Excellent Overall experience!

I flew in from Arizona to buy my car from Mina. I had to do a nationwide search to find the Solara Convertible to replace mine that was so rudely crashed and totaled. My husband was concerned about buying a car with 60K miles and 8 years old but Toyota hasn't built it since 2008 so options are limited. I gave Mina a deposit to hold it for me over the weekend and flew in Monday with my fingers crossed. My local friends drove me to see the car. We were all very impressed. They are very honest and answered my questions. He even offered a warranty that is bumper to bumper and made my husband more comfortable. It was reasonably priced so I added it. My friends will likely go to Mina to buy their next car. They have a great inventory of quality vehicles. Love my convertible! Thanks, Mina!

From the moment you enter this dealership you feel that something is different...and so much better than anything you might have experienced at other car dealerships. Mina is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and never once put any pressure on me. He showed me around and explained my options to me competently. I test-drove three cars and ended up buying one that I had not considered before. The paperwork was completed very quickly. I drove off with my newly purchased truck, happily! Mina connected me to several of his business partners, such as a locksmith and an insurance agent. These individuals, too, have been outstanding. Mina responds to text messages unbelievably fast. I met Mina once in my life and interacted with him several times after per phone. Yet, I feel, no, I know that he is a man of his word, a man with outstanding values and business ethics, a man I trust. Unusual, eh, for an auto sales business owner? Mina shatters stereotypes. Was searching for at Lexus GS on the Internet and found St Mina Auto Sales. There it was!! A Lexus that was perfectly displayed with about 30 pictures. Since I live about 400 miles away I was concerned how to move forward. I contacted Mina and let me tell you, he made it simple and easy. I flew in to Ontario and he sent a great man to pick me up at the airport. The financing was ready and I got a fantastic deal. The car was detailed and the process took about 20 minutes. I was on my way home with the sunroof opened and enjoying the drive in my new car. I'm grateful to Mina and his team for owning and operating a business that is trustworthy and takes pride in making sure the customer is completely satisfied. Very pleasant experience..

This dealership really deserves the 5 star rating! I went in yesterday to take a look at a car that I was interested in and was greeted by very pleasant staff. As all of the other reviews mentioned they really have a very easy no pressure way of dealing with customers and that is not a very common thing in the used car industry. I noticed that all of their inventory is in excellent condition so they really take pride in the product they are selling and obviously care about their reputation! I highly recommend saint Mina auto sales to anyone who's looking not only for a great deal but for a no pressure experience.

Awesome little family run dealership!

After a lot of online searching for a car for my wife I found that st. mina auto had the best deals and the best reviews out of all the dealers I looked at, so I went to checkout a BMW that caught my eye and ended up buying it because not only was the car in perfect condition but also because I felt very comfortable dealing with the staff here. I also noticed that all of their inventory looked rather nice and you can tell that they take pride in the cars they put for sale.

I purchased a 2014 Toyota Tacoma from St. Mina Auto Sales and I couldn't be happier with my experience with Mina the general manager, he was very polite and straight forward with me as soon as I stepped in his dealership, never once did I feel like I was taken advantage of and felt like I was treated like family. He walked me through all of my financing options and was able to get me very low APR and an easy payment for my new truck! I highly recommend St. Mina auto sales to anyone looking to purchase a car!

Where do I start with St Mina Auto Sales....they are great! Both Mac and Mina are so helpful and very honest. I bought my first car (2002 Honda civic) back in 2007 with them and since then everyone in my family bought cars from St Mina!! I absolutely LOVE my civic it treated me so well all those years and never gave my problems. Unlike other dealerships, you get the honest truth out of these guys... I am currently working with them to purchase my new car and never in the many times I visited their dealership to look, have they ever pressured me into anything!! They are the best, I would highly recommend them!

Honest, friendly and straight forward dealer!

Wow.. If you are in the market for a new used car go see Mina!! Awesome experience from the get-go! My car completely broke down and I was in the market for a new SUV. We narrowed it down to a Nissan Murano, and the search began. After a fun-filled week of searching ads, running across town to different dealerships, and making appointments with people, I came across Mina's ad. From the experience of pics/descriptions saying that cars are in great condition (only to find out the opposite), I called him because we lived almost an hour away. The first thing I said was "I don't want to waste your time or mine, the pictures and description look great online but how does the car really look". He said the interior is immaculate and walked around the entire car to describe every scratch and minor dent he saw (which I felt he was actually doing because I could hear the sound of wind as he walked around the car, plus the genuiness of his voice). When we got there and looked at the car, sure enough it had every scratch/dent that he described and the interior was damn near perfect as he described. Btw I must also mention that they close at 8pm, but we didn't arrive until after 8:30 because of the time that my wife got off work. However he knew we were coming and was happy to stay. There was also another person looking at the car which he let me know and kept me updated because he didn't want me to waste an hour drive out there. We put our deposit down that night and took a few days to get the rest of the funds ready, which Mina was very patient and worked with us throughout the process. Coming from a sales background and knowing how some sales people are, me and my wife truly appreciated Mina's character. He is not a salesman, he is an honest and ethical businessman running an honest and ethical family business. Anybody I know in search of a new used car, you better believe I'm sending them straight to Mina. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!

Best experience I ever had with a used car dealer!

We were Very pleased with the service that was provided by St. Mina Auto Sales. I purchased a 2008 Mercedes C300 about a month ago and I couldn't be happier with it, never once did we feel pressured! Mina was so confident that we'll love the car that he provided us with a FREE three day cooling off period contract that would allow us to return the car if it wasn't to our satisfaction which was a nice option to have for our piece of mind specially if we are investing thousands on a used Mercedes, it also shows how confident they are about the cars they sell! We also Purchased a bumper to bumper warranty that they sold to us for such a good deal compared to other dealers that sell it for literally thousands more on a car like this. I recently found a 2007 Ford Expedition at St.Mina cars. I actually met the owner of the dealership mr. mina himself, he was very courteous upon my arrival. I actually have a 2001 chevy suburban that I am trying to trade in, hopefully he'll give in!!.

Toyota Solara

Even if the car price was so cheap, the quality of the car was great. This is my story... I bought Toyota Solara 2001 in St. Mina; and then, I needed to fix some parts, which cost me more than 300 dollars. However, the total cost was still cheaper than the market price. Moreover, their service was great. They discounted the price because of the fix fee for me. I completely appreciated their honestness and services. I recommend someone, who is planning to buy a used car, goes to this shop first.

Having been through so many bad car buying experiences, I understand many of the frustrations associated with buying a car. My experience at St Mina Auto Sales has been by far the most positive buying experience I've had. Mina was extremely helpful and informative throughout the entire process. Even after the sale, he is still there to help. He calculated my monthly payments on the fly to give me a very good idea of what I could afford without breaking the bank and then gave me some options to choose from. I really did get the sense that they were genuinely there to help me. Although I live in Orange County, it was worth the drive to get a good deal with great service.

St. Mina Auto Sales

This was my first time working with Mina & Tony, very polite, not pushy at all. After a test drive of the Cadillac Escalade, it was better than they advertized. Great condition, no smells, drivetrain and engine very clean and tested very tight, no slop at all. Engine under hood looked brand new. Some of the other cars they had also looked very clean also. I would have no problem recommending St.Mina Auto Sales, very trustworthy and honest and never push you into buying!

Honest dealer!

I recently purchased a used SUV here, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. This is a used car lot, but unlike the typical used car lot, they do not have stereotypical salespeople. When I first arrived, they asked me which vehicle I was interested in checking out. I asked to see the SUV, and they opened it up for me to take a look at the interior. They then asked if I'd like to test drive it. This is where it got interesting. Usually a salesperson comes along on the test drive, probably for a couple of reasons like: (1) to continue to sell you on the merits of the vehicle so you'll purchase it, and (2) make sure you aren't driving crazy. Here, they handed me the keys, asked for my driver's license and let me test drive the vehicle on my own. I was surprised, but appreciated the freedom to test the car out without a pesky salesperson telling me how great the car is, where to turn, etc. I was interested in the vehicle, so the negotiation process began. I never once got the feeling that they were trying to take advantage of me or rip me off. In fact, I feel like I got a great deal. It ends up that these guys are a family run business. In my opinion, they do business the right way, and I would gladly purchase another vehicle from them.

Great little dealership, you deal directly with the owners of the business, they dont have any pushy salesmen that just want to get you in a car no matter what. I felt very comfortable dealing with them, plus their prices were very reasonable.
