Somewhat disappointed

Everything went fine with the sale...I asked twice at the dealership after driving three hours to pick up the car to make sure we had two sets of keys for the keyless entry and push start ignition. After arriving home we only had the one set and no owners manual. I immediately sent Justin an email requesting these items; he responded he would check on it and since then (8 days later) he has not returned my emails or phone calls. A little disappointed in the lack of follow up...but since both can be replaced, I won't give it much more of my time or energy. I would have given them additional business and referrals, but won't now, because it is the details that count in my book.

Excellent service

Amazing service right as soon as you step foot in the door. This was my first time buying a car on my own. Everyone was very helpful from financing to educating on the car that I was looking at. Not once did I feel pressured or like these guys just cared about making a sale. Highly recommend. Great service from start to beginning.

World Class Customer Service

My wife and I were in the market for a MB ML350 (e.g. excellent condition with low mileage) and we contacted St. Charles Motorcars about the vehicle they had posted on Cars.Com. Justin and Zak provided "world-class" customer service. As an out-of-town potential buyer, they went the extra mile to face-time with us in order for us put eyes on the vehicle in a virtual environment. Additionally, they were responsive to our phone calls and emails. Although we didn't purchase the vehicle from them due to other circumstances, we would definitely feel comfortable doing business (if the need arises) with them in them future. In fact, we would cheerfully recommend them to family and friends.

Pain in the rear customer!

Wow! So, I'm the customer you dont want and no matter what i threw at Justin or Zac they both retaliated with professionalism and a "customer first" attitude. These guys worked with me for about ten days to find a vehicle and when approved, haggled with the lender to drop a point to assist in payments. They offered add-ons to sweeten the deal and provided an additional discount to aid in my freight charges. If your looking to buy a quality used vehicle from ethical professionals than St. Charles Motorcars of Illinois is the place to go. I pulled my own NADA for a 9 year old vehicle that still had a 91 point rating. These guys buy and sell quality vehicles!

Great cars, quality and serivce

I was looking for a low mileage, quality car with good history, this dealer has some of the best. Their responsiveness, honesty and knowledge are top notch. I worked with Zak and he consistently answer all my questions and worked at my speed. I got the feeling they go the extra mile for you and that counts when you are comparing cars. I bought a 2011 Nissan Sentra. The guys worked with me to get my payments were I wanted them to be. Would recommend this place to anybody that is looking to buy a car. The guys are really good to deal with and willing to work or find you a car that you can afford. VERY HAPPY I FOUND THIS PLACE.

I recently bought a 2012 Nissan Sentra and I absolutely love it!!! It is such a nice dealership and Justin was so wonderful to work with. Exceptional service. He was incredibly nice and helpful throughout the whole process. He answered all of my questions. And when I arrived at the dealership the car was really clean and all ready to go for a test drive. It really is a great car and I couldn't be happier!!! He is very loyal to his customers as well. I would definitely recommend buying from this dealership. And if ever need be, I would definitely come back and buy again!

A Great Place to Buy the Exact Car You Want

I knew exactly what I was looking for in a car, and I found my dream on St. Charles Motorcars website. I was looking at a similar car at a Big Naperville Import dealer. They did not even know if the car I wanted was still on their lot. I waited, and waited and they brought up a dirty car, checked my ID and let me go for a ride. Not a very good first impression, and the clock was turning faster, as I left this other place in disgust. I called St. Charles Motorcars, and it was already after 4 PM. They were supposed to close at 5, but Justin and Zak waited for me. My Treasure was in Beautiful condition, clean, polished, and ready to test drive. The car was almost flawless, for it's age. Both of these Gentlemen who put many hours of work and thought into their dealership are true professionals, without the Hype, the Bosting, the wonderful suits and ties. These men spent their time and energy cleaning and preparing their cars, not polishing their sales acts. NO BS here! I know they stayed late to do business with me. True professionals. The price was agreed upon quickly. I came back with my check the next Saturday. The paperwork process was flawless and quick. So is the car of my dreams! Do yourself a favor, and stop by or call ST Charles Motorcars. They will find your car, at your price. I never knew either of these Gentlemen before. Their dealership is spotless, as is their attitude. You will be glad that you got to know them too!

Unhappy with Saint Charles Motorcars

I am unhappy with St Charles Motorcars. I recently purchased a car and bought an extended warranty through them which is the Allstate Vehicle Service Contract. The contract allows you to cancel it and receive a partial or full refund. The contract says you must send a written request to the seller of the contract for them to cancel it. I sent a written request that was notarized. I called and Justin confirmed that he received it. He said I needed me to come in and do an odometer certification. I told him that's fine. I called them today at 6:18 pm and asked what their hours were. Zack said they are open until 8 pm. I asked if Justin would be there. He said yes. I told him great, I am on the way and I'll see them tonight. I drove 1.5 hours there and when I got there at 7:50 pm they had closed the shop and locked the doors and turned off the lights. Would not recommend doing business with them.

Very friendly, professional service

I recently bought my first car from Saint Charles Motorcars and I couldn't be happier. Zak helped me find a great car in my price range, with little hassle. The car buying process was easy and enjoyable. The facility is a pleasant place to do business. Zak and Justin are very professional and are happy to work with customers to meet their needs. What a great place!!!

What a great place!!! I was looking for a clean fun car to buy and these guys have it. The place is neat inside and they have a great selection of cool cars. I purchased a Mercedes SL from them and the car is awesome, Justin was great he took his time to show me all the cars and once we picked one he had us out the door in under an hour. Great experience will buy my next car from them.
