Jonathan Alexander is the man!

The wife and I were out grocery shopping and stopped by to look at a vehicle that was advertised on Craigslist. We quickly realized this vehicle was not for us however Jonathan took some time with us to find an suv that fit our family's needs. I'm gave this dealer a rating of 4 had because I got really great service from Oscar. He was very kind and respectful. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because that I feel like I could have got the vehicle I bought for a cheaper price. This was not oscars fault though.

Bad Expirence

We had an awful Expirence with this dealership. We had traded my husbands truck in for something else and I could tell they just cared about a sale. They seemed nice and attentive before the sale but once they had sold the vehicle to us and it ending up in the shop a few days later with $3,000 worth of damage we couldn't even get a call back. We had to keep showing up. We now keep having different issues with the vehicle and have not had it a couple of months. When debating this issue with the owner they claimed the vehicles were safe and certified? If that's the case then why did their shop say other wise? I'm positive that much damage doesn't just happen from a five minute drive home. Even after the sale we got thanked by the salesman for getting him his bonus. I do not recommend them.

I happened upon this dealership because i was in the market for a used WRX. saw a 08 with under average miles on the website and took a trip down to the lot. I have bought over 14 vehicles and this was hands down the fastest. I came in for a specific vehicle and was immediately redirected to a newer model of the same vehicle. Instead of worrying about profit they gave me a amazing deal. After it was all said and done I drove away amazed. They worked with me and handled any of my questions with solutions. Very friendly staff and by the time I left they had sold 5 other vehicles. I've spent entire days at dealerships and I was out in 3 hours (I actually slowed down the process) they were patient and accommodating. They did not try to redirect me to a different make and model which I appreciate. All in all it was amazing, the financing, the sales, and the managers were all involved. And kept surprising me in a good way.

2003 Tahoe

Was able to find a replacement for my driver's side mirror, get it painted the correct color, and replace a fog lamp. They are able to find these parts at a cost that is below any dealer. The front desk people are friendly and knowledgeable, will ing to help in any way possible.

Vehicle Inspection for Registration

I am new to the Springs and was told that I had to do vehicle inspection (VIN) inspection in order to register my vehicle. I had asked around and was told that it was going to cost me $20.00 or more to have this done. I contacted the Springs Automotive group and the gentleman I spoke with was not only more than helpful, but said that by completing a review on their website, they would give the VIN Inspection at no charge. Amazing!!! You typically do not see a company willing to lose $20.00 or more in order to direct their customers to saving money. Great customer service, I would recommend them to any one that asks.

Audi 4WD Convertible

We looked all over the US through CARFAX for an Audi 4WD convertible. We finally found what we wanted close to home at Springs Automotive in Colorado Springs. Derek Montoya, our salesman, was terrific. Without being pushy, he told us everything we needed to make our decision to buy. The 2009 Audi was clean, mechanically perfect, and just what we wanted. And warantied!. We love it.

They will screw you fast

They are really nice guys. We bought a car from then last year. It makes ridiculous noises. After researching we found out that we were overcharged a lot. We went back today to trade it in for something cheaper. Well after a lot of wasted time we find out that we are so upside down on this car there's nothing we can really do. It's not fair that they are the ones who over charged us for it so now we are stuck.

Was relatively easy experience. Buying a car is hard and it just didn't seem to be to big a hassle. From beginning to end it went pretty quick. I really appreciate Justin working with me on payments and getting me into a car loan i could feel comfortable with and afford. I didn't trade in my truck so i needed to find a way to get it home. They took care of it and drove it home for me which i might add was an hour away. Pretty cool!

Springs automotive is a great place to either get your first car or just trade in and get something newer and better Justin Hecht is great and has done nothing but work with me to make sure my first used but new vehicle was in tip top shape and their service department is definitely one of the better ones and they have done a fantastic job as well the five stars I give them isn't nearly what they deserve.

Good experience

We bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from justin a few months ago, not pushy, and the 30 day warranty was great. Had to have an exhaust leak fixed (which is the reason for 4 stars) their service department is great too. We'd definitely buy another vehicle from them.

Outstanding Dealership

For me being a first time buyer I expected high prices, lies and all kind of things just to get my money but at spring's automotive I didn't get any of that. The employees were very honest and friendly. They tried to get the best deal out there possible for me. They worked with my budget and my didnt make me stretch my wallet. With the help of Mike Gravelle, John Byrd and Justin I was able to purchace a 2007 Toyota Corolla as my first car. Springs Automotive Group was my first and last stop while looking for a car to buy and I am very happy with the outcome. I was worried that since I am so young there would be no way that I would be able to buy a car with no credit and no co-signer but everyone there worked tirelessly to help me. Derek Montoya is the salesman that sold me my 2006 Nissan Altima that I absolutely love. As soon as I arrived at Springs Automotive Group Derek was the first to greet me and made me feel confident and comfortable about buying a car for the first time and did everything that he could to get me the lowest payments possible. The night I bought my car I was sitting in the office until midnight with Derek and a few others figuring out insurance and not once did I feel like I was being rushed to get out of there, everyone was very professional and pleasant the entire time. Springs Automotive Group was very flexible with my situation and made sure that I left there satisfied with my purchase. I will never go anywhere else to purchase a car other than Springs Automotive Group!

Beware of Dealership.

Never again. BEWARE. These guys will lie & cheat you out of money. Found a pickup online that looked to be exactly what I was looking for. I then called in to get some more information. I was told the pickup was in mint condition, nothing wrong...no scratches, dents, ect. It appeared to be this way in the pictures as well. We settled on a price over the phone, and set up a time to meet in person. I told them I didn't want to put any money down on it until I saw the vehicle in person, as I didn't want to be out all of the deposit if the deal didn't work out. The salesman then proceeded to tell me over & over again that my deposit was refundable. I then tried to get it in writing that it was, but they said there was no need. I trusted the salesman (BIG MISTAKE) & gave them a deposit on the vehicle. Drove 3.5 hours to the dealer, & immediately upon inspecting the vehicle I noticed several flaws. In no way was this pickup in "mint" condition. The paint looked terrible on the door trim, there was a very large dent in the quarter panel on drivers side, the dipstick had some sort of rusting/staining going on, big chip in windshield, tires didn't have much tread left on them, and several other minor issues. I then proceeded to tell them I was lied to & didn't want the vehicle anymore, and wanted my deposit back. After 2.5 hours of the salesman trying to convince me to buy the vehicle & arguing that my deposit was non refundable, I FINALLY managed to get 3/4 of my deposit back, but was still out 1/4 of the deposit I put down. **WARNING*** Springs Automotive in the Denver area are "used car salesmen". Do your research of complaints and purchase at your own risk. Their word is no good, they bait and switch, advertise falsely, point fingers at each other giving you the run around between departments and wont make good on anything they promised. Not receiving resolution to an issue? Don't make an appointment to meet with the owner...he will conveniently be gone when you arrive. Waste of time. I have sent 4 friends and family elsewhere and glad I did (wishing I would have gone elsewhere too). The good guys are out there ...Spring Automotive Group just isn't them.

Springs Auto Group stay away!

I bought a jeep a few months ago from out of state.I asked the salesman Mike Gravelle about the condtion of the jeep, dents, and scratches etc. He said the only thing wrong was the windshield was cracked and the E-brake was damaged. Well when I received the jeep, it was unbelievable. The dood is so damaged from dents it was cheaper to replace it than repair it. The back by the spare tire had a big dent in it. The air did not work and the seat was damaged. They did repair the air and fix the seat. I would never buy a car from them again!

When my husband and I went to look at cars, we were just looking, the sales person was amazing! He clearly understood our needs. He went above and beyond for us and even our girls! We never thought purchasing a car would be so easy, compared to other experiences we ve had. We left dealership with our super cool car after a short period of time!!! Head manager, Guy, treated the rest of their staff with complete disrespect. He was yelling at them, barking out orders, while he sat behind the computer desk. He rudely told us,"You are not going to haggle me on the price of the car are you?" As if negotiating prices isn't the right of the consumer. The other man who was trying to assist us was helpful but guy just basically pushed him out of the way. Guy is very dishonest and they are way overpriced. Justin was great, he helped me find the car I wanted (2006 Lincoln Zepher) that fit all my needs and was affordable. I knew my trade in wouldn't have much value but they worked with me to get exactly what I needed! I bought a 2004 Nissan Quest that at first In thought everything was fine. Not even a week later the odometer went out. They said they would replace, and they tried, but after another 2 days it stopped again. No one will respond to me emails at this point. Next, within the first month I started having issues, battery light - other warning lights. Took it to the Denver location and they tried to tell me they couldn't find the problem!? After one minute they said we hear it and will try again. They found the problem to be an alternator which they charged an extreme amount for the repair because this was still under warranty. I think most of their cars will have problems because this is another revenue for them. Sell crap and then let the warranty company pay them more money. I have had my rear AC go out, breaks that needed to be repaired, new rotors, AC vents that fall out of the roof, broken radio bezel / trim and so many problems with this van. Now I am again having more issues with a major repair. Ask yourself....why do they not include more of a warranty. Most dealers will offer a year, they give 30 days. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER...you will be sorry! Right down to the "story" that the F&I guy gave me about saving the van for me and lowering the cost...complete BS. I knew it when he was talking and I should have stopped the process at that point. My bad...my fault. Please don't let this be you. Now I'm stuck with a complete P.O.S. that I am about to call the finance company and tell them to come pick it up. In my first 6 months having this van I have had no less than about 7 issues. Funny how everything happen right after the warranty is out and then no one wants to help. crap dealer selling crap cars. STAY AWAY if you are smart!!!

Dishonest dealership they point blank lied to me 3 times!. Did not safety check the car but later found out they let the car leave with a faulty ps pump. Car was in shop all first month I owed it asked them to buy it back while it was in their shop they refused!. Added a 1995.00 charge for a alarm system to my purchase telling me that the lender required it! lender day later said that was not true!. I had the charge removed. 4 problems with car in first month service engine soon light twice. Oil leak that I was told was fixed and its still leaking as of today. Power steering pump malfunctioned and they knew about it at inspection. Service tech said I put some lucas in it and hoped it would fix it? really? i had to demand they replace it! Car salesperson Justin Hecgt was so sick and coughing all over the place it was terrible it also took 4 hours to buy the car when I had financing and they ran my credit forced me to fill out a credit application telling me they have to have it filled out! I put do not run my credit right on it and they ran it anyway! I had a pre approval from my credit union when I walked in the door! The 1 month warranty was extended but leak was never fixed because it was such a hassle to go back and forth to get it fixed we are stuck with this lemon! Why take it to someone who cannot fix stuff the first time! very very dishonest dealership. I would never tell someone to buy a car from them! Buyer Beware! feel sorry this was my sons first car. It will be in the junk yard before the loan is paid I bet! Oh and they did not even vacuum the car good it was fithly under the seats so gross!!!

so after not wanted the 3000gt due to having it check out at a mechanic and him saying there is oil leaking, i didnt want the car. didnt want there other cars they had and after them trying jack up prices after i saw the price online for cheaper they threaten to keep my downpayment. threatening me saying no other place would finance. not to mention they said i will have a 30% interest rate but when i went to phil long ford to get a real car they said its illegal to have a interest rate over 21% they are a bunch of scammers. i told them home much money i had to spend and they were trying to take everybit of it. scarmmers and thiefs . there cars suck and way over price. ended up going to phil long ford. 06 mazda rx8 with 62,000 for 11,000 now thats how i should feel after i buy a car. good feeling. not a horrible feeling like did i just make a horrible mistake.

My husband & I came in looking for a new car for my husband, we are going to be moving & needed a more reliable car to make the move while towing a uhaul. Justin was such an amazing help!!! We told him about the car that we currently had & wanted to get rid of or trade but we knew it didnt have that great of a trade in value, but he insisted we bring the car in & he gave us more than we expected out of the trade! The price of the car was great, but also there was nothing major wrong with the car. I have bought 6 cars in the last 8 months, and always had a problem arise from other dealerships out there.. The car I purchased had nothing wrong with it when my wife and I bought it. They give a warranty on all their cars, and stand behind it. My wife is picky about her air condition, and they made it colder for her. All the staff there are excellent, but WILLE WESLEY is an amazing sales person. If you need a new or used car in the Colorado Springs area this is the place to go. Ask for WILLE and tell him Ryan sent you there.

My experience stared off good, sales agent was pleasant and wonderful. However after car was purchased about 1 week later I hear a sound which made me concerned, called dealer to be told sorry you've gone past 1000 miles since car is still under warranty we suggest you take it to the Kia dealership. The dealership performed a courtesy check they found that the tires where cupped and all tires needed to be replaced then an alignment needing to be done (712.00 ) then the list goes on the shocks and struts need to be replaced (823.00 w/labor 1003.98), the ac belt is cracked (111.99 w/labor 151.99) then break and power steering fluids needing to be flushed (194.90). If your trying to run a good business then the products you sale should be good, I am left feeling very disappointed and cheated out of my money and when my concern was brought to there attention all they could say was " I'm Sorry " to me that was a slap in the face and I will share my experience with anyone I come across. Whom ever performed the check at Springs Automotive obviously missed it all.

Spent four hours dealing with the Salesman and Sales manager. Everything was gong fine and we came to an agreement on the price. Half an hour later they rescinded their offer, and their previous offers as well. Horrible way of doing business. Save your time and go to a dealership that stands by their offers and has honorable business practices instead of waffling.

As a returning customer I figured my dealership experience would be just as good as the first time. Looking at the Ford F250 was a breeze. Talking to the New sales guy and his shadow, a breeze. Then (as a former car salesmen) then numbers came out, not to bad, wanted a sale on first try but held out until the next day. Then within 10 days I had a water pump issue and it had to be replaced. Called the warranty company and they came and towed it away. Couple days later I got it back (4 days with out my truck including weekend) Got my truck back and New guy calls to see how I feel and if I am wanting to pass on his name for referrals. At this point I am still good to go. Then May 27th my engine light comes on, my turbo is not engaging and I had to limp the truck to Springs Automotive a second time. Well as it stands today June 4th I still have no truck due to more than one problem being discovered. I got a call on Weds May 29th to see how I was and responded that I am very frustrated that I had to bring my truck back in and was told "we will do everything we can to help you out and correct this". I have little irritation at the service guys as they are doing their job, an issue with the warranty guy who wanted to replace my turbo with a used turbo with more miles than my had, and the fact that I have been unable to drive my "NEW" to me truck for almost 12 days. I haven't even had this truck for a month yet. It is frustrating knowing that I had a very capable truck that needed minor thing done to it and didn't battle too much with the sales guys on my trade in value or list price of this truck and get treated like the poor ol" smuck I guess I am. Thanks but probably not gonna recommend these guys to my friends!

Worst dealership ever. All their cars are overpriced and from an auction. I bought a car there and they had this we owe you owe. The car needed a headlight so they said they would fix it. When I came they gave me a bill for $150. They said they would fix the navigation yet no call ever came. I emailed the sales manager and he never replied back. I payed for a excellent condition car and got far less. If you think about coming here just don't do it. You are better off going to a junk yard because that's about the same quality of their cars.
