So we went here to get a rapair so we were checking in the car and they asked for the keys made the mistake of giving all the keys because they were being very pushy and handed over all the keys. Then when we can to pick up the car and keys they lost them and went looking for them for 20 minutes because they lost them like that's terrible and unprofessional. Then they finally found them and gave them back. Then a few weeks later we woke up to both of our cars robbed and pretty much emptied. One of the cars has an alarm so it had to have been them because a car not going off. Concluded that this dealership is messed up and well never go here because this dealership is dishonest.

Sunday afternoon walked into this dealership to check out their current sales event. We needed a car and wanted to check out the options between a lease or a purchase. Mr. Williams greeted us upon entry and was super courteous. I see that some people left negative messages about this place...we spent the entire afternoon there and I did not have any negative experiences. We were treated with respect and professionalism. I've never seen a salesman like this guy. We ended up leasing a Prius with a sweet deal. The finance guy was awesome as well. Thank you Mr. Williams and Mr. Singh for your help and professionalism! Other dealers should come and learn from you!

I had a service at Stevens Creek Toyota. They did my service, Rick came and let me know what all the specs were and mentioned my air filter in the engine and the car needed to be changed. I had them do it. Every thing checked out great.

I had an appointment at 10 am for 15000 miles service. I arrived on time. They took my car and asked me to wait in the waiting room for 2 hours. 3 hours later I came back to pick up my car. They hadn't done anything. I had to take my car back and leave. Wasted 4 hours. I called service manager but didn't get a callback.

I am only rating Ray, who is the manager and who was ultimately responsible for my buying experience. I financed my car, I suppose like most people.But, there was not proper disclosure. A certain charge for "express code" was thrown into my final sales contract without being asked whether I wanted it. Ray said that he would send me a check back in July, yet he did not.At the same time, I signed up for LoJack, an antitheft. However, I was not told that the coverage area excluded where I live. I put in 3 phone calls and 4 emails to Ray. Hie was evasive. Only when I threatened to file a complaint with the Dept of Consumer affairs did Ray agree to send me back both the Express Code and LoJack fees that were charged to me.Also Ray had promised me $200 of parts . I asked for 2 keys and touch up paint.He only would give me one key and the paint.These last items probably would not have cost the dealer more than $50, to make me happy. I guess Ray doesn't care about whether I was happy.

I had walked out of dealerships before, largely because of high-pressure salesmen. When Javad saw me examining a Corolla, he approached me to help, and when I said I was not buying that day, he accepted that and made himself available to answer questions without ever asking the expected "what would convince you to buy today?" When I returned a few days later, he remembered me and was happy to help. He steered me away from the more equipped models based on what I told him of my preferences, and was always respectful of my speed (frustratingly slow when I'm shopping). I found car shopping to be a much less stressful activity here than any other dealerships I'd been to, and would absolutely recommend Javad Dabbaghi to anyone looking for a new car.

So, I reply to this dealership for the purchase price I offer to pay, but NEVER receive any response from this dealership. I feel this dealership is very rude for ignoring customer's request. I am not recommend this dealership to anyone.

All services regarding the purchasing process were very satisfactory. A day or so following the purchase, however, we noticed that when looking directly into the sun, there is a reflection of what I would call "sparkles" or "glitter". This is not noticeable when NOT looking directly into the sun. Actually, there is a little of this noticeable when looking out the driver's side window as well. I have not checked the other side windows or the rear window. I returned to the dealer outlining this issue. It was confirmed by Tommy V. and a couple service personnel that this condition existed but would not seem to present a driving hazard. I asked Tommy to sit with me in a couple other new vehicles to see if this minor distortion was visible--it was not. Following our discussions, I understood a "manufacturers rep" would be contacting me. This has not happened.I would liken this issue to a little static on the radio now and then or a scratch on the bumper--neither is a driving hazard, but it is something that is not right and should not appear in a product you just spent $25,000 to purchase.I would like to pursue this issue. What I don't know is what the sparkles/glitter would do to vision at night with oncoming headlights if it were raining.Again, all of the sales process was very satisfactory--no complaints. And the car drives great. Now, if we can get the windshield issue resolved.

I have all these years visited Silver Creek Toyota for my car services/needs. And the service has always been great and this most recentvisit was no exception. From the time I arrived to when the service was done everyone was courteous and knowledgeable. I called theday before for an appointment and the guy was attentive and cordial. When I pulled in I was immediately greeted by the service attendant.Nathan Burstein, the service advisor, got me started and made sure that the work will be done on time. However, there was an urgentwork the mechanic pointed out and Nate asked me if I would like the work to be done and since I have to take a long trip in a day or two,I consented and Nate assured me that they will try to get me out of there in no time. I scheduled a service for today, May 29th, 2013 at 2:30 PM. I arrived on time and someone came to ask me what I needed. I told him that the car needed service and showed him the appointment print out. He proceeded to ask me the name of the advisor and since it was not written on the appointment confirmation and I did not remember he went to get the first available advisor. So here comes Nick Taylor asking really loud what I needed (even when the other fellow had already told him and gave him the appointment print out I brought with me) so I told him that the car was due for service. He got the information he needed from the car and we proceeded to his desk. I asked him how much would the service be and he said $69.95. I asked him if he could offer me an additional discount to which he replied that this amount was already the discounted price. Then I asked him how long will it take since I had a 4:00 PM appointment. With a very rough tone of voice and an unfriendly face he told me that it will take an hour and a half and that the car will be done by 4:15 PM. I then asked him if there was the possibility to have it done within the hour because I needed to be at my appointment at 4:00 PM, to which he replied in a very firm and again unfriendly voice, "this is what it is $69.95 in a 1.5 hour, you want to take it or you want to leave?" At that moment I decided to keep cool because I really wanted my car serviced. So I said that it was fine, that I would be waiting at the waiting room and that if by any chance the car could get done earlier to please come and tell me. So he then again repeated his same predicament of the money and the hour. He gave me the customer copy with the estimate and I just said thank you and left to the waiting room. I waited until almost 4:30 PM and this guy never came to tell me anything about my car. So I went to his desk and he was MIA. I asked the lady who was sitting next to him where Nick was and said that he had left and was planning on returning sometime before 6:00 PM. She offered to help me when she was done with a customer, so I waited for her. Then she came and searched in the computer and could not find my information. She looked for the paperwork Nick had filled out and did not find it either. She went to the back to try to find it and she did not find anything. At that moment I was getting a bit upset and told her that I was counting on Nick keeping his word, especially after being so rude letting me know that it was 4:15 PM or to take a hike (my words). I then went to the back where cars are being fixed and in that moment, around 4:35 PM, I saw my car being lifted to be worked on. Then the lady advisor asked the mechanic if he was just beginning to work on it to which he replied yes. So that did it. I wasted my afternoon for nothing. I told them that I wanted my car. She pulled it out of the station and when I went to get into my car and noticed that my floor mat was not there. Then she said that it was in my back seat. I had boxes for my work with delicate product on it and those morons placed the dirty mat on them. I took my car and left. In all the years that I have been servicing my car at this dealership I have never encounter such an incompetent advisor as Nick Taylor. It was quite obvious that he has an unprofessional work ethic and he let any issues in his life to affect the work he does, because I see no reason why he treated me this way. Did he get upset because I was just asking for and additional discount and an hour window to have the car ready? He really showed up his true colors for sure. The lack of professionalism, education and just simply courtesy are very evident.If Toyota Service could not do the work as promised he could have come to tell me or at least call me on my cell to let me know. I really feel that this was all done on purpose but I cannot find a reason why...So Stevens Creek Toyota you get a bag full of sh*** from me this time. Perhaps you can offer some sort of customer training to your people so they learn how to treat everyone equally and to be professional and friendly.

Ever since I purchased my Toyota Highlander in 2008, I have taken my car to Stevens Creek Toyota for servicing. The service has always been friendly and the workmanship excellent. On 5/21/2013, I took the car in for its 90,000 miles service which includes replace the timing belt. I also needed to replace the water pump. The work was done the same day I took it in. The service agent, John Smith took a Toyota coupon I had previously received in the mail as well as other discounts to reduce my bill by $200, which I welcomed. A clerical error was made on my Visa charge which I failed to detect. However, before I got home Toyota called to tell me of the mistake. The next morning, I returned and met with John Smith who had been notified of the mistake. The mistake was immediately corrected. When we visited this dealership, we initially only wanted to test drive the Rav4. It was our third brand that day. We got to drive the car with no pressure whatsoever from the salesperson. I have been going in for service here at Stevens Creek Toyota for 6 years. The service rep is ALWAYS VERY courteous and respectful. Options for additional service are sometimes given but NO PRESSURE is given to do additional service. A sticker is ALWAYS put on my windshield to remind me when to return for service and my odometer is also always set to remind me of service on the odometer display. The lobby where I wait is great for working while I wait because they have wireless service. With the morning news on the TV, coffee, donuts and bagels with cream cheese, waiting is VERY convenient. I don't use the shuttle because the car is usually ready so fast. Sometimes 90 minutes. Most times they even wash my car! Only one time something was not done quite right and I had to return, but they met me with a smile and fixed it right a way. This was an exception and usually the work is done right the first time. I would recommend this dealer for your service.

No car purchase is completely painless, but this was about as close as you can get. I talked with Alex on the phone. He got back to me quickly with a good/fair price. Several other dealers I talked with failed to even get back to me, let alone get back to me with a price. Upon arriving at the dealer, Alex was waiting. I got the car I wanted - mostly - but the sale experience leaves much to be desired. You will get screwed on a trade-in. Massively. They won't budge from THOUSANDS below the trade-in value. I eventually got $5,000 for a car that the KBB lists around $8,000 for a trade-in and that I now see on their site listed for $10,995. That's the VERY SAME car - matching VIN and everything. The first person to take me for a test drive knew nothing about the car (a Scion iQ) and he fell in love with the clever dome light. All my technical/operation questions about the car had to be answered by my own research online.I brought my own financing, but they demanded that they run a credit check and try to offer their own. Finally, the last guy you talk to will try everything in his power to use up every last dollar of your budget and trade. I did buy some options (an extended warranty, floor mats) but was heavily pressured for all sorts of junk (Xzilon coating, "dent protection" and other "service plans.)The one thing I really wanted to upgrade - the stereo - was ignored. The upgrade was listed at $479 on the Scion site but was quoted by their parts team at over $1,000. Now their site offers a different stereo upgrade, but it's over $800. Once the signature is on the paper, it's impossible to get straight answers out of anyone. I still don't know who to call if I need roadside assistance ("You'll get something mailed to you" - hasn't happened) and no one has a straight answer about the upgraded audio system except the over-$1000 from the parts department.I love my little iQ, but the sale experience leaves much to be desired.

An overall great experience buying a car from Stevens Creek Toyota. In contrast to other dealerships, there were no games at all. I took a test drive on a Saturday and clearly made it know that I wasn't yet ready to buy. Robert, the salesman, had no issues with that approach. On my way out the door, he indicated that he could take a couple of thousand off of the sticker price. On Wednesday of the following week, I visited a total of 3 dealerships to get their best offer on the same make/model/options, etc. Capitol Toyota quickly gave me a number with no pressure. Piercy Toyota started the games ("Let me see what I can convince my manager", "What would it take to get you into this car tonight", "I'm on your side here", etc.) and came back several times with prices higher than Capitol, despite being told that Capitol had already beat their price (Maybe they didn't believe me!). Then I went to Stevens Creek Toyota. I told them what I wanted to pay. They came back $500 higher. (Still less than the Capitol price) I asked them to drop it by $150, and they did immediately. Told them I needed to check with the wife, and they jumped straight to my offering price. Total time required to get to my desired price: 20minutes. I HATE the games that some dealers play (Piercy), and Stevens Creek didn't even try that. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. For the first time, I don't feel cheated.

Stevens Creek Toyota has consistently given me outstanding service. When my brand new 2010 Prius was stolen and vandalized just a few months after I bought it, they worked on it for weeks and brought it back to perfection. And most recently, last week one of the headlights burnt out and I had to bring it in for replacement (unfortunately, headlights on a Prius are not an easy fix as they are on other cars). I tried to make an appointment to get it done but they had none left. The service person said to go ahead and try bringing the car in anyway. When I did so, they were absolutely swamped, with cars scheduled from the previous day still in queue for servicing. Yet, somehow they got me in and had the simple fix done in just over an hour and a half. The part was just a touch on the pricey side at $30 for the light (I tried to bring in my own light from an auto store, but turns out they sold me the wrong one). Sam Rad was out salesman and was cheerful and helpful without being pushy. If he didn't know the answer (because it was his first day back after a year's absence) he went to find it promptly. He answered all our questions honestly and did not pressure us to buy. His supervisor, Terry Chan, was also very helpful and courteous. Joseph Wei, the Sales Manager, helped me with a problem I had after I bought the car and rectified the problem. I can't remember the Finance person's name but he was very helpful when I told him I had to hurry the process because I had another engagement. I found this dealer online through cars.com. The internet/fleet salesman (Jason) took the effort to contact me personally through e-mail and phone. I found they had the lowest price for the Prius model I wanted and were willing to give me a good price for a 12 year old Corolla trade in that I was willing to give away to charity. Was hesitant to take my car back to a dealer for service because dealerships seem to be more expensive. Anyway, that's what I learned from my previous experience with a Ford Dealer. Seventy bucks for a light bulb?So, when my Prius lights went flaky, we waited a long time, checked the fuses and bulbs ourselves and finally went to Stevens Creek Toyota. The work was done in a timely manner, for HALF the price of my previous experience and THEY EVEN WASHED THE CAR! That never happened at Ford. Next time, I will not wait so long. We'll take it right in! The waiting room has all been redone and there's a salt-water fish tank that's more entertaining than any TV screen. We shopped the dealership floor and the accessories in the service department. Bathrooms were clean; there are vending machines, lots of leather-like chairs, 2 TV's and free WiFi and coffee. It was a pure pleasure to visit Stevens Creek Toyota that day.If you're hesitating, stop! Especially if your issue is a safety issue like mine was; you don't have to drive around like that!

From the moment I arrived at the Stevens Creek Toyota Service departrment I felt welcome and confident that my car would be cared for and my service needs met for my 20K scheduled maintenance 9 AM appointment. I also had a minor warranty issue to be addressed on an annoying side airbag cover panel that kept popping off. John Smith, the service tech that immediately greeted me, was very attentive and even though it was his first week working for Toyota, he had the needed service and people skills of a very experienced representative. His printer was not working and could not print out my work order but he handled that minor nuisance professionally and told me to go relax in lounge and he would bring a copy to me which he did promptly. My car was promised to be completed by 11 AM (longer then normal due to the warranty issue), which was fine for me as I had a movie to watch on my Kindle Fire and was delighted to see there were fresh donuts, bagels and cream cheese and of course free coffee. The very comfortable lounge also had several large flat screens to watch news or sports on making it an overall great waiting experience. My car was ready at 11:19, an acceptable margin of difference to the promised time.All work was completed as promised and the bill was about $20 less than expected; a nice surprise. I asked the service manager jokingly that greeted me before checkout, if they had also washed the car as they pulled it out and he discovered they hadn't and ordered it into the car wash...nice, one less thing for me to do that day! Finally, I always enjoy going in to pay my bill as Heather and the cashier staff are always courteous and in fact make paying a bill an enjoyable process and a fun visit. Bottom line is I look forward to my next visit in November which was scheduled in my email before I even left the premises. This dealorship seems rabid about making sure they meet your expectations and even exceed them and follow up with numerous emails of thank yous and survey requests. They truly set the bar very high for other Toyota service departments and far surpass their neighboring dealors on Stevens Creek I have visited who seem bothered by your presence when you come in for service or help.

Our 99 Caddy was totaled in a hit and run accident and we needed a really good car fairly quickly, but do not have the best credit. We found our dream car on the Internet at Stevens Creek Toyota. In less than 15 minutes Derek made the deal over the phone. Other dealerships I had contacted were taking days trying to put something together for us, and at ridiculous interest rates. We got the old come on in and we can talk about it. Stevens Creek Toyota gave us a great deal, a very reasonable interest rate, and worked with us on everything and the deal was done depending on if we liked the car or not. You would think that we had AAA credit and were return customers the way they treated us. When we went down to get the car we were amazed at the condition of the car. It is an 07 and looks like a 2012. And they gave us an amazing price on top of it all. We checked the car out, started it and were ready to sign the papers. They didnt ask, they insisted that we test drive the car to be sure we would be happy with it. While we were talking to Derek, Jason was busy getting the paperwork set to go. He had everything organized so all we had to do is sign. He explained everything to us in a way that we didnt have to ask that many questions. Let me say first that the simple fact there is a dealorship service department out there open on the weekends is a huge plus for us busy consumers who have trouble getting our cars in during the week. This was my first experince with this service department for my new Camry and even though the place was slammed due to a discounted 5K Superbowl special, the check in process was smooth and painless. I was a bit dismayed to hear it could take 2-3 hours even though I had an appointment, but I was prepared with my Kindle Fire and was able to connect to their wireless easily and watched a movie in their comforatble waiting room and drank plenty of their free coffee. I felt the attention to detail in caring for my care and making sure seat covers and floor protectors were in place to prevent stains was a nice touch and something not all shops have in place. The car was completed within the time frame the service rep said it would be at the estimated price which was a great deal for all service performed. Overall the experience was far better than I expected from start to finish. Even the cashier staff were extra friendly leaving me with a good impression and looking forward to coming back again soon. I found the car I was willing to buy at the Stevens Creek VW lot (that is owned by the same people) but the price was just a little high for what I wanted to spend on it. I told the salesperson I will pay "this" for "that", can you do it?He sat me in a room, took my license and pre-approval letter from my credit union and disappeared for 30 minutes. I assumed; wrongly, they were writing up the paperwork for the purchase. He came back and relayed a question to me from my credit union. I gave him the answer and re-inquired; "Can I get that car, for this price?" I was met with a "We are running the numbers right now".After 15 more minutes he came in with a credit application; which confused me. Since I had already secured a loan for what I was willing to pay for a car why did he need to run my credit? When I told him I would not allow it he continued trying to convince me he could get me a better rate. I told him no, 3 more times before he left the room.After another 15 minutes I was informed that we had to drive from the Stevens Creek VW lot over to the Stevens Creek Toyota lot to complete the deal. I told him; "If someone does not let me know if I will get that car for this price within 5 minutes of arriving at the Stevens Creek Toyota lot I was going to walk. After we arrived, and before we went in the building, he told me I could get it for $1,000 more than what I was offering. He knew this before we even got in the car to drive over to Stevens Creek Toyota. I threw up my hands in frustration and started to walk away, "Thank for wasting our time and I am now severely frustrated" was my comment. He said that "It was not set in stone and we still could get the deal I wanted"After 10 minutes at the Stevens Creek Toyota lot the salesperson said we had to drive BACK over to the Stevens Creek VW lot because they would have to charge me more if I purchased it at the Stevens Creek Toyota lot. At this point in time I should have just walked away, but I am a true glutton for punishment.On our way over to Stevens Creek VW I again stated, "If I do not get a yes or no on the deal I want within 5 minutes of arriving I am going to walk". When we arrived the salesperson went into the dealership for about 10 minutes. (I hope you understand.....at this point, I have invested HOURS in this whole operation and just wanted to either get the deal I asked for or just go home). BUT, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. The so called "Floor Manager" came out and sat me down on the bench outside and started going over the wholesale, retail, Blue Book, etc... Value of the car in question.I stopped him and asked AGAIN, now for the 11th? 12th? 13th? time. "CAN I GET THAT CAR AT THIS PRICE"? He leaned back in his chair and said NO.AFTER 2.5 HOURS, DRIVING BACK AND FORTH FROM LOT TO LOT, ASKING AND ASKING AND ASKING. TELLING THEM IF I CAN'T GET THE DEAL I AM GOING TO WALK ETC... They now tell me NO. I stood up in frustration, asked the salesperson to drive me back to Stevens Creek Toyota (where my car was at) and said, "We could have saved each other a lot of time if you would have answered that question an hour and a half ago."Then the verbal abuse began."You don't deserve to be my customer!""Expletive!""You don't deserve to own an Audi!""Expletive!""You don't know the value of a car!""Expletive!""Get off of my lot!""Expletive!""Go home, and don't come back!""Expletive, expletive, expletive!"When I tried reasoning with the "Floor Manager" stating,"Why do you have to make this so hard?""Why are you treating me this way?""I can not believe you are treating a customer this way""How can you do business like this?"He replied by yelling at me "Get off of my lot".If you have suffered through my ranting and raving, suffered through my suffering, and feel compelled to speak out against tyranny (heheheee, dramatic I know). 2009 Toyota has been in the service department for electrical problems since day 1. 3 faulty batteries and two faulty sensors. Service department refuses to properly diagnose the problem and continues to guess at the problem. Vehicle was in the shop once for 5 days straight while they try and diagnose a bad battery. Their response to the battery problem was that it was probably dropped. Now the problem seems to be a faulty sensor. The vehicle has had three visits and two sensors replaced(same sensor). We are not waiting for the sensor or battery to go bad again so that we can return the vehicle to have it replaced yet again. It's about time to enact the lemon law on this Toyota.Knowing how faulty the vehicle has been we tried to get an extended warranty through this Toyota Dealership. I had shopped around for different quotes and was given three different quotes from other Toyota Dealerships. I took those quotes into the dealership and was told that they cannot meet or beat those prices. I explained that these are the exact same warranties through Toyota Financial that they offer and for our troubles they should have honored the quotes. Instead we were told to take our business elsewhere and that they wouldn't be able to match the price.The cost of the extended warranty through their dealership was $2400 and the quote I received from three other Toyota dealerships was 1/3 that cost. At that point I had lost all interested in bringing my business to their dealership and found their Service Manager and Customer Relations Person extremely rude and unwilling to work with an unhappy customer. Update 11/11/11:Asked the Customer Relations Person (Heather) on 11/9/2011 if she could please provide me the name and number of the GM of Stevens Creek Toyota as sell as the Regional Rep for Toyota in the Bay Area. I told her that I wanted to speak to them personally. Her response to me was that they were already aware of the situation. I responded back to Heather telling her that I still wanted to speak to them and if she could please provide me her General Managers name and number as well as the Regional Rep. Three days later and I have not received a response. Don't worry..I will eventually find out.Update: 11/14/11:Still no response from Heather from Stevens Creek Toyota on my request for the Managers name. I also asked to speak to the Customer Service Office (Heather) and was told that she was also off-site and was not available. Conveniently once I left the dealership I received a call from her asking why I was upset. Funny how these people make themselves available when it is convenient. Edit 2: I was quoted a Toyota Extended Warranty plan from another local Toyota Dealership which was $550 lower than Stevens Creek Toyota for the exact same warranty! What a markup!

I bought a used Nissan Altima from Toyota Dealer in Oct-2009. This car was Toyota Certified. I also bought extended warranty to be safe. After a year of driving this vehicle, I took this car to Steven Creek Toyota Service Center for scheduled maintenance and to investigate some noise in front passenger side. After Investigation they told me that there is some problem with engine shaft and I need to replace it and this will be covered under my warranty with $100 deductibles. I went ahead and did this plus there were some other fixes suggested, I did those too. The overall cost was around $575 on me and warranty covered around $700 Immediately after 1 week of this service I had a major engine break down due to leakage in radiator coolant. Due to this my radiator burst and temperature gauge showed full temp. My car stopped in middle of the road. Toyota Service center agreed to fix this radiator and leaking issue without charging me anything. But suddenly after 2 weeks of this again there was smoke coming out of the engine so, i took the car again to service center and they said that this time the radiator hose (which was changed last time) burst and they will replace the same but I will have to pay $70. I agreed but told them to check the car properly. They convinced me that they have done a regress pressure testing for almost 24 hours and car is all rock solid. Now after 4-5 weeks of this fix again I had the same problem of coolant leakage and car radiator burst with coolant spilled everywhere on engine. This happened in middle of the busy traffic road so, I have to drive around 1 mile to reach to a safe place. When I towed the car to Toyota Service center. They changed my radiator under part manufacture's warranty but still my engine did not start so, they full opened my engine to diagnose the problem. They noticed that Engine Gasket and engine have a major problem. They called Warranty people but warranty supervisor checked the engine and said they will not cover this engine failure since the car was drove more than permissible limit after overheat. Now Toyota service center is asking me to pay around $7000 to put some reused engine in my car or pay around $10K to put a new engine. I clearly told that this all started after the faulty part replacement at your place and you should give my car in running condition but they don't agree.

Kenny, Carlos, Rick, and Randy are always very friendly. They always happily greet me when they see me. Kenny has been my dedicated service advisor for many, many years. He always knows what I'm talking about when I inquire about service/repairs. He treats me with respect and doesn't make me feel like a woman who knows nothing about cars. And, if repairs are needed, he gets me in and out as quickly as possible--and as expected. Last summer, I took my car in for a few (minor) recall notices. We purchased our RAV 4 at Stevens Creek Toyota, we had a flat tire and went to walmart to fix the flat, we were not able to figure out how to reset the tire sensor light so my wife called the Dealer, the service center advised my wife to bring in the car and he will be happy to show her how to reset the sensor light. I brought in the car to the Service Representative that spoke with my wife, he made me stand waiting for him for what seemed like five minutes, finally he asked how he could help me, I advised of his conversation with my wife and asked if he could show me how to reset the sensor. He told me that it would cost me $150 to look at the car but I told him that he advised he can show my wife how she can reset it so he told me to have my wife bring the car in and walked away. This place is amazing. They always are so helpful! They are the only place I trust with my car, I've had some bad work done at some other place in the past. They almost always can fit me in for an oil change and basic maintanence for the same day if I call early enough. They usually do all the work while I wait. They even have a shuttle that can take me to work if I need it. They always wash my car too. I would reccomend anyone to this place! Love it!

Why you wonder well listen to this: My wife went to your website and answered all the questions for the cash for clunkers program, called and talked to the salesman Jason. He said no problem bring both your cars, one for CFC and the other as a trade-in. He then said we would be able to take the car(black Rav-4 4cyn 2.5 litre eng)home that night. So we took the 2 hour drive through rush hour traffic only to find that my truck did not qulify for cash for clunkers so no 4500.00 trade in. The sales manager said he would take the truck and our Fiesta and with the 1000.00 rebate gave us 5000. trade in value. Payments were supposed to be under 300.00 but was to be 317.00. Our next slap in the face was no Rav 4 it would be in the following thursday. So i have been driving my gas guzzler for a week and now i find out that the Rav 4 won't be in until maybe the first week in Sept. I beleive they knew all along that the car would not be in. We said we'd like to see the SUVs and its features first. He then drove us to a nearby car lot and once again demand we buy it forthwrite...Well, since they had only red SUVs with a V4 cylinder (we were looking for a V6), we told him that was not what we really wanted ( we were looking for a black V6 Toyota Rav4). We asked him his price for a V6. Then he got all the more rude, and repeated his demand, drove us back to the dealer office and told us he had an appointment and we should come tomorrow!!! Yes, that's the way we were treated! The salesman was thug-like in his talk and there was totally no excuse for his rude, animal-like behavior.In all it was a terrible experience and I would NOT recommend you to go there if you want a pleasant experience. High pressure mixed with broken promises. Don't believe a word anyone tells you! They are either incompetent or intentionally deceitful - it is hard to say which is worse. Had some dealing with Alex who is a very good guy but is not a decision maker so if you have any problems you have to deal with the managers who are ethically reprehensible. They will not think twice about being dishonest to your face and when your point out the contradictions they deny what they said! Make sure you bring your own paper, pen and calculator because they take everything with them each time they leave the room so you cannot compare numbers.

I went in a couple of weeks ago to look at a Toyota Prius. A young employee named Alex Cheng came up to me and greeted me with a smile. At first, I was apprehensive because I've had bad experience with salespeople and I didn't want to be pressured into anything I didn't want to buy. But Alex was amazing... not only was his attitude atypical of a salesperson, but he was knowledgable, friendly, and I felt no pressure at all from him. Despite the fact that he is young(or maybe, BECAUSE of it), he understands a customer's feelings and respects them. He was very patient with me while I asked many questions about the Prius and its features. I decided to leave the dealership and he handed me a card with his phone number on it; I thought to myself that I would come back and buy from this guy if I bought a car anytime soon. Well, it turns out I was right. I bought a Prius from him a couple of days ago. Alex's attitude was great throughout the entire transaction and he didn't try to pressure me in any way. In fact, he treated me as though I was his only customer the entire time. High Recommended.

Despite the very poor reviews for Toyota Stevens Creek, we had a wonderful experience with Ford Schwartz, the Internet Sales Manager. He is an older man, was very willing to spend time answering all our questions, wasn't too pushy and patiently worked with us on negotiating the deal. We eventually could not come to an agreement on the price, but we walked away feeling sorry we could not close a deal.Deal with the right people here and you'll be fine. We heard the salesperson at the next table being very pushy with 2 customers that were trying to walk away because they couldn't agree on a price.
