Star GMC was great. Our family bought four vehicles there within the last two years, three of them in 2016. I want to give special thanks to our salesman this year, Ken Nevalls. He really provides GREAT customer service because he takes the necessary time to do what's needed AND is a good listener.

Star service

Took my car in for an oil change. Mechanic noticed my inspection was overdue, they did the inspection also. Very satisfied. Beautiful waiting room. Everyone there is pleasant and helpful.

Our experience with Star Buick GMC was excellent. All the staff was very friendly and very helpful. The shining star through the whole experience was Adam, our salesman. He made the car buying experience very smooth and enjoyable! We would highly recommend Adam to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. As usual my service was exemplary! It's so nice to have a service department that you can trust. Bill has been taking care of my whole family's vehicles for years, he's the best!! They never try to sell me services I don't need and they advise me on the best route for me to take in dealing with my vehicles.

Wow! What an experience!! So professional from start to finish. Adam is an awesome salesman and he rocked it! Also, Steve the guy he was training was great as well. My new 2016 gmc acadia

Excellent car dealer sales man Louis treats you with respect. Finance manager cares about you and try's to help you with credit questions. Owner really cares about customer. Excellent car service and free car wash. I won't shop any other dealers. The worst dealership is down the road at milham. If your looking for a car go to star.

Unexpected car trouble

On my way to a meeting on Hecktown road I experienced a strange occurrence w/my vehicle while traveling on Rt. 78....I had to pull on side of the busy highway to assess what was wrong which was a terrifying experience. Once I got to the Hecktown road exit I pulled into Star & explained what happened to one of the salespeople. He immediately escorted me to the service dept. where I was accommodated immediately....the treatment at the dealership was exceptional & turned what started as a scary experience into a positive outcome....the entire staff should be commended for this surprise incident. I highly recommend this dealership for any service needs....

Star Cheaters!!

My Wife and I along with 2yr old daughter drove 78 miles on Saturday to buy a pre owned Audi Q5, we liked the car but the Deal did not work out on Saturday so we returned back.Received an email from Star Buick on Monday that they are willing to sell the car for the price the we quoted.So place a deposit of $500 on Monday evening and informed that in a day or two (by Tuesday or Wednesday) i will give the details how i would like to purchase i.e by cash or loan.on Tuesday i have applied loan from DCU which was approved and i Informed the same on Wednesday morning thru email. Here is the twist, i got a voice mail from Star Buick sales manager that the car has been sold out to other customer. Sales Manager says that deposit is valid for 24hrs (which was not at all informed to me ) & they left a voice message on Tuesday which never happened and they were lying.He suggests me that i should have bought the car on same day. He(Tom Harding) is so rude in the way they talk with customer and never cared for the emotions of customers. I have loan applied and check with me but nothing do with. We were very upset with the way Star Buick has treated us. All i feel is Star Buick always cares to make more profit how ever & what ever way they can at the cost of Customer Emotions.

Great buying expericence.

After seeing the vehicle advertised on the internet. I called and talked to Jay Alhadad, Sales Consultant. He assured me that the vehicle listed was exactly what I was looking for. After driving 105 miles from Maryland, I found the car was exactly what I was looking for. After some fair negotiations on both of our parts, I drove home the car that I was looking for. I found the dealership and Jay extremely professional in their business handling of the whole sale/buy experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone buying a car.

Best Car Buying Experience

Can't rave about this dealership enough and I am hard to please. Paul and Dave C. were the best. They were straight forward and direct. They facilitated the purchase for me being out of state so that I was certain when I made the trip there would be no surprises. The only surprise I had was how there were actually no surprises. I was particularly impressed with how Dave really made me feel that he wanted to get me the best deal possible, without having to haggle once. He proactively brought up rebates and incentives that I could potentially qualify for and he actually found one I didn't even know about. I hope that Star's business model becomes a trend in the industry and that GM is aware that someone has it right!

VERY Satisfied!

We have purchased our last 2 vehicles from Star and are very satisfied. We return there for service despite it being a bit of a drive. I arrived an hour early, hoping to get in sooner and Doug was able to accommodate me. Everything was done to my satisfaction.

In the future we will buy a new or used car from Star Buick, and have it serviced there also. We like the people,mechanics,and feel very safe when we have our car serviced there. We were never displeased with Star Buick.

Service Department

I was in for a tire rotation and a recall fix and the service tech informed me that my inspection was due. Instead of having me come back, the inspection and emission testing was done that same day. I really appreciate the diligence of Star's service team.

Excellent first time new car buying experience

I'm leasing a new Buick Regal from Star and I absolutely LOVE it!! The process was streamlined enough that I brought along my children (both under the age of 3) and they never even got antsy while I was doing the paperwork. Everyone from the sales people to the GM to the owner were so nice and accomdiating. I highly recommend buying your next vehcile here.

Life saver

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and unexpectedly needed work for a recall notice. Doug said it would be an additional hour for the work, making my total wait time 2 hours. My time was extremely limited that day and I began to fret about the 1,000 other places I needed to be...meetings, post office, feeding my kids, etc. Doug asked Joe to put mechanic Chris on my vehicle and had my car done within one hour! I can't tell you how much I appreciate the extra efforts Star went through for my benefit. Thank you for the usual job well done!!

My wife and I were about to give up on purchasing a newer SUV that would fit in our budget after dealing with the swindlers over at Brown Daub Kia in Easton until we came to Star dealership. We were warmly greeted by Jeff with his honest and completely considerate approach to our financial needs. He worked to get us an SUV that surpassed our previous wants in a vehicle, as well as satisfying our budget. I shopped on cars.com for six months till I found a car at Star Buick Pontiac GMC in Easton, PA. Bad news was dealers advertise cars that are not on the lot with photos to get you there and sell you something you don't want. Goos news is if you are persistent and make sure car is on lot you can find what you want without driving all over the place.

High prices, not willing to even work at all

I was interested in a GMC Acadia and Toyota Highlander across the street. They moved ok on a price of a new one even though the way they provided their numbers wasn't 100% clear. Unfortunately, their used car prices at Easton are really high. I was interested in a 2008 Acadia, priced 4k-6k above other dealers within 50 miles. When I told them I could get something under 30k with the same mileage and options they basically said there was nothing they could do. The salesperson didn't even want to show me the car because it seemed like they wouldn't even attempt. When I provided them with details of Faulker Chevrolet selling the same car for 4k less, they told me that I didn't want to buy from Faulkner. Well, they didn't do a job of keeping me there. I decided to fix my current car and wait to purchase a vehicle. When I am ready, I won't be visiting Star, I'll travel to Stroudsburg as it is the same distance and they will want my business.

Ok, so i drove down to star and i was a little iffy about the whole situation since i live all the way in New York City, But let me tell you these guys know how to treat someone from out of state. I got there and it didnt take long for me to meet Mark my salesman. He was very kind and VERY knowledgable on all the questions i had to asked. Althought i thought the starting price was a little out of my range, They were willing to work with me and eventually get me into my new 2011 GMC terrain with a rate that i can actually afford!! kudos to my friends down at star!
