This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle. I had been to several other dealerships in the NWA area, all of which were not very willing to work with me in the purchase of the 2016 Tacoma I wanted, all except the model salesman Tyler Klingensmith, he put me in the truck I wanted, for a price I could afford. I would reccomend him to anyone who is in the process of buying a brand new Toyota.

Kameron Fruchtl met my wife and I on the sales lot when we were "just looking " and made an very positive impression - this first impression made us return to the dealership and look up Kameron when we decided to purchase a new Tundra - Kameron was once again very attentive and made the purchase a good experience - we will continue to look him up as we purchase new Toyota vehicles in the future. Our Landers experience was excellent. David was informative and fun. As an ex marine, he had personality providing a great buying experience. When we said we needed to go home and think about it. I have all my service work done at NWA toyota. They try to work with my schedule and do the service in an adequate amount of time. There are friendly and get you out quickly. I have bought the last three vehicles here and have been happy with the service. I enjoy the drinks and snacks while waiting. We brought our Prius in for regular maintenance. Tim Doran got us right in . We only needed a new cabin filter and two small bulbs. He came out and told us what they found and we told him to go ahead. He explained everything that was perfomed and we were on our way.

I just bought my third hybrid car from Toyota of NWA. I gave my first one to my daughter with 150,000 miles on it and never did anything to it but general maintenance and new tires. She still has it and loves the Prius. Then I bought a Camry hybrid XLE. No problems there either, stylish and a great ride but I wanted to sit up higher. Toyota came out with the Rav 4 hybrid for 2016 so I went to just go look it over and asked for Mike Roche, he is the salesman I did buisness with on the last purchase. Mike showed me the last one on the lot and I knew I had to have it. Mike Roche made it happen quickly and I drove away happy as a pig in mud.

The service technician, Johnny Gutierrez, acknowledged me quickly when I walked in the door, greeted me with a smile, and was friendly in all the interactions I had with him. Toyota of NWA, Rogers, is the only place in NWA to buy a Toyota. I have bought 3 cars from them. I got a good deal and the service and quality of Toyota vehicles is what brings me back to them. My husband drives a GMC Sierra Denali and when I have to take his truck for service the treatment is so different. I can walk in the door and I will have to stand there for sometimes 5 minutes or more before anyone will even speak to me. It doesn't seem like their goal is to make sure their customers have a good service experience. Total opposite of Toyota!

I inquired online for a trade appraisal for my car. The dealership promptly replied with a price so low that they were obviously making a blatant point that they did not want my business. I went to the dealership and nicely asked to test drive the car. They refused and told me they didn't want to waste my time. The salesman was rude and extremely unprofessional.

I waited for 2 hours without being told when my car would be done, I wasn't checked on or updated on my car's status. When I started to worry about being late to pick my child up from daycare, I got up to ask a service desk employee how much longer my wait would be only to be told that the service being performed on my car takes an hour and the technician working on it had had to finish up another job before he was able to get to mine. This gave me no idea how much longer I'd be waiting and I honestly thought he was saying that the technician had just started on my car and would be another hour!!! When I asked what was taking so long (with a confused and irritated tone, of course), the service desk person leaned toward me aggressively and rudely repeated the same thing about the service and the technician!!!! I was horribly embarrassed, shocked, and on the verge of tears. Fortunately, I was lucky another employee came along (Brooke), intervened, and answered my questions kindly and professionally. Apparently, my car was about to be finished and I left less than 10 minutes later. I'll be pursuing this matter further with the general manager.

My sales person was Earnest Crawford (EJ). EJ was friendly and knowledgeable. He worked hard to get the best deal for me. EJ even came in on his day off to work with me on buying my new car. His manager, Bill, was also very professional and committed to working a deal that I could live with. My car is brand new, so I have not used the service department for this car, but I always had my last Toyota serviced at this location, and was always very pleased. I drove 5 hours one direction, 10 hours total to buy my vehicle. I had only seen it online and was so worried something wouldn't work out but it was all perfect! Felix was very accomodating with working with my schedule to get to the dealership, we did as much of the paperwork over the phone & online before I arrived. They were great with my trade in and working on getting my payments were I wanted them. This was the BEST buying experience I have ever had. I feel like the 1st person or persons that you come in contact with when you go somewhere for service is very important. It can set your mood while you are there and make you want to come back or not. The young men that greet you in the garage that take your car to be serviced are always so warm and welcoming. I feel like they get overlooked a lot for the great job that they do. Then when you walk in to talk to the service rep that will be helping you that day is even more so important to have a warm and welcoming smile on their face and to make you feel like they are glad you are there and that they appreciate your business. Steve Kroon was exactly that guy. He waved at me through the glass when I was walking in so I knew exactly where to go. He had a smile on his face, eager to help me, told me he was there to help me and asked what I was there for. He reassured me that he would take care of me and he did. Steve reminds me a lot of Clint when he was in that position. Clint knew my name, always had a smile on his face, said hello to me even though he wasn't helping me that day, eager to help, made me feel like he was glad I was there, appreciated my business, did whatever he could to make sure I was happy with my experience and that satisfied when I left. I hate to admit and don't want to get anyone in trouble, but there are a few service reps that work there that I cringe when I have to go to them. They are very cold and standoffish. They never smile or say hello. They act like I am a pain in their backside, wish I wasn't there, and could care less if I was satisfied with my service experience. People like Clint and Steve make me want to keep coming back and are glad they are there but if everyone acted like the few reps that could care less if I was there, I would go somewhere else. I live in Siloam and drive all the way to your dealership because your dealership is the only one I have worked with in northwest AR that cared about me and making my experience worth coming back for. You provide a comfortable place to sit, free drinks and snacks and a free loaner car if you need my car for any longer than a day and sometimes even just for a few hours. I have already bought two of my cars at your dealership and I am looking at buying another car in the near future. There are other cars out there that I have been looking at but the amazing quality of my Toyota Camry and Yaris, which are both over 100,000 miles and have not experienced anything major up to this point with the experience I get from your dealership service dept. is making it difficult to even consider another car other than Toyota. Believe me I have had terrible experiences with other service dept. at other dealership and I don't want to go back to that. So with that being said, thank you that you care about me and appreciate my business.

I had waited until the maint required light came on for normal maint. William was able to get my Rav taken care of, took care of a recall and check the rear brakes. I am so glad we bought the Rav from this dealership. Thank you all!

Me and my wife came into the dealership Monday to purchase a Toyota Camry . I have been to a dozen different dealerships over the years buying a dozen different vehicles and dealing with all types of salesmen On this day we had the pleasure to work with Charles (Ryan) Thayer as are salesman and he was hands down the BEST we have ever dealt with. On top of that every person working there at the dealership was super nice . Hands down best dealership in NWA. If you are reading this do yourself a favor and don't go any where else but here to this dealership and ask for Charles (Ryan) Thayer.

Bought a Toyota Highlander and Traded my old car in Thursday. We had excellent customer service the whole way through. Brandon Whitehouse was a great sales rep and the Sales manager Jeff was super nice. We were the last customers of the night but they did not rush us or leave any details out. Would highly recommend :)

When I called Broke Hobson on a Friday afternoon to set up an appointment to have a tail gate lock installed, I have to admit that I was surprised that they not only had a lock in stock but that they could install it the next afternoon on a Saturday nonethe less. The service was on time and accomplished quickly. Over the years, I have purchased five vehicles from this dealer and have never been disappointed in the service or the staff. They are very professional, always!

Jeff in the finance department was great! Our credit is not the best. He answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable. Unbelievably, he was able to get us a car with a payment we can afford! We will certainly go back for another car at Toyota of NWA when it's time.
