Excellent experience! My salesman, Brandon M., went out of his way to make the entire process a breeze. Brandon took more time than anyone I had ever dealt with to answer my questions and look into certain questions I had about to pre-owned vehicle I purchased. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, included follow up work done after the sale! As an out of state buyer he definitely made it a smooth process. I will be back for future purchases. Make sure to ask for Brandon when you call.
Purchased a used vehicle
We purchased a 2014 Ford Focus in April of 2014. Salesmen was great. Waited four months to receive the title to get tags on my car. Finally got that taken care of and set the "my key" feature on the car. That is the feature that when activated you cannot drive above a certain speed,listen to radio unless seatbelt fastened and only have limited volume control on radio. It is a precaution for your child. Soon after when I wanted to drive it I went to remove the my key feature and as it turns out you have to the administrator key, which is not the one they gave me..I called them to find out what to do and they said I would have to call and order one,when I asked if I was to send the bill to them the manager laughed at me. I find it ridiculous that they have sold a car without the main key and I have no real control over and that they won't take any financial responsibility. I did receive a phone call after several attempts to speak to someone if higher authority and was told that since it had been six months they wouldn't do anything. A few months later I went to rotate my tires and guess what! No key for the anti theft wheels! If I would of had a flat I would of been screwed. Didn't even bother asking them about that. If u do buy a vehicle ask about all keys!
The customer service all the way around is horrible. The service department is rude and can't get on the same page, every time I called, someone told me something different about my vehicle. I would never buy a car from this dealership again. The buying process was great 3 years ago but ever since then when I come in, I have nothing but problems.
They push you too much to make the deal happen and catch you so badly. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone at all. Please believe me and go some where else other then SL Toyota!!! If you wonder, yes i made the mistake. Thanks,

My salesman was Philip Whitworth and he was polite, and tackled every obstacle we had helped us through it and also introduced us and help us with our finance people . The finance people Mr Bass and Chris Simms were so nice and answered all our questions and help us through buying a vehicle . Truth be told I saw my salesman Philip and we bought a 2015 RAV4 brand-new and a week later bought a 2016 corolla two vehicles in two weeks this service is the best the people are honest everybody smiling and they Melia cookies after you buy a vehicle how great is that . All in all you cannot go wrong with landers Toyota Philip went worth the finance people everybody there I'm very pleased I have not been to the service department yet but I don't believe I have any problems this dealership cares about its customers it wants to do business .

I didn't get the chance to pick out what color nor did I get to take a test drive I was more or less pushed to take what I got. They told me that I was upside down in my vehicle and that I should be grateful to get what I got.

Great customer service
My family experienced great customer service once again at Steve Lander's Toyota!! Wilbert Brown is very knowledgeable & dependable!! He seeks to understand his customers & meet their needs! We appreciate his kind nature. We purchased a vehicle through him last year & came back because of him & the dealership as a whole. Our finance officer, Tom Lewis, was also helpful & explained the paperwork in detail.
I have bought several cars from a Steve Landers location. This to include a new one and three used. I went to trade a vehicle to which I bought from Landers less that two years ago and still low mileage. They proceeded to ask me during looking at my vehicle..has this vehicle been repainted? I, in responce said, you tell me. I bought it from Landers. We made a verbal deal online for a certain amount and by the time they question my vehicle I was 8000.00 in the negative. To add further unstable business practice the vehicle I was looking at to purchase had three different prices online. Of course they sold it to me for the highest cost. Im still in amazement Ive been done this way. Ive sent two inquiries to speak to someone. NOTHING! Im not so sure they take care of you for future purchases or customer retention according to those so called honest commercials.
I had the best service ever here! Devin was very helpful and gave me the very best deal as a first time buyer. I ended up driving off the lot in a 2015 Toyota Camry and I absolutely LOVE it!! If you're ever looking to buy a car this is the place to go. Ask for Deivn! He's the best!!!
Great dealership and a great salesperson
July 2, 2015 we went to Steve Landers Toyota in Little Rock, Ar. We wanted to look at the Rav4. Mr. John Gilbert was our salesperson. He showed us all the different colors and equipment on them and explained to us the many different options available on the Limited edition Rav4. He showed us everyone of them on the lot. He let us drive it and said we could take it home overnight if we wanted to. After we purchased it, he showed us all the apps,navigation and blue tooth and he had great patience as we are not computer savvy. My husband went back a few days later with more questions and Mr. Gilbert took his valuable time to explain any and all of the questions. We have bought a lot of vehicles in our lifetime and this was the first really pleasant experience we have ever had. We highly recommend him and Landers Toyota.
Their appt for service and 60 minute guaratee is a joke. 45 minutes after my appt, they had'nt touched my car. When I complained, their top service mgr. Mike's solution was to tell me NOT TO COME BACK!!! Before buying any type of new car warranty from them, check for online ones available for much cheaper. Also, always check Memphis dealers for lower prices.

Sean is a great saleman and a great guy. I have never had a saleman like him as long as I been buying cars. Great that's all I can say about my experience with buying my Nissan Murano and now my 2015 Rava 4.
GOOD AND BAD
Between myself and my daughter, we've purchased 4 new and 1 used vehicle from Steve Landers Toyota. Salesman John Gilbert has made the 4 new car purchases as easy and pleasant as they could be. If I buy another vehicle from them, he's the one I'll call. I'm presently in a squabble with the service department over some repairs to my Tacoma. After 4 attempts, 2 of which they kept my truck for 2 weeks each, the issue has not been resolved. The last 2 week attempt resulted in them advising me to continue driving the vehicle until the condition worsened because they couldn't pin point the problem at this time. The time prior the issue was fixed but only lasted for a few hundred miles. I explained to them it was the exact same issue and occurs at the exact same speed as before. I have reason to believe that they know exactly what the problem is but want time and miles off my warranty before they fix it again because they expect it to be a recurring problem. As good as my past experiences have been at this dealership, if this issue isn't resolved to my satisfaction, I'll NEVER purchase another vehicle from them and I'll make this issue very public and in detail. I've kept my end of every deal I've made with them and I expect them to keep thiers. We'll see where it goes from here and I'll make it know, good or bad.

I was nervous about the possibility of ME purchasing a vehicle. I made the plunge and it was an awesome experience the sales person was most helpful and professional(Mr. Gilbert Brown). The facilities left me speechless needless to say it was an experience and the car is wonderful.
Awesome Dealership for Sales and Service Needs
I was in the market for a vehicle for my son. I returned to Steve Landers Toyota because of two reasons; the large inventory of used cars and my wonderful sales experience when purchasing my new Toyota Camry six months prior. My salesman was John Gilbert. He learned quickly how I like to do business and he catered to my needs. I enjoyed doing business at this dealership, especially with the perks of the refreshments while waiting.

FRAUDULENT SALES AND SERVICE TACTICS
BOUGHT A BRAND NEW 2015 TOYOTA SIENNA VAN THAT WAS DECEPTIVELY ADVERTISED TO INCLUDE THE FEATURES I WANTED. WHEN I FOUND OUT IT DID NOT HAVE THE FEATURES I TOOK IT BACK THE NEXT DAY TO GET THE FEATURES INSTALLED BY THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WHO PROMISED IT WOULD BE INSTALLED WITH FACTORY PARTS. THEY DRAGGED THEIR FEET FOR 2 WEEKS AND DIDN'T CALL ME WHEN THE PARTS CAME IN AND WHEN THEY INSTALLED IT, IT WAS AFTER MARKET 3RD PARTY JUNK PARTS AND DIDN'T EVEN WORK. WHEN I TRIED TO GET HELP ABOUT IT THE GENERAL MANAGER WAS SMUG AND SAID THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING AND WE WERE STUCK WITH THE VAN.

We contacted Peggy online and were able to do all the work of getting approved before we even walked in the dealership. She gave us a call and told us to come pick out our car, the financing was already done and we were good to go! That made everything a breeze and we left with the exact car we wanted. Peggy was able to help us get out of our previous car that we didn't like at all and into a new Camry, which we love. We would highly recommend her.

Overall , not too bad as car purchases go. Always a little skeptical of whatever they say. Definitely take advantage of the carfax if buying used. Got an ok deal and the wife is happy.
Looking for a Toyota 4 Runner
I shopped on line for a Toyota 4 Runner. I emailed left phone numbers and no one returned my call nor did they email me back. So I went to the lot and the auto that was on the web site they didn't even have, so I waited 2 weeks and checked web site again and low and behold it's still there and they still don't have it.
Not worth the trip
Would not come close to dealing with me. I bought from North Point because they cared, helped, and worked with me. Landers just wanted to do what they could to make money. Didnt care about me in the least.
I love the smell of popcorn.
Lander's facilities are top notch as is their customer service - plus I love the smell of popcorn in the showroom.
New RAV 4 experience
Landers and sales rep Mike Shull made a task I don't enjoy normally, easy as they went overboard to expedite the sale of my new Rav 4. My wife who I bought the car for for her birthday was not feeling well with headaches but they streamlined the process and made it easier for her. Thanks Mike. She's enjoying the new RAV4.
Poor experience. Looked a 2009 LT Taboe with 68,000 miles. Decided not to purchase vehicle with high mileage. Found a 2nd Tahoe on line, Phil with internet services contacted me on a 2009 Tahoe with 55,000 miles. I called James Forrester (salesman from 1st Tahoe dealings) about the 2nd Tahoe, he stated he would locate vehicle and call me. 2 hrs later James Forrester called and stated Tahoe was at Landers Toyota on Colonel Glenn Rd in Little Rock , AR. After I arrive at dealers, Jame Forrester tells me the vehicle is at another location, I wasn't going to a 2nd location that day, James Forrest said he would keep me advised of the Tahoe location. Have not heard from James Forrester and never saw the 2nd Tahoe. My dealings with Landers Toyota located on Colonel Glenn Rd in Little Rock, AR-----POOR AT BEST
EXCELLENT first time car buying experience!
I was originally shopping for a used vehicle and wanted to trade in my old Corolla. Didn't realize that I qualified for low interest rate incentives thru Toyota and they gave me a more than fair amount for my trade. I ended up driving away in a 2013 Corolla and couldn't be any happier!!! Joe Bass was my sales person and he was so super easy to deal with, no pressure and I really worked him hard for over a week. He really did help me get the best car for the best price and was patient with my extra long "i want" list. I recommend him to anyone!!
Great Experience in buying a new vehicle.
We went in to have a battery put in our Corolla but we were interested in the sales and promotions that were offered. We ended up trading our 2009 RAV4 for a 2012 RAV4. We really like the RAV4. Our salesperson, Libby did a great job. She was very professional and courteous. We would recommend her to our friends. The paperwork went quickly. This was a great experience. We always get great service at Landers.
