next lease.

I've bought two cars from Stevinson Lexus in the past 4 years and my experiences from both encounters have been excellent. We purchased a pre-owned Lexus from Stevinson Lexus in Frederick, and were very pleased with the whole experience. Purchase of a Lexus GX 460

My fiance and I purchased a Lexus GX 460 with David Barney, and we had an incredible experience. While this was our 4th car purchase, this was the first SUV purchase for me. We had a challenging experience with our previous car purchase, and we were both nervous to be going through this again. David was extremely patient in educating me on the different features of the 4 vastly different SUVs we tried. We test drove a 4Runner, a GMC Yukon, an Infinity QX60, and the Lexus GX 460. David explained the differences in each car, and really helped us narrow down our decision. We tried a few others at another dealership, and decided to go with the Lexus GX. His product knowledge of each different car really helped us make the very best purchase for our family's needs.In the buying part of the process, I was extremely nervous. We had an absolute terrible experience with our last car purchase, and I was nervous that we would have the same experience again. Not so. Wonderful sales experience!

These guys really bend over backwards to take care of you. We bought two cars today. The process was very easy and relaxed. I can tend to get frustrated while buying a car but this was a great experience.

Good buying experience but not impressed with car detail

We had a good buying experience working with Kasey and the other staff at Lexus. The negotiating and whole purchasing process went very quickly and we were happy with the deal we got. We've been disappointed with the customer service since our purchase and VERY disappointed with the detail we received. The car had supposedly been detailed while we were signing papers. However, my husband spent a good three hours cleaning the car the following day. We found candy and food under the floor mats and the car had a film of dust all over it. We were very disappointed in the "detail" we received and would not spend money or time taking it back there if that's the type of service that's provided. Especially after we drove through the maintenance department and a big deal was made on how Lexus takes pride in the service they do. Another complaint we had was that we called and talked to the assistant general manager to let him know our disappointment in the detail we received and he said the general manager would contact us but we never received a call. We were however very impressed with Heath who handled our financing, he did a great job and made things very easy.

Out of state car purchase

The team at Stevinson Lexus of Frederick did a great job at helping me with an out of state car purchase. The only reason I hesitate giving them a 5 star rating is that the car was advertised with after market wheels and new tires. I received the car with stock wheels. I really didn't make a big deal of it because I actually preferred the stock wheels (I bought a used BMW m3, so the stock wheels add value). I just felt they should have disclosed that in our dealings.

Smooth transaction

Kasey and the rest of the Stevinson crew were very helpful in getting me on my way in a new vehicle. There wasn't any hassle, the vehicle was exactly as described, and Kasey was thorough and straightforward in explaining pricing, financing, and everything else (he also sent me a helpful Youtube video walking around and describing the car). I bought a used Camry 2012 XLE from Stevinson Lexus of Frederick a few days back. Its in amazing condition and I love driving it......Kasey Goodrich helped me make an awesome deal! He is friendly, patient and sometimes funny! It was nice talking to him. In terms of getting paper work, things were superfast---- Kasey and Adam Fedak (from financing) helped me here. In terms of selling the car or selling any add-ons (theft code, clear node mask, etc.), Kasey or Adam were not pushy and gave me enough information to make my decision. Since I live somewhat far from the dealership, I had got a rental to go there. After I dropped off the rental near my place, Kasey (who was picking up other customers staying near me) was kind enough to give me a ride back to the dealership-- so that I can take my car. Compared to the "volume sale dealers," Stevinson spends time with their customers to make sure everything is just right.Kasey Goodrich was my salesman. Purchased a NX200t

Buying this car was by far my best car buying experience ever! Kasey and Dan were great in helping me make my decision, didn't pressure me and listened. I was having a hard time making up my mind and still no pressure from either one of them. Instead they gave me a NX to drive home for the night. Very smart because that sealed the deal. We conversed via email that eve and the next morning and I was coming into the dealer to return the loaned car, sign the paperwork, then they were going to get the car I was purchasing sent over from their dealer pool. Went to look at a CPO Lexus and spoke with Jeff Farley. He was very patient and not high pressure at all. We ended up test driving 3 different models and four cars total. We ultimately leased a GS, on which there were already great terms. Also dealt with Mike Butterfield and Dan Lather, who were also great.

As a return customer my experience with Stevenson Lexus was great, again. Kasey Goodrich was the sales person my other half set an appt with to see the car we were interested in and even though we were 10 minutes early, Kasey had the car parked out front with a sign saying it was reserved for us to see. That tells me he takes pride in his position and works hard to earn the trust & business of his customers right from the start! He is prompt and professional. I bought a used Toyota Corolla from Jodi Wersen on Saturday. She was very laid back and friendly and a pleasure to work with. She made me feel more like a friend than a customer which is excellent. 2015 RX 350 Lease

This dealership far exceeded my expectations! My sales associate, David Barney, was wonderful to work with! He was very attentive and couldn't do enough for me! I will definitely seek him out again to lease my next car. The rest of their team (sales manager Jordan and finance associate Adam) were also so nice, friendly, and upbeat. There was no pressure during the initial sale/negotiation or after market and no one was arrogant or argumentative which was very refreshing. This is our 2nd Lexus. We have a 2004 RX 330. We wanted a new car. A 2015 RX350 is our choice.Stevenson Lexus of Frederick had what we wanted. its location is excellent for us. Staff was friendly. My wife and i needed to replace her blown engine Kia Sorento and after exhaustive online research, chose Lexus. All of the Stevenson of Frederick staff were highly professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, starting with our salesman, Sal Deleon, who was super! Having had a previous unpleasant experience with leasing from a different automaker, we didn't even initially consider that method; but following Jordan's patient, in-depth explanation of the advances and improvements Lexus has made in the 2 decades since, we went that route. There was never any pressure one way or the other, just a comprehensive assist in educating us and overall help in deciding on the model that best serves our needs. Sal had a couple of vehicles prepped and waiting for us when we arrived, and we happily ended up with one of those. Heath in the finance department was efficient and courteous, and was very knowledgeable, complimentary and helpful. The overall experience was highly professional and enjoyable! Our only complaint was that it took 2 hours from the time we agreed to "pull the trigger" to actually get out of there. Agreed, the facilities for waiting were extremely pleasant, but that delay needs to be addressed, regardless of how busy you are. We missed Happy Hour!! But we look forward to future relationships with this dealership; they were just great!

Excellent experience

This is my second Lexus from Stevinson and I couldn't imagine a better car buying experience. I loved my first Lexus IS and decided it was time to trade in the old one for a new one! Originally, I reached out to Kasey Goodrich in about October and at that time, I wasn't completely comitted to buying a new car. Tenacity without being obnoxious.

We initially started our experience on December 3, 2014. Due to a death in the family, we put it on hold for a while. The vehicle I wanted was not in stock on the day we visited the dealership, but Kasey Goodrich knew what our choices were and would periodically inform me if a GX460 in my color choices and options came available. Each time, I was unable to act in time and the vehicle was sold. Kasey kept at it and earlier this month reached out with exactly what I wanted. It rolled onto the lot on a Monday and I picked it up the following Sunday. I think Kasey went out of his way and pulled some strings to make sure that vehicle did not get sold before I could get from Cheyenne to Frederick to complete the purchase. Thanks to Kasey, I now have the car of my dreams parked in the garage. I hope I get the courage to drive it soon.

Best buying experience ever!

I always know what I want before I ever get to the dealership. I called Kasey, who put me in my first Lexus and told him what I needed. Before the day was out we had a tentative deal. I drove the 100 miles to Stevenson (which I don't mind because of the service) and arrived a little before 10 a.m.. I drove the car we had discussed, picked a color and in about 2 hours I was driving home in my shiny new car!! The experience was seamless as always and I beat the snowstorm to get home. Amazing Experience!

This was my second car I have purchased and I am beyond thankful for Stevinson Lexus of Fredrick. Everyone was very friendly and so helpful. I purchased a 2010 Ford Focus through Brian Muldoon. Brian was very helpful and easy to work with. No pressure to buy a car, answered every question to the best of his ability and very understanding. I will definitely be coming back here to purchase my next vehicle. As well as my parents, they were very satisfied with Stevinson and Brian. When we got there Brian had the car ready for us to look at and test drive. I asked multiple questions and he knew the answers and explained about what I asked. We then went in for the credit check and he was very understanding and price negotiable with me. I gave him a price range I wanted to be in and sure enough, I am a dollar below what I wanted my monthly payment to be. My rear license plate had a stripped screw, and within less than a week Brian had mailed me my license plate. We also had questions on the remote start that was installed on this car. We could not figure it out and he thought it was maybe not connected. Brian went and figured out for me, that it was and how to start it. Professional, pleasant experience

Kasey Goodrich (salesman), Adam Fedak (Finance), and Joel Andrade (Technology Specialist) were a pleasure to work with at Stevinson Lexus of Frederick. My wife and I were in the market for a new NX F Sport. It is a brand new vehicle to the Lexus lineup with sales starting in November 2014. Inventory was very limited in Colorado for this high demand vehicle, especially for the F Sport trim. No dealership had a black ext/black int NX F Sport on the ground. I contacted Stevinson Lexus of Frederick through their online sales system and Kasey was the salesman that answered my inquiry. He answered my online inquiry within seconds, which was amazingly fast. Kasey indicated that he did not have any black on black NX F Sports on the lot, but he did have an inbound one arriving in about a month from Japan. He provided the helpful tip that if we wanted to put our name on that one, we should put a down payment on it. For my wife and I, buying a vehicle online/over-the-phone sight unseen is not normal for us, but it couldn't have worked out any better. The vehicle arrived about a month later with Kasey keeping us updated along the way. The day of taking delivery of the SUV went smooth. Kasey introduced us to Adam Fedak in their finance department to complete the deal. Adam secured us an ultra low APR financing deal from a local credit union and informed us about a few exterior/interior protective packages. Once the deal was done, Kasey introduced us to Joel Andrade (Technology Specialist) who spent about 45 minutes going over all of the technological features of the new NX. My wife and I took the NX F Sport up the mountains that same weekend. The I-70 inclines are no problem for this turbocharged four-cylinder SUV. Excellent gas mileage and it added a much needed fun factor to our drives on snowboarding trips. If you're looking for a fun, sporty SUV with great gas mileage, I'd highly suggest you look at the new Lexus NX. Well done Stevinson Lexus of Fredrick!

This is my very first Lexus, and my wife is on her third from this dealership. Our last two purchases were from Sal, who is a great guy, very knowledgeable, and very easy going. I feel like these guys are family, and I know more than a few of sales staff just from asking questions about their experiences with the car. There is tall Zach, Charles, Zach, and of course my buddy Sal, any one of these guys will go out of their way to help, no questions asked. The tech guys are great too, we had Zach (now in sales) and Bennett. Both Heath and Adam on the finance side explained all the paperwork without any hiccups. That leaves Dan the Sales Manager, who was very friendly and fair, and without him this review could not have happened. You might be thinking "is this guy talking about a dealership this way?" Yes, I am these guys have become friends, maybe it has to do with the fact that I was tenacious in my research. I kept bugging these guys at every turn, every chance I got, and each of them gave me their opinions. My wife and I have been treated with the upmost respect, and we will be back for sure.

Kasey made buying my car feel easy. This was my very first car purchase as an adult, and he was great to work with. I had inquired about the vehicle online, and he promptly emailed me back to set up an appointment to test drive it that day. It looked freshly washed and I felt that I was getting a great level of service, even though I was purchasing a used Subaru rather than a brand new Lexus. He was friendly during the test drive, and understood the nerves I had when I decided I wanted to purchase the car (on my lunch break no less). He understood my need to walk away for a few minutes, make a few quick phone calls to calm my nerves, and overall made the whole purchasing process easy for me. Also, since I wasn't initially planning to walk out with the car, they were more than accommodating about me trying to find all of my registration, title information, etc. for the car I was trading in as well as clean it out. It was a great car shopping experience, which is important when it's your first time.

Kasey made our car buying experience a pleasure. We did most of the negotiating by telephone, so when we did go into the dealership in the morning, we knew exactly where we stood.
