Went The Extra Mile

I recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler from the Sprinkler Used Car dealership. I reside in Denver but my grandfather had to travel up to Longmont from Pueblo which is roughly a 3 hour drive. After first inspecting the jeep my grandpa need time to think about the purchase. So the next day after a decision was made to purchase the Wrangler, my grandfather did not feel comfortable driving an additional 3 hours both ways due to his diabetes so the dealer, Jim Moss, drove down to Pueblo to complete the paper work. I believe this says a lot about the people and the dealership of Sprinkler. Happy to have done business with them!

Excellent Service

I recently purchased my new Volkswagen Jetta at Sprinkler and I have to say I was impressed by their business. Having driven by their lot a number of times I decided to stop in and see what they had. I looked around but didn't see anything that was exactly what I wanted. A couple of weeks later one of the managers called me and said they had a new Jetta in that they thought I would be interested in. I went in to take a look and it was exactly what I wanted! After filling out a credit application they were able to get me a great rate with hardly anything down, and even got me an extended warranty to cover the car in case anything happened. I have seen other reviews here calling them dishonest or knocking the quality of cars, but I have to say, for a used car my Jetta is in great condition. They definitely have some older cars with more wear and tear but they are the! only place around that well sell a car for less than $5000 that actually runs! Overall I was extremely pleased with my experience and would be quick to recommend them to anyone looking for something affordable and dependable

Horrible customer service!!!

My parents were recently in an auto accident in a sprinkler financed car. When my mom found out that their car would be totalled she called to give them a heads up before the insurance co. Called them she recieved a very unprofessional and aggressive response. They have always seemed decent until this point but as the offending employee is a family member of the ownership there is not much recourse when the switch is flipped and you are no longer a 'valued' customer.

I was in need of a used vehicle and was recommended by a friend to go to Sprinkler Used Cars. My friend had nothing buy good things to say about Sprinkler. Well, I can say the same now. I was blown away with how easy the buying process was made for me. The selection of vehicles to choose from was terrific and the financing was easy and convenient. I was able to get a credit union loan right at the dealership. Talk about one stop shopping.. I admit, at first I was a little leery of buying a vehicle at a smaller independent dealership. However, from the moment I walked on the lot, I was treated like family. I have been to other big franchise dealers and this experience was much better. I love my new car!

Great service, fast and easy

Very easy and quick car purchase. Only showed me the cars that were within the terms that I wanted, no pressure, no hassle. I bought a dodge caliber yesterday and it runs great and looks great. I had spent 4 hours at another dealership, who kept trying to sell me a new car at a price and monthly payments I didn't want. So when I showed up at Sprinkler, I was exhausted and frustrated, Mike Clare helped us and we were on our way in 45 minutes. Thank you!

Great, Enjoyable, & Comfortable Experiences!

When you have the "I'm completely comfortable walking onto this lot" feeling, it makes it such a great experience purchasing your first or next car! I personally have purchased 2 vehicles from them, a 2005 GMC Envoy & just recently a 2007 Nissan Murano SL. My boyfriend has purchased 3 vehicles from them as well. All of our experiences have been great with them. They do everything they can to help you get the vehicle you want at a good price. My first vehicle purchase, I had no credit & they got me a great interest rate/payment! My second vehicle purchase was a 3 day process, & they got everything to where I needed & wanted it to be. The couple issues I did have with both my vehicles were taken care of with their great customer service & repairs. I'm extremely happy with how Sprinklers run their business & treat their customers. I would, & do, recommended everyone to go to Sprinklers Used Cars in Longmont. I will continue to give them my business!

I have purchased 3 vehicles from sprinklers one being AF 150 another being in heaven charger and my first vehicle was Chevy s10 all three vehicles have great no issues run great I have put more than 30,000 miles on all three and have had no issues.the sales people are fantastic they bent over backwards for myself end my girlfriend who just recently purchased a 07 Nissan Murano from themto get the deal I needed and what she needed they have helped on all mechanical issues and they fix it the first time great prices I would recommend anybody to go purchase a vehicle from them I have purchased three and I will prob most likely purchasing more from them when you go I have dealt with Bruce Willie and Brett and they have all been wonderful people to work with Heather behind the counter is a great will help with any thing. I feel comfortable walking on to the car lot.

Just purchased a 2007 Ford F150. Been shopping for weeks and was told time and time again that I needed a co signer in order to qualify for financing. I was a first time buyer and Sprinkler made it easy. I didn't need a co signer and was able to purchase the truck and get financed through a great credit union at a great interest rate. Love my new truck and love that I am building my credit. I will be recommending anyone I know! Thanks again!

Should not be in business!!!

I put 2,000 down on a vehicle that I have wanted for a long time. The car only had 81,000 miles on it, so I was happy to finally get a vehicle I thought was going to be a reliable form of transportation. I'll keep the rest of this story direct and two the point. The car was hit 2 days after I bought it, and due to that I missed the three day emissions test... We'll guess what. It failed! After putting another 1,300 dollars Into the car it finally passed. I work on my own vehicles for the most part, so after it passed emissions I decided to thoroughly inspect the vehicle mechanically. I'll list the problems I founded: two bad cv axles, hydraulic clutch master cylinder bad and leaking in the cab, heated seat bab, broken fog light driver side, broken seat lift, broken sway bar, stereo that doesn't work, coolant fan inoperable, and my favorite part. Bell housing bolts to the transmission where installed improperly leaving the top bolts 1/2 out with is a safety hazard. To get this car running properly, it will cost well over 2,000 dollars; and that's if I do the work myself. I know it's my fault for trusting a car dealership to do the right thing, but I just want to inform anybody buying a vehicle from this dealership. They are not in the business of helping you out. They are in the business of making money off of you. Every time I think of my experience with sprinkler auto, it makes me sick to my stomach. buyer beware!!!

THANKS FOR NOT HELPING

$3,000.00 loss when I drove off the lot. Purchased a VW Rabbit from this dealer and with in the first few hours noticed the headlight was broken $420, the car started shaking at 70 MPH, $1,300 two new front axels, Brakes went out after 6 days, $1,200 new brake vacuum and hose, $ 80 replace brake lights, $ 200 in new tires cause of alignment problems. And found out it that it had been wrecked. Asked if there was a mechanic near by so I could get the car inspected. They told me there mechanic was the best in town and he talked me out of it, said the car was very sound. Asked the dealer for refund or help!!!!!! No response!!!!! Helpful tip about buying a used car in Colorado - NO REFUNDS

Excellent Customer Service

Willie Lambert was top-notch! My family and I had been looking for a VW TDI Passat Wagon for over a month and one lucky day it showed up on a Sunday (when all car dealerships in CO are closed). Taking a chance I sent an email to Willie on a Sunday and heard from him promptly. We set up a time to meet upon opening the next morning and Willie had the car just detailed and ready to go. The best part of Willie's demeanor was that he let my family have their space and was not pushy whatsoever. Because he has kids himself, he was very understanding of our time and let us take the car for a buyer's inspection for the day. Everything checked out amazingly with the vehicle and Willie made the buying experience very easy. IN fact, he completed all the paperwork in 25 minutes so that we could get our kids home at a reasonable hour. I would recommend Sprinkler to many of my friends and family members!

Our daughter needed a dependable but distinctive car for work. Sprinkler had a very nice 2008 Saab which she really liked. We worked with Mike Clare, who was extremely patient and pleasant; in fact, everyone we met was very pleasant, including during the purchase process. The car developed a miss when test-driven; their mechanic fixed it immediately, and was willing to call a Saab specialist we recommended for information. When it came to decision time, we wanted an outside mechanic to final-check the car but there was very little time. Mike went to great lengths to locate a shop that could help us on short notice, and went the extra mile to put together a deal that my daughter could afford. Our experience was top-notch in all respects, and we will recommend Sprinkler to our friends. I sold cars for a couple of years, and I can tell when I'm being dealt with fairly and professionally - Sprinkler passed the test in all regards.

When I Bought A Used Car, I Didn't Expect IT To Be Perfect; However I Didn't Expect The Car To Die An Hour After I Bought It. When The Salesman AND service Tech Called And Said There IS Nothing Wrong With The car And Continued To Talk Over Me And Told Me That The Recall On An Ignition Switch Would Be The 1 i.o.u repair.... Never Going Back!!
